Good food. Nice atmosphere. However, I would suggest that the food should arrive at the table warmer (it was only lukewarm) and could be seasoned more (it wasn't seasoned authentically). Also, it was quite cold in the dining room. The windows are very old and fogged up, and there was a lot of mold in the grout. I was freezing. Therefore, something definitely needs to be improved here!

The food was incredibly delicious, especially the chicken curry — it was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the staff, especially the woman who served us, was super friendly and very attentive to our needs. If you’re visiting Augsburg, I highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant. It’s also just a short walk from the famous Fuggerei, which makes it a perfect stop after sightseeing.

Great food and excellent service!

We went for dinner on Sunday evening, just the two of us. The service was good, fast, and friendly. Pleasant atmosphere. Delicious food – especially the coconut soup as a starter and the lemon mint slush as a homemade drink from the daily specials menu.

For starters, we had Bang Xeo (filled Vietnamese rice crepe), Shao Mai (dumplings filled with fish and shrimp), and a truly delicious coconut soup. For the main course, we had Wann Tan bouillon, also a very tasty soup, and classic wok-fried homemade ramen noodles with vegetables, chicken, and Vietnamese barbecue sauce. The homemade Lemon Mint Slush from the daily specials menu is also highly recommended.

The best Vietnamese food in Augsburg! We come all the way from Upper Franconia just to eat here. The noodle soup with tofu is especially recommended – it's divine! The service is very friendly, and the atmosphere is modern and cozy.

Update: It's much busier on weekends, so reservations are a must! This was my third time at Ryu, and once again, the food was excellent. The atmosphere is very stylish yet cozy. It's easy to have a good conversation. Perfect for our girls' night out. The service, as always, was very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back.

Streetfood Absolutely fantastic place! We tried quite a variety of dishes and everything was spot on. The summer rolls with shrimp were fresh and light, the spring rolls perfectly crispy, and the gyoza set was delicious and full of flavor. The Wok crispy chicken with udon was a great balance of crunch and aroma, and both bowls the grilled pork and the lemongrass chicken were beautifully seasoned and very satisfying. The beef pho had a rich, fragrant broth and tasted truly authentic. The drinks were great too the Riegele beer paired perfectly with the food, and the raspberry non-alcoholic sour was refreshing and well balanced. Friendly service, fast kitchen, cozy atmosphere. Definitely a place we'll be coming back to!

I'm lucky enough to live just around the corner, and that's how I became a real fan: the Vietnamese family cooks an excellent menu with all the options in the kitchen. Whether you're vegan or a meat lover, I'm happy here. They have great drinks and homemade lemonades. And last but not least: if Vivi is working the front of house in the evening, you're in luck! Simply wow.
