Art on a plate, love in the taste – absolutely perfect fine dining! "Le Fleur de Sel" in Maintal completely captivated us! From the appetizer to the main course, it was a culinary highlight of the highest order, true fine dining at its best. The beef fillet deserves special mention: it was so tender it melted in your mouth and so incredibly flavorful that we spontaneously ordered a second main course – that says it all about the quality! All the dishes were perfectly presented – true art on a plate and a feast for the eyes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They were able to recommend a wine to complement every dish, and even though we didn't order any, we could tell from the other guests how pleased they were with their recommendations. The opportunity to peek into the kitchen allowed us to observe the final, artistic touches being added to the plates. The ambiance is simple and elegant, just right for enjoying the culinary creations in peace and quiet. The cocktails were also delicious, and even the coffee was exceptional. Finally, our hostess treated us to a delicious limoncello on the house – a wonderful gesture that perfectly rounded off the evening. A fantastic team, an unforgettable experience. We are overwhelmed and will definitely be back!

This is a very good and delicious restaurant. The pizza is very crispy and delicious. The staff is also very friendly and humorous. We order from this restaurant often, and the delivery man is very nice and courteous, delivering promptly and respectfully. I highly recommend ordering or eating there 😁
