Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderbaren Abend hier. Das Essen war durchweg frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders die frischen Kräuter, die bei jedem Gericht großzügig serviert wurden, haben uns begeistert. Auch die hausgemachten Getränke in den Gläsern waren eine tolle Erfrischung. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Wir kommen definitiv bald wieder.

Extrem köstliches Essen und besonders die große Auswahl 😋. Von den vielen verschiedenen Vorspeisen, die Hauptgänge und die Desserts 🍮. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders schnell geht es mit den Getränke und die Einrichtung wurde gut ausgewählt. Sie bleibt im Gedächtnis und freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch. Daumen hoch 👍 und eine 1A Bewertung ⭐️!

Empfehlenswerte Lokalität mit flottem und freundlichen Service. Umfangreiche, aber nicht überbordende - so soll es sein - Speisekarte, auf der für alle Geschacksrichtungen etwas zu finden ist. Die Küche ist schnell und gut, das Preis-Leistungsverältnis ok. Tolle Getränke! Bei meinem Aufenthalt war das Lokal gut besucht, daher wäre eine Reservierung zu empfehlen.

Sehr gutes vietnamesisches Essen und schön angerichtetes Sushi 🍣. Die Sommerrollen und pho Suppe waren hervorragend. Leider sind die Cocktails nicht empfehlenswert z.b. der Mojito war kein Mojito. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert und gute Preis Leistung. Von außen ist das Restaurant unscheinbar, aber innen sehr schön und gemütlich.

Mittags im Viethouse Wiesbaden – und selten so positiv überrascht worden. Das Tagesmenü (siehe Foto) bestand aus zwei Gängen und lag bei 16,90 € – für diese Qualität und Portionsgröße fast schon irritierend moderat. Geschmacklich: richtig stark. Frisch, sehr gut gewürzt und angenehm ausgewogen – genau so, wie man sich vietnamesische Küche wünscht, aber nicht immer bekommt. Die Portionen sind großzügig, ohne plump zu wirken. So gut, dass wir der Küche einen Gruß ausrichten ließen. Das passiert bei uns wirklich selten – quasi nur dann, wenn wir kurz überlegen, ob wir heimlich die Rezepte mitnehmen sollten. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und entspannt, ohne „Szene-Zirkus“. Man sitzt einfach gut und fühlt sich wohl. Lage & Praxis: • ca. 4 Minuten vom Wiesbadener Hauptbahnhof entfernt • sehr gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar Fazit: • Qualität: hoch • Portionen: großzügig • Preis-Leistung: ungewöhnlich gut (16,90 € für zwei Gänge) • Atmosphäre: angenehm entspannt → Klare Empfehlung. Und definitiv ein Ort, bei dem man sich fragt, warum man ihn nicht schon früher entdeckt hat.

Essen war geschmacklich gut. Auf Getränke haben wir lange gewartet und der Tee kam kalt an. Also, ging zurück und wir mussten wieder warten.... Wir hatten reserviert, daher keine Wartezeit. Es war voll und etwas hektisch...

Waren zum ersten Mal dort essen und waren leider etwas sehr enttäuscht von unseren ausgewählten speisen. Wir hatten Frühlingsrollen und Papaya Salat zur Vorspeise. Frühlingsrollen soweit ganz okay aber der Papayasalat sowohl von der Menge als auch von der Zubereitung einfach nicht so wie er denn schmecken kann und sollte. War leider sehr fad. Die Pho war allerdings eine noch größere enttäuschung , da sie einfach nur verwässert /verlängert geschmeckt hat und keinerlei ausgekochten Fleischgeschmack enthielt. Typische Gewürze wie Sternanis und Zimt waren auch nicht vorhanden. Zudem waren einige der enthalten Fleisch Stücke zäh, knorpelig und sehnig. Für uns somit leider nicht zu empfehlen und ein ernüchtender Abend .

Wir waren am Wochenende im Viethouse und dafür kann ich eine Reservierung nur empfehlen. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Essen war auch super lecker. Es gibt auch ein paar Optionen für Veganer, es sind zwar nicht so viele aber ausreichend und mak kommt definitiv auf seine Kosten.

Absoluter Geheimtipp in Wiesbaden. Von außen sehr unscheinbar, aber sobald man das Restaurant betritt wird man sehr schnell herzlich empfangen und bekommt einen Tisch zugewiesen. Wir hatten sehr schmackhafte, selbstgemachte Limonaden, die Vorspeisenplatte für 4 Personen war auch sehr schmackhaft, und die Hauptgerichte waren auch unwahrscheinlich lecker und frisch zubereitet. Das Serviceteam war zu jederzeit freundlich und aufmerksam, jedoch nicht aufdringlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, empfehlen Euch gerne weiter und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Leider nicht mehr das was es mal war. Neue Speisekarte mit erhöhten Preisen, trotz MwSt Senkung. Glas war dreckig, Essen lecker aber die Soße war viel zu wenig und dünn. Vor ein paar Monaten gab es zu jedem Gericht eine extra Schälchen mit Soße. Service überfordert, man musste ständig auf sich aufmerksam machen und mehrfach erinnern. Mit der Rechnung gab es früher immer ein Lischi Likör,leider auch nicht mehr. Schade das man für mehr Geld immer weniger Leistung bekommt.

Ein sehr süßes, kleines Lokal. Das essen ist sehr lecker und preis-leistungs technisch top. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich und nach jedem Besuch bekommt man einen kleinen Pflaumenschnaps mit einer Litschi drin. Ich komme immer gerne her. Empfehlung: Phó mit diesem frittiertem Brotstick

Mein erster Besuch hier im "Viethouse" in Wiesbaden. Abends zu zweit dort gewesen, Feiertags, dennoch ohne Wartezeit einen Platz bekommen. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und auch bei stärkerer Auslastung des Restaurants bleibt die Lautstärke im Rahmen. Den Service habe ich als höflich und freundlich wahrgenommen. Die Größe der Gerichte ist überschaubar und hat definitiv Luft nach oben. Auch wenn die Qualität der Zutaten hochwertig wirkt, Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht ganz überein. Geschmacklich dennoch alles gut. Werde persönlich eher andere Restaurants aufsuchen, mit größeren Portionen, sodass ich auch satt werde. Dennoch klare Empfehlung!

Ich war über die Feiertage in Wiesbaden. Da ich Lust auf vietnamesisches Essen hatte, ging ich mit hohen Erwartungen dorthin – und diese wurden voll und ganz erfüllt. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich und einladend. Der Service war trotz des großen Andrangs schnell. Zum Mittagessen bestellte ich den hauseigenen Eistee, Wan-Tan-Suppe und gebratenen Reis mit japanischem Brathähnchen. Es war hervorragend gewürzt, weder zu salzig noch zu fad. Der Service empfahl mir Sushi als eines ihrer beliebtesten Gerichte. Das Sushi war phänomenal, eines der besten, die ich je gegessen habe, und sah auch sehr ansprechend aus. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie authentische vietnamesische Küche probieren möchten. 🇻🇳

Für 3 Personen je Hauptgang, ein Getränk und geteilte Vorspeisen lag der Preis bei ca. 83 Euro. Ein faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei sehr leckerem Essen. Der hausgemachte Zitrongraseistee war leider sehr süß und man hat die Zutaten kaum geschmeckt. Daher nicht mein Fall, aber ist vielleicht einfach Geschmackssache. Leider wurde bei unserer Bestellung auch ein Getränk vergessen, aber das kann mal passieren. Das Essen wurde dafür an einem vollen Samstagabend überraschend schnell gebracht. Insgesamt würde ich das Essen sehr empfehlen und wieder dort essen.

Great food and, in my opinion, superb sushi. We've been here several times and have never been disappointed. The ambiance is lounge-like and creates a relaxed atmosphere. You immediately forget the location on the Ring Road after entering the restaurant. Parking is scarce, but that's just the way things are and has nothing to do with the restaurant itself.

The food was quite tasty and the portions were very generous. The service was a bit slow, and you had to signal for someone to order. Overall, though, the atmosphere was lovely and the food was authentic. The prices were very fair.

Everything was spectacular! First, the menu is in several languages and easy to understand. Everything we ordered was incredible. From the fried rice dish to the soup and rolls... they were umami-filled. I tried a breaded fried roll with avocado that was crunchy, creamy, and addictive. The noodle soup was loaded with meat and a deep broth that warms the soul. Perfect and super filling! The lemonades are next-level: natural, with ginger, orange slices, and fresh lemon—nothing artificial; refreshing and full of character. Everything they serve is in a style that makes you close your eyes when you try it. Everything about the place has an artisanal, bohemian feel, and is full of flavor. A gem if you like Asian food with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. Each dish I ordered cost between €9 and €12, and the portions were generous. When I went, the place was packed, and there was only one waitress serving everything. Even so, they worked with impressive speed: orders arrived on time, without errors or delays, and always with an excellent attitude. 👌 The level of organization and efficiency of this restaurant's team is truly applaudable. I would definitely return!

The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, even though almost all the tables were occupied. It was great to have a wonderful conversation, which isn't always the case in busy restaurants. Tip: Reservations are worthwhile – we were lucky enough to be able to make one the same day, but that certainly wasn't a given. The service was friendly, quick, and attentive: drinks were brought promptly, and used dishes were cleared discreetly and regularly. What's especially nice: From our seats, we could even glimpse into the kitchen – the food is cooked fresh and with love, and you can tell by the taste. For my starter, I had edamame – traditionally steamed and perfectly salted. It was accompanied by the homemade lemonade "Moskito" with fresh lime, cane sugar, and ginger ale. Beautifully presented, refreshing – no wow factor, but a solid drink with an Asian twist. My highlight was the homemade curry "Rau xào sốt xoài": a fruity mango curry with coconut milk, bok choy, lots of fresh vegetables, and jasmine rice. Creamy, balanced, aromatic – a true culinary experience! A colleague had the peanut curry "Rau xào sốt đậu," another had the rice noodles with Vietnamese spring rolls – both were equally impressed. All curries are marked with a chili, but don't worry: even those who don't tolerate heat well will get their money's worth. If you really like it spicy, feel free to ask for a little more spice. The portions are generous, the ingredients are top-quality, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect. It's not the cheapest restaurant in town, but for the freshness, flavor, and experience, it's more than fair. If you love Vietnamese cuisine – or want to get to know it – this is the place for you. In addition to classic dishes, there are also sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes. The selection is extensive, but not overwhelming. Super delicious, a trip to Vietnam

Very, very tasty & beautifully prepared dishes. We had, among other things, Pho chicken and baked banana. The ice cream was really delicious, said my son. 😉 Traditional Asian atmosphere with courteous service can only be recommended. 😊

The staff are very attentive. The sushi was very fresh and delicious. The sauce from the Thai curry was delicious, but the duck meat had so much fat and hardly any meat. Wouldn't order duck again. For the price you would expect high quality duck meat.

The store has a nice ambience and cozy furnishings, a really pleasant atmosphere. The service was quick and courteous. The food was also really good and there was a bottle of Sriracha on every table for seasoning. Prices were the same as in most similar shops, I paid 14.50 for my chicken curry. There are also beers from Japan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Unfortunately rather disappointing! The portions and the taste have unfortunately developed for the worse, it was definitely better 2-3 years ago! The prices are sometimes very outrageous and cannot be justified - 5.5€ for 2 summer rolls that are 90% rolled with rice noodles and some lettuce and 2 strips of chicken, that's a disgrace! The Yakitori chicken skewers were small skewers with a slightly strange meat consistency, for €6.90 😵‍💫. The Pho Bo soup wasn't anything worth highlighting either - we won't be going here again in the future

Viethouse is a wonderful address for authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Wiesbaden. We have already been to the Viethouse twice and were absolutely thrilled every time. The food is really delicious, authentic and the ingredients are all fresh. Everything we tried was tasty without exception. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. Another plus point is that dogs are welcome here. We will definitely come back!

Very authentically decorated, Asian-cozy restaurant with many Vietnamese specialties. There is also an opulent sushi menu. I chose summer rolls, fried rice paper rolls and Japanese yakitori skewers. For the main course, I ordered Pho Bo, the traditional Vietnamese soup with beef, for the first time. The starters were all very tasty, the Pho Bo was really great. It plays with lots of flavors and really fills you up. The service was very friendly and attentive, overall a great, sumptuous lunch for around 40 euros including a large glass of sparkling water. Recommended for anyone who likes Asian cuisine.
