Verarsche! Vor Stunden über Lieferando bestellt, Essen kommt nicht, Geld wieder bei PayPal zurückgeholt. Bestellt nicht dort!

Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt und über eine Stunde gewartet. Der Lieferstatus wurde nicht angezeigt, deshalb habe ich versucht, anzurufen. Niemand ging ran. Weitere 10 Minuten später kam das Essen an. Es war lecker, aber die Wartezeit könnte verbessert werden.

Dieses Jahr wurde bei jeder Bestellung etwas vergessen oder falsch geliefert. Jedes. Einzelne. Mal. Ganze Gerichte fehlten, Naan fehlte, Getränke fehlten. Und anrufen kann man sich gleich sparen. Die werden einfach ignoriert. Einmal bin ich sogar persönlich hingefahren (und habe die Küche gesehen, wo das Essen zubereitet wird – um es mal nett auszudrücken: „Sauberkeit ist eine andere Sache“). Ich mag das Essen (wenn es denn geliefert wird), aber ich sollte mir wohl einen anderen Lieferdienst suchen, denn das ist langsam echt lächerlich. Man kann ja nicht unendlich viele zweite (oder zwanzigste) Chancen geben …

Schlechtester Service jemals! Schicken das Essen einfach 5h später. Mehrmals mit denen telefoniert und meinten der Fahrer ist unterwegs!!!

Vorbestellt, Lieferung kam nicht und dann auch unter keinen Umständen telefonisch zu erreichen. Nie wieder. Jetzt muss ich dem Geld bei Lieferando hinterherlaufen!

Lieferung dauerte 2 Stunden. Telefonisch war der Laden nicht erreichbar, so dass ich nicht stornieren konnte oder nachfragen, ob mit dem Essen noch zu rechnen ist. Geschmeckt hat es mittelmäßig, Zwiebelringe waren einfach Matsch.

Wir haben nach 4 Stunden immer noch nicht unsere Lieferung erhalten und das scheint den Angestellten völlig egal zu sein.

Kann das Essen nicht bewerten, da nichts ankam

Nach über 2 Stunden kam das Essen. Ich habe in der Zeit mehrfach versucht da jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen es geht aber einfach keiner ran. Ich habe mir was anderes bestellt und den Fahrer samt dem Essen wieder zurückgeschickt. Mal sehen ob ich das Geld wieder bekomme.

Das Essen war sehr gut! Ich habe die Safranplatte bestellt und wir waren komplett zufrieden. Das Fleisch war zart und gut gewürzt. Ich hätte mir ein paar Dips (Minz-Sauce, Hummus usw.) gewünscht aber so, im großen und ganzen, war es sehr gut.

Das ist mit ziemlicher Sicherheit Betrug. Unser Essen kam nie an, und wir konnten das Restaurant weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail erreichen. Wir haben auch unser Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Bestellen Sie hier bloß nicht!

Schlechtester Service überhaupt! Vor anderthalb Stunden bestellt und immer noch nicht da. Wenn sie nicht liefern wollten, hätten sie das Geld nicht annehmen und die Bestellung nicht bestätigen sollen.

Am besten nicht bestellen. Sitzen hier auf der Arbeit und haben um 10:00 Uhr das Essen bestellt. Mittlerweile ist es 12:00 Uhr. Keine Ahnung wie die 4,6 Sterne bei über 20.000 Bewertungen auf Lieferando zustandegekommen sind. Uns wurde auch am Telefon gesagt, es sei in 10 Minuten da. Es ist aber nichts gekommen.Haben jetzt über Lieferando das Geld zurückverlangt.

Absolut schrecklich! Nachdem ich zwei Stunden auf das Essen gewartet hatte, rief ich an und man bat mich, die Bestellung zu stornieren. Der Service war unterirdisch, und Lieferando erstattet einem nicht einmal das Geld zurück.

Das Lieferpersonal war absolut unprofessionell und unmöglich. Sie behaupteten, die Bestellung nie erhalten zu haben, was gelogen war – ich hatte sie schließlich bezahlt. Nach einem Anruf reagierten sie unverschämt, und nach zwei Stunden Wartezeit hatte der Mitarbeiter tatsächlich die Frechheit, mir zu raten, erneut zu bestellen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Wir warten schon seit bald 3h auf unser Essen und noch nichts ist angekommen. telefonisch erreicht man auch niemanden.

Wie viele andere habe auch ich bestellt und die Lieferung kam nach drei Stunden an. Es gab keine Sendungsverfolgung und niemand ging ans Telefon. Liefrando erstattete mir 11 von 15 Euro, da ich die Bestellung vor der Ankunft storniert hatte. Ich fände es besser, wenn Sie ans Telefon gegangen wären und den Kurier nicht unnötig belastet hätten, falls die Lieferstrecke zu weit ist.

Wir haben bestellt und als nach 1,5 Stunden noch nichts ankam haben wir angerufen. Angeblich ist der Fahrer gleich da... nach wieder 30 Ninuten hieß es, das Essen kommt von einem anderen Restaurant... nun nach 2,5 Stunden ist noch immer nichts da und es geht niemand mehr ans Telefon. Wirklich das Letzte!!!!

Bestellt wurde 17:48Uhr mit einer Lieferzeit von 40-60min. Geliefert wurde das Essen nie. Ich habe 3x angerufen und jedes Mal wurde mir versichert es dauere nur noch 20min bzw. es dauert nur noch 5min. Und dennoch kam das Essen nicht. 20:45Uhr wurde das Essen storniert. Nie wieder!

Eines der schlechtesten indischen Restaurants überhaupt. Meine Bestellung kam zwei Stunden später, sie nahmen keine Anrufe entgegen und antworteten auch nicht. Eine der ärgerlichsten Erfahrungen meines Lebens.

Geschmacklich ungenießbar und die Verpackung enttäuschend. Das Gemüse roch unangenehm. Ich muss es wohl wegwerfen! Ich hatte Matar Paneer mit Naan bestellt, aber das Naan schmeckte nach nichts und das Gemüse war auch geschmacklos – null Sterne!

Ich habe hier Essen vorbestellt. Lieferung sollte zu 19:40 Uhr erfolgen. Nach einer Stunde rief ich an. Man sagte, essen kommt bald. Nichts. Einfach nichts. Dann wieder ein Anruf. Nach vielen Ausreden wurde einfach aufgelegt. Unfassbar schlechte Leistung.

Kundenservice = -10 bzw. Nicht vorhanden…

Wir haben bestellt und nach 1,5 Stunden, kam eine falsche Bestellung an. Nachdem Anruf im Restaurant, wurde uns gesagt, dass man sich meldet. 20 min später bekamen wir dann einen Anruf, das er das Essen storniert hat(wir unser Geld bekommen) aber wo anderes nochmal bestellen sollen. Also 2 Stunden nachdem wir bestellt haben, storniert der bira einfach. Was soll ich euch sagen. Ich würde niemals wieder bei diesem Laden bestellen und würde es euch auch nicht raten!!!

Die Hälfte wurde vergessen und es hat eine Stunde gedauert, bis die Nachlieferung kam und selbst dann fehlte noch was und alles andere war kalt. Meine Anrufe wurden irgendwann nicht mehr angenommen und der Mitarbeiter am Telefon fluchte, sehr unprofessionell. Winzige Portionen und viel zu teure Preise. Sorry nicht nochmal, würde ich niemandem weiterempfehlen.

Hab um 0:50uhr für 25€ + Trinkgeld essen bestellt Essen sollte ca 45min dauern , kam aber erst um 2:45 an Außerdem war das Essen kalt und ungenießbar Ich werd dort nie wieder bestellen

I ordered a delivery from this restaurant. The delivery arrived later than expected, so I called the restaurant. I was told on the phone that it would take even longer. However, when I asked about canceling, the call was terminated without offering a solution. I later received several calls informing me that the food would arrive shortly. Since I no longer wanted to accept the order at that point, I finally canceled it myself via Uber support. We have already ordered from Safran Berlin over 14 times and are thrilled every time - for us it is the best Indian in the area! What's particularly impressive is that even as a delivery service, they manage to prepare the batura perfectly!! The portions are huge, so you can easily make two meals out of one. Nothing was ever missing and everything was always super hot!! During Christmas time there was always a rice pudding for everyone :) <3 However, today we had a small problem: the batura was cold and the rice was missing. After a friendly phone call with the team, the supplier was immediately dispatched again. As an apology, we not only received the missing rice, but also three mango lassis, three batura (instead of the two we ordered) and a large portion of rice - absolutely generous! One of the worst Restaurants on the planet earth, I ordered online with Uber eats , it never left the preparing process and after two hours. It was marked as delivered, Uber eats did not refund my money. And the worst thing is that they came to deliver the order after 3 hours and 25 minutes and did not accept it.

After a while, we remembered Safran and ordered directly from there twice. All dishes arrived quickly and hot, which really surprised us. Once in the evening and the other on Saturday afternoon. Thank you for that.

The delivery times are an absolute disgrace, you should plan on waiting at least 2 hours, even outside of peak times. A 15 minute delay isn't a problem, but 90 minutes after the time given by Lieferando, you should actually be able to demand your money back. Of course, no one answers the phone either.

Very tasty, loads of meat, quick prep. We picked up, so I can't say much about delivery. Would definitely recommend it.

After 1 hour and 40 minutes the food arrived cold and inedible. Rice hard, Bhatura rubbery. Next time I'd rather buy these ready-made boxes from Rewe. It tastes much better, is cheaper and leaves you just as full.

To be honest with you all, this is the best Biriyani for the price. I have eat plenty of biriyani from different place with different price , this one meet my all the requirements. The quantity is the main attraction I paid 15 euro for lamb biriyani and I got the quantity of 2. And the orange side dishes is super yummy . Actually you have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes to get the food apart from that it was worthy . This is third time I am buying from this shop and more to come .

Ordered via Lieferando, everything actually without delivery costs. Food arrived on time but we had to pay the driver all at once because there were suddenly supposed to be delivery costs... The soup was very watery and had hardly any taste, so we left it after only a quarter of it. Main course was delicious, which justifies the star here, the Bhatura was dripping with fat, the Garlic Naan didn't taste like garlic at all, and the sauces that were added were actually a joke. The small cups for the sauces were not even half full. Therefore I would prefer to give 0 stars. The only thing was the main course which is why there is a decency star.

Turkish home cooking, fresh every day, very tasty

I don't understand all the bad reviews... Every dish is halal ✅ We get food there regularly, it tastes delicious and the staff are friendly. We love the chicken korma, it's particularly delicious here. One of the best chicken korma ever. And as I said, everything is fine. You cannot eat on site, only takeaway/to go and delivery. But in summer no problem, you can just eat in the park around the corner. I can definitely recommend it, and we will happily order again and again 👍 (Addendum: I don't understand the many bad reviews, as I said, we've been getting our food there every few days for some time now. And we've always been satisfied so far, and if you order to go on site, the food is ready in about 10 minutes Ready and always freshly cooked and super tasty. It was never burnt, seasoned or inedible. Everything was ALWAYS great for us.) So it's definitely recommended to order on site and take away, there were never any problems. 5 stars from us . Try the Chicken Korma 😉

Ordered from Lieferando. Almost 2 hours delivery time. Bread completely soggy due to transport in a plastic bag. Mango lassi was good. What was great, however, was the chicken that wasn't cooked through. Never again!

I had the food delivered to me by Wolt, Lieferando. Food came 30 minutes earlier than stated 👍🏻. Arrived hot and tasted damn good. My husband was unresponsive😅because he enjoyed the taste. And that doesn't happen often, so it's recommended.

Order the food via Lieferando at 6 pm. Right now it's 10 pm, still have not got my food. I tried to call the restaurant 8 times, they never answered. The status on the app was "the restaurant confirmed the food will be delivered soon", now it appears as "delivered". Great.

This place has the most inaccurate rating I have every seen ! It deserve definitely 5 stars ! That’s our fourth time ordering from Safran and just had amazing Channa Masala , Palak Paneer , Daal and the meat Samosa was just perfect .. ! And almost 30 mins delivery time !! Thank you Safran !

Amazing Indian Food. Byriani was very tasty, kids chicken mild but still full of flavors. Tandoori chicken most interesting I had in a long time, came with peppers and onions, chicken very tender. UNGENIESSBAR. Das Restaurant hat offenbar gefälschte Bewertungen bei Lieferando. Das Essen kam erst nach 2 Stunden und war absolut ungenießbar. Extremst fettig, schmeckt teilweise wie aus der Dose, schlecht gewürzt (geschmacklos oder zu salzig). Wir haben aus lauter Hunger einen Teil gegessen und jetzt schon Bauchschmerzen. Der Rest landet im Müll. Danke für nichts. Die 40€ hätten wir besser woanders ausgegeben.

Lieferzeit war Sonntag Mittags mit knapp 80 Minuten schon deftig aber wir hatten auch ne ganze Menge verschiedener Gerichte bestellt. Ich muss echt sagen das Essen hat super geschmeckt, vor allem wirklich jedes Gericht unterschiedlich. Das fehlt mir irgendwie bei 80% der „indischen“ Restaurants. Ich kann jedem empfehlen entweder nicht zu den Boom Zeiten wie Fr-So zu bestellen oder vllt einfach die Sachen dort abholen gehen. Am Geschmack, der Menge und der Auswahl hab ich nix auszusetzen. Und ich finde es schade, wenn nur wegen Problemen mit zu vielen Bestellungen der Laden so eine gewischt bekommt.

Sehe schon das hier ziemlich viele nur einen Stern vergeben haben also gebe ich mal mein Fett dazu. Essen online bestellt 60-90 angegeben was völlig in Ordnung ist auf einen Sonntag. Aber das der Herr einfach mal nach 3,5 Stunden der Meinung ist mal aufzukreuzen ohne mal anzurufen das ihr Essen erst später kommt oder ähnliches nichts davon ist passiert. Also habe ich die Tür erst garnicht aufgemacht. Ansonsten schmeckt das Essen sehr gut aber das tue ich mir nicht nochmal an.

Habe über Lieferando bestellt, um 19:56 Uhr. Um 20:40 Uhr war noch kein Essen da. Laut App befand sich die Lieferung zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits 35 min in Zustellung, bei 2,3 km Lieferstrecke. Ich musste letztendlich zu einem Termin und konnte nicht länger warten.

The food arrived cold with 2 hours of delay. The bread was wet and had no garlic (we ordered garlic naan/bread). The merchant said he would have refunded it if that was the case and then left the landline as “busy” to not respond the phone anymore. He said also I would have received a discount but he didn’t send any confirmation nor said his name.
