Our experience: Despite the limited Christmas menu, it was totally chaotic. Had to wait over an hour for our food. The food is just typical ex-Yugolsavian, nothing more. The meat was okay and the skewer was just a lump of fat. The service was lousy to great depending on the employee. But no one was really paying attention. There was no water for the dog either. Unfortunately, we (four adults and a dog) were completely disappointed.

Ich bin in Sachen Restaurants nicht schnell zu begeistern, aber das Restaurant Milan in der Lippstädter Innenstadt hat es tatsächlich geschafft. Obwohl das Lokal fast voll belegt war wurde mir recht schnell ein Tisch zugewiesen. Ich habe mich schon auf längere Wartezeiten bezüglich Getränke und Essen eingestellt, aber bereits nach 5 Minuten habe ich mein Getränk und einen Beilagensalat serviert bekommen. Das Hauptgericht, hier ein Räuberteller, stand weitere 10 Minuten später vor mir. Es war ein kulinarisches Highlight. Jede Sorte Fleisch, ob Schwein, Rind oder Hackfleisch, geschmackvoll zubereitet, zart und absolut lecker. Pommes frites, Djuvec Reis und Zwiebeln sowie eine Scheibe Hirtenkäse als Beilagen rundeten das Gericht ab. Preislich alles vollkommen im Rahmen. Das Personal, obwohl der Laden voll war, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn das Restaurant Milan in der Nähe meines Wohnortes läge, hätten sie ab heute einen Stammgast mehr.

I'm not easily impressed when it comes to restaurants, but the Milan restaurant in downtown Lippstadt actually made it. Even though the restaurant was almost full, I was assigned a table quite quickly. I was prepared for a long wait for drinks and food, but after just 5 minutes I was served my drink and a side salad. The main course, here a robber plate, was in front of me another 10 minutes later. It was a culinary highlight. Every type of meat, whether pork, beef or minced meat, tastefully prepared, tender and absolutely delicious. French fries, Djuvec rice and onions as well as a slice of herder's cheese as side dishes rounded off the dish. In terms of price, everything is perfectly reasonable. The staff, even though the store was full, were very friendly and accommodating. If the Milan restaurant were near where I live, they would have one more regular customer from today.

You can't complain about the food, unfortunately it was served very carelessly on the plates When I then asked for dessert (pancakes), I was told very unkindly that it would take until the next morning. So we can and are happy to forego a next visit to this restaurant.

We had a delicious meal on our first evening in Germany. Outside in the courtyard. It was very quiet which made us hesitate. But the food was fine. A steak with chanterelles and a Schnitzel with ham and cheese. Large portions, great taste. The only criticism I can think of is perhaps a bit of salt in the bacon. But that's all. Service is friendly and alert. So a great first evening and start of the holiday.

At first glance it is an old restaurant, but it is VERY clean. A friendly and attentive cellar brings the well-organized menu after an appropriate time. You'll soon find the right thing to eat and drink, even without a lot of pictures. Everything happens with a quick sign without much fuss, and drinks are quickly on the table

There were 36 of us. Service was very good, as was the food. Everyone got their food almost at the same time. What I noticed afterwards was that given the number of people we left quite a sum and we didn't even get a drink on the house. Otherwise everything was good!

Hallo, ich war das erste Mal hier. Ich war hier zur Verabschiedung meines alten Kollegen hier. Trotz das das Restaurant gefühlt bis auf den letzten Stuhl besetzt war und nicht durch unsere kleine Gruppe. Es war wirklich alles perfekt organisiert. Das Essen war super hergerichtet und sehr lecker. Die Getränke kamen auch sehr regelmäßig an die Tische. Hier brauchte keiner Angst haben das er verdurstet. Ich werde nach der Weihnachtszeit noch einmal ( oder mehr mals ) wieder kommen.

Ambiente ist Solide, könnte etwas moderner eingerichtet sein, wurde aber wohl an das Alter des Durchschnittsbesuchers angepasst. Das Essen war schon nicht gut. Das Eiweiß vom Spiegelei war teils roh, wärend das Eigelb durch war. Wie schafft man das überhaupt? Wer hat eigentlich gesagt, dass man mit einem Vegetarischen Gericht kein Salat als Starter haben möchte? Aber der soll wohl auch nicht das wahre gewesen sein. Das Gemüse war zu übersalzen, das fiel neben der geringen Tellerganierung jedoch kaum auf. Es war ein Blatt vom Salat und eine halbe Scheibe Orange zur Garnierung auf dem Teller, wieso so happig? Die Portion im allgemeinen war recht klein. Ist aber nicht das Problem. Das Radler war ein Bier mit einem Hauch von Orange. Hätte man dann auch sein lassen können. Der Aperitif am Ende war aber gut.
