Ha Noi Asia Bistro in Augsburg

Ich bin Stammkundin und war heute leider sehr enttäuscht. Ich wollte meine Bestellung aufgeben, wurde aber nicht richtig verstanden. ( obwohl ich Mehrfach was wiederholt ). Bevor mein Anliegen geklärt werden konnte, wurde eine andere Kunde nach mir bedient. Das fand ich unprofessionell und respektlos. So einen Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden kann ich nicht akzeptieren. Ich erwarte, dass alle in der richtigen Reihenfolge und mit der nötigen Aufmerksamkeit bedient werden. Schade, denn bisher war ich immer gerne hier.

Also ich kann die teilweise guten Rezessionen leider nicht nachvollziehen. Habe heute eine Nudelbox und einmal Sushi zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Die Dame, die die Bestellung aufgenommen hat, empfand ich als sehr unfreundlich. Außerdem hat sie mir "aus Versehen" zwei Euro zu viel berechnet und Ihren Fehler erst nach mehrmaliger Bitte korrigiert. In meiner Nudelbox war tatsächlich nur ein kleines Stück Hähnchen, ansonsten nur Nudeln und 3-4 Karottenstreifen. Weiteres Gemüse....Fehlanzeige. Beim Sushi wurde der Wasabi vergessen. Außerdem war das Sushi fast schon heiß, zu mindestens, aber sehr warm. Alles in allem empfinde ich das Essen als äußerst lieblos, uninspiriert und man merkt, dass bei den Produkten an jeder Ecke gespart wurde. Ich gehe hier nicht mehr hin.

Ein tolles Restaurant mit schönem Ambiente, sehr gutem Service und sehr leckerem Essen. Wir hatten das Gemüse mit Tofu und gelben Curry und das Gemüse mit Tofu und Erdnusssoße. Es hat köstlich geschmeckt und die Köchin, die uns auch bedient hat, war sehr freundlich. Die Portionen waren angenehm groß und die Preise wirklich gut. Wenn wir nochmal in Augsburg sind, kommen wir gerne wieder. 😊

Freundliches Personal mit exzellenter Küche. Ich liebe die Pho uns die Udonsuppe Suppen. Aber alles wird frisch zubereitet und Portionen sind gut. Alles passt.

Eklig im essen war einfach ein Bohnenstangenast drin. Hätte ich dies nicht bemerkt, hätte es gefährliche folgen haben können😩😖🤢

Ich war vom Essen sehr angetan. Da ich weder Deutsch noch Vietnamesisch spreche und die Gastgeberin kein Englisch, wusste ich nicht, was ich bestellt hatte. Letztendlich waren es ein süßes Curry und eine scharfe Suppe. Jedes der beiden Gerichte hätte als Mahlzeit gereicht, und beide waren köstlich. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass ich bei der Bestellung definitiv eine Flasche Wasser bezahlt hatte, mir aber ein Glas Leitungswasser gebracht wurde. Als ich versuchte, dies zu korrigieren und auf die Flaschen zeigte, wurde meine Bitte nicht verstanden.

eine super süßes und total unterschätzten Lokal, die Besitzer sind super lieb und achten sehr auf guten Service. Das Essen war wahnsinnig gut und wurde frisch zubereitet. Die Preisleostung und unschlagbar! Ich freue mich, das wir das Lokal entdeckt haben und werde hier öfter herkommen!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war hervorragend und für den Preis unschlagbar. Wir hatten jeweils gebratenen Reis mit Gemüse und knusprigem Hähnchen sowie jeder eine Vorspeise. Die Portionen waren so großzügig, dass wir mehr als satt geworden sind.

After a long day at work, I come here and pick up something to go. I've finally found my favorite restaurant! No matter what you try, it tastes fantastic! Yes, you might have to wait a little longer for your order, but it's worth it! I especially recommend the dishes with rice! It tastes even better here than anywhere else. You can tell they make it with love :)

The food is really good and fresh. The staff are sometimes overwhelmed due to a shortage of them. But they're very friendly. The delicious curries and soups are highly recommended. Authentic, no-nonsense cuisine. A recommendation.

The food is not recommended. I'm at a loss for words. It's actually a disgrace to deliver such dishes. Fried noodles with extra sprouts, upon request, arrived with only carrots and cabbage. No other vegetables. The chicken tasted chemically. The egg rice was also a disappointment. Unfortunately, the dishes went straight into the trash. I definitely don't recommend this place.

I've eaten there several times now; the food is delicious, and the sushi 🍣 is great :) I think it's great value for money 👍

Unfortunately, there are often very few customers. Hopefully, this gem, with its friendly owner, will continue to be around for a long time! The food is simple, but really very good for the price.

Food was tasty, price and quantity were good. Then why only 2 stars? It was the loudness of the employees. At the beginning there were 2 women present, but things went fairly well. Later a third woman came along and then things got brutal. The screaming was unbearable. I left the rest of the food and fled the restaurant.

Best Asian restaurant in town when it comes to rice dishes! Otherwise also in the top 5! Very nice service! In terms of prices, it was the same as before inflation!

My recommendation: tofu with peanut sauce! Totally delicious and friendly service.

My sushi was at room temperature and I found a hair in it. When I showed it to the owner she took it out and said it was no problem. The kitchen looked dirty and no one was wearing a hairnet. I told her that I was immunocompromised and couldn't afford to eat sushi from a dirty kitchen and that's why I wanted my money back. She said there was never a hair there and that I was lying, yelled at me and then only gave me half my money back because I ate some of it. Don't go here. Update: food poisoning :(

The food is the best I have ever eaten, the staff is very friendly and the food is prepared quickly and deliciously. They are already regular customers and it is the best restaurant in Augsburg.

The restaurant is my favorite place downtown when it comes to Asian food. The spring rolls, for example, are completely homemade (unlike Asiacity) and the food tastes very tasty. The ambience is very inviting and the furnishings look very authentic. All in all a shop that turns a bad day into a good one.

People can't eat there, I had a bad stomach ache because of the noodles and I also had to puke from it, so did my sister and cousin because we ate there together.

Breaded chicken was full of gristle and fat.. Pasta wasn't fried properly.. many little things that are taken for granted elsewhere have to be paid extra here. Spring rolls are homemade and delicious.

Muito bom! Dois drinks, duas entradas, e dois pratos principais por 30€! E o melhor, estava tudo maravilhoso. Se eu tiver oportunidade, voltarei, meu namorado comeu red curry duck e estava uma delícia, e eu nem gosto de pato… recomendo!

All Price are very reasonable in 2022. They offers many different choices of typical Asian dishes what European generally would like. My fd ordered Red Curry with Crispy chicken , it was tasty. And I ordered Bún bò Huế, it is a rice noodle with meat and Vietnamese meat sausage in soup. it is not so common to find it on the menu at the Vietnamese restaurant in Germany. Although it is not as sour and spicy as I ate in Hue in Vietnam. But So far so Good! I think it is still a good choice for the cold Winter. and I finished whole bowl with soup at the end. I would like to try other fried noodles or Japanese dishes next time. By the way, the two ladies are friendly! The sitting are also spacious.

Die Suppe #1 ist sehr gut. Die folgenden Essen sind überdurchschnittlich, aber nicht so gut wie die Suppe.

Wenn man gebratens Hähnchen mit Nudeln und Gemüse bestellt, dann wäre es schön, wenn man auch mehr als 2 mini Fetzchen von Fleisch bekommt. Ich war bisher nur zwei Male dort und 2x ist es jetzt auch so gewesen. Tut mir leid, aber ich werde nicht mehr kommen, da es im Gegenzug zu anderen Restaurants gar nicht mithalten kann. Mit den Gästen wird nicht sehr freundlich umgegangen, wobei ich das an heißen Tagen noch nachvollziehen kann.

Essen ist super lecker. In meinen Augen sind besonders die Sushi die besten die ich in Augsburg kenne. Die eine, schlechte Bewertung kann ich nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Klar können die Leute nicht super deutsch und dann wird vielleicht aus Versehen was falsches berechnet / bestellt. Wenn man laut und deutlich die Nummer sagt hat bei mir (wahrscheinlich der 30te Besuch heute) immer alles einwandfrei funktioniert.

Nudelbox für 4€ sehr zu empfehlen. Etwas klein aber wirklich gut für das Geld.

Die habem von mir mehr abgerechnet, als ich eigentlich zahlen sollte. Letztendlich haben die mir nicht mehr zugehört und mir das Geld komplett entzogen. Frechheit. Das Essen war letztendlich auch nicht lecker!!
