We find it very tasty—it's just a shame that the chicken bits are always so poorly packaged. They're half-open and often almost cold when delivered. I also prefer a sealed package for hygiene reasons.

Super friendly service, it was our first time eating Korean food. Everything was explained to us and prepared at the table at the BBQ grill. The 3-course menu was very tasty. The restaurant is rustic, functional, but we found it very cozy.

The food was delicious, the meat was very tender and perfectly seasoned. The two of us ordered the Sobulgogi - it's a decent-sized portion and rice is also served with it. We ordered extra edamame as a side dish. It was served on a small gas stove on a large pan at our table. It was a very interesting experience to stir the food in the restaurant on the pan until the meat was ready to eat. Very friendly service. Perhaps an extractor hood or something similar would be an advantage for the ambience above the tables, as the window had to be opened every 20 minutes. The clothes and hair therefore smell like food. Nevertheless, I would happily eat here again - very good food!

Really nice place, the atmosphere reminds me typical restaurants in South Korea. We didn’t wait long to be served and got free table without reservation. I recommend fried chicken, I took medium spicy and it was just perfect, but consider that the portions are really big

This Korean restaurant in the Wedding district impresses with its exquisite selection of authentic Korean dishes at fair prices. The service is good and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant is rather rustic. The seating on the stools in particular serves their purpose, but does not invite you to linger for a long time. A tip: the seat of some of the stools can be removed so that jackets and bags can be stored in the space there, as there doesn't seem to be a real cloakroom in the restaurant. All in all, a good restaurant that you can definitely stop by. However, it is not recommended for larger groups or for longer stays, as space is limited and the restaurant is very popular.

Large portion but hardly any vegetables and especially very small pieces of soy “chicken”. The food was a bit salty and oily but tasted good. Service: we were there late on Sunday, just before closing time, so it was very hectic. But they aren't flexible if you want to leave out ingredients or submerge them

Sam Yuk Gu is a fantastic spot for Korean barbecue, offering a variety of options that capture the fun of dining in Korea. The beer is great, and the friendly staff are always ready to help if you're new to Korean barbecue. The interior design is basic, and it can get quite crowded, especially in the evenings and on weekends. Despite that, I love this place and plan to bring many friends to share in the great barbecue experience.

Loved the table grill, BBG spicy!! It was really pleasantly spicy. The seating area is pleasantly designed. Very attentive and nice staff!!

Good restaurant with delicious food and the young man in service was really super friendly. We will definitely come back again! However, I have two points of criticism: A little more attention would be great. We had to wait a really long time at the beginning and we weren't asked if we wanted to drink again, even though the drinks were empty. In addition, the restaurant appears very untidy, especially in the hallway to the toilets. Unfortunately, this detracts from the actually beautiful atmosphere.

Although I have eaten here regularly since the store opened and left a lot of money and tips, the service was very inhospitable on my last visit. Just before half past ten there were still a few guests there, and a group of employees were already finishing work. While I was still eating and had fried chicken in my hand, the waitress started clearing all the dishes from our table. I asked politely if they wanted to close the shop straight away, but the waitress said no. Many of the bowls still contained food, rice, sprouts, cucumbers, etc., but she didn't ask if they were still being eaten or should even be packed up. When the plate with the sauce in which I dipped the chicken in front of you was taken away, it became clear that we were no longer welcome as guests that evening. The two of us paid €60 for food and drinks, but I wasn't allowed to finish. A company that makes gastronomy its mission but fails to be hospitable/offer a positive dining experience will no longer deserve my money in the future. It's a shame because I always enjoyed eating here. Now I won't do this anymore. But continued success

You can go out to eat very well, there are many new tastes that you get to know and that you have to learn, but it tastes good and there is a lot to choose from. You are sure to find something that you like

If you like Asian food, this is the right place for you! We had a table BBQ that was not only delicious, but also plentiful. Very attentive and nice service. If you still have some space, you should definitely try the waffle for dessert. Delicious!!! All in all: A great meal. We'll definitely be back!

Solid Korean food in a train station atmosphere 🙉 Probably the loudest restaurant we've ever been to; Unfortunately, it really spoiled our experience. Table grill was great, generous portion, Groupon voucher also included bean soup and dessert waffle. Staff friendly, although stressed, ran against the children's chair at the neighboring table many times, which also rattled. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

We visited Sam Yuk Gu last week, and it was my first experience with Korean barbecue. Regardless, it was absolutely amazing! My friend is a Korean barbecue veteran, and she told me it was the best she'd ever had! The staff are so nice, and the food is exceptional. The soju was flowing, and I would highly recommend the melon ice cream after 👌 Oh, and the Korean fried chicken we had with the starters was one of the stars of the show! *chefs kiss*

Our favorite Korean! We usually take vegetarian mandu, japchae and fried chicken, it tastes delicious every time. Whenever I'm in the area, I have to get something there. The service is friendly and efficient, highly recommended, you can usually get a seat even without a reservation.

Pros: The food was quite good. We had a grilled dish for two, and it was very tasty. The highlight of the dinner was the dessert - ice cream and croissants. Cons: Unfortunately, the downside was that the waiter did not charge us for drinks, even though we asked directly about it. Then the waiter asked us to vacate the table because other guests had arrived and were waiting for it. We immediately left the establishment without raising any complaints about not being informed from the beginning of the dinner that we had a time limit. When I was returning home, the manager called me (he had my number after I had booked the table) and asked me to pay for the drinks, offering to dictate where to transfer the money. Then he finally agreed to send me an SMS with the bank details. Due to the waiter's mistakes and the hassle of transferring money on a weekend evening, I rate this canteen low.

The food was very good. We had a vegetarian barbecue dish and it tasted very good. What stuck the most was the dessert. Unfortunately, what turned out to be stupid was that the waiter forgot to calculate our drinks and issued us an invoice afterwards which we had to transfer. Otherwise everything was good.

Attention through Groupon, but I can't understand the price discounts. Location was dark, not so well maintained. Food was good, I think the prices are reasonable even if I order normally from the menu.

The ambience is simple. The food was delicious and very fairly priced. The waiters were nice, but when it got busier you could not only tell that they were stressed but were even asked to hurry up with the order because they were stressed… The rice was a little too dry. The amount of food was more than enough. Overall, it is still recommended.

Wir sind durch ein Gutscheinportal auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen und waren heute nun das erste Mal dort. Wir hatten das Korean BBQ mit Hühnchen und es war großartig! Sehr gut gewürzt, mit einer wunderbaren Schärfe und genau der richtigen Portionsgröße. Die Vorsuppe und auch das Dessert haben ein absolut gelungenes Essen perfekt abgerundet. Der Service war sehr freundlich und auch sehr aufmerksam - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend!

We really enjoyed the chicken bowl and the glass noodles, reminded us of a vacation we did a few years ago when we ate something similar. The service was pretty quick and very friendly. It was a bit loud when the ambulance drove past but otherwise it's okay sitting so close to the street.

Pretty good Korean food in Berlin. Reasonable prices and HUGE portions (none of us could finish the bibimbap bowls). When you come on Tuesday, you can get jjajamyeon as a special menu, which i highly recommend. Side dishes come free of charge.

Wir hatten den Tischgrill mit Hühnerfleich und Gemüse. Leckere Beilagen und vollmundige Crowaffel. Personal sehr freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit.

Service Kraft gibt sich Mühe und ist zuvorkommend! Essen schmeckt auch... Mein Go-To Restaurant mit meinen Jungs der nie enttäuscht!

Sehr authentisch und deliziös. Durch die Inflation und die hohe Nachfrage sind die Preise in letzter Zeit deutlich erhöht worden. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne hierher und essen eine Bowl, Bibimbap oder Chapchae. Dazu auch mal ein BonBon (koreanischer Traubensaft)

We saw a so called promotion from Groupon, but actually the price is same as the menu, so the grill set is just based on the menu price instead of the so called 20% discount. Sehr guter Koreaner mit leckeren Korean Bbq. Wir hatten das vegetarische BBq gewählt gehabt und ein paar Side Dishes dazu bestellt. Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Have schon teuere gegessen. Die Portionen waren wirklich perfekt. Haben uns auch ein Dessert geteilt. Das Personal war super nett und hat auch bei Fragen gut geholfen. Eine Freundin wollte eigentlich BBQ mit Fleisch aber da zwei Portionen bestellt werden müssen hat das Personal Essen empfohlen was ähnlich zum Bbq ist, da sie zwei Portionen nicht alleine geschafft hätte Man kann draußen und drinnen sitzen Kartenzahlung möglich.

We ordered no. 26 and no. 32. and Korean fried chicken. Not very recommended. Bowls are full with salad. No.32 meat is all „Hackenfleisch“. Taste is just okay, average in Korean food. Overall deco of the restaurant is quite Berlin style, many German, little Asien people. Maybe better try Korean BBQ. Better to reserve a table before going.

Ich habe Essen über Lieferando bestellt, welches nicht geliefert wurde. Das Restaurant möchte mir am Telefon nicht helfen und schert sich nicht um eine Ersatzbestellung. Lieferando hat keinen Telefonservice und reagiert nicht auf mein Ticketsystem. Jetzt habe ich als Kunde 2,5 h gewartet, um einzusehen, dass das Essen nicht mehr kommen wird. Und dafür habe ich auch noch bezahlt… So verliert man definitiv einen treuen Kunden.

Einzig leckeres koreanisches essen, was ich in berlin empfehlen werde und super duper service. Vielen lieben dank immer wieder gerne.

They forgot to deliver the sauce for the second time. Due to the delivery being delayed by 1h they are closed and I can't contact them any more. The sauce is an essencial part of the fried chicken dish, so this really souldn't happen multiple times. Used to order here quite often, not sure if I ever will again

Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Esse normalerweise sehr salzig aber das dieses essen (vegetarische/vegane BBQ Option) war versalzen und somit ungenießbar. Das Personal war freundlich aber ignorierte die Kritik bzw. bestätigte, dass die Gerichte teilweise zu sehr gesalzen sind.

Ganz toller Laden, super leckeres Essen. Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Tischgrill-Gerichten und lauter kleinen Leckereien dazu. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns netterweise auch gleich eine kleine Einweisung dazu gegeben. Wer gerne etwas bequemer sitzen möchte, sollte bei der Reservierung nach den Sitzplätzen mit Stühlen mit Lehne fragen, denn es gibt auch ein paar Tische mit Hocker, sind für einen längeren Abend nicht so super bequem, aber auch ok.

Great food quality and good portions, at a fair price. Absolutely recommended, if you're looking for an unpretentious Korean place that serves hotpot and barbeque. We tried the small pork filets and we're very happy with the great flavours (meat really nicely cooked, and of good quality) as well as the side dishes and sauces. 삼겹살 메뉴랑 크로플 좋았어요. 반찬도 좋고 일하시는 분들도 좋아요. 매운돼지갈비는 저한테는 너무 달았어요.

Essen bestellt - war super verpackt, und omg, so lecker! sowohl Japchae als auch Tangsuyuk waren fantastisch. Die Pommes dazu auch einfach nur richtig gut.

Korean BBQ: Das ist wirklich ungewöhnlich und wer Spaß hat an neuen kulinarischen Eindrücken, sollte das unbedingt mal probieren. ( wir haben es über Groupon für einen guten Preis bestellt) Es hat uns geschmeckt, aber wir würden es trotzdem nicht noch mal bestellen, sondern stattdessen etwas von den anderen Köstlichkeiten auf der Karte z.B. Fried Chicken ist ein Genuss. Die Location ist einfach und jung, seine Großeltern- sofern anspruchsvoll- sollte man woanders ausführen zum Essen 🙂 Die Bedienung und das vornehmlich junge Publikum ist sehr nett und angenehm, das Essen war bekömmlich ohne viel Glutamat - wir kommen gerne wieder.
