I felt that the waitress was super rude with us and that ruined my experience. She wasn’t nice and she was giving another drink instead of the one I ordered and she didn’t even apologised and she rolled her eyes. Not even in Berlin I have had such a bad service. Really disappointed because it had great reviews. I also gotta say that the pasta with shrimps was ok but it was too less shrimps they were just cutted in small pieces and it was expensive, also the sandwich was very salty and expensive I don’t recommend this place

Food selection for lunch was very poor and not really tasty. When we entered, nobody told us that main kitchen is closed. We ordered drinks, selected dishes from main menu and only then were surprised by the personal that we cannot actually order them

The restaurant is located directly inside the public baths. Dinner was very good and the service was very friendly and helpful.

My main course was very small; the Bistecca di Melanzana consisted of only a 1 cm thick slice of eggplant, so it wasn't good value for money.

Even though the staff were stressed, they were very friendly. It just took a little while. The food was really good. The seating was a bit uncomfortable, at least that was the case at our table near the exit. I would eat there again.

A solid Campari Spritz in a great setting in the heart of Munich with an Italian feel 👍🏻 Very nice team. The appetizers (fried doughnuts, prosciutto and stracchino, and meatballs) were very tasty, but the lasagna and squid weren't quite as convincing. The meat platter with skewers was okay, but a bit odd in its composition. We'll be back, though, and we're curious to try more!

We were absolutely pleasantly surprised: super delicious food and very friendly (and authentically Italian) service, even though the restaurant was busy. The main entrance is identical to that of the Müllersches Volksbad (right down by the Ludwigsbrücke bridge); once inside, simply turn left into the restaurant.

I celebrated my birthday and my girlfriend's birthday here with some friends. Everything was excellent, from the food to the wine. What really made the difference, however, was Sergio's customer service and friendliness, which were truly a plus.

We were sent out at 9:11 PM on August 31st because they were no longer interested. We come here regularly, and something like this has never happened before. Unfortunately, you can tell right away when the owners aren't there. We were shot at 9:11 PM on August 21st without any reason. Obviously, we didn't want to serve anyone else. We're just customers and, noting that the owners are completely useless.

Beautifully located at the Müllersches Volksbad (public swimming pool). As is typical for Munich, reservations are limited. The service, however, was excellent.

Food: unfortunately the pasta with Gambas was a disappointment: noodle portion ok but gambas cut into small pieces to pretend that it's more than it was. Overall: 2 gambas cut for a dish of 25€. That felt like a rip off. Service and surrounding was nice.

Unfortunately, the seating was absolute chaos. The waiters were completely overwhelmed—this has nothing to do with a structured restaurant. We waited an hour to be seated. There was no music, which made the atmosphere seem rather dreary.

The best focaccia (schiacciate) in town! Beautiful terrace in summer, and the interior is also very pretty!

We have been to this place before, but today we were treated in a blatantly unfriendly manner. Before arriving, we called and asked if there were any free tables, to which we were told in the affirmative, "come". A few minutes later, at the entrance, we were met by a young man who said no, all tables are occupied/booked. No alternatives were offered (he just turned around and left), although in addition to the main terrace, the restaurant has a practically empty lawn with sun loungers. Not to mention that if there were still seats when we called, they could have offered to reserve a place for us. But that's already high level. Apparently there were plenty of seats on the lawn, and as a friendlier waiter explained to us, in order to sit there, you have to order and pay inside. My husband went to do this and returned empty-handed, because the plate of appetizers we wanted to order was allegedly too big for the table by the sun loungers. Again, no alternative was offered, we were simply told an unfriendly NO, clearly showing that we and our money are not welcome here. Thanks for ruining the mood. Disgusting service, this employee has never heard of customer focus, nor of how a company can lose face thanks to social networks. Too bad.

Wonderful quiet location, but just a terrible service and food like from a supermarket. We ordered lasagne, pasta with shrimps and children's portions of Penne with cheese, Hugo cocktail and Aperol, everything was just terribly tasteless, even the cocktails (they smelled like stale water). The waiters with dissatisfied faces brought extra pasta and proved that we ordered it, the lasagne was just slimy inside, and the pasta with cold boiled shrimps. Where such high ratings come from is unclear. Disgusting place, never again.

Super friendly team – all from Italy, warm and with a great sense of humor. The food was truly delicious and the drinks were perfectly mixed. Perfect for a long, relaxing evening. We'll definitely be back! :) P.S.: The tiramisu is amazing!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it because the waitress didn't want to offer me a free table until an hour later, despite 90% of the tables being free. Guys, if you're short-staffed or don't want to serve so much food, just put the tables in storage. A truly strange approach...

Delicious sandwiches, fresh ingredients, a good atmosphere, and really friendly service. Everything was lovely, the location is really nice, and I really enjoyed myself. I found the drinks not well prepared for my taste (a bit watery), but maybe it will be better next time.

I found the food really small not enough for this amount of money! 25€ Pasta which is not a portion for even one person. The Shrimps were cut in peaces that u feel its enough. 4 5 in one dish. The food however was delicious. I would recommend more sandwiches than pasta. They also cost so much but at least enough. I felt so sad that this nice environment too expensive. The cocktails with no alcohol even costs 8€! Ridiculous!!!

We've already been to the restaurant at the old location. The service at the new location is getting worse and worse. The waitress tried hard yesterday, but everyone was overwhelmed. It seemed like there were too many guests and too few and poorly organized service staff. Our drink order came very late. We couldn't order food until 45 minutes after arriving. Unfortunately, it doesn't feel relaxed anymore. Perhaps more service staff or fewer guests would have been better. The food is absolutely great. But the service and the location ruin a lot of it. We would have gladly ordered more, had we been served.

Despite a very nice place, a lovely waiter, we left disappointed. The dishes were extremely salty (whether it was the focaccias, the tomato mozzarella salad or the lasagna). I couldn't finish my salad, which was a shame. The waiter was nice but the dishes took a long time to come out. I don't recommend it, especially because of the salt which makes the dishes difficult to eat and the price is quite high given the quality.

It's been on my bucket list for a long time, and I have to say, it was worth it. It was delicious. Not cheap for a sandwich, but it was really tasty and very well-filled. The appetizer platter was also delicious.

A nice place for drinks and snacks with a great atmosphere. As a restaurant, it's a complete culinary disaster; the food is boring, uninspired, and poorly prepared.

The place is quite unusual and has a nice atmosphere. The waitstaff are friendly, and the food is different from other Italian restaurants I’ve been to. In my opinion, everyone should give it a try. I ordered the shrimp pasta — the portion wasn’t large, but it was enough for me; it might be a bit small for a man. As for the prices, it’s not cheap, but it’s worth it. This place is racist. I walked up and spoke to the hostess while my German friend just grabbed a seat. I asked if they had space for 4 people and she said no, so I waved to my German friend to leave the table then when she saw I was with a white German she was suddenly willing to give us a table. I left and will not give this place business.

This is the best sandwich derivative that I have had in my life. I had the Maremma Bona schiacciata and ii was perfect with delicious Italian ingridients. Also noce corner away from the street.

Very disappointing service. I called specifically to make a reservation because I had family visiting. However, the time I reserved was a private party. When I asked the staff about it, I was treated very rudely and turned away, even though I had been promised a reservation two days in advance. I've rarely been treated so rudely in a restaurant.

The restaurant at Müller'sches Volksbad is definitely overrated. There were four of us at the restaurant. The restaurant manager seated us. He was very hectic, tense, and seemed slightly aggressive. Other guests in the restaurant also experienced this behavior. The waitress was slightly overwhelmed and brought food to the neighboring table three times! Even though the two men had already placed their orders and eaten. The filled schiacciate were quite appealing in size, but in no way worth the €15 price tag. One of us chose a Polpo Grigliato, grilled octopus with tomatoes, grilled artichoke, and fried bread. The portion was extremely small, but it cost a hefty €25!! After we expressed our dissatisfaction with the value for money, the hectic restaurant manager blamed the kitchen. No apology in the form of a free dessert, espresso, or grappa. All in all, the price-performance ratio is not right and the service could be friendlier.

Embarrassing is an understatement… the mini appetizers are not small, more! 4 euros for TWO slices of salami and TWO taralli is inconceivable. Also 4€ for sweet and sour vegetables directly from the jar always in very small portions. The prices of the appetizers absolutely need to be reviewed. The spritz very good and varied, with fair prices for Munich.

We waited in line, only to watch the person behind us — who didn’t have a reservation — get seated ahead of us. The waiter falsely claimed they had a reservation, which the other guests themselves later admitted wasn’t true and even apologized to us. Unbelievable and deeply disappointing experience — easily the worst we’ve ever had at a restaurant.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is anything but cozy. It was loud, the air was stuffy and hot, and the tables were very close together. Furthermore, we were seated at a table that was much too small. The menu was also nothing special, but the servers were pleasant. The prices were a bit high, as is typical in Munich.

I was in this wonderful place with my wife. Since I was curious about the food and architecture of the place due to my Italian heritage, I decided to go there and eat. We are welcomed by Sergio, a man good at his job and ready to fulfill any request. Prices are a bit high, but you pay for quality, guys 😘

Very good service and very good food, but a bit expensive for what it is 🫠 also very noisy due to the high ceilings! It's best to make a reservation in the evening, as it can get very crowded here!

Unfortunately, the price/performance isn't right here at all - it's clearly too expensive for what you get in terms of food. Steak was dry and tasteless. Lasagna was tasty but tiny. Service, yeah. I was hoping for more. Bottom line: disappointing. Won't come again.

The tagliere and the coccoli with stracchino were simply wonderful! The prices are really good for the quality offered. The owner is very friendly and you can immediately tell how much passion he puts into his work. Our service was also very nice. 10/10 – we will definitely come back more often!

I went to the Rustikeria for the first time on Friday evening with a friend (without a reservation). We were aware that it wouldn't be easy to get a seat, but we would have liked the service staff to make a little more effort. Not only when looking for a seat (we were only directed to the outside seats as everything inside was reserved), but also when ordering ourselves, we only received a card, our food order or, in the end, the bill after we asked several times. A menu for dessert or coffee was not offered. Nevertheless: food (we had the focaccias) and ambience (terrace) were top top top! Absolute recommendation on the spot.

The restaurant is located in the Müller'schen Volksbad and is beautifully decorated. The menu is unusual (no pizza) but very interesting. We had the fish platter (ok, too dry), lasagne (ok, too bland in taste) and Diavola Schiacciate (very tasty). Fully priced.

I was here with friends a few weeks ago and unfortunately I wasn't impressed. First of all: the atmosphere is nice and it's pleasant to sit on the terrace, especially in summer. The schiaccata with pecorino and honey as a starter and the lasagna were delicious. We had three other different pasta dishes and they were all okay, but really underwhelming and bland. My weekly menu of pasta with eggplant and mint sounded really great on the menu - but unfortunately it was very disappointing for more than €20 and didn't taste fresh. The tiramisu tasted good, but unfortunately the ratio of sponge cake to cream just wasn't right - the cream was skimped on (too much). All in all, the price-performance ratio is not right for me. Next time I come back, I would definitely choose schiaccata instead of pasta - this is clearly Rustikeria's strength. One more request: do your female guests a favor and please finally replace the broken toilet seat in the women's toilet. The seat was already broken in August, the last time I was a guest. It's not only unhygienic with the adhesive tape over the break point, but also really uncomfortable - unfortunately we women have to sit down...

The food was really yummy (we shared different types of schiacciata - which is kind of a stuffed bread). The service was rushed and nervous, making the experience less pleasant. I consider the prices a little higher than average (25€ for a drink and a schiacciata) but it’s still a place I’d recommend to go to.

The appetizer platter was good, a bit heavily seasoned with lots of Italian herbs. Plenty of schiacciata on the menu, well-filled and tasty – worth a visit. My highlight was the wild boar ragu – delicious, well-seasoned, and, above all, plentiful. The panna cotta was also really good, with little gelatin and lots of cream.

Best place in town for a real Italian aperitivo. Always high quality food, and super yummy!

Enormously high hall - has style. The furnishings are rather uncomplicated and suitable for families. Food was impeccable, lots of delicious sandwiches with focaccia bread. Otherwise all the classics of Tuscany. Nice service.

I am not sure I get the hype to be honest. In a word: overrated. The food is fine, better than most Italian places but not the best. Portion sizes are quite small, which, combined with the food not exactly blowing you away, makes it feel a bit overpriced. The draw is its new setting, an absolutely stunning space for a restaurant. Service was also excellent, very welcoming staff. Bonus: they make a very good spritz.
