Sehr gut. Sehr schön. Die Gerichte sehen toll aus und schmecken köstlich. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Das war mein zweiter Besuch hier. Beim ersten Mal saßen wir drinnen und aßen Sushi, das war sehr lecker und ich habe schöne Erinnerungen daran. Diesmal war meine Kleidung aber nicht passend für drinnen, also setzte ich mich draußen hin. Ich hatte allerdings nicht erwartet, dass der Service draußen nicht elegant sein würde. Die Essstäbchen waren Einwegstäbchen und die Getränke so süß, dass ich nichts sagen konnte.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Restaurant im Zentrum von Magdeburg. Egal ob Sushi vom Band am Tresen oder doch etwas gemütlicher am Tisch. Das Essen war super lecker und ich kann es weiter empfehlen. Das Ambiente hat gut zum asiatischen Stil gepasst und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Abend und komme gern wieder.

Essen eine 10/10. wir waren zu viert in dem kleinen japanischen Restaurant in Magdeburg. Was soll ich sagen- klein aber Oho! Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt und es war kein 0815 Essen. geschmacklich super lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Reservieren sollte man aber vorher. Platze sind sehr begrenzt. Wir saßen draußen, zum Glück gab es Heizpilze und Decken. Eher hochpreisig, lohnt sich aber!

Das war mein erster Besuch und ich hatte auch to go bestellt. Das Sushi war hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Bei nächster Gelegenheit werde ich die Bar einmal ausprobieren. Das Ambiente hat mir schon einmal sehr gut gefallen.

Ich kann das Premium-Menü uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn man kein Sushi-Profi ist: Thunfisch und Lachs als Maki und Nigiri, Garnele als Nigiri und in Tempura als Inside-Out. Die Fischqualität schien mir 1A zu sein - wie ich auch den Service und das Restaurant insgesamt fand. War lecker und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.

Schöne Atmosphäre, sehr leckeres und frisches Sushi. Auch die Ramen sind empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gern immer wieder.

Achtung! Hier arbeitet eine Kellnerin, die Gäste regelrecht anrempelt!! Sie tritt sehr einschüchternd auf und entschuldigt sich kein einziges Mal. Ihr Verhalten ist äußerst unfreundlich und für eine Kellnerin absolut inakzeptabel. Ein solcher Service würde in Japan noch am selben Tag zur Kündigung führen. Da ich Japaner bin, möchte ich ausdrücklich klarstellen, dass diese Person nicht aus Japan stammt. Ich möchte nicht, dass ihr Verhalten mit meiner Kultur in Verbindung gebracht wird. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich bin schließlich nur hier, um mein Essen abzuholen – und nicht, um einen Sumo-Kampf auszutragen! Als ich versuchte, das ihrem Vorgesetzten zu erklären, wurde ich ohne Anhörung einfach abgewiesen. Nach diesem Erlebnis hat mir das Sushi überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Wenn man japanische Küche anbietet, sollte man sich vielleicht auch mit der japanischen Mentalität und dem entsprechenden Servicegedanken vertraut machen.

Sehr gute Preise (die Boote nicht so). Ramen auch sehr lecker, große Auswahl an Gerichten (nicht nur ramen). Allgemein sehr schön da.

Wir waren am Valentinstag zum essen dort. Leider war der Besuch nicht ganz so toll. Schon am Eingang war es sehr chaotisch...das blieb den restlichen Abend so. Nur auf Nachfrage erhielten wir die Karte und mussten später erneut fragen ob wir bestellen können. Essen für 4 Personen kam leider in zu großen Abständen, so waren 2 schon fertig und die anderen 2 hatten noch gar kein Essen. Leider war es auch geschmacklich nicht gut. Echt schade, da wir nur positives gehört hatten.

Ich muss sagen ich bin wirklich enttäuscht und das nicht zum ersten Mal. Ich habe einen Platz an der Bar bestellt 18 Uhr war nicht mehr möglich weil Valentinstag war, mir wurde gesagt 20:30 wäre was frei. Perfekt 👌🏽 20:30 hin und es stand vor der Tür eine Schlange Menschen die gewartet haben auf ihren bestellten Tisch 20:30. Es ist ein absolutes Unding so viele Menschen zu sagen 20:30 ist ein Platz frei. Einfach sagen wenn man 3 Tage vorher reserviert „Wir sind ausgebucht“ zu sagen. Und es ist mir nicht zum ersten Mal passiert das ich nach einer halben Stunde warten gegangen bin.

Nicht mal einen Stern wert. Wir hatten an einem Feiertag einen Tisch reserviert, 20 Minuten angestanden und trotzdem keinen Platz bekommen. Gäste, die nach uns kamen, wurden sofort zu Tischen begleitet. Die Bedienung war unhöflich. Der Service war unterirdisch.

Perfekt für ein erstes Date – oder auch für das nächste. Das Ambiente ist stimmig, der Service super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren am Donnerstagabend im Sakura und haben an den Sushi-Booten gesessen. Das Preissystem wirkt fair: Wir haben ca. 55 € für zwei Personen gezahlt, was ungefähr den gängigen All-you-can-eat-Preisen entspricht. Pro Portion ist es sogar günstiger, als direkt von der Karte zu bestellen. Die Getränke (z. B. Aperol und Cocktails) sind fair bepreist, ordentlich stark und geschmacklich gut. Das Sushi war gegen 20:30 Uhr teilweise etwas trocken, da es schon eine Weile auf dem Band lief und insgesamt wenig Betrieb war. Sonderwünsche wurden jedoch problemlos und frisch zubereitet – hier ist der Service wirklich top. Insgesamt ein schöner Abend mit gutem Service und angenehmer Atmosphäre, mit etwas Luft nach oben beim Sushi zur späteren Uhrzeit.

Selbst am 06.01. problemlos einen Tisch bekommen. Auf Grund der Leere war die Bedienung auch sehr zuvorkommend. Wir immer mal hierher und wurden noch enttäuscht.

We stopped here on a whim and were absolutely thrilled. Delicious sushi, tasty ramen, and fantastic homemade drinks. The homemade spring rolls are also highly recommended. A lovely and friendly place. Great place, 5 stars!

Small but very cozy sushi bar. The staff is very attentive, and the wait for the food was perfectly reasonable. The sushi itself was fresh and really delicious. The menu is manageable but perfectly adequate. They also have homemade lemonades that taste great. In addition, there are hot dishes and appetizers, like edamame :), which are really well prepared. Dessert is also available. They also offer something like an "all you can eat" option in different price categories. Small boats circulate around a table where everyone can sit and help themselves until they're full. This is a matter of personal preference, though. Alternatively, they also offer platters with a variety of sushi, which are also very diverse. You should reserve in advance, as the number of tables is limited. If you like good sushi and want to sit comfortably with others, this place is the right choice. Oh, and...they don't accept credit cards, but they do accept cash and debit cards.

Whenever I want to eat sushi, I make a special trip to Magdeburg. It tastes amazing, you get a great view of how they prepare it, and the little boats on the water make it a very creative place. It's also very clean and hygienic; the restrooms always smell wonderful, and they even offer free hand balm. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite and do their best to make your guest happy. I would go there again and again, and I highly recommend it!

An excellent Japanese restaurant in the heart of Magdeburg. The place was packed during our visit, but the reservation went smoothly. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, sometimes featuring a (skillful) mix of Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese. The food was delicious, although drinks were sometimes delayed. The service was very attentive, and overall, the setting was pleasant—we'd be happy to return!

Unfortunately, despite a confirmed reservation, we didn't get a table on Friday evening. After waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes – we were assured several times it would only take 5 minutes because guests at our table were already paying – we went to another restaurant and had a great evening there. Overall, it's a shame, as the food here at Sakura has always been delicious and good. It can happen that reserved tables are still occupied during peak times. However, in the spirit of hospitality, I make sure that the table is quickly freed up for the reserved guests and, at the same time, that those waiting don't feel uncomfortable standing in the lobby as if they had ordered something and not picked up. This can definitely be improved and will hopefully be more pleasant for other guests in the future.

This place is highly recommended. The food is very well prepared and delicious. There's a good selection of drinks. Non-alcoholic cocktails are very good. There's comfortable seating in front of the sushi bar. We reserved two places online (we weren't asked for a reservation).

The sushi is delicious, and it's quite an experience to experience the kaiten sushi at the bar. Unfortunately, climbing the bar stools is very awkward.

If you like sushi, you should definitely eat here. A very nice, appealing location, attentive service, and good value for money. We had a delicious wakame salad and spring rolls for starters. For main course, we had a sushi platter and grilled tuna with teriyaki sauce, vegetables, salad, and rice. The tuna was grilled to perfection and tasted excellent—10/10. The sushi looked very appealing and was incredibly delicious. We'll definitely be back.

So today, I'm finally giving it my 5-star review, which this place definitely deserves and which I've been meaning to give for a long time. The service is also very friendly and attentive. Went there on a Friday afternoon for a quick lunch and was seated immediately. I ordered a seafood ramen and my husband a chicken udon. We both weren't blown away by our choices. The chicken was rather dry, and my broth tasted a bit like an instant beef broth. The restaurant itself was nice, and service was fine. I would maybe try the sushi instead next time.

The service is a total disgrace! The Lieferando app clearly states “8 pieces per portion”. However, I was only delivered 6 pieces per portion. When I tried to have a conversation on the phone, the good lady complained to me and suggested that I was lying and that I should take a closer look next time because there were clearly only 6 pieces at Lieferando. (see picture, it says 8!!!!) When you spend just under €100, that's a significant amount of sushi that's missing. Once and never again!!

Advise anyone to order from the store online. Quantities are incorrect. If you then complain on the phone, you will be insulted and it will be assumed that you are lying. Absolute impudence.

I had a ramen with seafood (theoretically, it was with old salmon, old tuna and one tempura shrimp) and have a food intoxication. The person with me had a red curry duck, almost raw and with a dubious extremely liquid sauce.

It was actually a nice evening with my love. The place wasn't that cheap. He was a little close to the next table and the waiter constantly had to squeeze through there. Then it's better to have a few fewer tables, but a little more ambience.

When we walked in we were greeted warmly, the door was held open for us and we were asked where we would like to sit. We sat to the left of the entrance in the area where the food floats past you on small boats and you help yourself, a very cool gimmick. The chefs stand in the middle of the “island”. The plates are painted with different colors, which symbolizes the price of the food. There is also an explanation available to read. It was really delicious and there was one large selection. One of the chefs even asked me if I had a special request, so a plate was personally prepared for me, hats off to really good service! I highly recommend it to any sushi lover. I'd love to come by again :)

We had appetite for fresh Sushi, and decided to get it once again from the Sakura Sushibar. We like the boats providing you choices of freshly prepared varieties of Sushi - be it regular, inside-out or hot. Nice are as well meat sticks and sweets. I can definitely suggest this place for a nice dining experience - prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.

The bar is definitely worth going to between 5 and 7 p.m. Little sushi surprises, and it's really interesting to watch the sushi masters at work. The quality is right. It's better to reserve in advance.
