We became aware of the restaurant through the Schlemmerblock. The food was really great. It's been a long time since I've had such good Italian food. A little higher priced compared to other Italian restaurants but you can tell that high quality and fresh ingredients are used here. The service was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back to sample more of the menu.

Okay, I was actually upset about the parking situation before I entered the restaurant, but realistically this was due to a bunch of civil engineering bullies from a nationwide company who were staying in the adjacent hotel. They obviously thought that what we can do on the motorway construction site, we can do anywhere and have managed to take up to three parking spaces with a small van. But since they were there with twelve vehicles, parking in front of the restaurant was of course out of the question. But I would like to rate the Sapore Mediterraneo restaurant! There's actually only one word for it: bombastic!! No matter whether it was the ambience, service or food, EVERYTHING was at the absolute highest level! Even if we have to drive a little further to get there, we will always come back there with great pleasure!!

Just passing through this town for an electric vehicle charge and my husband noticed the larger-than-lige ice cream cone statue! We're so glad we popped in for their Italian ice cream to go! What an absolutely gorgeous place,,,, outside terrace with tables filled with relaxed guests enjoying dinner with a cocktail. You enter inside the restaurant and wow.It was gorgeous and elegant but comfy. White linens, but somehow relaxed enough to just enjoy yourself. I highly recommend the schokolade (chocolate) in the baby cup! Husband got the white chocolate ice cream in the waffle cone! Gorgeous restaurant and I would highly recommend!!! A+♥️

For a restaurant that is located next to McDonald's and on the highway, I was extremely surprised by the cuisine and the ambience. The prices are not cheap, but the quality is good. The outdoor seating in the parking lot is also charming and comfortable. Clear recommendation.

My third visit to Sapore. Another perfect performance! My mom was happy that the table was decorated for her birthday. The young lady who looked after us in a friendly and competent manner showed a perfect level of presence, always being there for us but never intrusive. The food was again beyond any doubt. Both the grilled feta and the prawn and crayfish risotto were a real treat. Given the weather, an Aperol Spritz went well with it. Thank you for a perfect dinner! We will be back.

Nicely decorated, the boss serves the entire restaurant here! I think there are more staff in the kitchen. We hardly had to wait, all 7 starters and then main courses came at the same time, even if they were different! The quality was excellent, the preparation too, the wine, a Montepulciano, was also very good! We had to ask/remind several times about the water, but I thought that was normal, all in all, highly recommended, especially when the terrace opens, there is no weather outside yet!🌞

A positive surprise! Very delicately seasoned dishes. As starters we ordered vitello tonnato and gratinated feta, as main courses we ordered homemade ravioli and the pizza special with white truffle cream instead of tomato sauce. Everything was very tasty, hot and served relatively quickly, despite the full house. At the end there was even a small dijestive for free. This is becoming increasingly rare these days. Overall, a highly recommended Italian.

The restaurant is located in a hotel complex in the industrial area of ​​Quickborn. From the inside you can see the parking lot and a hotel opposite. So just concrete, nothing green. Inside, the restaurant is functionally furnished with some decorations that are intended to be reminiscent of Italy. The two of us were here on a Saturday evening, it was full and the noise level was correspondingly high. There were only two servers working, so there were long waiting times. We ate an appetizer plate and a pizza each. The food was of very good quality and of a higher standard. Unfortunately, we missed extra offers on a blackboard like we knew before. Unfortunately the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. The entrance is over a high step.

Fantastic restaurant. One of the best Italian restaurants I have been to in my life. Can highly recommend it. The cooks really know their stuff and they seem to be classically Italian schooled. Had a salad (avocado) and a great soup (tomato) as well as a a traditional pasta. If you have the chance, visit this place. You won't regret it.

Wir hatten ein unfassbar gutes Essen (Catering) für unsere Weihnachtsfeier dort bestellt. Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorwege. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Toller Service mit Lieferung und sehr leckeres Essen! Wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Ihnen.

Hier war ich nicht das letzte Mal. Eine ganz tolle Lokation mit selbstgemachter Pasta. Das das zu bezahlbaren Preisen.

Ein sehr schönes Ambiente und dazu passend sehr leckeres Essen. Die Karte ist nicht sehr groß, aber dafür stimmt zu 100 % die Qualität. Dieses kleine Restaurant ist nur empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten eine Geburtstagsfeier und waren zum ersten mal hier. Zunächst gab mir die Speisekarte ein gutes Gefühl, da die Spaghetti Carbonara in der Karte als "mit Ei" stehen und nichts von Sahne geschrieben wird, also klassisch italienisch. Was ich dann auf dem Teller hatte waren Carbinara mit Sahnesoße für 13,90€. Als wir dann zahlen wollten kam der Kellner direkt mit dem EC-Gerät. Die Rechnung gäbe es erst nach dem Bezahlen. Das haben wir dann doch anders herum gemacht und siehe da, wir hatten einen Nachtisch auf der Rechnung, obwohl niemand Nachtisch hatte. Aber die Pizza war gut.

Had to change my car, and thought I wanted to go to McDonald's to get a quick bite, before heading on. But then I saw Sapore right next to them, and thought why not grab a pizza instead. And thank God I did. Entered the door, and was hearty welcomed but the staff, ordered my Quatro Formagio, and thought it felt promising and the smell from the kitchen was pounding my appetite in a pleasant manner. Was served fresh bread and a wonderful aioli to fill the waiting until the pizza was ready. And then the pizza arrived, and my goodness, the decision to visit Sapore was a good choice. The Quatro Formagio was one of the best I ever had, everything from the crust to the cheeses used was absolutely amazing. Bravo guys, this is how it should be done. Five star experience, and I absolutely will visit you again next time I'm around Quickborn.

Wir haben den Geburtstag meiner Mutter dort gefeiert und waren mehr als zufrieden. Angefangen vom Ambiente des Restaurant bis zur Tisch Dekoration mit frischen Rosenblättern alles sehr geschmackvoll. Das Essen war superlecker ,ich hatte die Pizza speziale sapore und würde sie unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Außerdem gab es bei uns am Tisch noch das Rumpsteak, den Lachs, das Saltimbocca, Pizza Tonno und Pasta . Und allen hat es ausnahmslos sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch die Vorspeisen waren top und der Nachtisch ein Genuss. Das Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und in dem angebautem „Wintergarten“ saßen wir total schön. Top italienisches Restaurant. Essen schmeckt herrlich. Wir haben dort einige Male gegessen und war immer super. Fleischgerichte waren super qualitativ. Pizza war wirklich mega. Auch die Coctails die wir am Ende in einigen Runden bestellt haben waren echt lecker. Preise sind wirklich OK. Hier zahlt man aber wirklich für top Qualität! Besonders gut finde ich die Parkplätze. Sehr viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Zu meinem Geburtstag hat meine Freundin einen Tisch im Sapore reserviert. Der Tisch war sehr nett hergerichtet. Dazu gab es einen Prosecco. Die Pizzen waren lecker. Das Personal aufmerksam. Als ihr die Rechnung vorgelegt wurde, wurde ihr mitgeteilt, dass unter Divers die Dekoration zu verstehen ist, die mit 7 % Mehrwertsteuer berechnet wurde. Telefonisch hat die Angestellte meiner Freundin nicht mitgeteilt, dass die Dienstleistung kostenpflichtig sei, sodass meine Freundin davon ausgegangen ist, dass das Angebot ihr auf Kosten des Hauses angeboten wurde. Auf Nachfrage hat die Angestellte mitgeteilt, dass die Preisabfrage vom Kunden ausgehen müsste und meine Freundin dies versäumt hat, dies zu erfragen. Somit ist es ihr Problem. Auf die Nachfrage, ob wir die bezahlte Dekoration in Höhe von 20,00 € mitnehmen dürfen, wurde dies verneint, da dieses weiterverwendet wird . Zudem wurde durch eine andere Angestellte bestätigt, dass die Deko schon gestern hing . Schade , der Abend fing sehr gut an. Aufgrund der Unverschämtheit ist das Restaurant nicht zu empfehlen.

Warum das Brot von der Bruschetta an den Rändern sehr schwarz war, weil das Gerät so arbeitet, wurde uns gesagt. Und das wir nicht zufrieden waren ist weil wir das erste Mal zu Besuch waren...merkwürdige Aussagen. Der Lachs war sehr schmackhaft und das saltimbocca auch super gut.

Unser erster Besuch beim Sapore in Quickborn. Das Restaurant ist erst seit Anfang April vor Ort. Wir haben Vorspeisen (Bruschetta, überbackener Feta-Käse) und Hauptgerichte (Involtini Rouladen, Tagliata Toscana) bestellt und uns zu zweit einen Lava-Cake geteilt. Das Ambiente ist nett, ordentlich und sehr sauber. Das Essen war klasse, wir waren hellauf begeistert und papp satt, als wir das Sapore verlassen haben. Eine klare Empfehlung dort mal vorbei zu schauen und das Essen auszuprobieren. Super lecker fanden wir auch die Brotbeigabe, leckeres, warmes Brot mit einem sehr tollen selbst gemachten Dip.
