Safi Bollywood in Dresden

The food was okay, unfortunately it just had nothing to do with the food we ordered. Unfortunately, Chicken Tikka only tasted like tomato sauce without any spices, the Garlic Naan was a baked pita (no similarity to Naan), the Butter Chicken was the best but also very poor in spices and the Paneer Pakora were quite good. However, the service was very good and you felt comfortable :)

Tremendous Indian restaurant. The chicken tikka masala is very good. Attentive service and excellent value for money. Totally recommended.

The two of us were there spontaneously on a Saturday evening. It was perfect all around. The food was really exceptionally tasty and was only surpassed by the great waiter. We were definitely not here for the last time.

Always worth a visit! The prices can't be beat and the food is fantastic! While you're there and sitting inside, take a look at the walls :-) And as if that wasn't good enough, we always receive extremely friendly service. Regarding the prices, I would like to say: Here in Northern Hesse you pay at least 50% more per dish, sometimes even twice as much.

It's hard to clearly rate this place. The food was good, but I have eaten better. It was a long wait for the meal. The waiter was very nice. however, he was also in no particular hurry with the service. The most adequate rating in my opinion is 3.5. Unfortunately, there is no such thing, so I give it 4 as encouragement.

Incredibly delicious and very nice restaurant. I felt very comfortable while serving and the owner is very friendly, and in the summer you can also sit outside and enjoy Neustadt. Many products are organic and this can be seen in the taste. P.s. I can highly recommend the mango curry :)

Small but nice card. We had lamb curry and chicken tandoori. Both tasted very good and the owner was very friendly. We redeemed a voucher from the Neo app and, despite specifying cash payment, we were exceptionally allowed to pay by card. We'd love to come back when we're in Dresden again.

We stopped by Bollywood for lunch on a gloomy day in Dresden, and were very pleased. The owner served us helpfully and above all with a smile! We had never tasted Indian specialities, which in this restaurant are also worthy of value for money. To be recommended!

That was my first time in Germany and I was Safi Bollywood, I tried the chai and samosa and it was very tasty and if you're looking for the curry, if you want to try the Indian food, I'd be happy to recommend the Safi Bollywood restaurant to you.

First of all: The waiter (probably also the owner of the restaurant) was super nice and very accommodating. We felt comfortable from the start :) The food was very tasty - we had a starter, vegetarian main courses and naan bread and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here! We will be back definitely.

Appetizers were nice but overall food was very mediocre as compared to original south asian taste. Really nice & sweet service. The place is small but cozy & nicely decorated. Also quite cheap prices for most of the things. Their menu was very limited.

We were here at an unusual time, so no one else was in the restaurant. The service was nice and dressed to match the ambience, and the right music was playing. The food was very good and tasted delicious. We could hear the chef cooking in the kitchen, so the food was freshly prepared. We'd be happy to come back on our next visit to Dresden.

This is one of the few place after coming to Germany that I had that - “now this is what Indian food tastes like. The spice level and quantity matches the Indian level. It is genuinely heartening to feel that taste after a such a long time. Most of the Indian food restaurant keep the spice level for german customers, but we told the owners that we would love to have that Indian spice and how much we enjoyed that! We were very surprised to see the price too. The is way cheaper than the usual restaurant. So what can one Indian ask for - amazing food at amazing rates! It’s an ideal take out or dine in place!

Eating at Safi is always a great experience. You come into the restaurant and are immediately greeted by the owner as if you were an old friend. The food is great and still cheap, you meet a lot of familiar faces the more you come and make new friends with every visit with whom you can enjoy the food. If you are near Alauenpark, you should definitely eat at Safi. The Indian and Pakistani cuisine is perfectly reflected in the decor in the restaurant. (Butter chicken with naan is my top recommendation!!!)

Ohh, that was something, Indian of the forgetful kind. First it took a while, then the waitress forgot half of it. Now I know that Indians also use 3WetterTaft. If you can't take criticism you shouldn't open a shop, complaining after 4 years is so bad.

The food is not particularly tasty, seasoned quite poorly. When I asked for milk with my black tea, I was told off that I should have said so straight away. Waiter a bit rude.

We were looking for a late lunch with 6 petsons and were well served at 3 p.m. VERY nice and tasty, authentically Indian. Price performance top! Other Indians are more expensive.

I came from Italia to Dresden and luckily I found an excellent Indian Restaurant Bollywood in Dresden Neustadt. I ate Malai Kofta with Indian bread. It was very delicious and it's the best Restaurant in Dresden. I will recommend this Restaurant.

Excellent Indian restaurant. It serves good quality food at very reasonable prices and with generous portions. Pleasantly decorated and with a relaxing atmosphere. In a strategic position with respect to the park in front and the central street of the Dresden neighborhood most loved by students.

Good prices and nice atmosphere! However, my lentil curry was ok, but not good. It tasted like a mixture of canned goods from the supermarket. Still a good option if you're hungry.

The lunch special is super cheap and really tasty too!
