Extremely bad service. The man behind the counter can remember an order for about 30 seconds. You then get the wrong food or cold food because part of the order was forgotten and still needs to be made. If you have a special request when ordering, it is also ignored. When you ask, there is no new preparation, but excuses or you are lied to. The service and the customer's wishes are part of the dining experience, and this is unfortunately abysmal and outrageous.

Well... I ordered from here once, and the food was never delivered. The place sometimes smells bad inside. The kebab box is usually made so that the fries are at the bottom, which unfortunately makes them soggy.

Unfriendly and no service!!!!!!

Delicious doner kebabs, pizzas, and pide. Even larger orders of 15 pizzas are no problem. The rollo with extra sauce is a real insider tip! Shoutout to Chef Ali and thanks for the premium delivery service ❤️

I'm a regular customer and have never had an upset stomach. The food tastes good no matter what you order. The team is incredibly professional. And honestly, anyone who gets a kebab here at firo will be full. The portions are always generous; they don't skimp on anything. For me, one of the best kebabs in Karlsruhe.

A good kebab shop with very friendly staff. Prices were OK. The meat was a bit oily, but the flavor was good.

Food: The food is very fresh, the kebab skewers with chicken and steak on Fridays are very good. The fresh ingredients are actually fresh. Drinks include all kinds of Coca Cola Company, Spezi, Ayran, beer and various Red Bull. Service: There is nothing to complain about here, the behavior towards customers is polite and courteous. As usual, self-service applies. Ambiance: The outdoor area with its sunny and shady areas is particularly impressive here. Inside it is modern and clean. The tables have a QR code to the digital menu (in addition to the large menu above the counter).

Ordered via delivery service, Yufka with veal €11. Add cheese and pepperoni and hot. Yes, there are cheaper providers. And yet: the meat quality was absolutely fine, no rotisserie cheating. Well grilled, hot sauce and garlic sauce, overall good taste. Not enough lettuce, the red cabbage was raw (not pickled) and chopped very small. A lot of meat, after half the Yufka I was stuffed. So you get a lot for your money 🥙👑. [In the city center I also pay €9 for a "very good" veal kebab, but it has even less taste and so little meat that I have to order two of them.]

The service was very attentive, but unfortunately, my companion and I didn't enjoy the food at all. We'd been here years ago, so we dismissed it as just a regular kebab shop. However, both the seasoning and the overall flavor weren't for us at all. All in all, it's a shame, but you learn from it.

I came really late in the evening and they took care of my order without any problem. Döner is done with in-the-moment-baked bread and has an amazing texture and flavour. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I have already comer back because certainly, one of the Best Döner in Karlsruhe

A good doner kebab grill. Service was also good, there is enough space... Minced veal kebab was really tasty, especially the garlic sauce was great... I'll go there again.

Very good kebab and yufka. Sauce was really tasty and generously topped. The bread and meat were a bit dry at times and at €8 is quite expensive, especially for chicken.

The experience my father and I had was incredible, we were having trouble ordering a cab in german when we visited family so one of the guys did it for us! We ordered the fries and nuggets box, the nuggets were crispy oily and tender, and the fries were salty savoury and golden. Amazing time at Firo Kebap.

i find the food very delicious. i ate hier several times, it was always tasty , the staff was friendly , the prices are good, so no complaints.

Pizza Margherita is lousy even for a “kebab shop”. I would have ignored that if the gentleman at the counter hadn't been extremely unfriendly. Hence the effort for a bad review! I was here last time. Oh yes, dirty and sticky tables.

The careless service is unfortunately also reflected in the kebab. The employee spoke exactly three sentences to me “Hello, here you go,” “Kebab with everything?” And goodbye" No thanks or please. Doner kebab had no taste profile at all, neither the sauce, the meat nor the salad could be tasted. I drove 3 minutes home from the store and the kebab was cold - all in all not a good experience or kebab. There is plenty of space to sit outside and everything was clean.

The food was good but the two incredibly arrogant and unfriendly employees couldn't bring tap water for a child even though they had run out of still water. 20 euros for 2 kebabs (one of which is for a child and consists only of bread and meat) is not exactly good value for money either. Lahmacun was out, which the employee announced in a very rude way.

Friendly service, nice shop. However, I didn't like my kebab. The meat had a rancid taste, was boring, lots of thick raw onions, yogurt sauce. I'm not coming back

We've been coming here every Monday evening for about a month to eat the Monday menu. Chef Ali prepares the menus with a lot of love and now knows that as soon as a runner enters, 10 menus will be ordered. 5 minutes later everyone is sitting around eating Uludag and falafel and is happy. Highly recommended, you can only feel comfortable with Chef Ali and his team.

Cold Yufka. little meat, stuffed with lettuce, there was a single slice of tomato in it, there was a lot of red cabbage saved and the sauce was simply missing... Offer tasteless minced meat, but call it “doner kebab” and charge €8. This was truly one of the worst yufkas I have ever eaten, I would actually say it was the worst ever. It didn't even smell in the bag or when I took it out of the aluminum foil. I wanted the Yufka to take away, I waited at the seats and therefore unfortunately didn't see how meagerly it was filled. I will never eat here again and I don't recommend it to anyone. I absolutely cannot understand the positive comments.

Chef Ali makes awesome pizza and kebab

Unfortunately a very big disappointment, I would have expected more for the rating. Doner bread was ice cold, meat wasn't cooked through, the doner didn't taste like anything and was a small portion, I wasn't full at all.

I can't understand the good reviews.. the kebab didn't taste like anything, was cold and our stomachs now say hello.. one of the employees was totally unpleasant, the other was quite nice.

Unfortunately a bitter disappointment. Doner simply didn't taste like anything. Way too many vegetables, almost no sauce and you had to look for the meat. The staff didn't even say "hello" when you entered the store. Even with the neotaste app it's not worth the money. Can't understand the oh-so-good reviews.

Not very friendly medium quality

Unfortunately the kebab (I had Yufka, there was only chicken) didn't taste good. The dough is freshly prepared, the portion was generous, 2 stars for that. There are several better kebabs in Karlsruhe.

The taste of the kebab was okay and the shop seemed clean. However, the employee seemed to be having a bad day.

Wir haben bei lieferando bestellt. Bestellung kam pünktlich und alles war dabei. Nur leider schmeckte das Fleisch sehr künstlich außerdem war das Brot vollkommen eingeweicht. Insgesamt war das Essen gar nicht zu genießen und ist daher nach dem 2 Bissen im Biomüllbeutel gelandet.

As of January 12, 2024 The place has been renovated and looks really chic inside, especially with the pictures of Karlsruh and the KSC. I ordered 2 Pizza Sucuk, it was really a very tasty pizza. I also got baklava, which was also very, very tasty. Staff is very friendly!

Essen ist sehr gut, Preis finde ich auch OK. Karten Zahlung ist halt so eine Sache.... EC ja, Rest irgendwie nicht. Wer gerne mit dem Handy zahlt.und nur PayPal hinterlegt hat sollte Bargeld dabei haben. Ärgerlich aber.ja nicht der einzige, bei dem das so ist. Exit,: mittlerweile funktioniert das auch, habe um einen Stern erhöht

Das Essen war in Worten nicht zu beschreiben. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und das Ambiente ist Top. Firo Kebab ist immer einen Besuch wert. Mein Favorit!

Sehr gutes Restaurant mit zahlreicher Auswahl. Die Speisen werden alle frisch zubereitet. Sie gehen auf Kundenwünsche individuell ein! Kinder sind immer willkommen. Die Pizza war schön warm und knusprig, ganz nach meinem Wunsch. Der Döner wurde auch super frisch vorbeireitet. Sie machten uns sogar auf Wunsch - frisches Brot! Die Terrasse ist sehr schön - perfekt um in dieser Jahreszeit sein Essen noch draußen zu genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich finde das Essen dort 1A. Bin sehr zufrieden und gehe immer wieder gern hin.

Sehr guter Imbiss mit vielfältiger Auswahl. Von typisch türkisch über bisschen deutsch bis hin zu Kindersliebling. Qualität ist sehr gut und der Gastraum ist sauber. Lediglich die Pommes waren salzig und bisschen zu lange frittiert. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Toilette ist okay.

Firo Kebap ist mein go-to Kebapladen in Beiertheim-Bulach. Die Yufka sind angemessen groß für den Preis und lecker und auch die Pizza ist großzügig belegt und geschmacklich mega. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind freundlich und bei Fehlern auch echt entgegenkommend. Komme auf jeden Fall gerne hier her. Hunde sind drinne nicht erlaubt. Zur Info: der Eingang ist nicht barrierefrei. Parken ist I.d.R. auf der Straße davor kein Problem.

Volle Döner/Dürüm, lecker und top Bedienung.
