Sehr lecker und schön schattig! Empfehlenswert!

Hatten im Vorfeld schon vieles gutes gehört und wollte es jetzt endlich mal selber ausprobieren. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, auch ist ein kleiner Aussenbereich vorhanden. Wir hatten uns aber doch für den Innenraum entschieden. Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Vorspeisenplatte war hervorragend und auch die Hauptgerichte haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Mit Getränken 60 € geht voll in Ordnung. Ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir waren mit unserer Familie erneut hier, kurz nachdem sie in der Stadt angekommen waren, da wir in einem anderen Restaurant keinen Tisch reservieren konnten. Dieses Restaurant war unsere Ausweichlösung, denn beim letzten Besuch waren Essen und Service wirklich sehr gut. Hätten wir gewusst, dass Essen und Service sogar noch besser sind (es war wirklich hervorragend, wunderschön angerichtet und der Service herzlich und freundlich), wäre es unsere erste Wahl gewesen. Es ist wirklich sehr gut geworden. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Essen war recht gut, obwohl ich die Gerichte nicht aufessen konnte, aber ich fand es in Ordnung. Allerdings ist es draußen momentan sehr heiß, und es gibt keinen Ventilator für die Gäste, die draußen sitzen müssen. Das könnte schwierig werden, wenn kein Tisch drinnen frei ist.

Ein fantastischer Abend in der Bahnhofstraße! Wir waren absolut begeistert von der Qualität der Speisen und der wunderschönen Präsentation. Besonders das Sushi wurde auf einem tollen Holzgestell serviert, das fast wie ein kleiner Baum aussah. Die Auswahl war hervorragend und alles schmeckte unglaublich frisch. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv bald wieder. Wer in Wiesbaden richtig gut essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant, das ich wärmstens empfehlen kann. Alle Gerichte waren superfrisch. Wir haben das Menü des Küchenchefs bestellt und es nicht bereut. Zum Abschluss gab es noch klebriges Eis – ungewöhnlich, aber köstlich. Die Limonade war ebenfalls sehr lecker und wurde mit frischen Früchten zubereitet.

Ich war schon ein paar Mal hier. Die Portionen sind großzügig und das Essen und die Getränke schmecken hervorragend. Von außen leicht zu übersehen, aber ein Besuch lohnt sich. Auch Gruppen werden hier gerne empfangen! Nur Barzahlung.

Wir waren heute hier essen und sind rundum begeistert. Das Essen war super lecker und die Qualität wirklich top. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns der Service: Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, hat immer wieder freundlich nachgefragt, ob alles passt – aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich, sondern einfach sympathisch und angenehm. Man fühlt sich hier direkt wohl und gut aufgehoben. Auch die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung für das, was man bekommt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Wir waren hier für ein berufliches Abendessen und haben vorher reserviert, was ich auch empfehlen würde. Das Konzept ist eine Mischung aus asiatischer Küche und Sushi, insgesamt etwas moderner gedacht. Das Essen hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Die Gerichte wirken frisch und geschmacklich sehr stimmig. Es geht nicht in Richtung überladen oder zu verspielt, sondern eher zu klar und hochwertig. Was ich zusätzlich positiv fand: die Weinkarte. Für ein asiatisches Restaurant ist die Auswahl wirklich gut und passt überraschend gut zu den Gerichten. Zudem gab es auch zum Beispiel ein Gericht namens Wiesbaden d.h. man hat sich durchaus Gedanken macht auch regionale Einflüsse asiatisch zu interpretieren. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, was gerade bei einem Geschäftsessen angenehm ist. Insgesamt ein sehr runder Abend. Für mich eine gute Adresse, wenn man in Wiesbaden asiatisch essen gehen möchte und dabei Wert auf Qualität und eine coolere Atmosphäre legt.

Ich war beruflich in Wiesbaden und ging alleine essen. Beim Betreten des Restaurants war ein unangenehmer Geruch. Weiter innen im Restaurant war dann okay. Das Restaurant ist sehr eng gestuhlt und die Kellnerin wollte mich an einen kleinen Tisch mit Hockern setzen. Es war ein 4er-Tisch freigeworden und ich erkundigte mich, ob ich mich wechseln darf, was möglich war, sie gab mir jedoch mit dem Gesichtsausdruck verstehen, dass sie nicht begeistert war. Als ich die Vorspeise am essen war, platzierten sie mich in eine Ecke. Hätte ich das Essen noch nicht bekommen, hätte ich das Restaurant verlassen. Vor allem auch, wurde der Tisch geräumt, aber nicht gereinigt! Das Essen wird schön angerichtet, die Vorspeise - Sommerrollen, haben gut geschmeckt. Beim Hauptgericht mit Rindfleisch, war das Fleisch leider zäh und es war ziemlich versalzen (zu viel Soja Sauce schätze ich). Wie sich herausstellte, wurde beim Bezahlen dann auch "nur" Bargeld akzeptiert. Beim Ambiente gebe ich 2 Sterne, weil zwar nett dekoriert, doch nicht überall sauber. Sehr schade, ich kann das Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen.

Ich komme ursprünglich aus Berlin da gibt’s wirklich vieles Essen aber das Essen hier in Wiesbaden war sehr lecker frisch sehr gutes Servis immer zum empfehlen weiter so tolles Team 🌹

Ich habe schon viele vietnamesische Restaurants ausprobiert ,aber dieses hier hat wirklich alles übertroffen, was ich bisher erlebt habe. Schon beim Betreten wird man herzlich empfangen und fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Ambiente ist eine perfekte Mischung aus modern und authentisch, mit liebevollen Details, die einen direkt nach Vietnam versetzen. Man merkt sofort: Hier steckt Leidenschaft drin. Das Essen? Einfach auf einem ganz anderen Level. Jede einzelne Zutat schmeckt frisch, hochwertig und perfekt abgestimmt. Die Pho ist tief aromatisch und unglaublich intensiv im Geschmack genau so, wie man sie sich wünscht. Die Sommerrollen sind knackig, leicht und perfekt gewürzt, und die hausgemachten Saucen sind schlichtweg ein Traum. Egal, was man bestellt: Man merkt, dass hier mit Können und Liebe gekocht wird. Der Service ist ebenso herausragend aufmerksam, freundlich und dabei nie aufdringlich. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie ein geschätzter Gast und nicht einfach nur wie ein Kunde. Dieses Restaurant ist nicht nur ein Ort zum Essen, sondern ein echtes Erlebnis. Wer authentische vietnamesische Küche auf höchstem Niveau sucht, wird hier mehr als fündig. Die Gewürze sind auf den Punkt, nichts wirkt künstlich oder überladen. Man schmeckt sofort die Qualität der Zutaten. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie liebevoll alles angerichtet ist. Das Auge isst hier definitiv mit. Egal ob Vorspeise, Hauptgericht oder Dessert – alles sieht aus wie aus einem Food-Magazin. Der Service war ebenfalls top: aufmerksam, freundlich und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich geschätzt. Fazit: Wenn ihr richtig gutes asiatisches Essen erleben wollt, dann ist das hier ein absolutes Muss. Ich komme definitiv wieder – und zwar nicht nur einmal.

Das ist eines der besten Restaurants, die ich in Wiesbaden besucht habe. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch! Farbenfroh, lecker und wunderschön angerichtet. Ich würde so oft wie möglich wiederkommen. Das „Wiesbadon“ ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Alles, was wir gegessen haben, war köstlich, besonders das Hühnchengericht mit Mangosauce war der absolute Hammer! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und ich habe es bereits Freunden empfohlen! Der nette vietnamesische Kellner, der uns bedient hat, war sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich! Vor zwei Wochen sind wir von einer zehntägigen Vietnamreise zurückgekehrt und die Menschen dort sind einfach fantastisch – immer freundlich und gut gelaunt! ♥️🇻🇳 🙏😀

Eine glatte drei... Hatte mich auf due guten Bewertungen verlassen... Leider... Die Gyoza waren wenig und zu kross mit wenig Sauce.... Das Hauptgericht war ok, aber zu suppig aber gut scharf... Due Stühle sind sehr unbequem...

Absolutes Highlight in Wiesbaden! ​Wir waren heute Abend im Sajo essen und was soll ich sagen? Ich bin restlos begeistert. Ich war mit meinem sechsjährigen Sohn da und wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit. ​Das Essen war fantastisch: ​Die Suppe: Perfekt abgeschmeckt und total stimmig gewürzt. ​Sommerrollen & Tofu: Die Sommerrollen waren super frisch und den Tofu können wir wirklich jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen – der war der Hammer! ​Neben dem Essen ist der Laden auch optisch ein echtes Schmuckstück. Alles ist total ästhetisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, da fühlt man sich sofort wohl. ​Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber den Service: Die Bedienung (ich glaube, es waren sogar die Besitzer selbst) war wahnsinnig freundlich und herzlich zu uns. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Herzblut drinsteckt. ​Fazit: Wer in Wiesbaden ist und Lust auf richtig gutes asiatisches Essen in toller Atmosphäre hat, muss hier her. Von uns gibt’s volle fünf Sterne!

Wir haben heute gegen 17 Uhr bei Sajo 2 Phos und 8 Makis für 19.15 Uhr VORBESTELLT. Gegen 18.30 Uhr bekam ich die Nachricht, dass die zwei Phos nicht lieferbar seien, weil diese nun aufgebraucht seien (obwohl ich diese vorbestellt hatte und man eigentlich unser Essen hätte einplanen müssen). Anschließend sollten mir dann die 8 Makis zuzüglich über 5 Euro Gebühren gebracht werden. Als ich dort anrief und höflich darum bat, dass man die gesamte Bestellung vollständig storniert, da sich 8 Makis für 13 Euro selbstverständlich nicht lohnen, hat man über 5 Minuten versucht, mir weiszumachen, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Als ich mit meiner Stimme etwas fordernder wurde, ging es plötzlich dann doch. Dies gilt als Warnung an alle, bei denen Ähnliches versucht werden könnte. Lasst euch nicht tricksen! Den einen Stern gebe ich nicht gerne, aber Betrüger müssen gekennzeichnet werden!

More style than substance. The service is inattentive, listless, and clearly preoccupied with other things than the guests. Orders for food and drinks are taken very late. The food arrives late and out of order. During the meal, no one once asked if everything was alright or if anything was needed. I am generally happy to tip, but only if the service is good (the food and its taste are secondary for me). As a "thank you," for a small tip, which in this case shouldn't even be given, you're neither looked at when paying nor given a "thank you" or "goodbye." That explains a lot. Not recommended for people who value friendly service and attentive waiters.

Centrally located Japanese restaurant with numerous sushi variations as well as delicious noodle and rice dishes. Mid-range prices, many vegetarian options. Fast, attentive service and very tasty food.

I liked this place until they rushed me out, although they had plenty of tables available. Definitely soured my experience, personally. Food: good. I got sushi and nigiri both of which were pretty good, and the chicken balls which were crispy and tasty. Service: as previously mentioned I was pretty happy with the place until they felt the need to rush me out when they had plenty of tables available. I know that they weren't reserved since they tried to move me to another. I was trying to finish drinking my pot of tea, which normally you'd want to sip, not chug, however they were hell bent on moving me out of the seating. Really ruined the mood for the entire evening unfortunately. Atmosphere: good. Warm, nice decor. I likely won't be heading back any time soon but you should consider it. Hopefully it was a one-off experience. The food is good and the atmosphere is nice. It is a little pricey but what isn't nowadays. Recommend doing a reservation.

The sushi is prepared with great care and attention to detail. The drinks we had were also delicious (Sajo Sunset and Strawberry Love). The service is very attentive. We were here for the first time yesterday and are already looking forward to our next visit.

I was there today with my grandparents, and I can't complain. The service was excellent, and the food wasn't even mentioned. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was delicious. I have to say, this restaurant exceeded my expectations.

One of the best sushi restaurants in Wiesbaden. Everything is just right here: value for money, service, and ambiance. The sushi is so fresh and incredibly delicious! It's prepared with love, a feast for the eyes. The other dishes on the menu are also highly recommended: whether salmon, duck, or tofu—everything is deliciously prepared. The wait isn't long, drinks arrive quickly, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Reservations are recommended, as it's very busy in the evenings.

I was in Wiesbaden for an event at the beginning of September and stumbled upon Sajo's by chance. I went there twice that weekend because the food and service were perfect. The ambiance is very nice and I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend it; it's definitely worth a visit. The way the food is presented is simply fantastic.

First, we stood around for 10 minutes before we were seated at a table, even though it had been free the whole time, and then we waited forever to place our order. As a passionate connoisseur of Asian cuisine, having tried everything from Tokyo to Saigon, I was thrilled with Sajo Asian Fusion in Wiesbaden (Bahnhofstraße 50). The food is simply 10/10 – fresh, authentic, and perfectly balanced. The combination of Vietnamese and Japanese influences is exactly what you would expect from a modern Asian fusion restaurant. The flavors are balanced, the ingredients are high-quality, and the presentation is top-notch. I would particularly like to emphasize the attention to detail: from the homemade broth to perfectly cooked noodles to excellent sushi – you can taste that true professionals are at work here. For anyone who loves good food and values ​​authentic Asian cuisine: A must-go!

I wish I could give this place a higher rating. They will make you food that is actually spicy. :) the wasabi is good quality horseradish. Presentation is perfect. Prompt and good timing of service. Big portions, but not too much to eat but leaves you stuffed.. Salmon, tofu, beef and duck we're cooked perfectly. Staff is polite. They take card and cash and speak English.

The food was simply unbelievably delicious! Add to that the beautiful presentation and first-class service – truly one of the best Asian restaurants in Wiesbaden! For sushi lovers and connoisseurs: The rice was just right, fresh, with a slightly sweet and perfectly balanced flavor.

Went there for the first time at lunchtime. Absolutely outstanding sushi creations, and the matcha tiramisu is soooo delicious. Everything was just right. We'll definitely be back.

As we all know, food is a feast for the eyes, and this was definitely not lacking here! Beautifully presented and the taste was truly outstanding. The portions could have been a bit larger in my opinion, but the good quality more than makes up for it. The super friendly service is particularly noteworthy. We were only in Wiesbaden for four days as a group, and we ate here twice because everything was so harmonious. The ambiance in the garden is very nice, and the interior is also beautifully decorated. If you'd like to enjoy alcoholic beverages, I highly recommend the gin and tonic; it was truly perfectly mixed and a treat for the palate. They always found a seat for us, even though we were a large group (without a reservation), and despite the restaurant being half full, we received our food very quickly. Many dishes can be ordered with meat, fish, or tofu – very practical for mixed groups with diverse preferences. Even special requests (e.g., no mushrooms) were thankfully accommodated. I can therefore highly recommend this restaurant.

Great Asian restaurant. During a visit to Wiesbaden, we had lunch at Sajo on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Interior: The restaurant is lovingly decorated. It feels clean, cozy, and spacious. Staff: The staff are kind, attentive, and enjoy their work. They speak German and provide all the necessary information when making reservations. Food: The food is excellent. We tried various hot dishes and the sushi. Each dish was a generous portion and the quality was excellent. If you visit, you should try the homemade lemonades. They're amazing. We don't live nearby. We'll be happy to eat and drink there again on our next visit to Wiesbaden.

Sajo Restaurant Asian Cuisine & Fine Dining on Bahnhofstrasse in Wiesbaden offers upscale Asian cuisine. The entire restaurant is lovingly and stylishly decorated. Upon entering, you first cross the terrace and then enter the dining room. The selection of dishes is very good, and you can choose between sushi and other traditional dishes. All dishes are freshly prepared and lovingly presented. There is room for improvement in the friendliness of some of the service staff. We really enjoy eating here.

Rude service from the beginning, discussing at the end that cash payment had been indicated - but that wasn't true - everyone at the table felt very unwelcome - a real shame

The food was relatively good and beautifully presented. A very extensive menu with plenty of choice. The service is, to put it mildly, "bare minimum" and really limited to the bare essentials. However, they always responded when called. Nice decor, but the bathrooms are jungle-like and difficult to find.

ATTENTION: Cash only!!! Another restaurant with a strong Chinese influence. We had a sushi platter for two, and it was ostentatiously presented (totally un-Japanese) but tasted okay. It was very salmon-heavy, with only one piece containing tuna. You're greeted with two questions/sentences: Do you have a reservation? Can you pay in cash only! The ladies serving are rather sparing with their friendliness and are often busy on their phones behind the counter. However, they respond to calls.

First-class sushi—I eat it here, even though I don't eat it anywhere else. The other dishes are also very delicious and highly recommended. We celebrated our wedding reception here. Great service.

The sauce for the main course was too sweet for me, the chicken was extremely greasy, and the green asparagus was rubbery. Very warm and cozy place with a nice interior. The place was clean. The toilet was okay clean as well. We could only pay with cash, which was a bit sad. We ordered some sushi, the shiitake beef rice, wiesbadon, soul of hanoi and surf and turf. Everything was delicious, definitely matches the price range and the staff was very friendly. Delicious food for an honest price. The broth of the “Soul of Hanoi” was really good. Could only pay cash, which was not a real problem.

The employee was very rude when it came to dealing with us and we are from another country and we don't speak her language but she is treated very badly.

Sajo's appetizers are truly delicious, and the main courses (Vietnamese) are perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Friendly service in a stylish atmosphere. We'd gladly return.

For those who prefer a milder dish, Golden River is my new favorite! A modern, cozy atmosphere, nice outdoor seating, and friendly, fast service. Truly delicious at typical Wiesbaden prices!

You call ahead to ask if card payment is possible. They confirm this over the phone, only to be told on the spot that card payments aren't possible. Completely unprofessional. They only issued a bill upon request. The food was quite expensive but thoroughly enjoyable.
