Very nice, small restaurant with a feel-good factor and nice staff. The food tasted great and the portions were really large. We'll definitely be back

My place of choice when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine. Food is just great!! I love ordering here, my favorites are crispy chicken with sweet potato fries and of course the udon noodles, absolute dream!!

The first time we had it delivered was great! Came on time, was very, very tasty. The second time we went to the restaurant, the atmosphere was very nice and the staff was super friendly and the food was again very tasty. The only thing to complain about is that the memory card is very old and the case is not clean. The sides of the table were stained and dirty and the little vases with dry flowers would have been nice if they had been clean. They were dusty/sticky and there were some spider webs on the ceiling. But as I said, otherwise great value for money!

Delicious authentic Asian-Vietnamese food. We had the sliced ​​duck crust with matching sauce and the salmon fillet in a tomato marinade. Both dishes had a decent portion and were served with enough salad and vegetables. The ambience is nice and quiet even when it is full. The service is friendly.

You can eat delicious Vietnamese food here! The service was also great and friendly. Only the path to the toilet is a little narrow, so you have to be careful not to bump into anyone.

It often seems challenging to find good quality Asian food in Europe's smaller cities. Therefore, my expectations were somewhat restrained. However, dinner at Saigon Village was great. Wholesome fresh food with a variety of ingredients and mercifully not oversalted. One of the best meals I had in Augsburg: Papaya salad, and Crispy Duck. My only quibble was with the wooden tables on the outdoor streetside patio - the way they are designed you can't put your legs undet the table - there's nowhere to put them except beside your chair, so it gets uncomfortable fast. (I don't believe this is the case with the indoor tables). Otherwise, Saigon Village is an excellent choice for food.

Friendly service, fast service, delicious food with large portions

I would really like to give more stars. Unfortunately, the ambience, service and food do not justify the high price. I had curry chicken. This was tasty but not outstanding. However, the food alone would give me more stars. The really disturbing factor was the very loud and inappropriate music. It also stopped every few minutes (supposedly due to the internet connection), which was very annoying. The service staff was very nice and accommodating, but here too I expect a more professional service behavior at these prices. Unfortunately I have to say that I won't come again.

#Every time we order there (really always) something is wrong or something is missing!! This time we complained, they said the driver would come again with the right food, but he simply didn't come at all. That's rude! That was the last time I/we ordered there. Unfortunately, it was catastrophic, even though the food was almost always good. Too bad, oh well

Mega delicious food! We wanted to try it because we love Asian cuisine and we absolutely love it! The food is fabulous, the waiters are super friendly and attentive! The portions are huge - so either be hungry or bring a Tupperware container :)

I order food very often and this restaurant knows how to best present their cuisine, Food arrived hot, taste was great, portion was mega, I can enthusiastically recommend it. I haven't eaten so well in a long time with a delivery that deserves more than all the stars. Try it yourself and enjoy the food you get here and become a happy guest for a very long time.

Duck good, all good! Very tasty Asian cuisine with a great and large selection, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. We had the "vegan duck" from Saitan (once with red curry and once with garlic sauce) and thought it was really well cooked. The starter, for us edamame and summer rolls, was also really good. Likewise the homemade lemonade, very tasteful and great selection. Definitely happy to come back 🤤🤩😍

I know Saigon Village from the delivery service. It was suggested to us colleagues by a doctor on the ward. The menu has quite a wide selection to offer, both vegan and meat and poultry. It tastes wonderful and yet isn't too much. The prices are appropriate for the performance and the service is great. I like going here. However, it is advisable to book a table in advance.

I had the pleasure of visiting Saigon Village Vietnamese Restaurant today and I absolutely love it! The ambience was welcoming and relaxing, which made my dining experience all the more enjoyable. As for the food, every dish was a real treat. From the fresh spring rolls to the aromatic tofu, every bite was a feast for the senses. The ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I was particularly impressed by the variety of vegetarian options. My companion and I enjoyed a delicious selection of vegetarian dishes that were just as rich and flavorful as the meat dishes. The service in the restaurant was also excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and had good recommendations for us. All in all, I can recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. I look forward to dining there again soon!

Great cuisine, I think the tomato salmon is great

The food was tasty but overpriced. The waiters were completely overwhelmed - too few staff given the number of tables. There are just too many tables in the small restaurant and it's super cramped. We waited 20 minutes for our menu and probably even longer if we hadn't just grabbed one ourselves. 30 minutes for the drinks and a total of 1:15 hour for the food. Unfortunately, this was our first and only visit.

Food was very good, as was the service. Unfortunately the live music was a bit loud…

We (2 girls) had reserved a table for 6 p.m. When we arrived we were greeted by a very annoyed waiter. He said we had to finish eating in an hour! Many tables were unoccupied, but he took us to a tiny, drafty one right next to the entrance. OK . We waited about 10 minutes for the card. What struck us (we were sitting right next to the entrance) was that other guests received a very friendly welcome? Was it because we were unaccompanied? Well. Finally we were able to order. Drinks and appetizers came quite quickly. The main course was a long time coming. The two waiters ran past us countless times and blared into their headsets: Course 2 for table 14! (that was us). Barely 1 hour later we had our main course! Yeah. (we didn't quite manage to finish eating after an hour, sorry) another 19 minutes. Later the rice for 1 person came. We complain about the 2nd portion. Waiter: that costs €1.50 extra! All in all: food was great! Service is so underground! I think we'll look for another Asian! But the highlight was when around 7 p.m. a really great, nice, friendly sing-a-song writer appeared and made good music! Albeit completely inappropriate for the Asian! :-)
