We wanted a bite to eat after a tour of Augsburg. The service was prompt, attentive, and quick. The bowl was absolutely delicious. Definitely a clear recommendation.

This was my third visit to Ryu and I once again had a very good meal. The ambiance is very stylish yet cozy. It's great for conversation. Perfect for our girls' night out. The service was very friendly and attentive, just like the last few times. I'd be happy to come back.

I was very disappointed with the food; it tasted off. The price on the menu was for a salad that was suddenly €3 more expensive when I paid later. It feels like a rip-off. Apparently, this restaurant's way of making money is to rip people off. When I asked about it, the waiter presented me with a new menu with a higher price! Conclusion: Never again at Ryu Vietnamese Restaurant!

Before the meal, they gave me a card with a price tag of €7.90 for the meal. They charged me €10.90. And then it was just a small appetizer salad. Bottom line: I'm just as hungry as before and feel ripped off. Never again!

Above-average prices, especially for drinks, they're quite expensive. The amount of food was okay, but nothing special. The most outrageous thing was charging an extra 50 cents for a paper bag for takeout food that wasn't completely eaten. And then they also demanded a tip. I won't be coming back to this city anyway, but I don't recommend it.

We received a friendly welcome. The food and drinks were very good. The decor is tasteful and exotic. You really feel like you've stepped out of Augsburg. The only really annoying thing was the noise from the chopping of ice cubes for the drinks. We didn't have a reservation, but the four of us still got a table right away. But that may have been a lot of luck.

The location is beautiful. The chairs are super soft and comfortable. We received a very warm welcome and were immediately made to feel at home. The food was delicious, and there was a huge selection of vegan and vegetarian options.

We experienced racism towards brown people. They made us wait for a long time while serving others who came after us — which we still tried to understand. However, one female employee was extremely rude to us. First, she charged an extra 10 euros without giving us a bill. When we asked about the additional charge, she rudely said, “You people don’t come near me,” and we still remained calm. Later, when we asked for the change, she claimed she didn’t have a 10-euro note, even though we could clearly see one in her purse. Instead, she threw coins on the table and told us to pick them up, treating us like beggars. I kindly request the management team to teach your employees some basic ethics and customer service. That said, the food was amazing and tasted great.

We came here for dinner, and it was such a wonderful experience! Not only was the food absolutely amazing, but the waitress who attended to us was incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and added such a warm touch to our evening. We definitely recommend it!!!

Extremely incompetent service. I was the only guest who specifically ordered gluten-free food. I had stomach pain and upset stomach afterward. :/ The next day, I asked the waitress about it, and she said the dish only had "a bit of wheat flour, 10%, and laughed" – unbelievable!!!! Wasted money, received complaints about the food, and they refused to refund it under any circumstances. :((

The food was excellent! The ingredients tasted fresh. The salad was very crisp. The spring rolls' coating was really crispy and not greasy. Our soup was also excellent! The service was very friendly, attentive, and prompt. Definitely recommend it! We'll be back!

On our trip to Belgium, we stopped in Augsburg. Located right next to the famous Fuggerei restaurant. There's a small terrace in front of the restaurant. Friendly Vietnamese service. Good selection of delicious street food, such as bowls, burgers, glass noodle dishes, and much more. Fair prices. Conclusion: Authentic restaurant with delicious dishes.

For this price, I expected better quality and tastier food. It tasted like regular Asian food... The menu had a section called "grilled food" or something like that. We got a burnt noodle with grilled beef (that's exactly what it said on the menu). The meat didn't taste like grilled meat at all, but rather like regular burnt meat. I called and asked if their menu had misleading information. The employee claimed that the meat was first grilled and then burned. Well, then they can skip the "grilling" in the future, because this step doesn't make any difference to them 🙄

A lovingly decorated shop with authentic dishes that are prepared quickly and freshly. A few outdoor tables in front of the restaurant invite you to linger. Card payments are accepted—and four-legged friends are also welcome.

Unfortunately, they no longer serve sushi, and the food isn't as tasty as it used to be. Two different dishes tasted the same. The service was good, but you don't go to the restaurant for the service. Long drinks were also watery. Definitely no reason to indulge anymore.

Yesterday, I had a fly in my tofu curry, and the curry tasted slightly musty... Big disappointment. The price is higher, which is fine with me if it's justified. I won't be buying anything from here again.
