Tolles Essen, super Service und einfach die genialste Pizza in der Region weit und breit❗❗

Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und die Bedienung war freundlich. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass etwas besser auf leer getrunkene Gläser geachtet wird. Die blinkenden LED Lichter im Eingangsbereich empfand ich als unnötig, wertet den Laden eher ab. Auch die im Bereich des Pizzaofens gestapelten Pizzakartons könnte man kaschieren. Aber wie eingangs gesagt: das Essen ist gut und die Bedienung freundlich. Also durchaus einen Besuch wert!

Einfach mega, top Qualität zum fairen Preis. Als Pizza Liebhaber ist man hier bestens aufgehoben und muss nicht lange warten da der Kellner sehr schnell und zuvorkommend ist.

Sitzen am ersten Weihnachtstag mit der ganzen Familie da und erfahren dann, dass es an dem Tag dort keine Pizzas gibt. Hätte man ja auch mal vorher sagen können. Lächerlich

Sapori d’Italia mit zwei Augen gesehen. Das eine, welches auf das Essen geschaut hat ( Qualität war Mega ) und das andere, welches den Rest gesehen hat. Fangen wir an. Als Vorspeise durch Bilder im Netz inspiriert ( Gambas in Knoblauch. ) Wer die Bilder vergleicht, findet den Fehler. Meiner Meinung nach sind 10€+ für 3 verlorene Gambas schon recht happig, wenn man auf Bildern, die 4 Monate alt sind 6 Stück sieht. Den Chef darauf angesprochen bekamen wir die Auskunft, es käme eine neue Speisekarte. Naja, die MwSt. wurde ja wieder angehoben, aber war das nicht von 7 auf 19%?😉. Als Getränk wählten wir eine Karaffe Wein. Diese wurde zur Flasche Wasser zum Selbstausschank auf den Tisch gestellt. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn man eingeschenkt bekommt. So kennen wir es aus anderen Läden mit ähnlicher Preisgestaltung. Beim Kellner, welcher das sehr leckere Brot an den Tisch brachte, würden wir eine Zange in seiner Hand wünschen, mit welcher er das Brot aus dem Kasten nimmt. Da er im Verlauf des Abends mehrfach die Hand an Stellen hatte, die ich mit nicht als Beigeschmack am Brot wünsche. Und wenn sich schon 3 Kellner im Laden bewegen, wäre es toll , wenn sie sich auch der Tische annehmen, welche vor leeren Gläsern sitzen, oder eventuell mit Bestellung drohen. Aber ein großes Lob an den Herren, der sich als Chef geoutet hat und sich all unser Leid anhörte. Sehr freundlich und vielleicht auch mit Interesse an Umsetzung von der ein oder anderen Idee. Ich weiß noch nicht, ob es eine Wiederholung geben wird. Denn für mich muss bei solchen Preisen leider auch der Service zum Essen passen. Und dieser war Grottenschlecht. P.S. Leider hatte ich das Gefühl, in der Sprechstunde eines Tierarztes gewesen zu sein. Meiner Meinung haben Tiere ( meistens Hunde) nichts in der Gastronomie zu suchen. Es gibt unzählige Argumente wie Allerien, Haare die rumfliegen, unschöne Gerüche der Tiere, oder das Gebelle wenn es mehrere sind. Aber das Hauptargument ist einfach, Hygiene. Was soll man sagen. Mittlerweile alles zum positiven gedreht. Tolles Team, tolles Essen. Einzig was geblieben ist, dass immer noch die ganzen Köter rein dürfen. Für mich persönlich als Gast ein absolutes NoGo. Dort wo offene Lebensmittel verkauft werden, haben keine Hunde was zu suchen. Aber vielleicht kommt Bobby da ja auch noch einzelnen Gastronomen nach, welche es schon geändert haben. Wie z.B. das 3-Giebelhaus in Hennef. Im Restaurant keine Tiere mehr 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

Bestellung mit bitte um Lieferung heute. Das ist ist echt gut und wir bestellen öfters dort und gehen aber auch gerne dort hin zum essen. Aber immer, immer, immer wird bei Lieferung vergessen, Brot mitzubringen. Sind 3 Scheiben Brot so teuer, das man es lieber mal nicht mitliefert? Aber uns nervt es inzwischen zunehmend. Und das hat für uns auch was mit Service zu tun. Jedes mal wird gesagt, klar, Brot kommt mit. Und dann … wieder nix! Sollte doch nicht so schwer sein, sollte man meinen?! Bin genervt….

Habe dort einen Tag vor dem Kindergeburtstag angerufen und 10 Pizzen für 17:30 bestellt und darum gebeten, die Pizzen bitte zu schneiden. Am nächsten Tag würde ich um 17 Uhr angerufen und nochmals nach der Adresse gefragt. Luftlinie sind das vllt 400m. Diese Pizzeria hat es aber trotzdem geschafft, das die Pizza erst um 18 Uhr eingetroffen ist, da der Fahrer angeblich die Adresse nicht finden konnte. Bei telefonischer Nachfrage wurde man nur vertröstet und später wurde sogar sofort aufgelegt. Pizza war also mehr als 30 min zu spät und auch nicht geschnitten. Auf telefonische Nachfrage eines Rabattes wurde ich vom Chef dieses Ladens blöd von der Seite angemacht " Bruder, dann sag ich Fahrer soll alle Pizzen wieder mitnehmen". Keine Entschuldigung, kein Wort des bedauern, nix. Es gab noch nicht mal wie sonst üblich bei derart großer Bestellungen über Flasche Cola oder sonst was. Absolute Nullleistung dieses Ladens und es war definitiv das letzte Mal, das ich dort bestellt habe. Kundenservice geht anders.

The driver's behavior was absolutely unacceptable and threatening! I ordered through Lieferando, and the driver from this restaurant behaved incredibly unprofessionally, disrespectfully, and aggressively. He didn't deliver the order to the door/gate as agreed; I only found him outside by chance. When I asked for two extra sauces for the salad, he demanded €5 in cash, which I paid in small change (including 1-cent coins) since I didn't have any other coins. The driver then actually declared that pennies were "not money," slammed the money down on the pizza box, took the sauces back, and refused to wait until I could call his boss. He sped off with screeching tires, returned furiously, shouted loudly, and accused me of property damage without any basis, even though I neither touched him nor damaged his vehicle. The whole incident took place in front of the children's hospital – several people witnessed it. I felt seriously threatened and intimidated in this situation. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable—especially in public and towards female customers. When I finally got to speak with his boss, the first thing he asked me was why I should even be paying for the sauces—apparently, that wasn't part of the deal! Despite this, the driver refused to hand over the sauces, even to his boss, and simply drove off. Such aggressive and disrespectful behavior is inexcusable. I hope that Lieferando and the restaurant take appropriate action to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Never again!

For over twenty years, we and our kids, friends, and business partners have loved coming there, not least because of Franco!

The first annoyance is that when ordering online, I can only pay by card, which is then processed by a Dutch company. Then I asked for double the dressing for my salad, which has never been a problem before. I don't want it for free and would have gladly paid for it, but the driver told me they no longer do it that way. And my husband's pizza was extremely poor quality. We won't order from there again. Poor service, poor quality, and flexibility for a lot of money.

I'm not satisfied with the quality of the pizzas. The bases are often tough and the crusts are noticeably too dark. The pasta dishes al forno are quite good.

The chef knows his craft. I had: Tagliarini "Venetian Style" with strips of veal liver and chanterelle mushrooms in a white wine and herb sauce. Very tasty! Thanks to Bobby and his team!

We ordered there via Lieferando, and the delivery took 1.5 hours, even though the restaurant is just down the street. The drink, which cost €4.50, had already expired over four months ago.

Delicious pizza and pasta dishes, and the meat dishes are also highly recommended! Friendly and fast service. For whom it's suitable: The lunch menu is varied and offers excellent value for money.

My absolute favorite pasta dish is penne arrabiata. The other dishes are also excellent. The pizza is also perfect and incredibly good. Sometimes they forget the bread during delivery, but it's not a big deal.

Always simply delicious. The food arrives piping hot, and the quality is always consistent. I really, really like ordering here, preferably directly from the restaurant (not from a delivery place), because the owner is very nice, as are his staff, and we always get a chance to have a short, friendly, personal conversation.

We came spontaneously with nine people and we were put together straight away. The pizzas were really tasty, you can just tell that they were made in a stone oven and that they were made with love.

Spontaneously decided to have a pizza and luckily got a seat. For the starter, bruschetta 👌🏻really delicious and then a pizza that was really delicious👌🏻TOP but unfortunately for €13.50 the toppings were pretty manageable.. unfortunately... The wine was very good only the waiter was too busy pouring the wine. As a starter there was bread (it would be an advantage to distribute the bread into the baskets with tongs) and garlic dip was also very tasty. Today I have to edit my not so great review from 10 months ago (see above & at the bottom) Today I would give 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if that were possible. Service was great, the food was fantastically delicious. I've been trying lasagna everywhere for 6 years but I've always been totally disappointed. But today I ate the world's best lasagne 👌🏻 Thank you so much for this culinary delight. We are already looking forward to our next visit with you. All in all, the food was TOP, the rest was a flop😏 But we are confident that one or two things will change and we will definitely come back. Before I forget, I'm a 100% animal lover, but I think dogs have no place in a restaurant and then three in one go. 👎🏻

I ordered 4 pizzas, super tasty, they were still hot when they arrived, fast delivery. :-)

Ordered at 7:00 p.m. Delivery didn't arrive until 8:54 p.m. Two out of three dishes ordered were the wrong pizza. Driver called the restaurant: "Either you pay for the pizzas we delivered or you send everything back!" We sent it back and will definitely never order from them again. Great evening!

Good Italian around the corner. Good and tasty food, whether pizza, pasta or salad. No matter whether at lunchtime during the break or in the evening in a larger group. I just find it strange that some guests receive a small greeting from the kitchen in advance and our small plates are constantly (really always) taken away and I have never received a small greeting. I always get full, it's just a shame that the guests are treated differently!! Therefore, one point deducted!

The food doesn't deserve a star. Not even the pizza is tasty there. Very dry, burnt, no spices, no salt. Dr. Oetker tastes tastier. We returned the pizza and that's the last time we were there. The previous reviews have misled us, please don't make the same mistake!

Very tasty food, both pizza and pasta. I have ordered a few times and picked it up myself (live nearby) as well as eaten on site. Both were equally delicious. Service and friendliness were very good, both to me as an adult and to my children. Even after a few years, we are still very satisfied and always enjoy eating our favorite pizzas.

Nice, cozy restaurant with discreetly friendly service. Food was delicious. Beforehand there was a little treat on the house. My steak was very good, my wife's lasagna was also great. Because you're older, you don't have to ask the waiter for a coffee or grappa like you used to in conclusion. You could also order it that way, it was still nice in the past. There's really nothing to complain about. Toilet in the basement via a spiral staircase, so not for wheelchair users.

For the first time there, we had reserved, which was better. As a starter we had various salads and a tomato soup. All highly recommended. For the main course we had pizza and pasta. Everything perfect.

Honestly, how arrogant do you have to be? Ordered 2 pizzas. After 1.5 hours I call and ask where the pizza is, the answer comes: it's far away, you have to wait or order somewhere else AND JUST HANG UP. Customer-friendly or customer-oriented? Zero. Respect? Zero. Pizza? Warm and rubbery. Normal if something like this sits in the box for 2 hours. I will definitely never set foot in your restaurant again and will pass it on. There is only 1 star because the driver was really very friendly.

Reserved a table online weeks ago, there were no reservations when we arrived, but we still got a table. Employee seems grumpy and annoyed. Unfortunately the children's chair was occupied, there is only one available and it is more broken than functional. However, the food is A1 and hard to beat, so I would just have it delivered. Ambiance is a matter of taste.

Good food, friendly and very attentive service, pleasant atmosphere. There were three of us at Sapori, and everyone was very happy with the food (ravioli or Sapori salad plate with fried rump steak strips). The waiter was very friendly and extremely attentive, but not at all intrusive. The restaurant was full, but it wasn't loud, so it was easy to have a conversation at the table at a normal volume. The entire atmosphere and also the temperature in the restaurant were very pleasant.

I have never experienced anything so unfriendly and disrespectful! We spontaneously decided to go to lunch. (5 p.) A friend and I have already parked in front of the restaurant. The rest of our friends parked down the street and didn't know where the restaurant was. We then went to the other parking lot to show our friends where the restaurant was. An employee or the owner then ran up to us and pointed out that we weren't allowed to park there because it was only allowed for guests. We told him we would be back in a few minutes. We then threatened to call the police and the gentleman ran after us!!! After all the action, we decided to dine at the Mikado restaurant next door. We went back to the car and I went to the gentleman and explained the situation to him, that we just wanted to pick up our friends and that I would make this inhumane behavior public. He didn't apologize and became even more disrespectful! I have never experienced anything so unfriendly and disrespectful! We would never set foot in here again because of the gentleman alone! If you are in this area, we can recommend the Mikado restaurant. We were warmly welcomed there!

Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for delivery, and then unfortunately the pizzas arrived that were limp and unfortunately also wrong. Unfortunately, it's very sad when you spend €45 for three pizzas and then have something like that delivered

We have ordered for delivery several times. There is very little to complain about in terms of quality. The operator can do pizza. However, yesterday the spaghetti carbonara was a failure. Too much cream sauce and has nothing to do with Italian carbonara. To make matters worse on my birthday, the service and delivery company couldn't get the chain to properly deliver an order placed via WhatsApp. 1 hour waiting time is really long. A pizza was not delivered, even though it was expressly ordered via WhatsApp, so it had to be re-delivered. This arrived 1 1/2 hours late. The delivery driver seemed very stressed and complained about the “long” journey. Sry, we are located directly on the A3 motorway and it is a stone's throw from Sankt Augustin to Königswinter. With an order over 80 euros, you can also expect that the delivery driver won't complain, saying "15 km is too far away, it's not worth it". Okay, you've lost us as a customer, then we'll only deliver in Sankt Augustin and we'll remain with the constant delivery services in Königswinter. Best regards

Unbelievable, our food was driven around for an hour. Cold, soggy, inedible. Never again. I don't mind if the delivery is delayed, but then it should be fresh, hot and edible. Never again!

Hervorzuheben ist die ständig wechselnde Wochenkarte mit Gerichten zur Saison. Immer sehr gut und sehr lecker.

Hatten im Restaurant einen wunderbaren Abend, es war alles sehr schön und sauber. Das Essen war sehr lecker genauso wie die Cocktails ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Ich habe tatsächlich mehr erwartet... Das Essen war ok, hat mich aber nicht wirklich begeistert. Die Gamberetti all Aglio waren gut gewürzt und kamen heiß am Tisch an. Die Schwänzchen waren noch dran, mag ich persönlich nicht so. Die Piccata Milanese waren eher dunkelbraun als goldgelb, die Kartoffeln waren keine Rosmarinkartoffeln, sondern Bratkartoffeln mit Zwiebeln und Speck. Von Gemüse auf meinem Teller keine Spur. War durchaus essbar, bis auf einige Kartoffelscheiben, die stark nach Kühlschrank geschmeckt haben. Auch die Sahne vom Tiramisu hat sehr nach Kühlschrank geschmeckt. In Verbindung mit Kakao und Kaffe war aber auch das ok. Ich vermute, im Tiramisu ist kein Kaffeelikör sondern nur Kaffe. Zumindest habe ich keinen Alkohol geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war recht einsilbig, war aber auch Montagabend, also der letzte Tag vorm Ruhetag - man ist vermutlich dann auch durch. Für mich persönlich muss es keine Wiederholung geben. Mein Mann hatte das Wildschwein, ihm hat es geschmeckt und unsere Begleitung hat auch nicht gemeckert 😃

Essen ist hervorragend, leider ist jeder Centimeter im Lokal komplett ausgenutzt, man sitzt zum Teil etwas beengt. Im Sommer allerdings uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, wenn der Außenbereich geöffnet ist.

Pizzeria für den besonderen Geschmack! Verkehrsgünstig mitten im Herzen von St. Augustin liegt diese Pizzeria. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Hier finden auch größere Gruppen genügend Platz. Das Essen hat unserer Familie sehr gut geschmeckt. MIr persönlich hat es gut gefallen, dass die Pizza einen fluffigen Teig mit einem schönen Rand hatte. Ich habe lange nicht mehr so eine leckere Pizza gegessen. Das Personal war freundlich und wir mussten auch nicht lange auf unsere Bestellung warten. Zusammenfassung: - sehr gemütliche Pizzeria, gehobene Küche - das Essen wird sehr liebevoll angerichtet und schmeckt super - auch für größere Familien geeignet - leider nicht barrierefrei, das WC befindet sich im Keller. - EC Zahlung ist möglich - eine Reservierung ist sinnvoll - die Preise sind angemessen - auch für einen romantischen Abend perfekt geeignet - viele Parkplätze Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Gerichte waren alle sehr schmackhaft, das Steak war perfekt, die Tagliatelle auf den Punkt aldente. Allerdings waren die Pizzen am Rand schwarz verkohlt und die speziellen Pizza-Messer so stumpf, dass des öfteren 'fliegende' Pizzen zu sehen waren. Die Bedienung war nett, kam aber leider immer erst auf das zig-ste winken, sodass an dem gemütlichen Abend der eine oder andere durstig aus dem Lokal gegangen ist. Schade!

Was vielversprechend begann, wurde vom Service leider zunichte gemacht. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, nur leider zu kalt. Hier fehlt einiges an einer guten Temperatur. Für mich hätte es auch etwas Würze vertragen können, die Tagliatelle waren scheinbar in salzlosem Wasser gekocht. Nachwürzen konnte ich mit Salz und Pfeffer vom unbesetzten Nachbartisch. Und hier haben wir den Übergang zum Service. Was anfänglich noch einen guten Eindruck machte, ging nach dem servieren des Essens total unter. Keine Frage ob alles in Ordnung wäre oder ob es geschmeckt hätte. Auch das Spielen mit leeren Weingläser veranlasste niemanden zu der Frage, ob es noch etwas sein dürfte. Hier hätten locker noch zwei Gläser Wein oder ein Kaffee oder Espresso verkauft werden können. Evtl. auch ein Gläschen Grappa, der natürlich - wie bei guten Italienern eigentlich üblich - nicht angeboten wurde. Leider nur drei Sterne durch eigenes Serviceversagen.

Ich war das 1. mal in diesem Lokal. Es ist sehr ansprechend. Wir hatten anfangs einen Tisch zugewiesen bekommen, wo es aber leider sehr zugig war. Der Chef kam aber sehr schnell und hat es behoben. Die freundliche Bedienung brachte uns dann recht schnell die Speisekarte und auch schnell die bestellten Getränke. Das Essen war ebenfalls nach kurzer Zeit auf dem Tisch. Es war sehr schmackhaft mit, wobei das Filettonato doch sehr mächtig war. Etwas weniger Mayonnaise und dafür mehr Thunfisch, schon ist alles gut. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt. UND Wie gesagt, die Bedienung ist KLASSE LG.CARMEN aus Soest

Ein super Italiener in der Nachbarschaft der unter anderem tolle Fischgerichte anbietet. Der Gastraum ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber das macht der Service dann wieder wett 👌🏼

2 Pizzen, Lachs auf gedünstetem Gemüse und Lachs auf Salat überdurchschnittlich gut. Für Frischluft-Fans ist die Terasse empfehlenswert. Innenräume : Ambiente gut aber etwas eng. Der "Italiener" ist bekannt für seine überragenden Pizzen !

Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung. Die Speisekarte bietet auch für Vegetarier eine gute Auswahl. Nach dem Essen gibt es einen Limoncello oder einen Grappa aufs Haus. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Restaurant. Ich war ungefähr zehn Mal dort Essen und habe immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Restaurant gefunden. Das Ambiente entspricht nicht unbedingt meinem Gusto. Dies ist aber eine subjektive Einschätzung. Insgesamt ist ein Besuch hier sehr empfehlenswert.

Also mein erstes Mal...man sollte glauben direkt an der Straße wäre es laut....nein es es ist ganz ruhig.. man sitzt recht schön unter dem großen Sonnenschirmen.. Eine sehr freundliche und flotte Bedienung ... wirklich ein Schatz .. Marco ist wirklich zuvorkommend.. essen ist lecker. was will man mehr.. kommen gern wieder.. gruss Anja .

Die Wartezeit auf das Essen im Restaurant betrug 1 Stunde plus! Die Pizza ist gut belegt, der Rand etwas zu üppig geraten. Der Knoblauch sollte im Pasta-Gericht etwas dezenter zur Geltung kommen. Sehr unangenehm war der Körpergeruch der Bedienung.

Solides italienisches Restaurant zu dem man auch gerne wieder hin geht.
