Sehr leckeres indisches Restaurant mit großem Speisenangebot. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend.

War zum Mittagsangebot unter der Woche dort. Es schmeckt sehr lecker, allerdings etwas wenig. Aber gut, es sind halt Angebote. Service war nett und schnell, Preis super

Ich bestellte das Hühnchen-Biryani von der Mittagskarte und war enttäuscht. Das Gericht sah eher aus wie Reis mit Hühnercurry als wie ein traditionelles Biryani. Der Reis war komplett mit Soße überzogen, anstatt locker und duftend mit klar erkennbaren Körnern zu sein.

Wir waren zu dritt und hatten ein tolles Erlebnis. Wir bestellten Kadhai Paneer, Butter Chicken, Knoblauch-Naan, Dahi Bhalle und Mango Lassi. Mir persönlich hat das Kadhai Paneer besonders gut geschmeckt. 😃 Die Atmosphäre war auch sehr angenehm. Es war unser erster Besuch dort, aber er war wirklich schön. Es ist etwas weit weg, sonst würden wir immer wieder hingehen. 😀

Ich gehe hier sehr gern essen. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, es ist genug Platz, sodass man immer einen Tisch bekommt, und das Essen schmeckt auch sehr lecker.

Ich habe Dal Makhani und Kadhai Paneer mit Butter Nan probiert, super lecker, unbedingt besuchen und probieren, wenn man indisches Essen liebt.

Wir haben hier spontan Neo Taste 2 für 1 probiert und Lamm gegessen. Nette Leute und Essen war lecker.

Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir fühlten uns als indische Gäste in einem indischen Restaurant nicht willkommen. Die Behandlung, die wir erfuhren, war unfair und unprofessionell. Ich hoffe, das Restaurant überdenkt sein Verhalten gegenüber seinen Gästen.

Ich bin Stammgast im Restaurant Bombay Mirchi und war bisher immer zufrieden mit dem Essen. Umso enttäuschender war dieser Besuch. Wir kamen gegen 21:20 Uhr an, obwohl das Restaurant um 22:00 Uhr schließt. Als wir bestellen wollten, sagte uns der Kellner/Inhaber wiederholt in einem unhöflichen Ton, dass sie bald schließen würden und nicht mehr viel Zeit für Bestellungen hätten. Ich verstehe vollkommen, dass die Angestellten pünktlich Feierabend machen wollen, besonders kurz vor Ladenschluss. Aber auch Gäste, die während der Öffnungszeiten kommen, sollten respektvoll behandelt werden. Die Art und Weise, wie wir angesprochen wurden, empfanden wir als erniedrigend und abweisend. Besonders erniedrigend war, dass der Mann sagte: „Ich habe nicht viel Zeit.“ Als wir ihn darauf ansprachen, meinte er: „Das ist Deutschland, nicht Indien.“ Er fügte hinzu: „Sie müssen bis 22:00 Uhr essen und dann gehen.“ Gutes Essen ist wichtig, aber grundlegende Höflichkeit und guter Kundenservice sind genauso wichtig. Ich hoffe, die Geschäftsleitung verbessert ihre Kommunikation mit den Gästen, damit andere Gäste nicht so unwohl fühlen wie wir. Wir verließen das Restaurant, ohne etwas gegessen zu haben. Das war nicht das erste Mal; beim letzten Mal hatten wir es ignoriert.

Wir besuchten dieses Restaurant etwa 40 Minuten vor Schließung. Wenn es so spät noch schwierig war, Gäste zu bedienen, hätte uns das Personal höflich informieren sollen, bevor wir platziert wurden. Stattdessen sagte der Mitarbeiter, während wir uns für den Hauptgang entschieden und nach Empfehlungen und Geschmacksbeispielen fragten, unhöflich, er habe keine Zeit und wir müssten uns schnell entscheiden. Er meinte außerdem, wir müssten schnell bestellen, da er „noch andere Dinge zu erledigen“ habe, und sagte sogar, wir müssten innerhalb von 20 Minuten essen. Was die Situation noch verschlimmerte, war sein unnötiger Ländervergleich mit dem Kommentar: „Das ist Deutschland, nicht Indien.“ Solche Bemerkungen waren völlig respektlos und unangebracht. Als ich ruhig versuchte zu erklären, dass es keinen Grund gäbe, Länder zu vergleichen und sein Verhalten unhöflich sei, stritt er weiter und sagte: „Diskutieren Sie nicht.“ Aufgrund des unhöflichen und respektlosen Verhaltens des Mitarbeiters beschlossen wir, unsere Bestellung zu stornieren und das Restaurant zu verlassen. Wir verstehen, dass Restaurants Öffnungszeiten haben, aber es gibt immer einen professionellen und respektvollen Umgangston gegenüber Gästen. Leider war diese Erfahrung sehr enttäuschend, und ich kann dieses Restaurant aufgrund der Art und Weise, wie wir behandelt wurden, nicht empfehlen.

Es war ein ausgezeichnetes Essen in einem sehr gepflegten Ambiente. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Speisekarte bot eine große Auswahl an Gerichten mit unterschiedlichen Schärfegraden.

Wir hatten Essen zum Mitnehmen und waren sehr begeistert von dem leckeren Essen! Wir kommen wieder!

Ein super schön eingerichtetes Restaurant mit einer guten Auswahl auch für Veganer. Die Bedienung war super lieb. Das Ambiente im Restaurant deutlich schöner als auf den Fotos - vermutlich sind die Fotos nicht mehr aktuell. Essen super lecker. Danke für den schönen Abend bei euch! :) Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr leckeres indisches Essen - sogar mit Auswahl der verschiedenen schärfen, indisch scharf war dann tatsächlich auch sehr scharf, wer hätte es gedacht. 😅 Manchmal etwas längere Wartezeiten, wenn viel los ist, dafür super freundliches Personal und super Preis-Leistungs Qualität. Sehr gerne wieder

Ich habe Essen beim Bombay Mirch Indisch Restaurant bestellt. Früher war es sehr gut, aber jetzt hat der Geschmack und die Qualität deutlich nachgelassen. 1. Chicken Biryani 2. Chicken Vindaloo 3. Naan Das Hähnchen war roh, und das Vindaloo-Curry bestand nur aus Tomatensoße mit Hähnchenstücken – sonst nichts. Das Biryani sah aus wie „Reis mit etwas Curry“ und war völlig geschmacklos. In einem indischen Restaurant erwarte ich authentisches indisches Essen und nicht nur Tomatensoße mit rohem Hähnchen.

Das Management ist erstklassig und das Restaurant hat einen hohen kulturellen Wert.

Das Essen ist immer gut und kommt zum Mittagstisch immer schnell. Ich bin mindestens 1x die Woche da

Sehr gutes indisches Essen mit viel Geschmack Bombay Mirchi überzeugt mit authentischen Gewürzen, frisch zubereiteten Gerichten und einer großen Auswahl. Alles ist aromatisch, gut abgestimmt und von gleichbleibend hoher Qualität. Freundlicher Service und angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Waren zu Mittag dort speisen. Wir haben nicht von der Mittagskarte, sondern von der normalen Speisekarte gegessen (hatten die DFF-Karte). Essen schmeckte gut, war aber lieblos serviert. Kein Blatt grün, nur Reis in einer Schale und das Fleisch in einer kleinen Pfanne. Service war freundlich. Ambiente war ok, nur der Lautstärkepegel war etwas hoch. Werden trotzdem dieses Lokal wieder besuchen, aber dann zum Abendessen.

Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und willkommen. Das Ambiente ist toll, der Service unaufdringlich, aber sehr aufmerksam und nett, das Essen immer absolut lecker 😊

Wir haben dort zu Abend gegessen, und alles war ausgezeichnet. Ich hatte die Kokos-Ingwer-Suppe und das Butterhuhn gewählt, und beides war fantastisch. Der Service war sehr gut und aufmerksam, die Bedienung stets hilfsbereit.

We hosted function of 35 people here. Every single of us loved food, ambience and very friendly support of restaurant people. In future, we would love to organise our functions (birthday party, babyshower etc) again here.

I ordered food from this restaurant via Wolt a few times. The veg biryani is delicious! I did not expect I'd find such delicious and authentic veg biryani in Dresden! Wow! I also liked the dal makhani and rice. Very tasty. The paneer chilly was not that great, too sweet but overall, this restaurant serves very delicious high quality food. They delivered the food very quickly and the man who did the delivery was wonderfully friendly and kind. They truly care about quality and service. Thanks so much for your service!

I don't know if I can rate the food that highly, as I've only been to one other Indian restaurant, but I definitely liked this one much more than the others. Everything looks very beautiful, and the Dal Makhani, in particular, tastes simply fantastic. It has the perfect consistency, is so creamy and not too spicy. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like Indian cuisine and are in the mood for a really good curry.

Good Indian food, nice service.

We enjoyed the Indian food here, although there's still room for improvement. First of all, I'd like to point out that for a Saturday evening (5:30 p.m.), we waited a really long time for our food (at least 25 minutes), even though the restaurant wasn't even full. The eggplant slices in the pakora were a bit thick, so they weren't super crispy, but they still tasted good with the dips. For main courses, we had one lamb curry and one fish curry. Both were good, but not very good. Both were listed as "spicy," but I wouldn't describe them as anything more than spicy. Both had a nice, creamy consistency. However, both lacked a bit more "pep": there were no crunchy vegetable pieces or anything else in them that would have added a bit of texture. The lamb, at least, was very tender. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the fish: it was bone-dry and didn't taste fresh. At least it was slightly crispy on the outside, probably because it had been fried separately with some pandan oil beforehand. I would have definitely preferred fresher and juicier fish, though. Otherwise, both sauces were delicious, but in my opinion, both lacked that 10% of interesting spice notes. Oh yes, and the quantity was... a bit too low for the price (€16 and €17), especially with the lamb, which was four pieces, and that was it. Let's move on to the naan. That was also okay, but there was room for improvement. First of all, the positive thing is that it's homemade and probably really came from a tandoor (evenly browned on the bottom). It was also fluffy and not too dry. Unfortunately, neither I nor my partner found it particularly tasty; perhaps a little more soaking time or some black cumin or something else would have been better than leaving it completely "plain." Last but not least, dessert. We had ice cream because neither of us really knew what it was... And even after eating it, we're no wiser. It's a fruit ice cream with milk that doesn't taste particularly fruity and isn't creamy (which it's probably not supposed to be, as it's frozen in a small clay pot). Then there's some cream and rose syrup on top, which was unfortunately a bit uninspiring overall. On the positive side, the mango lassi: very tasty, with a strong mango flavor, and served not too cold, so you can drink it properly. We liked the ambiance; the umbrellas are "cute," but a little dusting off them would have been nice. Overall, the price is a bit too high in our opinion for what's on offer. However, if you're looking to save a bit, there's an occasional Groupon that makes it a bit more attractive. Overall, it's perfectly fine, but I wouldn't drive the 30 minutes from where I live again for the variety and quality of Indian food. However, if you live closer, this place is definitely worth considering.

We ordered food, but it didn't arrive on time. The naan bread was flatbread, without garlic, even though it was requested. We ordered lamb, but half of it was replaced with chicken, and the rice was missing entirely. I don't think we'll order from there again.

The food was alright. We ordered paneer butter masala and paneer labab e dar it felt the seasoning was little less and paneer butter masala was a bit too spicy. Bread portion was just enough.

Too much salt, too much sugar, as if to mask the lack of flavor. The staff is very welcoming, but when it comes to Indian food, there is much better.

My Indian friend recommended this restaurant to me and said it was the best Indian restaurant in Dresden. I've been here several times since then. The food is truly delicious! They serve delicious vegetarian dishes (the ones with cheese are incredibly tasty) as well as many types of meat. If you go there, you absolutely have to order a chai or mango lassi to drink; otherwise, your lunch will be incomplete. Highly recommended!

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Unfortunately, the service lacked attention; empty glasses were ignored, and you had to flag down staff for a refill.

The chili chicken (appetizer) is really good. But you have to make it "Indian spicy". Or make it less spicy.

We have eaten at Bombay Mirchi often and we also regularly order for delivery. Unfortunately the quality of the food has declined significantly. The paneer pakora are usually lukewarm, the cheese is completely dry, cloudy and rubbery. Absolutely inedible! Even our suggestions that the cheese is not fresh are ignored. The paneer from the tandoori grill is simply fried and the sauce tastes like a ready-made Asian sauce.

We recently ordered from them for a delivery for my sister's birthday and the food was fabulous. The response from management was prompt and they were extremely helpful in making this delivery order from india possible and make the day special for my sister. I booked a 2-course meal for 2 people using a coupon. When I arrived I immediately found a parking space in front of it, which was very nice. The restaurant has a beautiful Indian atmosphere. We were immediately offered nice seats and brought the map. The choice wasn't easy for someone who wasn't familiar with Indian cuisine, but they helped us a little. The meal was a dream, the dessert with this mango cream and the cream was more than a dream, it's really addictive, it's so delicious. We will definitely come back and can only recommend this restaurant because, what is important, the prices are just right and not exorbitant. We just say thank you.

It always tastes really good. The service is very friendly. Sometimes it's one incense stick too many for me, but that's a matter of taste. I think it's a shame that the raisins have been missing from Chicken Korma for quite some time... But otherwise really great, super tasty. It's worth it.

We picked up the food and it was still warm at home. The selection is good and it tasted really good. The sauces provided were not for us. The butter chicken tasted a lot like tomatoes. The cauliflower was good. The bread was very soft and tasty.

Ordered via Lieferando. We had butter chicken and kadai chicken. Delivery time as stated and despite the strong cold it was still warm and perfect for eating. Supplier very nice. Tastes great, chicken pieces are a bit coarse, could be smaller, but just my opinion, otherwise great food, can only be recommended. We have ordered several times, simply because we like exactly the two dishes. Gladly again. I can't say anything about the ambience on site, so I just gave it 3 stars. So far, the best Indian delivery service I've had.

I used to eat at Mirchi regularly and was always very impressed. Unfortunately, the chicken tikka masala was very disappointing on my last visit. There was no sauce and it was too salty. Unfortunately, the naan didn't convince me either.

Top notch food, great customer service ! Very accommodative with the requests we made to alter some of the gravies and the taste was just awesome. We tried Paneer / kofta gravies, Dal Makhani, rice and roti / naan, everything was mouth watering. Even renowned restaurants mess up with dal makhani as it's not easy and as simple as dal tadka, but this restaurant prepared it very well blending everything in appropriate proportion. we definitely recommend this. The staff was really nice as we spoke to the owner as well. The Rajasthani atmosphere is extremely catchy and gives a nice ambience to the place.

We regularly ordered food from Bombay Mirchi.... Food was always great quality. Tasty and fresh. Unfortunately in the last month or so the quality of the food as seriously dropped. The samosa used to be large, always tasty but always slightly different each time. The "new" samosas are very thin, look deep fried, possibly from a packet with a very mushy mashed potato like filling inside. Not nice. Our mains in our last order were practically uneatable. The chicken curry used to be a thick sauce, nicely spiced and once again always slightly different on each order. This time it was extremely watery like a soup with a dishwater aftertaste. The chicken used to be big chunks and very succulent. This time, small and dry. We don't know if there has been a change of chef or management but the quality is definitely not the same. We won't be ordering again.

We had Indian food today. The service was very friendly and we got a table even without a reservation. Every now and then the time between the winemakers' visits was a little too long, but good. The food, as always with Indians, was delicious. But we noticed two things: 1. There are always verses for the bread. Sauces. That's completely missing here, which makes things a bit dry and tasteless. 2. There isn't really any suitable food for children. Even the dishes that were actually advertised as mildly spiced were too spicy. But with children you go to McDonald's and not to the Indian restaurant... our mistake. Otherwise we liked it, the price was surprisingly cheap. Thank you for the lovely evening

Good food (Indian spicy on request), friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and parking spaces in front of the door. The only thing missing is a dedicated bike stand.

As usual with Indians, there are delicious vegetarian dishes. The meals with different types of meat are also very tasty. There is a good selection of lassi. Bombay Mirchi is located in the Blasewitz district on the tram not far from the Blue Wonder on the way from Pillnitz to the city center

The food is delicious and the people are lovely. There's also an Indian feel and nice decorations, like a babbling fountain in the background.
