We were here for the first time with a larger group. Everyone thought it was delicious! We'd love to come back again 😊

The food was good and plentiful for all guests! My burger wasn't quite cooked through (mushy), but it was immediately replaced without any fuss. Very professional and friendly service!

Ryu is one of my favorite spots in Augsburg. The food is great, the service is incredibly friendly, and as a child of the 90s, I love the decor with the Street Fighter figures. I've been coming back regularly since it opened.

A lovely Vietnamese restaurant with a wonderful, inviting atmosphere. The service is incredibly friendly and attentive – you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. We were particularly impressed by the delicious vegetarian dishes and the scrumptious soups, all prepared with great care. The special children's menu is a real highlight: our son loves it and regularly asks when we're going back. It's a place we'll definitely be returning to.

The ambiance is warm, tasteful, and invites you to relax and simply savor the moment. Ryu is a place you'll want to return to. A clear and heartfelt recommendation.

The food at RYU was really good and freshly prepared; there's nothing to complain about there. However, the service wasn't particularly friendly. The server quite obviously tried to push at least a 10% tip on us. I usually tip generously, but this pushiness made me uncomfortable, and in the end, I even gave less than usual. The restaurant itself is nice, and the food is delicious, but because of the service experience, I unfortunately have to deduct some points. I would still come back for the food, but probably not for the overall experience.

First visit today. Food was excellent, service was excellent, portion sizes were great, and there was a wide selection. I'd gladly come back to try more things on the menu. The only downside is that the space is very cramped for the number of customers. Privacy isn't great due to the distance between tables.

What a fantastic trip to a fantastic city! Anyone wanting to try authentic Vietnamese food will be in exactly the right place. The portions are generous and have a wonderful combination of flavors. The restaurant is centrally located and has a great atmosphere. The noise level is also just right. All in all, I'd gladly come back.

You're pressured to tip. The minimum tip is 10%. Special offers only apply in the evening. But this isn't mentioned anywhere. If you don't tip, the staff becomes rude. We'll never come back.

I recently ate at RYU in Augsburg and had a really lovely evening. I started with spring rolls and my main course was chicken with stir-fried vegetables. The food was absolutely fantastic. The spring rolls were perfectly crispy and tasted amazing. The chicken for the main course was also excellent, and I especially enjoyed the crunchy vegetables that accompanied it. Everything was fresh and deliciously seasoned. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. It has a modern feel, but the cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The service was also very friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good Asian food in Augsburg.

We went for dinner on Sunday evening, just the two of us. The service was good, fast, and friendly. Pleasant atmosphere. Delicious food – especially the coconut soup as a starter and the lemon mint slush as a homemade drink from the daily specials menu.

Good food. Nice atmosphere. However, I would suggest that the food should arrive at the table warmer (it was only lukewarm) and could be seasoned more (it wasn't seasoned authentically). Also, it was quite cold in the dining room. The windows are very old and fogged up, and there was a lot of mold in the grout. I was freezing. Therefore, something definitely needs to be improved here!

The food was incredibly delicious, especially the chicken curry — it was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the staff, especially the woman who served us, was super friendly and very attentive to our needs. If you’re visiting Augsburg, I highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant. It’s also just a short walk from the famous Fuggerei, which makes it a perfect stop after sightseeing.

For starters, we had Bang Xeo (filled Vietnamese rice crepe), Shao Mai (dumplings filled with fish and shrimp), and a truly delicious coconut soup. For the main course, we had Wann Tan bouillon, also a very tasty soup, and classic wok-fried homemade ramen noodles with vegetables, chicken, and Vietnamese barbecue sauce. The homemade Lemon Mint Slush from the daily specials menu is also highly recommended.

The best Vietnamese food in Augsburg! We come all the way from Upper Franconia just to eat here. The noodle soup with tofu is especially recommended – it's divine! The service is very friendly, and the atmosphere is modern and cozy.
