The Royal Döner Kebab at the Dresden University Hospital is a good choice if you fancy a quick and tasty doner kebab. We ate a Dürüm and a kebab box there and were really impressed with the taste. The meat was juicy and well seasoned, the vegetables were fresh and crunchy and the sauces were delicious. However, we have to say that the price-performance ratio is not quite optimal. The portions were sufficient, but we would have expected a little more for the price. Nevertheless, we can recommend the Royal Doner Kebab if you are willing to pay a little more or don't need huge portions. The taste and quality of the ingredients are really good. The friendly service is also particularly noteworthy. We had to wait a bit, but we were served very courteously. So if you are near the Dresden University Hospital and want a delicious doner kebab, you should definitely pay a visit to the Royal Döner Kebab.

The store has Google delete negative reviews, so the 4.4 stars probably don't reflect customers' actual opinions. I wrote a negative review in the past describing my experience with the food. At that time I ordered a pide, which ultimately didn't taste like pide but like pizza; the dough was even raw on the inside. I recently received an email from Google saying that the review was being deleted due to defamation. Just cheeky.

Last week I was in your restaurant with my colleagues, as I often do. Unfortunately our experience this time was very disappointing. We observed rude treatment of a member of staff, a woman wearing a headscarf, who treated customers in a racist and rude manner. This behavior caused us to order our food and go outside. When we tried to talk to her, it turned out that she is not fluent in German, which forced us to deal with her colleague who did not take the matter seriously but laughed and joked. As a regular customer at your restaurant, I ask the management to take more care in selecting and training employees to ensure professional and respectful treatment of customers. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that such an incident does not happen again."

Yesterday I ordered broccoli noodles with chicken for my girlfriend and I. In the end I had to pay €35 and when I asked for the bill I just received a note that said €35. But now comes the worst part. When I got home, I realized that it was pasta with mushrooms. I only came there because we wanted something with broccoli. I expect an apology, my money back since we don't eat mushrooms and an explanation at this price. Otherwise I'll go because of others, something like that just doesn't work, even if it's only €35.

And if the employee had been attentive, he would have seen that I always ordered the same thing there and it was always sent to my address. We have ordered from Kebab Royal several times. Most of the time the food arrived (never on time, we usually waited an hour longer) but today we called after waiting 2.5 hours. They then told us because we ordered from Lieferando that they had tried to call us because fake orders came so often. Bottomless excuse... unfortunately the food isn't the same either. We just don't have any other kebab that delivers to us. From now on I will probably drive the 5km to the kebab shop. (to another) Never again !

War heute persönlich da, mega lieb die Leute da. Wurde auch als Kunde bedient, sie waren Freundlich. Preise sind auch in Ordung für die Leistung. Mega mega lecker die Burger und das Hähnchen. Das Hähnchen war überhaupt nicht fettig, und 33,50€ für drei Burger ( die sehr frisch und lecker waren) und ein ganzes Hähnchen

Es ist wirklich nicht einfach so eine leckere Pizza in Dresden zu bekommen, wenn man nicht nicht weißt wo.. HIER .. Wirklich.. ja, der Teig ist locker, mit oder ohne Käse schmeckt & für alle die es verstehen ist es am nächsten Tag noch besser. Döner, Dürum und Co, sind die ganz oben, Hänchen sind die Meister.
