Anatolia Kebap House in Dortmund

This was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. The meat and other ingredients, like the tomatoes, were clearly old, so old that I couldn’t even finish my döner. I threw it away after the very first bite. The worker himself was polite, but his boss straight-up lied about the price. First he said it was €6, and then suddenly claimed the price “changes depending on the bread.” The bread (lavash) was also old, and no matter how much he reheated it, the smell of stale dough didn’t go away. To make things worse, when packing the döner, he wrapped it with a long double-layer foil just to make it look bigger than it actually was, a cheap trick to deceive customers. And apparently, you can’t pay by card unless your order exceeds €10. If I didn’t have cash on me, I would’ve been forced to buy something else at an inflated price. This place is dishonest, unhygienic, and absolutely not worth your money. I'll never come back, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.

I love there Pizzas, specially Donar ones. Recently I tries Double Decker pizza and it was awsome. I got 40cm one and that was good for two person who eats a lot.

We ordered three doner kebab plates with chicken and one with veal on Sunday. The food was delivered to our home within 30 minutes, so everything was fine. BUT: The veal arrived with a very unhealthy color and the smell was beyond unappetizing. We each tried a piece, and it tasted absolutely inedible. When we called back, the response was completely uncomprehending. Quote: "We took the meat fresh off the skewer! What should we do now? We'll do better next time!" Then the friendly employee simply hung up. Sorry, but that's an absolute no-go!!! First, they hand out food of substandard quality and then react with offense...we threw away almost 10 euros in the trash so we wouldn't start the new week with proper diarrhea. Thanks for NOTHING, we'll definitely not be going back to Anatolia Kebap House...absolute filth!

Doner Review: The bread was very soggy, sauces were drizzled on top instead of spread on the bread, and the salad-to-meat ratio was too salad-heavy. Overall, it was okay, but not a particular recommendation.

Subterranean. I wanted to give this place a second chance after my kebab was terrible last time. The meat was just gristle and pink because it couldn't be cooked fast enough. The fries were half-raw. Since the kebab used to be extremely good, I thought I'd give it another try and ordered food. My kebab plate was served with meat that tasted like nothing and was extremely dry, along with soggy fries, and the tzatziki was completely forgotten. I'm afraid the place has changed hands. Never again

We used to love eating here. It's not possible anymore... The staff can't stand the idea, the salad was a disgrace, and the fries were raw. The veal doner was delicious, though. And the sauce was just slapped on the salad instead of the meat. With prices these days, I'll definitely be looking for a new kebab shop. That's how you drive customers away!!!

The doner kebab is nothing special. Neither particularly good nor particularly bad. You can eat it once if you're hungry. I wouldn't go there because it was so great. It wasn't particularly cheap for its size either. You can do better.

Until recently I liked ordering there, but now it's crumbly meat, not what I ordered, I waited over an hour (which is still within reason) and the food was still cold, never again... the fries are also raw...

Unfortunately, things are going downhill. The kebabs are more than sparsely topped, and the staff barely open their mouths. For the prices you have to pay these days, I expect a bit more. Sorry.

Well, after the sale today I bought something again and all I can say is not again, the food is a disaster and I find it very unclean, a case for the garbage can..

The store is unbelievable! Wrong delivery and then blaming me too! In addition, the employees on the phone are not very friendly and it is best not to have customer contact. It's better to order somewhere else...The taste of the kebab isn't great either and the fries always come across as weak.

Even though it wasn't full, we waited 10 minutes until we could order. Preparation went relatively quickly. Taste was okay, not good, but not bad either. At the end when paying, I was charged twice. A colleague had previously paid for the entire table and we were still at the table and didn't notice the whole thing. The employee definitely knew that we were from the same table and that this table no longer had an outstanding bill (we were sitting at the same table 30 seconds before). But he still had both kebabs paid for and cashed in twice. Unfortunately we only noticed this later. Once and never again.

Without a fork...great Loading really slows down I had food for the first time today ordered to deliver. Simply mega. Super fast delivery, food super hot and really tasty. I ordered via the website for the first time today and was promptly delivered incorrectly. The matter was discussed by phone and a new delivery was agreed. This was delivered 40 minutes later and the driver then wanted money. Customer service looks different! The restaurant was at fault. I've already ordered via Lieferando and never had any problems. I find the behavior cheeky and that's why it was the last order from Anatolia for me. The food was also only lukewarm.

Lahmacun was raw. Critical, otherwise a friendly gentleman behind the counter who tries hard. Unfortunately it was too risky for me and I stopped eating halfway through. Too bad.

Fries didn't work at all. Dry as dust. Doner was ok. However, a lot of savings were made on sauces. I won't order again. Price-performance ratio doesn't fit.

Forgot the fork, now I can travel on a kebab box train for three hours without being able to eat anything. I'm already very angry.

Where should I start? The order wasn't ready when I picked it up, while it was being picked up the employee noticed that the rice was apparently missing (seemed more like an excuse), the wrong meat, very dry, hardly any sauce, NEVER AGAIN!!

This is how a kebab shop should be. To the point. No frills. You say what you want and you get what you ordered. Very tasty and good portions. Every now and then it just has to be fast food. It's not a restaurant where the atmosphere is part of the taste. Unfortunately, the complainers here have no idea and have irrational expectations and demands. Enjoy your meal everyone.

Worst kebab meat I've eaten in a long time

Disappointingly I just got a Hänschen kebab even though I wasn't asked what kind of meat I wanted. Salad was fresh but the meat wasn't even completely cooked through so I left it alone. They also just put salads on it without asking. There was also no change, which is pretty questionable.

Bones in the meat, delivery 30 minutes late so not suitable for lunch breaks. Bring a lot of time and patience otherwise you'll just get upset like me. Ehm, the employees were pretty unprofessional, although I have to say that they at least answered the phone no matter how many times I called. On the whole, instead of a jumbo kebab, I got a normal one with bones and late, although I was only able to eat it after work, so it was also cold because it had been sitting there for half a day

Yesterday I wanted to treat myself to a kebab again and ordered it to take away on site. The delivery person who came to meet me was very friendly and greeted me. The gentleman behind the counter was also very nice and asked how I wanted my kebab. My wish was completely without hot sauce. I don't go to the corner that often but I always found the kebab there very tasty. Yesterday it almost got stuck in my throat and it was also spicy 😔 at one point it smelled spoiled, I don't know if it was the tomatoes 🤢 after two bites I had to put it away. 7 euros is quite impressive. Too bad...

I had already written a review, but it was removed by Google due to a complaint from this store. An impossible act that shows that this business is hiding unpleasant reviews. My review wasn't all that bad. All I had written was that I was given a cold falafel pocket - which is undoubtedly true! I definitely won't shop at a store like this again. Mess!

Came by here by chance. Were received warmly & had a good time there! The food was plentiful & delicious 😋! TOP price! If we're in Dortmund again, we'll be happy to come back! The kebab plate is recommended.

The Pakistani boss is very sweet and nice, but there are major hygiene problems in the store. An employee swept the floor and, without washing his hands, stood behind the counter and rolled up pizza dough. That is not how it works. I also noticed that the gentleman who makes the kebabs opened rolls of coins and counted the coins without washing his hands afterwards and then made a kebab. Recently the health department was even there and wanted to close the store. Therefore: never there again.

Super friendly welcome! Came at short notice with 9 people. A table was prepared for us straight away. The food, the kebab plate and schnitzel, tasted great! The portions were very generous :). The Antatolia Kebap House is definitely recommended.

I ordered on Sunday around 8 p.m. Food was (is) super tasty. I had telephone contact with someone who was very customer-oriented and was able to help me a lot. Delivery was also quick, even though BVB was playing and they certainly had a lot to do. Always my pleasure .

Man kriegt anstatt einen Döner Dürüm einen Salat Dürüm . Preise sind immer 1-2€ teurer als angegeben. Es werden alle Belage in den Döner reingemacht obwohl man sagt was man haben will und was nicht. Der Dürüm wurde zuerst mit Salat vollgemacht und anschliessend mit 3 Streifen Döner. Reiner abzocke!

Hat hier der Betreiber, oder das Personal gewechselt ? Bis jetzt immer "unser" Dönermann. Einfach nur lecker - immer. Samstag sollte es wieder mal Döner sein. Vom Kalb. Rein gebissen, noch mal rein gebissen, Döner weg geworfen, weil geschmacklich ungenießbar. Das Fleisch schmeckte alt und gammelig. Muss ich nicht haben-sorry

War mal richtig gut. Heute war das Essen die reinste Katastrophe. Fleisch durchzogen mit Fett und beide Gerichte schmecken aufgrund des eingelegten Rotkohls? nur danach. Werde künftig leider woanders hingehen.

Das n Zitronen Spritzer zum döner dazugehört kein Problem aber was hat die Zitrone im Krautsalat zu suchen so wird der Krautsalat noch saurer und somit ungenießbar somit waren 7 Euro für nen döner für die Tonne

Die Preise sind extrem gestiegen und befinden sich deutlich über dem üblichen Preisniveau. Das Essen ist aber sehr lecker und die Bedienung absolut nett.

Ich hätte da evntl einen Dönervorschlag, vielleicht kennt man mich noch von der Bestellung für den Rotkehlchenweg. Von unten nach oben: Dönerfleisch mit Joghurtsoße, Sauerkraut und euer übliches, dann eine kleine Schicht Joghurtsoße und wieder Fleisch. Ansonsten ist alles bestens bei euch viele liebe Grüße und probiert das vielleicht mal👌

Fühle mich Betrogen. Die Preistafel zeigte 6€ für ein Döner doch bei der Bezahlung hieß es, der Döner kostet nun 7€. Als ich mich darüber beschwerte und einen Bon verlangte, wurde der Döner mit 6€ angerechnet doch 1€ als Beilage berechnet. Somit kommen die auf deren 7€ .Selbst die Ketchup für eine Pommes wird hier mit 80cent berechnet. Im Nachgang mehr verlangen als ausgeschrieben geht gar nicht. Zumindest hätte man vor der Bestellung die Preiserhöhung erwähnen müssen. Aufgrund dieser Praxis absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr guter Döner, Pommes sind auch lecker nur die Verpackung lässt diese beim Transport matschig werden. Edit 06.08.: Hier scheint es einen Inhaberwechsel gegeben zu haben. Die Preise sind teilweise unverschämt hoch. Dürum Falafel mit drei kleinen Falafeltalern für 7.00 Euro ist einfach unverschämt und nicht zu rechtfertigen. Hier werde ich nicht mehr hingehen...

Der besten Döner und Pizza ich hatte in meine ganzen lieben, alle musst es probieren

Wir waren das letzte Mal hier. Wie rechtfertigt man bitte den Preissprung auf 7€ für einen Dürüm Falafel (ohne Fleisch)?!!!!! Ist Eisbergsalat so teuer geworden? Ich denke nicht. Schade, aber die Preisanhebungen der Gerichte sind unangemessen.

Ich habe es eigentlich immer genossen hier zu bestellen, da die Portionen echt in Ordnung sind. Vor kurzem musste ich jedoch zu meiner Überaschung feststellen, dass das Hähnchenfleich bei Döner u. Pizza bereits vom Spieß abgeschnitten und lediglich in GN-Behältern warm gehalten wurde. Beispielsweise bei einer Dönerpizza zwar kein Problem, da diese ja nochmal in den Ofen kommt, jedoch war das Fleisch bei einem normalen Döner lau warm und somit kalt bevor man zuhause ankam. Fazit: Für Gerichte wie Pizzen oder Pide kann man hingehen. Bevor ich jedoch ein Gericht mit aufgewährmten Fleisch esse mache ich mich lieber auf die Suche nach einem anderen Dönerladen.

Hatte heute einen Döner gekauft, habe aber erfahren, dass das Geschäft verkauft wurde, erstmal alles schön und gut. Allerdings war der Döner eine Katastrophe! Das Fleisch wurde vorher geschnitten und wurde aus einem Behälter entnommen! Das geht garnicht! Ich möchte kein aufgewärmtes Fleisch sondern frisches, was vor meinen Augen geschnitten wird. Das größte Problem ist aber, dass das Fleisch extrem gewürzt ist und im Döner Brot kaum Salat vorhanden war! Dafür 7€ zu kassieren ist mega frech. Dann noch behaupten, dass alle Kunden "überzeugt" und "zufrieden" sind. Muss mir leider einen neuen Dönerladen suchen. Schade! War mal der beste Döner Hombruchs.

Ich war Stammkunde dort, es war immer lecker aber gestern erfahren das es ein neuer Inhaber ist. Leider sofort am Preis gemerkt. Gleich 2 Euro teurer. U das Fleisch ist stark überwürzt und war nicht schön weich u zart. Ich hatte die Hoffnung, dass die Qualität so bleibt. Leider ist es nicht so. Salat war in Ordnung aber rest nicht, Fleisch ist im Müll gewandert. Hatte auch massives Sodbrennen die Nacht. Sosse war nur ein Klecks u auf dem Salat gab es erst keine Sosse. Desweiteren im laden war es nicht schön leer u aufgeräumt sondern es türmten sich die fertigen Pizzakartons. Finde ich vom Ambiente her nicht so schön wenn der Tresen so voll gestellt ist. Naja ist alles eine frage des Geschmacks aber für mich ist das definitiv nichts. Und muss nun ein neuen Stammdöner finden. Echt schade!!!

20 Euro für eine große Dönerpizza, einen Döner und eine Portion Dip bei Selbstabholung ist jawohl absolut ungerechtfertigt. Ist es definitiv nicht wert !

Der Lieferant war sehr freundlich, aber ist ewig durch die Siedlung geirrt anstatt einfach mal anzurufen. Passiert. Das Essen allerdings war einfach nur schlecht und falsch. Zwei Dönerteller mit Reis und allen Saucen bestellt, bekommen haben wir zwei Dönerteller mit Pommes und nur einer Sauce. Dazu waren die Pommes auch noch unfassbar labbrig und nicht gesalzen/gewürzt. Das Dönerfleisch sucht seines gleichen, allerdings im negativen Sinn. Immerhin war es warm. Auch die Falafel waren nicht gut, da sie viel zu lange frittiert wurden. Einzig genießbar waren die Pizzabrötchen.

Für meine Begriffe definitiv der beste Dönerladen der Gegend. Einfach nur top. Immer freundlich und respektvoll, essen immer frisch und absolut lecker. Selbst bei Lieferung ist noch nie etwas kalt oder auch nur lauwarm angekommen. Auch wenn keine Kartenzahlung vor Ort möglich ist, absolut TOP.

Der Laden war mal okay... Mittlerweile eine der schlechtesten Dönerbuden in ganz Hombruch. Kaum möglich, da die alle nicht sonderlich gut sind. Aber hier sind sowohl Fleisch als auch Pommes einfach nur eine Frechheit.

Die Gerichte sind sehr lecker und haben eine gute Qualität. Leider wartet man oft ewig auf kleinste Bestellungen, obwohl keiner vor einem steht und keine Lieferbestellungen vorbereitet werden. Hier „stört“ man manchmal scheinbar als Kunde bei Privatgesprächen. Telefonisch ist hier trotz Angabe der Nummer niemand erreichbar.

Absolute Frechheit! Für 5,50€ habe ich gerade einen Döner bekommen der nicht mehr gewogen hat als das Butterbrot, dass meine Tochter zur Schule mitbekommt! Geschmacklich nix und für den Inhalt werdet ihr vom Ordnungsamt bei Kontrolle saftig zur Kasse gebeten. Schönen Abend noch. Mache mir nochmal Abendbrot!
