60 Seconds to Napoli in Dortmund

The best Neapolitan pizza I've ever eaten. The service was also very friendly. We didn't have a reservation and only waited 10 minutes on a Friday evening.

I don't understand the reviews here at all. We had a Diablo pizza (€16) and a salad, plus drinks. Regarding the pizza: The first thing we noticed was that while the pizza had a thick crust, there was nothing particularly flavorful about it. It was simply a crust that made up 65% of the pizza's volume—enjoy your meal. The base of the pizza was thin (which I like), but unfortunately, it was so soggy with the sweet sauce that it was rather mushy. There was nothing spicy or hot on the Diablo pizza, by the way. On the plus side, we sat outside in 10°C weather, and the patio heaters made it very pleasant. I'd rather not comment on the salad; there were underage people around. By the way, a small Pepsi costs €4.20. In the end, we paid €45 for the two dishes and three soft drinks.

We booked a table for 6:30 pm tonight. My daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday. The nice lady at reception with her tray really didn't seem to be in the mood to work. Despite proof that the booking was confirmed, she made no attempt to find a solution. But the people who had booked for 7 pm were allowed to sit down immediately. Now that's what I call service! We arrived on November 1st, 2025, around 6:30 PM and were greeted by an older woman wearing glasses. I had made a reservation beforehand, but she told me I had only signed up for the waiting list. I showed her my email confirming the reservation, and she said that couldn't be right and tried to trick us into thinking I was only on the waiting list (you get a completely different response on the waiting list than with a reservation, and as an employee, she should have known that and not lied). She then sent us away, saying I would just have to wait. It was my birthday dinner, so we left to avoid anyone spitting in our food. It was incredibly unfriendly, and I can't understand how anyone could treat customers like that when there was a system error or a company mistake. I don't know how the company can stand behind such an employee.

The food was delicious, we were served quickly and got a table at short notice. Parking is required in a parking garage, as the restaurant is located in the city. We will definitely go back.

Neapolitan pizza in Dortmund! The pizzas at 60 Seconds to Napoli are simply fantastic – fluffy crusts, perfectly cooked, and high-quality toppings. I had a pizza with Parma ham, arugula, and Parmesan cheese – super fresh and delicious. My companion's mortadella pizza was also excellent. The service was friendly and attentive, the ambiance modern and cozy – especially in the evening with a view of the illuminated square, very atmospheric. The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect, and the quality speaks for itself. Definitely one of the best pizzas in the city – we'll be back! 🍕🇮🇹

The truffle pasta tastes excellent and is highly recommended. The service staff is super friendly and attentive. We felt very comfortable.

Despite its good reputation on Instagram, the place unfortunately didn't win me over. The pizza was on the high side, but the taste was mediocre at best. I have to say, though, that I had a vegetarian pizza; perhaps they're better at making the meat-based classics. In any case, I won't be coming back here again.

The owner apparently doesn't like partying Germans. Frustrated, he throws us out. Sorry, Italy lost. Dortmund has better locations. Google wants to delete this review. I don't need racist comments in reviews, but deleting almost all negative reviews makes the Google review system a farce.

I was absolutely thrilled with 60 Second Neapoli! The pizza is simply amazing: superb crust, perfectly baked, and you can taste the real ingredients used. The crust is beautifully fluffy and slightly smoky, just as you'd expect from a true Neapolitan pizza.

Great food, again and again. I'll be back. Only the cold burrata on the hot pizza wasn't quite right. But that's probably how it should be. Otherwise, everything from the service to the ambiance and the selection was excellent!

We had three different pizzas, and all were delicious. Personally, I didn't like the cheese dip; I would have preferred it to be more runny. However, I would definitely recommend the restaurant! The service was very friendly and attentive, and despite the crowd, we didn't have to wait long for our food. One minor criticism, however, is that the tables were quite close together, making it easy to overhear conversations from neighboring tables and making it difficult to move between courses. Due to the busy atmosphere, it was also quite noisy—it was difficult to have a conversation at a normal volume. While the restaurant can't really do much about this, it did somewhat dampen the overall experience.

The food looked really promising on Instagram, but unfortunately, the visit to the restaurant was a disappointment. The truffle pasta and the tuna pizza were far too greasy and difficult to cut. The pasta was also too thick. My boyfriend and I therefore unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant. We ordered chili oil, but only received regular oil without chili. So don't be fooled by TikTok or Instagram; the food looks better than it tastes.

Everything was perfect. The pizza tasted absolutely amazing, not like the average pizza you'd get at any pizzeria. It had a really thick crust and tasted really good. But you have to be prepared that if there are too many people there, you'll have to wait a long time for your food.

I was at 60 Seconds in Dortmund today on October 4th, and the pizzas were as delicious as always and the staff was very attentive, that's what I call customer service 👍

After reading the reviews and photos, we decided to try this pizza. I had very high expectations given the positive reviews and photos of a pizza that claims to be Neapolitan. We ordered a Don Diablo and a Margherita. On both pizzas, the tomato sauce was raw and salty. The dough was good, the ingredients decent, but it's all pointless if the tomato sauce is raw and salty. Two stars are a gift; I just hope ours was an isolated incident. When I said hello to the waitress (because I'm polite), I didn't receive a response. I said hello again, but again, I didn't receive a response. She probably didn't hear me, but if she had, perhaps she didn't reciprocate for the low tip? If the pizza had been good, the tip would have been higher.

A delicious Neapolitan-style pizza: thick, crispy crust and thin crust. High-quality ingredients and creative pizza variations. Despite being very busy, the service was super quick.

The food was truly excellent, and the atmosphere is cozy both inside and out, with beautiful lighting. The mood is relaxed, and there are hot spots around the tables, making outdoor seating very pleasant.

The pizza here was very nice, although partly not cooked enough throughout the crust. The service at this location was terrible. We waited almost 30 minutes to get our order taken and 20 mins to pay, regardless of continuously asking to pay. Very welcoming place, super friendly waiter who sometimes even answered us in Italian, loved it. The pizza is Neapolitan-style with a thick crust, good, and the prices are the same as for a traditional pizza abroad, for example, a marinara is €9. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with toilet paper. Highly recommended <3
