Pizzeria Da Amo in Frankfurt am Main

Ordered for the first time today. The pizzas came earlier than announced, opinions can be divided here, in my case it wasn't good. The pizzas were cold and one of them had the wrong toppings and had too much on it. Apparently the olives and mushrooms were placed on a pizza after it was baked. The lid of the calzone was very thin and barely gratinated with cheese. The tortellini were ok. The paninis are 90% dough. Everything tasted so well. There should be a little more in terms of prices. I'm a good eater and wanted the calzone as an XXL. After I was told that I had to pay almost three times as much for 10cm more, I almost lost my appetite. Overall it was ok for these prices.

Ordered takeout from here (via Lieferando) and the food arrived sooner than expected. Pizza in Germany is rarely great. I would say this was a bit above average Frankfurt pizza. Not the most delicious but solidly ok. We had mushroom pizza and the "special Margherita" which had buffalo mozzarella and basil. Tiramisu was decent (not amazing) as well.

Never order on a weekend. The waiting time is more than 1.5 hours!

Finally a pizzeria that delivers great food!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered from Da Amo today via Lieferando. I ordered a Caesar salad and tiramisu. Unbelievably, the chicken was still warm when it arrived and tiramisu really couldn't be tastier! The delivery person was very friendly and, at my request, very understandingly left the food at my door. Tips now come via the app! Bravo Da Amo! Why can't everyone do that???? Gladly again very soon! Thank you very much

The food should be here at max 12:05, it's 2:25 p.m. and I haven't gotten it yet. Lieferando says it's coming soon but I've been waiting for almost three hours. I try to call the restaurant but no one answers. very disappointed, I ordered earlier and the food was delicious and the service wasn't that bad. :(

The food always arrives 30 minutes earlier than stated and is always very hot. It always tastes very good, exactly as it should be.

The food is delivered hot and quickly by friendly drivers. The ingredients all taste fresh. Well-seasoned sauces etc. Really tasty! In addition, the meat and sausage used are halal and as a Muslim you do not have to limit yourself to vegetarian dishes or fish. So kudos to you for cooking good Italian food for everyone.

Today my sister, her toddler and I ate at this restaurant. There didn't seem to be anyone in the restaurant checking on customers. We were greeted unfriendly after a waiting period and were handed a supplier brochure. The meal took forever, even though there were only two teenagers in the restaurant. The pizza was inedible - tasteless, overloaded with toppings and greasy cheese. The Bolognese was mediocre. After we didn't want to eat anymore and were waiting for an employee to pay, a lot of time passed until the boss casually walked past and said "Enjoy your meal" and then went straight to smoking. It was clear that we were no longer eating. When asked about the bill, we were asked to pay at the checkout ourselves. When we did, the boss dismissively told us to wait as he had to get orders ready for others and left us out in the rain like wet dogs. Despite the whining little ones, we had to wait forever. We had ordered an XXL pizza, Bolognese and two cokes and the bill was supposedly €41, which surprised me, but I didn't ask any further questions. When I wanted to pay €42 to “only” give a €1 tip because we didn’t like the food or the service, the boss replied snooty and annoyed that he just wanted €40 because he needed the change, and so on Defiantly put €10 in change on the counter. We remained polite and friendly the entire time, but just wanted to leave that store. When we got in the car, we recalculated our order because the price wasn't right. And actually the manager of the store simply ripped off two women who had small children with us for a whole €7.50!!!!! We have NEVER experienced anything like this, especially from a restaurant that advertises Halal, something so underhanded and brazen. Don't let yourself be taken for a ride and always ask for an invoice, there are obviously scammers at work here!

The pizzeria here was really sadly empty. The food really tasted like frozen food and the employees were even colder. Waited a long time for such a weak pizza.

Unfriendly, terrible service and were ripped off by the boss for €7.50. But promoting halal? Funny 🤔 doesn't fit together. What a shame!!

Wow! What a delicious pizza. I ordered the Champions League to take away (€12.50) and it was really, really good. Crispy dough right down to the middle, lavishly topped, very tasty ingredients. I can only recommend it and it definitely won't be the last time. Keep it up!

Beste Pizza die ich bisher im umkreis bestellt habe. Mega lecker und schnell geliefert :)

Wir fragen nach einer Pasta, Pizza und Tiramisù. Die Pasta war ok, die Pizza war nicht so gut, die Pizza Pasta war ok, aber die Sauce war zu sauer. Das Tiramisù war kein Tiramisù, es war ein Kuchen mit Chantilly, also ohne Mascarpone. Besser ein Angebot mit einem kleinen Stück aber bester Qualität.

Wie bestellten bein Nachdienst heute Pizza auf Station . Das hätten wir lieber nicht gemacht . Pizza war sehr teuer und dafür nicht gut . Wenig bis fast kein Käse . Sehr trocken . Und nicht warm

Die Empfehlung ges Inhabers und des Chefkochs haben den Nagel auf den Kopf getroffen. Sehr leckere Pasta und absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Terrasse ist sehr entspannend, vor allem in der Sonne. Die Rigatoni haben meinem italienischen Mann besser gefallen, als bei seinem Lieblingsitaliener, und die Espresso aufs Haus ebenso. Die Bedienung ist auch sehr freundlich.
