I was at this restaurant recently and I'm still shocked by what I experienced there. The boss and his employees treat customers with a level of disrespect that is hard to beat. In addition, the restaurant was in an unkempt condition, which makes me doubt whether there are regular inspections by the public order office, especially with regard to cleanliness. Another big drawback was that no proper receipts were issued. Instead, you received your bill on a torn piece of paper, which gave the impression that they were trying to avoid taxes. The food was mediocre at best, but given the terrible atmosphere and the behavior of the boss, I can only strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The rights of customers are not taken into account here. Absolutely unacceptable and definitely not recommended! And regarding your response to my review: Your statement is completely wrong. I have no affiliation with any company that competes with yours and I work in a completely different industry. The sole purpose of my review was to give you the opportunity to improve. I invited two of my German friends to introduce them to Arabic food, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. These friends can of course act as witnesses. I also have photos that show the place across from you where guests sit and eat. Also regarding the receipts: Anyone can come to your place and check them immediately. I hope that you take the criticism seriously and improve the quality of your offering so that you can convey a positive image of Arabic restaurants in Dortmund.

Ich gebe 1 stern wegen eine unhöflich Verhalten von der Mitarbeiter. In menü steht dass ein Schwerma kostet 6 Euro und steht ein Bild dafür und die Preis neben den Bild. Als ich bezahlen möchte hat er mir gesagt das diese Kostet 7 euro. Dann hab ich ihn gesagt steht hier ein 6 euro dann hat er mir gesagt ok. Denkst du ist das ein schlauer idee? Ich verstehe gar nicht warum er diese verhalten tut. Außerdem das Restaurant ist richtig klein und unsauber.
