Die Pizza war in Ordnung. Wir hatten außerdem einen Rucolasalat bestellt und vorher gefragt, ob er für eine Person als Mahlzeit ausreiche. Die Kellner bestätigten dies und meinten, es sei eine ordentliche Portion. Als der Salat kam, war es ein Berg von Rucola, der nicht richtig gewaschen worden war und daher hart und erdig war. Es gab zwei bis drei kleine Kirschtomaten und ein paar Parmesanscheiben. Ich hatte Parmaschinken bestellt, aber er schmeckte verdorben, sodass ich wieder hungrig gehen musste.

Sehr nettes Ambiente, guter Service, hervorragende Speisen. Auch die Preise sind angenehm. Außerdem erhält man als Gast im Hotel Quickborn sogar einen Rabatt in Höhe von 10%. Sollte es uns wieder in die Gegend führen, werden wir dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall erneut besuchen.

Wir waren auf dem Rückweg vom Urlaub und machen in Quickborn meistens einen Zwischenstop.... Und sind dank Google Maps, auf diese Pizzeria gekommen... Was soll man sagen.... Pizza, Getränke Service und Ambiente top. Wir hatten mit dem Wohnmobil vor der Türe geparkt.. Weil gegen 17 Uhr das noch ging.... Ansonsten auf dem Parkplatz vom Hotel (neben an bei McDonald's) parken....so erklärte es uns der Besitzer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Restaurant liegt direkt an der Autobahn A7 am Hotel Quickborn. Von außen ist es eher unscheinbar, dafür ist der Service und das Essen absolut klasse. Empfangen wurden wir mit einer handgeschriebenen Tageskarte die sich sehr gut anhörte. Der Service begrüßte uns mit den Speisekarten und einer separaten Getränkekarte. Beide Karten sind klar strukturiert und zeigen, dass auf Klasse gesetzt wird, nicht auf Masse. Bestellt hatten wir eine Vorspeisenplatten für 2 - diese war so reichhaltig, dass sie auch für mehr gereicht hätte. Die Vorspeisen waren von der Qualität so hervorragend und sehr schön angerichtet. Als Hauptgang hatten wir Tagliatelle mit Lachs und Lachs mit Dijon Senf. Beide Hauptgerichte waren so ästhetisch angerichtet und geschmacklich Top. Man merkte, dass sich in der Küche jemand Gedanken darüber gemacht hat, die Speisen zu präsentieren. Zum Abschluss gab es dann noch Pannacotta mit Mango-Sauce. Auch hier fiel die die Präsentation sehr positiv auf und der Geschmack passte sehr. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und gästeorientiert. Ich hätte nicht erwartet, dass ich so positiv überrascht war und wir werden bestimmt wieder dort essen gehen.

War heute eine superleckere Sache. Das Lokal kann ich nur sehr empfehlen !! Heute (7/26) wurden wir leider sehr enttäuscht. Hatten Gamberoni Alla Livornese ( 28,50 €) gewählt. 3 Garnelen geteilt, lappiges Gemüse und der Geschmack war auch nicht gut. Bis auf die Garnelen wie ein Fertiggericht. Schade, das werden wir nicht wieder nehmen.

Pizza sehr gut, Steaks sehr gut, Lammkarree sehr gut. Es war weder am Essen noch am Service etwas auszusetzen!

Einfach rundum ein Top-Restaurant. Der Standort mag auf den ersten Blick nicht Premium sein, aber alles andere erfüllt es sehr! Sehr netter, authentischer Service. Küche hervorragend. Der gegrillte Lachs war auf den Punkt. Schöne Weinauswahl. Das Restaurant war für mich zum 2. Mal eine Entschädigung für das Hotel-Erlebnis

Absolut fantastische Pizzen und super freundlicher Service – und das, obwohl wir erst um 21:30 Uhr ohne Reservierung ankamen.

Trotz des großen Andrangs durch eine Reisegruppe verlief alles reibungslos. Köstliches Essen, köstlicher Wein – einfach wieder einmal perfekt.

Wir waren am Freitag zum ersten Mal im Sapore essen und sind begeistert. Angefangen über eine sehr sehr freundliche Begrüßung, ein super schönes Ambiente ging es mit sehr guten & frisch zubereiteten Essen weiter. Das Inhaber Ehepaar ist absolut höflich und zuvorkommend. Auf Allergien (Knoblauch) wurde bei der frischen Zubereitung des Essens perfekt geachtet. Ebenso waren der begleitende Wein & und das frische Pils top. Eine Seite mit wechselnden sehr leckeren Gerichten kommt zur ohnehin schon sehr guten klassischen Speisekarte noch hinzu. Eine Aussenterrasse ist vorhanden. Parkplätze stehen beim Hotel Quickborn, in das das Restaurant integriert ist ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Anfahrt (dicht an der A7 Abfahrt Quickborn) und dann entlang der Zufahrt zu MCDONALD folgend ist prima. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren im Rahmen eines Geburtstag da und hatten folgende Grichte: RINDER-RUMPSTEAK VOM GRILL, HÄHNCHENBRUSTFILET VOM LAVASTEINGRILL und als Dessert HAUSGEMACHTES TIRAMISU CLASSICO, PANNA COTTA MIT MANGOSOSSE. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und der Service war auch Top.

Kein schlechter Ort, aber vom Essen (Vögeln) hatte ich etwas mehr erwartet!

The food, let's just say, is in dire need of improvement... The pizza was far too salty and the poultry was so tough it could have been used as shoe leather... Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant.

Today was our first time at Sapore Mediterraneo... and it certainly won't be our last. We were in the mood for Italian food, and I chose the restaurant with the highest Google rating in the area. And I have to say, the rating is absolutely justified. The ambiance is very stylish and high-quality. For starters, we had the bruschetta and the capaccio di manzo. Both were impeccable. They came with some small rolls and a dip. My wife had black tagliatelle with prawns as her main course, and I had spaghetti with white tiger prawns. Both main courses were extremely delicious. My prawns could have been cooked for just a touch less. But that's really nitpicking and probably a matter of personal taste. The tagliatelle and prawns were also excellent. The prices are on the higher end, but the overall experience is worth it. Our only suggestion would be a slightly wider selection of meat dishes. Two to four more meat dishes would be a welcome addition to the menu. Perhaps a delicious osso buco dish as well. All in all, a wonderful evening with exceptionally tasty food in a very appealing restaurant.

Yesterday, our entire team (around 30 people) celebrated our company party here and we're still raving about it! From the very beginning, communication was incredibly easy and friendly. The owner took a lot of time to plan everything, offered us several menu suggestions, and really paid attention to every detail – including a separate area that was beautifully decorated and perfectly partitioned off for us. The food was simply divine: everything homemade, super fresh, wonderfully seasoned, and a feast for the eyes. The appetizers arrived as a colorful selection on platters, the main courses were piping hot and perfectly timed, and the dessert buffet was the crowning glory. Everyone at the table raved about it – from meat-eaters to vegetarians, everyone was happy and satisfied. What particularly surprised us: the final bill was really fair and reasonable. For this quality, the quantity, and the fantastic service, we would have expected significantly more. In short: A restaurant with heart, excellent food, and a price-performance ratio that's hard to find. Many thanks to the entire team for this thoroughly enjoyable evening – we've already got our sights set on the next occasion and would love to come back again! ⭐️

We were invited to Sapore yesterday and we all enjoyed everything from bruschetta to gnocchi filled with pumpkin, liver, chicken breast and sea bass fillet...the atmosphere was very cozy and the service staff was very friendly and accommodating...we will be back

Our first visit to Sapore Mediterraneo was based on a recommendation. The spaghetti with scampi was delicious. The pizza sapore was a delight, but so large that we had half wrapped up and heated it in the oven the next day. Neither the taste nor the texture suffered; it was simply delicious. On October 9, eight of us celebrated my birthday and our wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect: the friendly and helpful staff did their best to provide us with a wonderful evening. They succeeded perfectly! The food was excellent, the service unobtrusive and good, and since the restaurant wasn't full, we had a corner all to ourselves. Thank you so much for the successful celebration. We'd love to come back!

We were passing through and, instead of stopping at the fast-food giant next door, we took the opportunity to order a few pizzas to go. While they took a little longer to prepare than a couple of burgers, the pizzas were delicious—a good decision in the end.

We ate at the restaurant today (August 30th). The ambiance is modern and the service was super friendly. The food was delicious 😋 The portions were so large that we couldn't finish it all. My pizza was very well topped and had plenty of cheese... I highly recommend this restaurant!

We were actually just passing through and wanted to have a quick dinner, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Located in an industrial area and somewhat in the shadow of a fast-food restaurant, the restaurant seems a bit unassuming. The interior is rather modern. The food was consistently delicious and authentic. The service, which was incredibly friendly and accommodating, deserves special mention. They immediately provided a high chair and something to play with for our son. We'll probably come back on our next vacation.

The staff was 12/10, super friendly with kids and hospitality, and you feel so comfortable, like you've come home. We kept ordering new drinks/mocktails/cocktails (which, by the way, are 10/10). All in all A fantastic experience. I can definitely recommend it. If you haven't been there yet, go NOW! 😁

Sapore Mediterraneo – Really good Italian food in Quickborn Super cozy, modern decor, and truly delicious food – that pretty much sums up Sapore Mediterraneo. If you're craving Italian cuisine, this is the place for you. The dishes are fresh, well-seasoned, and simply delicious – no frills. The pasta was particularly excellent, and the appetizers also leave you wanting more. You can tell the love and care goes into the cooking here. The team is friendly and relaxed, and you immediately feel at home. Perfect for a pleasant evening with friends or family – we'll definitely be back.

It's important to note that the owner has apparently changed, so a few things weren't quite right today... the card reader isn't working yet, as it says in miniature on the door, but we could have come back another day to pay. The food was mostly good. Unfortunately, the pizza was too greasy and the shrimp were overcooked. The risotto, steak, and salmon were good. The dessert we had previously chosen from the online menu was no longer available, which is a shame, but it's true. The schnapps afterwards was on the house, which was very thoughtful. Overall, good, with potential for improvement.

We stopped here while passing through...and received a really friendly welcome and very attentive service. The food was very good! We felt very comfortable. If we lived closer, we would definitely come by more often. So, folks...you can get really good Italian food here...with appropriate Italian music in the background.

This restaurant is a culinary highlight and always an experience, both in terms of taste and ambiance. The service is very polite and courteous, helpful. The restaurant was half full when we entered. The staff gave us strange looks, but then it became clear that they were completely overwhelmed. After waiting 10 minutes for the menu, they told us it would take a long time to get our food, which meant we should probably leave… Then, of course, we left again.

The waiting times were endless, we waited almost an hour for the food even though there were only 5 tables occupied.

The last time we were there was on Boxing Day with 7 people and enjoyed a goose and duck legs with everyone. Unfortunately, this is no longer offered everywhere. What can I say, it was great as always. The poultry was great, sauce, vegetables, potatoes, dumplings etc. everything was great. The staff is great, the ambience is good, you fill yourself up there. We can only recommend this restaurant. The next celebration is already booked there.

Perfect, the best Italian restaurant in Quickborn and the surrounding area.

The food is good, but the service is unfortunately terrible. It takes - even though only a few tables are occupied - over a quarter of an hour until you are greeted and the menu is brought to you. The drinks menu is only available upon request. Instead of the non-alcoholic beer we ordered, it was brought with alcohol. When this is pointed out, there is no excuse or anything like that - rather, people ask whether they didn't notice it straight away! Rarely have I experienced such poor and lame service - it's a real shame!

I'm staying at the Hotel Quickborn, so dinner at Sapore Mediteraneo is a good idea. What can I say? Just great. The restaurant is elegant, the service is unobtrusive but attentive and the food is very good 😀. I would also give 6 stars 😀

Sapore is a pleasant restaurant. Dimmed but sufficient lighting, soft Italian music and excellent service (attentive without being intrusive). The food (Vitello Tonnato, family pizza Capricciosa) was very good and the open Primitivo was excellent. We'd love to come back.

An Italian restaurant located within the hotel facilities. The food is delicious and the truffle pasta is highly entertaining as they cut the truffles right in front of you. A slightly upscale restaurant.

The reserved table was set with beautiful rose petals and nice dishes on Valentine's Day. The food tasted very good from the starter, the main course and the dessert. The crème brulee was flambéed at the table. The service was very attentive and present, simply great. We would be happy to come back and can recommend the restaurant.

We became aware of the restaurant through the Schlemmerblock. The food was really great. It's been a long time since I've had such good Italian food. A little higher priced compared to other Italian restaurants but you can tell that high quality and fresh ingredients are used here. The service was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back to sample more of the menu.
