Very tasty and authentic food with a good selection and fair prices. Can only recommend it.

At first we didn't want to sit in the garden on the street, but we loved the food. Very variable, very good, mostly Japanese food. A visit is definitely worth it. The menu was a bit worn out, but the food was very tasteful. Service was flexible and very good.

The place is is like a hidden cove gem. Food awesome, and more than satisfying portions. Services, fast n nice, atmosphere, pretty inside out, and different music lists, but the best, the volume is just perfect. Not to loud and not too low. Oh and the drinks are amazing too.

We were there for the first time yesterday and everything was perfect. The homemade lemonades are really delicious and the food was also great. 👍🏻 The atmosphere invites you to have a cozy meal and the waiters were all super friendly. The only criticism is that a few of the menus were a bit worn and had pages missing. Otherwise it was a great experience!

Best sushi in Wiesbaden. Great starter dishes and main courses as well. Fun cocktails, Asian beer, and great vibes. Outdoor seating is great, weather permitting. Was cash only.

We followed the good reviews and were disappointed. The food is quite good, but I haven't seen service like this in a long time. Not a good day, please, thank you, the plates are slapped down carelessly. When the table behind us asked for the menu, the waitress rolled her eyes in annoyance and the man at the table asked why she was being so unfriendly. To which he received no answer. According to the service, there was a 50 cent tip. I actually didn't want to give one, but then I rounded up. The waitress said: “Only 50 cents?” It was also the first time I experienced that the tip was commented on. We don't go here anymore. I haven't felt so unwelcome in a long time.

We visited Sayo for the first time yesterday and will definitely be back. Great selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. The salmon tartare from the starter menu and the Lyche lemonade as a drink were particularly tasty. In summer you can also eat outside. However, you should note that you can only pay in cash. Still a clear recommendation!

Everything we tried was very good. Great sushi platters but also curry. Even though the restaurant was very busy, everything was served in a timely manner and the staff was attentive.

We celebrated our anniversary here. The atmosphere is pleasant. But what struck me most was the elegance and presentation of food and drinks. The taste is simply indescribable. Now this is my favorite place in Wiesbaden.

Just wow! We happened to pass by this restaurant and wanted to try it. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and cozy. The service was friendly and attentive. The food here is very attractively prepared. The mango curry was a poem. I would happily visit this great restaurant again at any time. The only criticism is that the spring rolls (Sammy Rolls) could be larger for this price.

From the reservation, food, service to the ambience, a good shop. A good and large selection for everyone. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend it!

There is very, very good sushi here. I recommend Miami Menu G5 for 35€. Little rice, lots of fish and avocado, lots of wasabi and ginger. Also very good chopsticks. Big praise to the sushi master.

1.5 hour waiting time... Guests 30 minutes after us had their food in front of us... We were already on the move when we finally got our dishes. Service impersonal, reserved and not attentive... Drinks empty, lucky to catch a waitress... Food looks well presented with nice dishes, fresh ingredients but sushi tastes nothing special, other dishes like curry with chicken are a little above average... A little too expensive in terms of price. The ambience was good, the furnishings were modern and beautifully designed, but it was incredibly loud and you could hardly have a conversation. "We would like to pay, please!" No interest in whether we enjoyed it at all, nothing... No questions asked... So not a cent tip either... Only cash payment, no receipt, only your cell phone is shown... Unfortunately for us it was a failure and therefore the first and last time... What a shame... Conclusion: Not recommended

The food was really very good. The restaurant is a bit dingy. The staff is friendly, the main course was served pretty quickly after the starter. Unfortunately the tables were sticky and neighboring tables also complained about it.

The food was ok, but the service was really disastrous. When I was there today and walked in, the waitress with a black T-shirt saw me, but she just ignored me without greeting me or anything. She just walked by. The service was really disappointing and the waitress was extremely rude! I felt disrespected at all!!! It's hard to say if her behavior towards all customers is like this or if it's possibly racially motivated because I look Asian. Very very bad experience.

We chose this restaurant because we wanted to eat Asian food and it was well rated by other guests. When we entered the guest room in the basement, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell of "toilet stones" that hung in the air the whole time, even though the toilet was at the other end of the room. Our window seat was spoiled by a dirty window that hadn't been cleaned in ages and was also barred from the outside. The entire atmosphere didn't seem inviting at all, dark walls, sparse table decorations, dusty lamps. On the other hand, we enjoyed the food very well - unfortunately the waitress wasn't interested in it, neither when she cleared away the starter nor when the main course was eaten did she ask us about it. We would have preferred to return the mango spritzer, it tasted so bad. Due to the overall impression, dessert was no longer an option for us. It's a shame - we can't recommend this restaurant for an enjoyable meal that also includes a well-kept ambience and friendly, attentive service.

Very authentic and highly recommended Asian fusion restaurant. We had the Sajo Deluxe with tofu and the Green Forest Sushi Platter as well as the warm chocolate cake with a liquid center. We found the price-performance ratio to be fair, especially because all the ingredients seemed very fresh and the taste was really very good. The sushi was also special. Service was very fast despite the high occupancy and when we made the reservation on the phone we were even informed that card payments were not accepted - so it shouldn't really bother anyone.

Excellent food, slightly tasty and fresh. Unfortunately, it's just as fresh in the restaurant and it's quite drafty. And the operation unfortunately depends on the non-functioning WiFi. This can sometimes be disturbing. Nevertheless, we would like to come back

The selection of food and drinks is perfect. There are delicious starters served in beautiful bowls. Very nice and helpful staff. The food is served quickly and it always tastes good.

The food was very good, but we waited for almost an hour for the food. Also, they only accept cash/paypal which is not displayed on the front door, so there is no way to know until you get your bill. When you pay with PayPal, they make you select “family and friends” which charges an additional fee.

We found Sajo by chance: it was the closest sushi restaurant to the hotel. But chance was actually kind to us! Super nice service, super fresh sushi, everything was very creatively prepared, the sashimi was incredibly tasty and served in large bite-sized pieces instead of homeopathically thin slices and the selection of vegetarian sushi was also impressive! For me it's definitely the best sushi restaurant I've had in a long time 🤩👍

Die Speisen schmecken toll und wirken auf mich authentisch. Besonders die Sushi-Menüs sind wunderschön angerichtete kleine Kunstwerke, dabei aber durchausreichhaltig und die Sushis selbst sind außergewöhnlich gut. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, das Ambiente gut, besonders gefällt mir, was hier aus dem Vorgarten gemacht wurde und die Gestaltung der kleinen Opferstätte im Vorraum. Definitiv eine Empfehlung in Wiesbaden und wir kommen auch auf jeden Fall wieder.

Widerlich! Eine Frechheit vir DEM Herren ubs solch ein absolut köstliches Sushi zu liefern. Auchvdie gebackenen Varianten waren nach Lieferung immer noch crunchY, geschmacklich auf einem absoluten Top Niveau. Bitte macht genau so weiter... Das Sashimi ist außerordentlich zart. Solch eine Fischqualität findet man sekten... *****deluxe

Zum ersten Mal hier gewesen und total begeistert. Super leckeres Essen (Sushi / Udon Nudeln), freundliche Bedienung (leider dauerte es etwas, bis wir bestellen konnten), nett gesessen. Dass es gut sein muss, zeigte auch, dass es ziemlich voll war. Also: besser reservieren! Bei unserem nächsten Wiesbaden-Besuch sind wir wieder bei euch zu Gast.

Erstklassiges Sushi, hier esse ich auch welches, obwohl ich das sonst nirgends mache. Auch die anderen Gerichte sind sehr lecker und zu empfehlen.

+ Der Sevice ist sehr nett und schnell. + Die Einrichtung ist top gestaltet. Sieht alles super aus. Auch das Geschirr ist sehr schön. + Ich hatte Maki Love für 12,90 Euro und Salmon Nioi für 12,50 Euro. Für wirklich leckeres Sushi, mit viel Dekoration und einer Portion die richtig satt macht, finde ich 25,40 Euro einen absolut angemessenen Preis.

Sehr schönes, kleines Restaurant, Essen war super, Qualität und Geschmack sehr gut. Leider dauert alles sehr lange, angefangen bei den Getränken, man sollte daher viel Zeit mitbringen. Mussten uns dann mit dem Essen Leider beeilen, weil wir noch einen Termin danach hatten. Daher 1 Stern Abzug. Dazu kam, dass das Licht auf der Männertoilette nicht funktioniert hat (Bewegungsmelder defekt). Daher der zweite Stern Abzug. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, weil das Essen wirklich top ist. Bedienung sehr freundlich, hat aber auch die Ruhe weg. Wenn bei den Kritikpunkten Zeitmanagement und dem Licht nachgebessert wird, ändere ich im Nachhinein gerne die Rezension auf 5 Sterne.

Das Lokal ist, genau wie die Website, sehr modern und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Der freundliche Service tut sich zunächst etwas schwer, uns im fast leeren Lokal an einem guten Tisch zu platzieren, weil man noch die Gruppe einer kulinarischen Stadtführung erwartet. Hauptgerichte liegen zwischen 12 und 22 €, Sushi bis 35 €. Es gibt einen günstigeren Mittagstisch. Ich starte mit einer hausgemachten Limonade und "Sammy Roll (Knusprige hausgemachte Frühlingsrollen mit Hackfleisch, Glasnudeln, Möhren und Zwiebeln, serviert in hausgemachter Limetten-Fisch-Soße)". Weiter geht es mit "Bun Nem (Reisbandnudeln mit hausgemachten Frühlingsrollen, dazu gemischten Salat, Koriander und Chili-Limetten-Dressing, verfeinert mit gerösteten Erdnüssen und Röstzwiebeln)", dazu einen kalten Sake. Alles ist köstlich, und sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Ein Ca phe sua vervollständigt das Geschmackserlebnis. Fazit: Genuss für Auge und Gaumen. We had a group dinner at this lovely restaurant. Despite our large group, the service was very fast and flawless. The food was amazing, and the staff was so helpful and flexible with dietary arrangements. Their summer rolls, green forest sushi mix and homemade lemonades made up to my personal favorite list!!
