Achtung ein unverschämter Hitzkopf lauert hinter der Theke und belästigt die Gäste mit seiner schlechten Laune. 100m weiter gibt es einen Laden der kein Pressfleisch und bessere Saucen verwendet. 50cent Aufpreis und ein paar Meter laufen sind definitiv gut investiert an der Stelle. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Seit heute dem 7.5.26 für uns zumindest über Lieferando gestorben.. Im Januar 26 kam der kleine Dönerteller MIT Pommes 9,50€!! Heute 13,50€!! Ohne! Pomme..nur mit Fladenbrot. Der Dönerteller fängt nun bei 10,50€ an! Und man muss 2€ für Fleisch und jeweils 1€ für die soße zahlen! Absolut inakzeptabel. Hätten wir keinen 8€ Code für Lieferando gehabt hätten wir nicht mehr bestellt. Ich weiß alles ist irgendwie teurer geworden aber DAS steht in keinem Verhältnis mehr Sorry. 😕

Alles bestens .. alle waren sehr zufrieden mit ihrem Dönerteller und Nudeln ( 1x bestellt ) Service war schnell und die Teller waren sehr voll - Gemüse war frisch und das Fleisch sehr gut - Soße war ein bissl zu wenig aber lecker ! Wir ( 7 Personen ) können den Dönerladen sehr empfehlen - es hat geschmeckt !

Sehr leckeres Abendbrot für mich und meinen Sohn. Kommen gern wieder hier her. Super freundliches Personal und wirklich leckeres Essen. Hatten die 85 und Pommes. Beides wirklich sehr lecker.

Schlechter Döner laden aller Zeiten.... Aus persönlichen Gründen kann ich nur Hähnchen Fleisch essen und habe auch Hähnchen bestellt. Habe trotzdem Kalb Fleisch geliefert bekommen 🤮 auf die Frage "wieso machen sie etwas was ich nicht bestellt habe?" Habe ich nur die Antwort bekommen " das ist gemischt das kannst du essen..." Ich meine das ist doch einfach lächerlich 🤔 bei alle anderen Anbieter kriege ich immer einen Anruf das zbs. Das Gerade nicht vorhanden ist usw. aber hier .... Gar nichts. Ich habe sogar noch angerufen das ich ausdrücklich nur Hähnchen will und die machen einfach was wollen und schicken sogar den Lieferanten zu mir. Also das war das letzte Mal dass ich da bestellt habe und sie können froh sein dass ich die nicht anzeigen. Also bei aller Liebe aber dass ist zu viel. Mein Geld ist auch weg weil es nur Karten Zahlung gibt also danke für garnichts 👍

The doner kebab bread was cut in half, so all the filling fell out. Although veal was specifically ordered, they had stuffed some greasy, gristly chicken scraps into it. Everything was ice cold and the meat was tough. I strongly advise against buying anything here.

By far the worst kebab ever. The bread was dry, there was no sauce, just water. The salad was soggy, and the meat was cold and lumpy.

There was far too little sauce, and almost nothing with the dürüm or döner. I've ordered dürüm several times, and they were always so dry that I couldn't swallow, even though I asked for "extra sauce." The dürüm itself was already dry, and without the sauce, it was a no-go. This was my last order, and unfortunately, I'll be ordering from somewhere else.

I went to the kebab shop today and I'm absolutely thrilled! My dürum was truly huge and incredibly delicious. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, the sauces very aromatic and harmonious. The service was also top-notch: friendly, fast, and attentive. I was particularly impressed by how clean and tidy everything was—you just feel at home. All in all, I highly recommend this shop—in contrast to the shop across the street, this one is truly top-notch! 🌯👍 And for €7.50, it's absolutely fantastic!

The meat was way too fatty, with grit in it. This made the food greasy, too. BUT the staff there are very friendly.

Unfortunately it went downhill; the flatbread was soggy and should have been on the grill longer. The sauce should have been put in the flatbread too, but it was only poured onto the meat. Otherwise the friendliness and service were very good.

The kebab was delicious. The salad was very fresh, the sauce was chilled, and the bread was just right. The food was brought to our table. Everything was very clean, too. We would come again 😉.

I ordered a doner kebab and was really disappointed. I ordered it through Lieferando, a regular doner kebab with herb sauce and no tomatoes. I got a doner kebab with all three sauces, with tomatoes, and corn, where did they come from? And the worst part was that the minced meat on the skewer was half a centimeter thick, even though it's usually very thin. It really spoiled the taste for me; the meat didn't look cooked all the way through, which is why I stopped eating the doner. I really can't recommend it when ordering from them.

4.7 rating. I think that can't be bad. Nonsense. I ordered a lahmacun over the phone. With herb sauce, cucumber, and meat. A doable order, right? The lahmacun was almost raw. No roasted flavors at all, and some of it was doughy. The meat had never even been roasted. It was such a disgusting, wobbly mess in my mouth that my wife spat it out. How can you not understand your own craft? How can you prepare your own product with so little expertise and love? The place wasn't even full. This was my first and last time. Absolutely outrageous, what they gave me. I would have given at least one more star for the service, because it worked so well with the call and pickup, but on the other side, it says €10 of garbage (with tip). I hate throwing food away. Addendum: After this store attempted to have my comment deleted – which clearly constitutes a distortion of competition – I will now take legal action against this form of coercion through the Consumer Protection Agency and a lawyer. If you don't want bad reviews, you should simply make more effort, show more respect for your customers, and your own products. It's a shame that such measures are used to deceive consumers and gain a competitive advantage.

The food is always delicious, offering a good selection of dishes and various meat options. The portions are also exceptionally generous, which is an important factor for us and definitely a unique selling point of the restaurant. That's why we love going there to eat.

I can't recommend this kebab shop! The meat is cold and extremely tough, and I personally don't like the sauces either. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THE ISTANBUL SHOP!!!

Extremely unfriendly staff and unhygienic too!!!!! I come in, order a kebab and while it was being prepared, the employee had his private cell phone on at maximum volume for a football game while music was playing in the store! I politely asked if he could turn down the volume on his phone. Instead he discussed with me that I could eat the kebab a kilometer away or sit on the benches outside (it was evening and cold)!!!!! I went to the back row of the restaurant and even then I could still hear his cell phone! I went back, asked politely and told him to please turn it down now and he said no. In addition, I said that it is unhygienic during working hours, that the private cell phone is used when preparing food and, above all, that the private cell phone has no place at work! He said that he would be getting off work soon and I said that my boss would fire me immediately if I took out my cell phone right before work!!!! I had my kebab wrapped up and wow! Instead of herb sauce, he put hot sauce on it for me. That's it!!!!! I haven't experienced something so unfriendly in a really long time!!!!

Good day, How this kebab shop can still exist is a mystery to me personally. Our food, which I specifically ordered with a few “extra requests,” was completely disregarded and delivered incorrectly. The meat was ice cold and if this shop didn't stay open until midnight it would no longer exist. Better go to the Istanbul opposite and save your money.

Hello, I was in this “snack bar” a few days ago. I ordered a kebab with a few extra requests, as did two friends of mine. None of the wishes were taken into account and unwanted additions were even charged. I noted that I didn't order that. However, this was not taken into account. The quality of the kebab was more than just underground and so was the service! Afterwards I had a lot of stomach pain. Who knows how long the meat, which by the way was just piled up on a shelf, had been vegetating there. Finally, I can only advise against eating there. Go to Istanbul opposite! Otherwise, it's better to stay hungry LG

Ordered food via UberEats. The Dürüm was completely soggy and fell apart. Some of the meat was still raw and not properly cooked! The meat was also cut very large (cubes) and was much too tough. The taste absolutely leaves a lot to be desired. The worst kebab I've eaten in all of Dresden so far. NOT recommended!

Just a year ago it was, in my opinion, the best kebab shop in Striesen! Now here again, you are only being bullied because you want your meat to be freshly cut and not pre-packaged. The sauce was then slapped in at the end and not smeared into the bread as usual. Thank you very much too! :( I'd rather go to Istanbul opposite!

I can't understand why this store is always so busy. You can see from a distance that the quality is very poor. By the time you watch the kebab skewer being heated up in the morning, complete with plastic wrap, you should feel hungry.

This is actually our favorite place when it comes to kebab. Today was the last time. Amid burnt meat were thick raw pieces plus a thick black hair! The boss responded with: We have a lot to do. Outrageous - we received a chicken salad where the meat was totally burnt on one side and raw on the other. It can happen, but the owner was not only unreasonable when making the complaint but also became cheeky! Apart from that, he insisted on full price, just outrageous. I've been a regular guest here for years and you really can't describe the shop as nice and orders are regularly forgotten or special requests ignored, which I can forgive. With this action it was finally my last visit, shame on you!

Unbelievable, even worse than my last visit. Everyone should get a second chance. The bread wasn't crispy, let alone warm, the meat wasn't cooked properly. Here the kebab makes it even nicer! With delicious grilled meat, fresh vegetables and finger-licking sauces. Plus fast service and a place in the sun outside in front. It probably won't make you any more beautiful, but it will make you feel full and happy :-)

Unfortunately the quality has continuously decreased in the last few months :( Addition to review from 3 years ago: The operator tried to have this review deleted. It's likely that some reviews have been deleted recently, as the average rating of the place has improved quite a bit in a short period of time. Some reviews that I know of that discussed staff grievances during the corona pandemic have disappeared. In my opinion, the rating of the restaurant is no longer representative.

Once and never again! At a late hour, 3 of my friends and I went to the well-rated kebab shop and were looking forward to our late dinner. When I then got a veg. When I wanted to order Dürüm with falafel, I was insulted by a worker because I apparently told him the “wrong” number. Instead of helping me, he embarrassed me in front of all the guests until I finally figured out the correct number. From that point on there was a very strange atmosphere in the air that made me feel uncomfortable as a guest. The toilet wasn't particularly clean and the kebab was below average. The Dürum can be described as a very large spring roll, so the “bread” was very hard. In terms of price, however, the whole thing was not overpriced. In general, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the unpleasant interaction.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal und der Döner hat auch nicht geschmeckt. Das Fleisch ist sehr salzig und extrem trocken. Von Sauberkeit hat man auch noch nichts gehört und in Zeiten von Corona trägt weder das Personal, noch die Kundschaft einen Mundschutz. Hier kommen wir nie wieder her. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Definitely recommended! The food is really delicious, especially the bread for the kebab, the halloumi cheese and the pizza dough. There are also around ten vegetarian dishes, plus pizzas, piden, ... You can taste the individual ingredients, it's really something Special taste for a very good price: The prices are between €5.50 and €8.50, with €2.50 for drinks, so everything is relatively cheap. The waiting time is usually around 5 to ten minutes.

Best kebab in Dresden, if not Germany :D The staff, especially the owner, is very friendly. The service is great and the dishes we have ordered so far have always tasted delicious. I would particularly like to highlight the garlic sauce - you can also taste fresh garlic here! Many others just mash together mayonnaise with a touch of granules. Other kebabs in Dresden haven't been able to convince me as much as Side!

I wanted a vegetarian kebab with cheese and fries in my kebab. The boss was extremely rude and said that that wasn't possible because this kebab wasn't on the menu. However, the menu says that every extra request costs €1 more. This was my extra wish. After all, a kebab with cheese and falafel works too. The last time I got my kebab with fries after a long discussion but not this time. I ended up taking my order back. I've never experienced such an unsympathetic boss. That was the last time I was there and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants a kebab that isn't explicitly on the menu.

Als ich den Laden betreten habe, hatte ich wegen des Ambiente ein wenig bedenken. Aber am Ende geht’s ums Essen. Der Dönerteller war riesig, lecker und hat satt gemacht. Wer SchickiMicki sucht ist hier falsch. Hier gibt’s nur einfache und ehrliche Döner zum sehr fairen Preis. Meine Empfehlung.

Massiv nachgelassen mit neuem Personal! Waren bisher immer zufrieden, jedoch kam neues Personal dazu und die Dame ist sowas von unhöflich. Beim ersten Mal als besagte Dame neu war ich mit meiner Freundin gemeinsam dort und sie war lustlos, musterte einen von oben bis unten, von bitte und danke ganz zu schweigen. Beim zweiten Mal wurde meine Freundin (war leidet alleine dort) sehr unangenehm von einem älteren, angetrunkenen Herren angemacht und belästigt. Von hinten hauchte der Mann meiner Freundin ins Ohr und wurde aufdringlich. Anstatt etwas gegen den Gast zu sagen, lachte die Kollegin vor Ort laut. Meiner Freundin war das ganze so unangenehm, dass sie mich die ganzen Zeit über am Telefon hatte und nur noch weg wollte. Das war definitiv das letzte mal das wir dort waren!

Wir sind hier öfter. Allermeistens ist alles super, besonders wenn der Chef selbst die Döner etc. macht. Manchmal sind allerdings auch Sachen drauf, die man eigentlich extra nicht wollte. Deshalb die vier Sterne. Immer sehr freundlich!

Was soll man sagen: netter Chef, gute Dürüms, manchmal wird allerdings auch gerne mal was bei den Bestellungen durcheinander gebracht oder vergessen. Trotzdem eine gute Alternative zum Istanbul, vielleicht sogar besser, dort sind die Sachen nämlich deutlich teurer als beim Side.

Wir sind seit Jahren dort Stammgäste und für uns ist es einfach der leckerste Döner weit und breit!

Sehr sehr lecker was ich hier gegessen habe und es war auch noch viel dazu ....mich hat es glücklich gemacht und das Personal war auch freundlich....

Nachdem wir lange hier gekauft haben sind wir inzwischen doch auf die gegenüberliegende Straßenseite gewechselt. Die Qualität und Größe haben doch arg abgenommen. Sehr schade.

There was a guy in there with a durum in his hand and when I signaled to him about the time, he simply shrugged... nothing worse than false advertising. If your hours state that you're open until 2400, attend the customer. Really simple recipe for success.
