We were here yesterday with children and the food was very nice and also very tasty. The soup and homemade drinks were also great. The portions were more than sufficient and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere was great and welcoming and everything was very clean. The service was impeccable. We were there for the first time today and we are thrilled. We had a mixed starter plate. Everything was very delicious! The dips were great. We had a children's plate that was very well received by our little one. Our two dishes: Pa Noeng and Pad Sam Rod were also very tasty. The vegetables taste fresh and the duck was buttery. We also enjoyed the homemade lemonade. She was exactly on point in terms of sweetness. We highly recommend the restaurant. The price-performance ratio also convinced us. Mashallah! I have to say it was worth driving from Ludwigshafen to Frankfurt. 5⭐️ is not enough for such a taste. There were 9 of us who could taste many dishes and there was no dissatisfaction.

Very tasty, visually appealing food! The appetizer has just the right portion and is perfect for sharing. The main course is well seasoned and not too spicy; If you like spicy, you can say so and the food will be prepared accordingly. All dishes are available vegetarian or with meat (duck, chicken or beef); and only helal! The staff is nice and gives recommendations if you can't decide. The location is very quiet, there is comfortable seating outside.

A great first visit to Sam Thai Restaurant! The ambience was pleasant, the food delicious and the fact that it is halal will certainly appeal to many Muslim guests. The service was friendly and attentive. The only slight discrepancy was the background music - Arabic Islamic songs in a Thai restaurant seemed a bit inappropriate. Otherwise everything was excellent!

Very tasty food with fresh homemade ingredients, sauces, you can taste the flavors that are perfectly combined with each other. Had the menu with Crispy Chicken 1A. The waitress, presumably the owner, was also very nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly. We had Iftar there and got dates with milk to break our fast. Then we were able to go straight to the mosque across the street to pray and a few minutes later the tastiest food ever arrived until we were finished. Everything was good for me except the duck, I've never had duck with so little meat on it... but it could also have been a coincidence. Unfortunately, not all of my colleagues were satisfied with their dishes, which is why the deductions were made.

We were at the restaurant on a Friday evening. The shop is quite hidden and the location is not the nicest but the restaurant itself is very nicely decorated. The dining room is small and cramped, especially when it is full. The waitress takes the order at the table and the food is served at the table but you end up paying at the counter. We ordered the starter plate and it was really delicious. There were a total of four starters on it and three bowls of sauce were served with them. The starters were also garnished with sauces, which went really well. Everything about the appetizer was delicious and still hot. The waitress was very friendly and the order came quickly. The dishes are vegetarian on the menu and can be customized with the protein of your choice at an additional cost. But what I found to be a shame was the fact that replacing a type of vegetable or even leaving something out was charged at €1. I had the 22 with chicken and was unfortunately very disappointed. Unfortunately, the rice was a bit overcooked and soft and I didn't like the chicken. The sauce, on the other hand, was okay but not spicy, as stated (with 🌶️🌶️). My companions all had a curry with crispy chicken, which I can recommend more than the normal one. The crispy chicken also has the delicious sauces from the starter on it. But it was still a bit dry/dark. The restaurant is completely Halal. There were four of us eating and unfortunately none of us were really impressed. And it was just missing that certain something and didn't feel it was very authentically Thai. If you value halale Asian food and for whom authenticity is of secondary importance, you should still try the restaurant. Be sure to order the appetizer plate or any of the appetizers.

Food super delicious!!! Service, well, I barely ate the last bite before the plate was gone, even though others at the table hadn't finished yet. You can eat quickly and really well, but you can't sit comfortably for long periods of time.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food, because when we entered the shop and asked for a table for two people, we were informed by an extremely snarky female employee that there were 5 people waiting outside who would be in front of us and we would leave again should go and wait there. In a tone that suits this backyard area exactly. We then preferred to go somewhere else where when you enter a restaurant you are greeted in a friendly manner and if necessary asked for a reservation 😉

Good cuisine, service needs improvement. The food tastes good, there is a lot of choice and seems to be freshly prepared. However, I was a little disappointed with the service. The server seemed inattentive as she gave far too few napkins and forgot my peanut sauce. Unfortunately, these small details detracted from the overall experience. Overall, I would recommend the restaurant for its delicious food, but there is definitely room for improvement in the service area.

Disappointing experience due to repeated uncleanliness Rating: ⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately I cannot give this restaurant a higher rating as I have already found eggshells in my Phad Thai twice. This repeated issue with cleanliness has severely shaken my confidence in the quality of the preparation. Although the flavor profile of the Phad Thai was quite appealing and some of the other dishes I tried were also delicious, I can't ignore the lack of care in its preparation. Hygienic standards should always be maintained in a restaurant, regardless of the quality of the food. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here, resulting in a disappointing experience.

Small business like a cantina, food are okay not too bad could be better, portions are smaller but plenty of sauce. Duck was overcooked but lamb was good.

They offer helal meat in their Thai cuisine, which is a nice thing. The seating area is cozy and there is basically Sam's Thai and a Pizza restaurant next door that are connected - so if it is too crowded, you might end up over there, but the kitchen is the same - you only have to walk over to the Sam's Thai restaurant to pay your bill. The food itself was good and the staff is friendly, but it can get very crowded and loud, depending on what time you visit - so this could be a little annoying if you are looking for a more quiet restaurant.

It was one of the best Thai dishes I have tried. Very warm and friendly crue. Very delicious Halal dishes with a very soft and moderate spice and curry.

We've been here 4 times now. Were always super satisfied. We came across the restaurant through the b-my Frankfurt voucher book. The dishes are very tasty, fresh (you can taste it) and are prepared quickly. I also think it's great that there aren't just standard dishes on the menu. The prices are reasonable.

Es war unglaublich lecker, das beste thailändisch, das ich in Frankfurt bekommen konnte. Das Personal ist höflich und freundlich und es wurden alle Wünsche berücksichtigt! Leider ist es etwas außerhalb gelegen aber mit dem Bus auch gut zu erreichen. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste mal.

Einfach überragendes Erlebnis. Wir sind extra aus Mannheim angereist. Das Essen war frisch und lecker. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Preisleistungsfährhältnis ist super. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Schönes Ambiente, sehr nette Bedienung und leckere, aber preiswerte Halal-Gerichte. Trotz der überschaubaren Größe des Restaurants kann nichtsdestotrotz dort in großen Gruppen gegessen werden. Das Restaurant empfiehlt, große Gruppen spätestens eine Stunde vorher anzukündigen, da leider keine Reservierung möglich ist. Dennoch sind selbst bei vollem Haus keine zu langen Wartezeiten für den nächsten Tisch zu erwarten. Kurz gefasst ein fantastischer Ort zum Essen!

Bester Halal Thai in ganz Frankfurt

Unglaublich leckeres Essen angefangen von der Vorspeise bis zum Hauptgericht und dem Dessert. Freu mich auf mein nächsten Besuch in Frankfurt.

Schönes Ambiente und leckeres Essen

2 Gerichte um 16.45h für 17.45h zum Abholen bestellt. Vor Ort wollte ich aus dem B-my den 2 für 1 Gutschein einlösen, was lt. Mitarbeiter nicht ginge, da es nur für den Verzehr im Restaurant gelte. Leider steht von dieser Einschränkung nichts im Buch (andere Restaurants haben mögliche Bedingungen verständlich veröffentlicht). Also entschied ich mich, vor Ort zu essen. 15 Min. später fragte ich nach, wann mein vorbestelltes (!) Essen käme. Weitere 10 Min. später kam es: Nr. 26 Pad kra paow - eine Hackfleisch-Gemüsesosse, die Geschmacklich ok. War, aber leider NICHTS mit dem Original zu tun hat. Schade. Ganze 5 Blätter Basilikum... kein Wunder, ist teuer. Das andere habe ich mitgenommen. Billigste dünne kleine PapierServietten wurden erst auf Nachfrage auf den Tisch gelegt, in den vorbereiteten Bestecktaschen hatte kein Gast eine Serviette. Für mich ist der Laden ein etwas hübscherer Imbiss mit zu hohen Preisen. Für ein Restaurant stimmt es hinten und vorne nicht, wie u.a. zu eng gestellte Tische, man wird mit Fremden zusammengesetzt, keine Garderobe... Mit den 50% Spargutscheinen ok., aber für den vollen Preis dann doch lieber authentische (und günstigere) Küche bei Thong Thai in Eschborn, die Halal-Folklore brauche ich nicht.

Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und das Essen schmeckt super, ich war 2 Jahre in Thailand und hab noch nie so ein leckeres Phad thai gegessen.

Ich war heute erneut da zum Essen und man kann es wirklich empfehlen. Dickes Lob an die Küche und an das gesamte Team incl. Besitzer. Alle sehr freundlich und nett. War auch sehr gut besucht und das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Heute ist der 02.11.2023 und wieder mal Zeit, um ein Lob an die leckere Küche und an das Freundliche Personal auszusprechen. Die Qualität des Essens und der Service ist unverändert gut. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen

Wie ich finde ein etwas zu hoch bewertetes kleines Thai-Lokal. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, es wird Islam konform nach Halal- Regeln kein Schweinefleisch und kein Alkohol angeboten. Das Essen war gut, aber nicht top, was man bei 4,8 Sternen denken könnte.

Essen sehr lecker ! Der Weg dahin hat sich gelohnt. Jedoch haben wir über 25 min auf das Essen gewartet. Die, die nach uns kamen haben vorher ihren Essen serviert bekommen und das fanden wir sehr ärgerlich.
