The food was very nice, we would gladly come again, but it was too cold for us in the restaurant.

With a table set up for 8 people in a separate part of the restaurant, one could indulge in the food on offer to the fullest.

Very disappointed overall. We came with friends. We're French, and judging by the ratings, we were drawn to the Royal Gourmet. The restaurant was well presented, but the buffet was far too small. We arrived around 8:00 PM and there were no extras on the buffet, even though the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM. The raw salmon was bland, including the maquis and sushi. The hot dishes were also bland; the meats for cooking were not exceptional. And especially, especially the seven-euro bottle I'm photographing. We're shocked that they sell a simple 1-liter bottle of water for seven euros. We're extremely disappointed and we wouldn't recommend this restaurant to our worst enemy. I wish you a good appetite in any restaurant other than this one.

I was very disappointed with my visit. The food at the buffet was unfortunately not very tasty – much of it was cold, bland, and didn't seem fresh. Even worse, however, was the koi pond in the restaurant. The water level is far too low, and the pond looks old, unkempt, and completely poorly designed. This is simply cruelty to the animals. This really should be investigated. I will definitely not be coming back.

The staff is very friendly, and the buffet has a good and tasty selection overall. I particularly enjoyed the Tom Yum soup, the Sichuan-style shrimp, and the fried pudding. The ambiance is nice. The cake wasn't any better, and the cream already tasted sour. When the sign says "very spicy," I found it very mild. A child poked his hand into the mushrooms, while his mother stood right next to him and ignored him... that spoiled my appetite a bit. Especially during the coronavirus pandemic, you really have to be careful about how guests behave.

The Royal Gourmet is one of the best places I've ever eaten. 🍽️ The food was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented – you can tell the quality and love go into the cooking here. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick, and the ambiance is also very pleasant and inviting. Whether you eat in or order in – it's always top-notch! The value for money is absolutely spot on. I'm thrilled with the lunch buffet! There was a wide selection of dishes. I enjoyed everything. I'll go back. It's just a shame that the restaurant is a bit "hidden" on a small, short side street. I go there almost every week now, and it's always great. The food and the service are top-notch!

Unfortunately, the food has suffered a lot in quality. All the dishes, if any, were lukewarm, and the meat, no matter what, was tough!! The name: Gourmet??? Far from it!!! The price of the menu has doubled!!! Only for guests who value quantity over quality!!! What a shame!!!

Very disappointing: unfriendly and lackluster service, vegetables not fresh (tomatoes burst open). Worst of all, they offer shark fins – a cruel form of animal cruelty that should not be supported.

"I'm not even willing to give it a star. The doorman and a new employee treated me with extreme disrespect. For example, the new employee inappropriately threw food on the table, gave me dirty looks, and spoke to me in a rude tone. There was no need to pay a significant sum for such poor service. I prefer to go somewhere where the staff is more polite; only then does it make sense to tip. I will never visit that gourmet restaurant again."

I think the fish in their pool look very, very sad. Something could be done about it.

We love going to Royal Gourmet for dinner. Delicious food. Huge selection. Everything your heart desires.

We made a reservation at the restaurant for our son's birthday on August 15th at 6:00 PM. When we arrived, there was a handwritten sign on the door: "Closed today due to technical problems." No one informed us of the cancellation. We were told on the phone that someone had supposedly called us, but that's not true—we never received a call. So we found ourselves standing in front of closed doors with a small child in 35°C heat. Our guests also came for nothing. Our evening and the celebration were completely ruined. We are very disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

As always, the service was friendly. The food was delicious, and everyone will find something to enjoy.

We made a reservation in advance and came to the restaurant, but there was a sign on the door saying "technical problems." No one informed us beforehand. The manager on the phone claimed they had called us, but we never received a call or a message. Absolute disrespect for the guests: time wasted, the evening ruined, and no sense of responsibility on the part of the restaurant. If you value your time and your nerves, you should choose another restaurant.

We're currently in the restaurant eating from the buffet. And what can I say? Everyone at our table is thrilled with the food. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Thanks also to the staff for the great food and friendly service.

The atmosphere is very stylish. It's an open buffet. You can eat whatever you want in a 3-hour period. Drinks are extra. The food is delicious.

Seven of us went here for an all-you-can-eat meal on a Saturday lunchtime. Everything was excellent. Empty plates were cleared quickly, everything was clearly labeled, and the selection was very large. Be sure to try the soft serve ice cream last. We made a reservation, but it wasn't necessary.

Beautiful ambiance, friendly service – some room for improvement in quality The Royal Garden impresses with its stylish ambiance, spacious rooms, and very attentive service. Guests feel welcome, and the menu selection leaves little to be desired – from classic dishes to specialties, everything is there. The food was good overall and tasteful, but the quality of the ingredients could be a bit better in some details – more freshness would have been desirable, especially in the appetizers. Nevertheless, it's a pleasant restaurant for a relaxing evening, especially thanks to the beautiful ambiance and attentive staff. I'd be happy to return and am excited to see how things develop.

I haven't seen such a delicious and extensive buffet in a long time. From the many freshly prepared meat and fish dishes to the ready-made Asian dishes, everything is available here. Desserts, from soft serve ice cream to cakes to fruit, are all delicious. Truly fantastic! We'd love to come back!👌

For years, this has been our go-to place for upscale family events, catering to the diverse tastes of all attendees – there's something for everyone here. All the food is of a high standard. The service is excellent, and the ambiance is upscale. Highly recommended! The private rooms are great. It's a bit quieter here, which is very helpful for older people with hearing impairments, for example.

I'd rather not have a buffet and instead have quality on the plate. The ambiance...what could it be like when there used to be a supermarket and a drugstore there? Huge. Nicely done, but still a train station atmosphere.

Our absolute favorite restaurant. It tastes great. The service staff are all super nice and always strive to ensure the well-being of the guests. Only the atmosphere is somewhat reminiscent of mass processing because there are so many tables. That's why only 4 stars for Ambiente. Parking spaces are extremely scarce at peak times around 6 p.m. You have to be lucky to get one there. But otherwise there are 5 stars. Highly recommended. My recommendation: reserve a table by phone in advance.

In addition to Chinese dishes, a Mongolian buffet is also offered, where you put together your own dish from high-quality, raw ingredients, which is then prepared and served on a roasting pan. The Mongolian buffet presents unusual and common types of meat and fish as well as vegetables. Of course there are also starter soups, sushi and various deserts. The restaurant is popular. You can also reserve separate rooms. Prices are reasonable and service is quick and unobtrusive. There are numerous parking spaces in front of and next to the restaurant, which are usually sufficient. I recommend reserving a table. This is very easy to do online or by phone.

We had a pleasant lunch today. The food was prepared and delivered on time, served as a buffet. A large selection of literally everything. I don't think anyone can try everything, so we will definitely go back there again. Very nice service. I recommend everyone to visit this place.

The value for money is OK. We had a quiet corner to sit in, but otherwise the place feels more like a train station concourse. The portions are large, but the service isn't particularly good. A friend asked if there were gluten-free options and received a curt "NO" as a response, along with no attempt to offer her anything—probably they didn't even understand. Unfortunately, the menu doesn't list the ingredients. So she had to watch her eat.

The two of us were there on a Thursday evening. It wasn't that crowded there. It was delicious and, above all, everything was clean. The price is a bit steep, but there is a lot on offer. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely come back.

Food was good, decent selection, everything is refilled regularly. The place is big, sometimes a little louder. Clean. Buffet price in the evenings and on Sundays not cheap but still in line with prices that have now risen sharply everywhere. Prices have increased significantly on Saturday lunchtime, but it is now one of the few Chinese buffets that still offers a buffet on Saturday lunchtime without a Mongolian surcharge. Shrimp, duck, sushi and the soft ice cream machine are also available here. The price-performance ratio is definitely right. There are plenty of parking spaces, but the parking lot is quite tight at peak times. But you can quickly find something in the side streets.

The Mongolian buffet on the weekend is really recommended. Because the delicious buffet is complemented by fresh offerings that can be fried on site, the shop is often packed on weekends - it's advisable to make a reservation. In terms of price, the buffet is at the upper end at 25€pp, but it's still worth it! We like to come, come in hungry and then roll home happy!

We always go to the buffet with live cooking at the Royal Gourmet on Sundays and are always thrilled ☺️ so absolutely recommended! As for the ambience, I can say that it is very big and the team went out of their way to make the best of it! There are also separate rooms, which are very nice for family celebrations!...we always like to come here because of the great food, whether buffet, live cooking or from the menu, and the very good service! ☺️ Many thanks to the team for the consistently excellent hospitality 🥰
