Ich war schon mehrmals bei Poppins essen und komme immer wieder gerne zurück. Das Essen ist jedes Mal sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Der Service ist wirklich angenehm: Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgen dafür, dass man sich willkommen fühlt.

Gutes Essen freundliches Personal

Bei jeder Bestellung steckt irgendwie immer weniger „Herz“ drin. Vergammelte Avocados müssen echt nicht sein.

Ambiente ganz Nett, Preise wie Extrablatt und Co so wie das Essen. Nix weltbewegendes

Supernette aufmerksame Bedienung, Bücher zur Beschäftigung der Kids, akzeptable Preise, und nicht zuletzt: schnell erhaltenes und leckeres Essen. Was will Mensch mehr? Kommen definitiv wieder.

Das Restaurant ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, es macht Spaß sich umzusehen. Man ist fasziniert von dem Jahrmarktflair. Zu Essen gibt es verschiedene Burger. Ich hatte einen mit Avocado,Speck, Spiegelei... vom Geschmack her sehr lecker, aber leider etwas zu durch. Da die Preise der Burger schon recht hoch sind und man Pommes extra dazu bestellen muss, sollte das schon besser klappen. Man muss es einmal gesehen haben... War letzte Woche wieder da, es hat wunderbar geschmeckt

Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch bei Poppins. Die Burger, die wir bekommen haben, waren verschimmelt – was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Nachdem wir das reklamiert haben, wurden zwar neue Burger gemacht, aber auch diese waren wieder verschimmelt. Zusätzlich war das Fleisch geschmacklich ungenießbar. So etwas darf in der Gastronomie einfach nicht passieren, schon gar nicht mehrfach hintereinander. Für mich ein absolutes No-Go – ich werde dort definitiv nicht noch einmal essen.

Wirklich herausragende Burger, tolle superfreundliche Bedienungen, welche einen auch perfekt beraten. Absolut faire Preise, Klasse Ambiente. Wir kommen extra immer 40km gefahren um uns ab und zu dort einen leckeren Burger zu genehmigen. Absolute Empfehlung

Ein schöner Ort, um entspannt zu essen und eine gute Zeit zu verbringen.

Netter Bunter Laden in Anlehnung an ein American Diner. Öfters mal gute Specials. Der Nachtisch was ein Soufflé sein sollte, war doch noch sehr flüssig und der hausgemachte Crumble war auch nicht zu merken.

Lieferung 1 Std länger als angegeben , Essen lauwarm. Preis / Leistung schlecht.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir haben bereits zweimal zuvor bei Poppins bestellt – da war das Essen gut und die Lieferzeit hat gepasst. Umso unverständlicher war diese Bestellung. Diesmal haben wir über eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet, obwohl eine deutlich kürzere Lieferzeit angegeben war. Als das Essen endlich ankam, war es komplett kalt. Die Pommes waren durch Kondenswasser völlig aufgeweicht, insgesamt eindeutig nicht mehr genießbar. Ich habe den Vorfall per Mail gemeldet und um eine Rückerstattung gebeten, darauf kam keinerlei Rückmeldung. Qualität, Lieferung und Kundenservice waren diesmal absolut enttäuschend. Für uns leider das letzte Mal.

Ich ging in ein Restaurant, wollte kurz auf die Toilette und etwas bestellen, aber meine Freunde und ich wurden einfach rausgeschmissen, ohne überhaupt Zeit zu haben, die Toilette zu benutzen. Das Personal war unhöflich, der schlimmste Laden, in dem ich je war. Ich rate Ihnen davon ab, dorthin zu gehen.

Wir waren spontan im Poppins, weil am Silvesternachmittag alle anderen in Lippstadt bereits geschlossen hatten. Wir hatten Salat und frische Waffeln mit Shakes und wären so begeistert, dass wir am nächsten Tag zum Abendessen wiedergekommen sind. Burger und Cocktails waren auch super und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und auf Zack! Preis-Leistung top. Wir kommen wieder!

Let's start with the positives... we were there with a small group (6). The atmosphere is cool, and the menu sounds great. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. The portions were rather small (we had the special offer); perhaps the portions are larger when ordered individually. Almost everyone's burger was cold (we would have complained, but didn't want to wait that long again). The taste was okay. Unfortunately, it's really not worth the money. I'm sorry.

We were there on Saturday, a group of eight without a reservation, and were still served even though the restaurant was full. The food and drinks arrived quickly, and the service was very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed it very much, and the restaurant is ideal for families with children.

We ate there yesterday and I asked the waitress what burger she would recommend… her recommendation was anything but good. I almost threw up. The burger was cold and just a small slice of bread with the meat and a lettuce leaf in between. For the price, I wouldn't recommend it, and the taste was just as bad. The food was cold. I told the waitress that was unacceptable, but I didn't even get an apology. Oh well, I won't be going back.

The food was average, absolutely nothing special. Too expensive for the quality. The burgers, fries, and sauces were all run-of-the-mill. The waitress was okay, but the manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The restaurant was cold, drafty, and too dark. Apparently, the lights couldn't be turned up any brighter. I wouldn't go back.

I liked it there. The food is delicious and the atmosphere was lovely.

My wife and I had burgers. The bun was soft and cold, and the bacon wasn't crispy. The sweet potato fries were great. The piña colada was mixed incorrectly and tasted like cheap alcohol. We didn't drink it and informed the server. Unfortunately, we still had to pay full price. We'll never go back to Poppins.

Yesterday, my husband and I went to Poppins. My vegetarian cheeseburger was relatively good, just a little dry. Afterwards, I wanted a cocktail, but it was really bad. Despite telling the server we didn't like it, we still had to pay full price. My conclusion: Never again.

Not so great, the burger and fries were only mediocre… Not comparable to the Road House in Paderborn. Not much sauce, the patty was too small, and the taste wasn't all that great.

Very delicious food, very friendly service, and a lovely location if you have children. We were completely satisfied.

We were there by chance and quite late, but we were still greeted and served in a friendly manner. All in all, I thought it was very good.

The food was okay. They didn't want to accept the coupon booklet when paying because you had to specify it before ordering. Very strange.

It would be good to have wet wipes after meals. And please always have the sauces on the table! And please offer the children's menus to the adults as well! Sincerely, Jörg

We were there on a Wednesday evening, and it wasn't busy. A shame, actually. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was cool, and the burgers were amazing (including a wide variety of vegetarian options). The food came quickly and was freshly prepared. Prices were on the higher side, but thanks to certain special offers, they were still within reason. We'll definitely be back! PS to the team: cool t-shirts/hoodies 😉

Review for Poppins Restaurant, Lippstadt We had lunch at Poppins and traveled about 30 km especially because we discovered the restaurant through the Schlemmerblock voucher booklet. About two minutes after ordering, we presented the Schlemmerblock voucher booklet – or it was even already on the table. The waiter then explained to us that it could only be redeemed if it was presented before ordering. He referred us directly to page 14 of the booklet, where this is stated. We have visited many restaurants with the Schlemmerblock voucher booklet and have never encountered such inflexible and unfriendly service. In our opinion, a two-minute difference would have had no effect here – except perhaps on our mood. Unfortunately, this experience did not leave a good impression, and we will therefore not recommend Poppins.

Six of us went to Poppins this evening and had a great time. The service was excellent – our server was super friendly, attentive, and gave us excellent advice. We didn't have to wait long; everything went smoothly and in a relaxed manner. The food was really good. We all had burgers. Overall, a very successful visit – we'll definitely be back!

Incredibly friendly service, they were able to show me vegan options right away, and the vegan Santaco de Chili burger was amazing. Plus, the price was very good and the service was fast. I was pleasantly surprised and can highly recommend this place to not only vegans and vegetarians!

The chicken stank and was downright disgusting. Our entire table didn't eat the burgers. When asked if everything was okay, we told them so. Unfortunately, no one cared. The server was otherwise quite nice. The cocktail was okay. We're never going there again...

My family and I ate here for the first time yesterday. First of all, it was tasty but not again. The price-performance ratio is not right. Prices are overpriced for the quality of the food. 5.45 euros for a small portion of fries is amazing. I'm not even talking about Cola 0.3 4.25 euros :-( Baked nachos with chili con carne were supposed to be a main course, but were enough as a starter. Conclusion: earn a lot of money with little use of goods.

It was our first time here and we had dinner. The ambience is definitely unusual, but very creatively designed - there is a lot to discover and admire. I really liked it because it didn't meet the typical standard. We ordered burgers, which were really tasty, and our special requests were implemented without any problem. We tried out the lemonades - unfortunately the strawberry was a bit too artificial for my taste. Since we were impressed by the selection on the menu, we couldn't resist dessert: the brownies were extremely good, and as a highlight we tried the unusual milkshakes - strawberry and apple pie. Visually they are a real eye-catcher, especially with the cotton candy as an extra. However, I wasn't impressed with the taste of strawberry, and I would have liked the apple pie to have a more intense flavor - it tasted more like milk with a hint of caramel. Despite some minor criticisms, we really enjoyed our visit and would be happy to come back to try out more of the menu. The service was friendly and accommodating. A big plus: I was allowed to take my dog ​​in with me and there was enough space for her to lie down and relax.

The customer management is poor in terms of reservations and space allocation. Even though all tables were free and you had reserved your own. We waited about 55 minutes for the food with very little activity. Unfortunately it was also cold. So it's not a fault of the kitchen but of the service. The cocktails were ok but only arrived after 20 minutes. The service was very unfriendly. The decor is nice but very noisy. If you're looking for a good burger and cocktail place, I can recommend Becky K5 in Soest. The service there is great, the people are fresh and warm and the cocktails arrive quickly. The SchankhausDiva is also a good alternative to this store. It's a real shame because the decor was funny.

On February 14th, 2025 at around 1:45 p.m. - 3:15 p.m., light snowfall in Lippstadt. Valentine's Day and the decoration was correspondingly warm. You have to experience it. Words are too weak for that. On the initiative of my visit today, we had the "Aloha Chicken Burger" & Hau' the Lukas with fries. Darn nice people and a feast for the eyes of the decoration with a mouthfeel of exquisite Angus meat with its own unmistakable touch. The price is worth it! The condition was super intuitive and very pleasant, nice but firm. The location is first class, right next to the Bernhardbrunnen (just Lippstadt like). Greetings Dominic

The price of 13.00 euros for a handful of fries and 2 small and thin chicken bites is very excessive. Very carelessly prepared on top of that.

Today I finally went to Poppins again in Lippstadt. Very competent and friendly service. The veggie cheeseburger was really great. I also really love the ambience in the store.

I haven't eaten it yet but the chocolate brulee and latte macchiato with caramel flavor taste very, very good. The service is great! The staff are very friendly! Keep it up.

The humor was top-notch, the food was pleasantly warm, and the drinks were good. I would come here again.

The fan was constantly blowing cold air into the interior. I told the service staff that it was unpleasantly chilly. They had just turned on the heating in that area a few minutes ago. Sorry, but the air wasn't getting any warmer, and that was in winter. Several guests mentioned it. Too bad 😞

We had desserts and hot drinks. The ginger mint tea was unfortunately nothing. The problem is that the "hot water" comes from a fully automatic machine and the 82 mint leaves. In total, this effectively makes 20ml of lukewarm tea. Otherwise, a nice shop and friendly staff.

Something different than what you'd find everywhere else. If you want fries with your burger, it won't be cheap. But in my opinion, the food is worth the money.

Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about: friendly staff, first-class food (burgers and fries). The store's layout was first-class, and it was very well-maintained. Great location, great people, great food,

We were there with our 10-year-old grandson, who was given a surprise visit to the cinema. Before that you have to fortify yourself, so we chose Poppins to eat and drink It's colorful inside and there's a lot to see and discover. Our grandchildren were able to move freely through the restaurant (it wasn't full yet), look at and touch everything without being fussed over. The food tastes good and fills you up. The prices are completely okay! As a cherry on the cake, after we paid, our grandchildren were allowed to choose a free bag of sweets and let the bell hanging on the post really ring. We will definitely come back, we are thrilled with how nice and friendly everyone there is. We enjoyed the food, and after showing the pictures to our daughter, we now want to go there with the whole family! Really recommended if you are in Lippstadt!

We've been there twice for dinner so far. Service was always very friendly, food and drinks came super quickly and in my opinion they have the best/tastiest burger in the PB and Lippstadt districts. The portions are also very large and absolutely appropriate for the price. Always my pleasure

Bottomless. We ordered a lot and wanted to take advantage of the discount through M4-Fitness. This was not denied just because we showed the key after placing the order. The waiter had no right to accommodate us - the supervisor, who supposedly has the decision-making power, was only informed via a text message, whether that is even true is unclear. Apparently the supervisor didn't report until the food was ready. Nothing more was done, we paid a total of 13 euros too much. What a cheek. Only because the manager (supposedly) doesn't allow a waiter to cancel his bill and resubmit it. But even if that's true, the waiter had no ambition to help us. We had to explain twice that this was incomprehensible and ask him to cancel the invoice so that he would even have the idea to contact his superior (as I said; whether that even happened is questionable). So that the waiter didn't have to pay for it ourselves, we paid - we will never eat there again.

Today we treated ourselves to a little colorful and sweet break. At Poppins in Lippstadt, something from Mary Poppins and Alice in Wonderland meets Cafe Extrablatt. A nice mix of kitsch and modern dishes. Today we were only there for something sweet in the afternoon, but we'd love to come back again for burgers & co!

Burgers and drinks were tasty, but not earth-shattering. Staff super attentive and quick and friendly. Points deducted - the sauce bottles should be wiped down after every table. The sauce bottles in our roundel were very greasy. And I personally didn't have an expiry date or at least a start date.
