60 Seconds to Napoli in Dortmund

We spent a pleasant evening at the pizzeria 60 Seconds to Napoli. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. Unfortunately, our pizza took a little too long to arrive, and it was only lukewarm. Nevertheless, it was very tasty, and overall, we enjoyed our visit.

The waiter has no idea about the pizzas they sell, which is really sad, I have to say.

We came here on Google's recommendation. This is terrible. We waited a long time for the waiter. The pizza arrived. The pizza is burnt. I made a remark. The waiter was rude and not polite. He said that black pizza is their “trick”, that it is burnt... And this is in the center of Dortmund. I don't recommend it!!!

Went there again with the family today. Always recommended. Top service and the best pizza in town.

Pizza dough very good Burrata is too small for a “bomb” and the New York Style taste is not at a top level. We didn't like the combination ingredients. Pizzas prepared pretty carelessly. There was also a lot going on during that time. Regardless of how busy the restaurant was, it was extremely loud. It felt like every few minutes a glass fell down. Extreme hectic pace. Service was still nice and attentive.

The pizza was delicious. A dip or herb and garlic butter would have been a great addition to the crust. Due to the Germany game, service was a bit slow. I hope this isn't a permanent condition.

Ordered food again and the pizza arrived burnt and ice cold. The salad was missing bread. A replacement or refund was refused. Regardless of the lack of bread, you get a salad that is the same size as a side salad.

Taste of the pizza five stars, but I minus the stars because of a bad experience that is almost like scam. My pizza was 15 and the “Master Class” Martini was 13. But somehow on the tablet they charged the Martini 14 which we were not notified before hand. They said they updated the price but the menu was not updated yet… Which is TOTALLY NOT OK. The customer was informed the price of 13 and asked to pay 14… is this is not scam what is it?! They should only update the system when the menu is being changed. In the end they gave me back the 1 euro difference, but the experience just ruined the good mood from the food that I wished to give 5 stars. … and the “Master Class” Martini wasn’t really meeting the expectations of a 13 euro level chick tail to be honest…

Pizzas tasted very good, you really can't complain about the service and I can only recommend the three different dips!

Very good food in a good location, the only thing that was a bit annoying was that the waitress wanted to sell you more than you ordered, e.g. “not another water to share” or “do you want another starter”?

First of all, the pizza is top-notch, but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We were there yesterday and were seated at a table that was completely filthy. Only after we asked was the table cleaned. The waitress was really nice and attentive. The waiter in the blue vest should put aside his arrogance and greet the guests as they walk in!!!!!

I have just eaten the Patate & Salsiccia Deluxe Pizza and I am very impressed. This pizza is far from the level of pizzas I have eaten before. It may seem exaggerated, but this is the best taste experience I've had so far.

Inside (at least upstairs) it could be quite tight for two people. Otherwise very pleasant. The restaurant isn't that huge but the food and drinks are very tasty. The dips and pizzas were excellent

You can immediately tell that they are passionate about this and love is worked on. 60 Seconds to Napoli Dortmund offers an all-round experience successful and breathtaking culinary experience.

Unfortunately, the restaurant, which we visited based on a recommendation, could not meet our expectations. Some of the pizzas were very, very dark, and at first there was the wrong pizza. But the right one came in two minutes. The specials are a good idea, so I had the “PULLED BEEF”, which unfortunately lacked a bit of flavor in my opinion. Unfortunately, this also applied to the meatballs on the “MEATBALLS FROM HELL”, but the jalapeños and chilies were great. The service was good, quick and friendly. Since the location is very open, it is quite loud and uncomfortable.

Good pizzas, service unfortunately so-so. Promises are not kept, after email evaluation there should be a surprise without specifying what it should be. Our children had hoped to give a good review of this. As a surprise we were then offered coffee or grappa. After pointing out that the children had rated and whether an exchange for a scoop of ice cream was possible, the answer was negative and nothing more was discussed. Even after complaining to management, no response. 6 people, over €120 for pizzas and drinks and no scoop of ice cream possible. But they were happy to accept the assessment and data. Customer=No King Actually a great concept but very inflexible, definitely never again.

We had reserved a table for 7:30 p.m. and were there promptly at 7:25 p.m. Nevertheless, we were told that there was no table available. Instead of sitting at the bar, we should wait outside in 3 degree weather. It wasn't until 7:45 p.m. that a table was available - but a table for two that was far too small for three people, right by the door. When I asked to be given a larger table, I was given a curt reply that there were no other options unless we waited even longer. This makes me wonder why you even make a reservation if there are no tables available for it. The pizza was okay, but I definitely won't visit this restaurant again.

I ordered food through Wolt, which arrived cold. After I called the restaurant, they didn't want to help me any further. Then I wrote to Wolt, who informed me that the restaurant would not allow a refund even though the food was ice cold. I threw it away and will never eat here again. Absolutely outrageous what you do to your customers!
