Röslersburg in Bad Urach

Today I was pleasantly surprised to arrive at this restaurant, the food is insane 😍, it really gives you the feeling of welcome home. The food was made fresh and the atmosphere very pleasant 🥰 . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Authentic enjoyment - but some planning required My experience at the Romanian restaurant Röslersburg in Bad Urach was mostly positive. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and courteous service. Every request was taken into account and the staff's recommendations made the meal a real pleasure. It's rare to experience something like that, and it gave the entire evening a personal and warm touch. The service was attentive and competent. The food itself was absolutely outstanding. The fries were obviously homemade and not frozen. The Cevapcici, also known as Romanian Mici, are among the best I have ever tried in Germany. I really liked the ability to put together the grill plate according to your own preferences. Everything was freshly prepared and the chef personally came over to ask if everything was to our liking. The price-performance ratio is more than reasonable. The portions were generous and the price was absolutely fair for the taste and quality on offer. A small point of criticism, however, is the uncertainty surrounding the opening times and the available food offerings. There are no exact opening times available online or on site, and there is no posted menu. A current daily menu would be helpful here to give guests a better overview.

It took forever for the food to come when you eat in the restaurant. When you pick up you are allowed to wait 40 minutes in the restaurant, even though a time was agreed upon beforehand. When you finally get your food you can expect limp fries, very bad mici and papanas that are not fresh and dry. We're not coming anymore...

From the food to the atmosphere, everything is superlative. We felt great at your place and we will definitely come back. I recommend with love.

We came in the afternoon and had an incredibly delicious dessert. Pastries that are still warm, very fresh, covered with a creamy, fruity sauce. Next time we will try lunch or dinner. Thank you again.
