The food is delicious and relatively expensive for a city center lunch... unfortunately the waitress isn't a restaurateur and isn't that pleasant unfortunately:( he ruins the fantastic cooking skills with his behavior... it's just a shame

I've been here several times and the Persian food always tastes like home-made - just great. The service is very friendly and attentive. It couldn't be better. Clear recommendation. If you don't know Persian cuisine, you should definitely come and eat here.

Perfect staff from the attention to customer POV. Nice and clean restaurant. Friendly owner. But eventually the food presentation is not that good. There are no side dishes like any salads with the food. Everything g is very simple and not that appetizing. Or maybe it was just for take away orders. Otherwise the food quality is good and they have some specialities you can’t find elsewhere.

I ordered “Taleshi Kebab” and “Vaziri” with appetizer “zeytoon parvarde”, the appetizer was tasty, Taleshi kebab, is served with a dip (pomegranate paste with oil), i found too much oil in it. For me it would be better to have only pomegranate paste. Rice tastes great. Vaziri kebab was tasty, friendly staff. There are vegetarian options as well. Price wise it was expensive.

The staff are respectful and helpful. The food was so delicious and the tables are clean. If you are looking for an amazing atmosphere with a great experience of having lunch with your friends or family, this lovely restaurant is the best choice. Also, there are some excellent options (like Yatimcheh) for vegetarian people.

Yesterday, I with my friend was there, we are Afghan but we enjoyed the delicious Iranian food, DUGH was made very traditionally and you can test the smell of GULAB(Rosewater) inside and the Kabab Kobida with Fesinjoon was very delicious 😋. The service and the atmosphere was amazing. I also have a recommendation if possible please don’t allow animals inside the restaurant. 🙂 Thank you for the hospitality SAFRAN GARDEN- HAMBURG. 🙏

I don't understand how they can deliver such bad meat. Dry skewers. Lamb kebabs that taste like strong mutton. Chicken fart dry. The first and last time ordered via Lieferando.

We ate there yesterday. The staff was friendly, but some of them didn't understand German. The salad came in a bowl that was much too small. The food was also packed incorrectly, so we couldn't eat it anymore... the rice we took with us was completely missing the saffron rice. We also didn't order what we got. We won't eat there again.

We were impressed by the very friendly service from the start. The treatment of our dog was totally cordial. This is available in few Persian restaurants. I can recommend this restaurant for both Iranians and non-Iranians. The food has been slightly adapted to German tastes without changing the traditional recipes. Overall a great experience.

The owner was extremely friendly. He told us about the origins of the food, how to best eat it and recommendations that included his favorites. The meal was delicious. Once the Fesenjoon and once the Shislik. We both agree that we will eat our way through the menu. An absolute recommendation to everyone.

on May 14th, 2024 I wanted to offer my wife something special, yes, it was something special, but particularly bad. I don't know what to start with: with the bad meat, the bad sauce with the exceptionally bad rice, which was never Iranian rice old rice totally tasteless and bland with the puny salad with a thimbleful of tea for 2.50 euros that's an insult to Iranian cuisine because it has NOTHING AT ALL TO DO with Iranian cuisine I wanted to drink a beer with my meal he has that Indignantly rejected with the reason that he is not allowed to sell alcohol, which I understand, but in my opinion people are ripping off and charging over 60 euros for inferior food, and without that, 5.50 euros for a hello/tip? It's possible to calculate!!! The question arises to me whether this is even legal in Germany? I have never experienced this in all of Germany and most of Europe because tipping is still a voluntary service. My wife said it was ok out of politeness, but afterwards she had bad diarrhea for three days. If you want to eat badly, pay dearly and then get sick, then you've come to the right place. His luck was that we were hungry and the other good thing Persian restaurant (not snack bar like here) was closed.

My husband and I landed in this restaurant in Hamburg relatively late on May 14th, 2024 - we had lamb with rice and chicken and lamb skewer with rice. Both the food and the service were subpar, the price was totally exorbitant and when the bill came (over 60 euros) there was an additional 5.50 euros on the bill -! But my husband said his opinion, because this cuisine is no stranger to him - the rice was without any flavor, what was advertised as a sauce just appeared to us as a sauce some colored water As we were leaving the place we were approached by a couple who had also eaten there (the gentleman was also Persian) and was just as angry about the price as the additional service/tip of 5.50 that had already been added to the bill beforehand, all 4 of us found it a no-go and had never experienced it in any restaurant. We cannot recommend this “food outlet” under any circumstances.

Not recommendable. But if you want to get sick, then you've come to the right place. We decided to eat here because of the incredibly great reviews. We were very surprised by the way people write here. After eating there, we realized that many of these reviews must have been bought. And that's exactly how it seems to be. It is a very bad and inferior food. We got a stomach ache while eating and have been having cramps, glares, etc. for the past two days. We're feeling really bad. My partner is Persian and we have eaten Persian food so many times. But this is not Persian cuisine. It just tastes bad and will make you sick too. Very overpriced. 60 euros for two meals and then also 5.50 for service. This is not a restaurant, but a snack bar. And the food is also very, very bad. Guys, please go somewhere else.

Very tasty and authentic food! Since I wasn't familiar with Persian cuisine, I was introduced to various dishes and was able to try the yogurt dips. The restaurant is newly remodeled and the waiter (and possibly owner) showed me pictures of various dishes. I chose Yaziri. Two different meat skewers that were freshly prepared. (Chicken and beef?) Very tender and perfectly grilled/fried, served on a slate platter. The meat basically fell apart in my mouth. There was also a large plate of rice, which was very tasty. I was also recommended a seasoned one. As a starter I was given a free green soup which was delicious. I could imagine going there just for the soup. :) The soup is always free and for a certain group size (5 people?) a drink is also free. I drank two soft drinks with it, which were nice and cold. I also saw the pictures of the platters for two people and they look delicious. I think you can come as a group, order different dishes and everyone tries a bit of everything. There is also non-alcoholic Persian beer in various flavors. The restaurant is a bit hidden, but I can imagine that people who work downtown could spend their lunch break there. Thank you very much!

I cook Iranian dishes myself and am professional. What I ate in this restaurant is by far the best Iranian food in Germany. The meat is well marinated and it melts in your mouth! Spices are very authentic. What they do here is more than food! This is pure art!

One of the best Persian foods I ever tried in Europe. The food was good and customer service was very good and friendly. We were so hungry so I couldn’t take photos !!! We tried mirzaghasemi, zeytoon parvarde, vaziri kebab and doogh that was delicious.

I ordered a Gheymebox today. 5 € delivery costs, a total of 15 € for a very small mixed box with a small piece of goulash. No sauce at all... I'm totally disappointed. I don't recommend this restaurant at all for the price.
