Never going to this store again, vomited shortly after I ate it. Probably no hygiene or rotten food in this store, the health department should take a look, not recommended!!!

On July 27th, 2024, the party bus stopped in front of Istanbul in Striesen at 8 p.m. as agreed. 26 hungry party guests arrived in high spirits and were rewarded with a meal that was perfect for “EVERYONE” at the minute! All party guests enjoyed it very much and after half an hour they all went back to the party bus with two lovingly prepared fruit platters. We would all like to thank the Istanbul team from the bottom of our hearts for the great, punctual work and, given the heat, not that easy. Thank you very much and we would love to come back Jens & Simone Hülzenbecher as well as 24 other grateful party guests!

I will start from saying- I am a real picky eater, and definitely difficult to satisfy, however this place does feed you so good, I can’t complain! The portions are big, always fresh, seasoned salad in addition to really great and good quality meat it’s definitely what you wanna go for! You can feel ur food is made out of heart, people working there are super friendly, you always feel welcome, they will always find the time to chit chat with you and give you a big, warming smile :) Great people, awesome food, I can only recommend :)

We have been regular customers for around 15 years. They are always very kind and accommodating, even when things are stressful. And on top of that you always get super delicious food!!!

Ate here on a day trip to Dresden before going to see an exhibition at the Technische Sammlungen. At first I thought the prices were a little higher than in Berlin, but still good, but no, the portions are huge, the prices are amazing. I had a gigantic pide and it came with a huge side salad and sauce as well. We couldn't finish and one of the guys packed it up for us, which we ate at HBf before heading back to Berlin. The outside seating area is great and the guys are super friendly. Even with my dodgy German and my friend's English we communicated well. Everything on the menu is numbered so if you know those you should be able to order no problem.

By far the worst kebab in Dresden. We went to this kebab shop based on a recommendation and were extremely disappointed. Except for the quantity, there were no positive points. The meat was very, very fatty and not crispy... it was also very thickly cut and very, very strongly seasoned. The bread was not toasted and was very moist from the salad liquid. The salad was okay and not very fresh. The sauces were okay too. The chili sauce was just ketchup with some chili. Overall we found the kebab very disgusting. Definitely not a recommendation.

Since I lived in Dresden about 20 years ago, this has always been my favorite kebab! We now come once or twice a year and it remains our favorite kebab! Simply always good! The children are also convinced.

The prices have been increased significantly, almost outrageously (a small portion of fries €6) The super kebab with extra meat (€9.50) had more red cabbage than anything else, the quality and prices are disappointing.

Meat is gristly, kebab is dry after half of it and prices are way too high. Everything is purchased, nothing is homemade. At least there was a bit of a stomach ache after eating it. Istanbul used to be somewhat ok, but today you can watch the shop being dismantled.

Sehr nette Menschen und gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Gegen Ende 2023 einen normalen Döner gekauft. Preis bei 6,5€. Der Döner schmeckt gut, es ist alles frisch. Das Fleisch ist Standard... Überwiegend Hackfleisch, aber geschmacklich gut. Die Saucen sind auch lecker. Brot ist auch Standard Fladenbrot. Bei dem Preis muss erwähnt werden, dass nachdem der Döner fertig gebaut war, nocheinmal Fleisch drauf gepackt wurde. Früher war sowas eine super oder big Döner. Also die Portion ist wirklich groß, daher war der Preis dafür definitiv nicht zu hoch. Mir wurde wahrscheinlich ein kleiner/ Kinderdöner reichen. Ich würde gerne in Summe 4,5 Sterne geben. Da dies nicht geht, habe ich aufgerundet.

Der Instanbul-Döner auf der Schandauer Str. war früher eine Top-Adresse in Dresden. Seit langem mal wieder da gewesen und ich muss sagen inzwischen ist er im unteren Mittelfeld Das zwar recht freundliche Personal, mischt sich teilweise aufdringlich in Tischgespräche ein. Der Döner, auf dessen Bewertung ich mich hauptsächlich beschränken möchte, war lieblos zusammengekracht. Bevor man den Döner, so wie er bestimmt ist, mit den Händen essen konnte, musste man sich erst mit der Gabel durchs "Gemüsebeet" futtern um kein Fiasko zu verursachen. Im Anschluss gab's dann nur noch Fleisch, Brot und wenig Soße - gute Verteilung ist anders. Spieß, Brot und Soßen sind zugekauft - für eine Top-Bewertung reicht das im heutigen Döner-Business leider nicht mehr aus. Der Salat war frisch. Der Laden besticht vorallem durch sein schönes Ambiente. In der Mittagszeit ist stets sehr viel los, denn trotz Standart-food ist er im Vergleich immernoch Striesens Top-Laden, in Dresden jedoch nur Mittelmaß. Fazit: kann man machen, wenn man mal in der Ecke ist. PS: Die angepriesene Majo-Soße ohne Milchanteil sollte mit Vorsicht genoßen werden, mein laktosintolleranter Kollege sitzt noch immer auf'm Pott.

Nach vielen Jahren wieder einmal probiert. Es ist schweineteuer geworden. Dann wird nicht mehr zugehört was man bestellt. Ich habe zweimal gesagt, dass auf der Dönerbox bitte KEINE Soße drauf soll, da es sonst nicht gegessen wird. Es wird nicht nachgefragt, sondern einfach gemacht wie sie es wollen und nicht wie es der Kunde möchte. Der Rest der Bestellung war von der Qualität eher mittelmäßig wodurch die Preise nicht gerechtfertigt scheinen. Vielen Dank nie wieder!

Sollte der Beste döner im Umkreis sein. Wenn dem so ist, sollte man künftig eventuell etwas weiter fahren. Ich fand den Döner mit Käse nicht gut. Die Soße war irgendwie ölig, das Fleisch latschig, der Salat auch nicht knackig. Für 7,90€ weder lecker noch Preisangepasst. Und der Service, naja. Unhöflich wäre hier am passendsten. Ist ja okay, dass sich die Verkäufer miteinander unterhalten.. Aber wenigstens im Kundengespräch kann man mal 2 Sekunden Pause machen. Es wurde sich miteinander unterhalten, dann wurde mir kurz 7,90€ zugeworfen und dann ging es nahtlos weiter. Nie wieder.

Es gibt kein besseres Kebab Haus als auf der schandauer Str.👍

Das war gerade mit der schlimmste und gleichzeitig teuerste Dürum den ich je gegessen habe. Welchen Fleisch-Müll habt ihr mir da bitte reingepackt? Ungenießbar, das konnte man kaum kauen. Wäre beim teuersten Dönerladen der Stadt auch nicht zu viel verlangt, wenn der Herr der zubereitet mal seine AirPods aus dem Ohr nimmt und auf meine Zubereitungswünsche eingeht. Nie wieder.

Gutes Kebab Haus mit sehr guter Qualität und Menge pro Portion. Alles ist frisch zubereitet. Selbstverständlich kann man variieren, was die Zutaten angeht. Es gibt diverse Getränke zur Auswahl. Man kann draußen und drinnen sitzen. Alles ist Ordnung sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und geduldig. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Die Strassenbahn hält fast davor. Mit dem PKW kann es manchmal eng mit einem Parkplatz werden. Die Preise sind auf dem aktuellen Niveau. Billig ist es nicht, aber solange der Gegenwert stimmt, ist es okay.

Das Essen ist immer noch sehr lecker, leider sind die Preise extrem gestiegen. Leider sind die Preise hier spürbar teurer als bei vergleichbaren Döner Kebab Häusern.

Döner wie Dürüm schmecken sehr lecker. Zubereitung sehr schnell, auch zu Stoßzeiten. Preise schon etwas gehobener aber aufgrund der Qualität berechtigt.

Kann man nicht berichten so lecker essen und prima Service muss man probiert haben

Unser Lieblingsdöner, auch alle anderen Gerichte sind abdolut Top. Es geht immer recht zügig und alle sind nett. Ambiente ist leider so mittel, daher einfach zum mitnehmen und gut.

Also ich finde die Leute die da sind mega nett, aber nur aufs Essen bezogen ist es leider nicht zu empfehlen. Hatte mir paar mal einen Döner geholt auch mal Dürum aber schmeckt einfach nicht

Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Döner 6,90€ und kleine Pommes 5€. Döner war für den Preis viel zu klein und Pommes waren für den Preis zu wenig und sehr labbrig. Beim Bezahlen hat man dann noch bewusst versucht Wechselgeld zu unterschlagen. Ein Glück, wenn man rechnen kann. Den Blick, welchen ich beim Hinweis dafür bekam, sagt eigentlich alles aus. Wenn man das bei jedem Kunden über Tage, Wochen, Monate macht, kommt ein schöner Menge Geld zusätzlich rein. Ich kann ja verstehen, dass der Clan 7er BMW irgendwie bezahlt werden muss. Dann aber bitte mit ehrlicher Arbeit und auf ehrliche Weise und nicht mit kriminellen Tricks und dem hart erarbeiten Geld ehrlicher Kunden.
