The food at BBQ Roosters has never been this bad. The fries were completely soggy, steamy, and cold. The chicken had hardly any meat, and the paper bag it was wrapped in twice was sticky with bits of meat clinging to it. The salad wasn't finely chopped, and the dressing was completely tasteless. The salad tasted like garbage, which is where it ended up. I'm used to better from this restaurant.

I ordered from Roosters today. The food was still relatively warm, but my so-called "baked potato" was simply a boiled potato with sour cream. My friend's burgers were so small (not worth the price), and secondly, the meat was frozen. In summary, the only good thing about the order were the fries.

I ordered a wrap and a stuffed potato. After about 15 minutes, I received a call and was told that no wrap was available and asked if I wanted something else. I said no and asked to cancel the order, as I couldn't do it myself. After that, they simply hung up. About 45 minutes later, someone called me and said the order had been delivered and asked where I was. I explained that I wasn't home because they had told me the order would be canceled. The driver then took the order back. When I called later to ask where my order was and how I could report it to Lieferando, the driver simply hung up. Later, he apparently just left the bag on the ground in front of my front door, where I didn't find it until two days later. Stay away from these people and restaurants – absolutely unprofessional and a disaster!

We ordered from Roosters BBQ in Mannheim today – and there was a large fly in our food. We immediately took a photo and contacted the restaurant by phone. Unfortunately, there was no cooperation: Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, we were simply told that they couldn't cancel the order because of "a fly." A refund was refused and a replacement was offered instead – which, of course, we didn't want after such an incident. Very disappointing – both in terms of hygiene and customer service. We will definitely not order from there again.

ATTENTION - when I asked again based on a gut feeling whether the meat was really Helal, the (only) employee shook his head and said no. It's 100% Helal on the menu online and in the store - but it's not at all when asked!!! NEVER again Roosters, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Dear Rooster BBQ team, I have often and happily ordered from you, but unfortunately my experience today was so disappointing that I have decided to do so for the last time. The burger I ordered was burnt, the fries are frozen and inedible, and the fingerbites were so tiny they barely qualify as a meal. The wrap is mostly filled with lettuce, there was hardly any chicken to be seen. When I tried to make a polite complaint over the phone, I was instead treated rudely, loudly and disrespectfully by your staff. Treating customers like this is absolutely unacceptable. I had a good opinion of your restaurant so far, but after this experience I can no longer recommend it. Maybe you should urgently work on the quality of your food and the training of your staff. Unfortunately, it wasn't such a good experience. The food was rather bland and had been in the pan a bit too long. The cutlery was dirty, and it was cold in the room. The two guys who served us were very nice, though.

Well, I have to say, I expected more. We ordered two cheese penne dishes over the phone, but were immediately told that it wasn't possible to get one without peas, or both. Well, they didn't want to use two pans. The food was ready quickly and ready to pick up in under 10 minutes, so much for the positive. However, when we opened our pasta a short time later, we were both very disappointed. The penne was swimming in cream, and there was almost no cheese to be seen or tasted. The portions were very small, as has been mentioned in other reviews here. The pasta is served with turkey ham, as advertised on the menu, so you shouldn't expect more. We each had a torn slice of supermarket ham, which is usually used as a sandwich topping, in our cream. All in all, it really wasn't a pleasant experience. We're used to better quality from Roosters in Neckarau, and this wasn't even close to what was offered tonight.

We have been ordering from Roosters for years and have mostly been satisfied. But that was the last time I ordered there. Since the penne cheese was changed the last time (as well as the penne itself and the preparation of the cheese sauce), I changed my favorite dish to salad. And then the biggest cheek, like the last few times, I wanted a wellness salad without corn. Apparently this is no longer possible because everything is already ready (according to the statement from the employee on the phone) - this is the first time in the catering industry that you have heard that you cannot deselect ingredients. Very unfriendly and when I said okay then I don't want that because I don't have a corn contract and I replied with okay bye. They lost me as a long-time customer.

We weren't particularly happy with our last experience at Roosters. The wrap we ordered was inedible and already smelled “musty” when the aluminum foil was opened. The cordon bleu with cheese fries we ordered for €20 was tasty in itself, but the portion was meager - instead of cheese fries, normal fries were served. It's a shame we used to like to order from Roosters often.

Pure catastrophe the citizen was wet the fries were simply open in a noodle box so expensive and we waited 1 hour for such a bad meal. The meat on the citizen was thinner than the cucumbers and we don't even need to talk about the fries, they were easily 2-3 days old and very disgusting. I had some hope for the drink but even then it felt like there was no more carbon dioxide left in it. Just tell the owner's friends if you should eat there and give honest feedback.

Top 3 worst food we have ever eaten. Wet, limp fries. Burger without any taste, completely cheap meat on it. The drink was frozen beforehand and no longer had any carbonation. Waited over an hour for food, in hindsight I wished it had never arrived. crazy, never again.

My experience with Roosters BBQ is terrible. Burgers collected a lot of water through the packaging, so the burger was very wet and the meat couldn't be called "meat". It just tasted disgusting. The meat was 100% not homemade but bought frozen from a supermarket. The quality was really zero. If I could give this 0 stars I definitely would. Tip: don't make the same mistake as me and don't get food there, it's a waste of money and you'll be annoyed afterwards and it's not worth it at all. I'll never order from them again and can't really recommend them to anyone. If I had known, I would make myself a burger. Regarding the delivery: at first it was said to take 20-45 minutes, but it only came after an unbelievable 1.30 hours. I really don't understand how you can be so rude.

My experience with Rooster BBQ was simply fantastic. Not only was the delivery prompt, but the packaging also showed care. I was pleasantly surprised by the currywurst from Rooster BBQ. Juicy, perfectly seasoned and with a curry ketchup that had the right kick - real craftsmanship was brought to the plate here. The crispy fries rounded off the taste experience. The customer service also deserves praise. The employees were not only polite on the phone, but also responded to my individual requests when ordering. The menu selection is impressive and it's obvious that Rooster BBQ relies on quality and fresh ingredients. This delivery service has gained my trust and I am already looking forward to my next order. Absolute recommendation for anyone who appreciates high-quality currywurst!

I just don't understand where the good reviews come from. How can you serve a meal like that to someone? The fries were soggy as if they had been sitting all day, the burgers simply had no taste and were cold and downright soggy due to the packaging. I would prefer to give zero stars! Delivery was really super fast. Food was a complete disaster. The meat was old and inedible. Every dish that was ordered made people shake their heads. It was a complete waste of money. The only thing that tasted good were the frozen fries. But you can't do much wrong there. Big disappointment!

So leid es mir tut. Personal redet nur unter einander und nicht mit dem Kunden. Wenn man die Sprache versteht erfährt man des über den Kunden gehetzt wird und schlecht geredet. Schaut man sich die Decke an weiß man das Hygiene nicht gross geschrieben wird. Im großen und ganzen würde ich niemanden empfehlen dort zu essen !!!!

Wir hatten heute Abend relativ spät noch einen Rooster bestellt, zur Abholung. Von außen hatte dieses halbe Hähnchen sehr Lecker ausgesehen. Allerdings war es in der Mitte relativ roh. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch, mit dem Geschäftsführer , wurde uns sofort eine Erstattung bzw ein Rooster gratis, bei unserer nächsten Bestellung zugesichert (inklusive Getränke) . Wir sagten dem GF das wir ihm das nur mitteilen wollten und nicht auf Ersatz oder Entschädigung aus sind. Der Geschäftsführer Bestand auf seinem Angebot. Besser geht es nicht, Service, Freundlichkeit, usw. alles top. Wir bleiben weiterhin treue Kunden 👍

Lieferzeit bei Nacht ganz ok war ein paar Minuten früher da als angegeben Überraschenderweise kam die Nudel in einer viel kleineren Verpackung als sonst und leider bemerkte ich schon zuvor dass die Preise sich erhöht haben die Enttäuschung dabei war tatsächlich dass die Portion reduziert wird.

Sehr gute Qualität, allerdings extrem hohe Lieferkosten. 3 Euro PRO Schnitzel. Das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt. Das Hähnchenschnitzel wird sogar frisch geklopft und paniert. Der Salat ist frisch und das Dressing stimmig. Wir hatten 3 Schnitzel und 2 Cordon Bleu. Summa summarum dann also 15 Euro. Wir holen in Zukunft ab! Aus diesem Grund ein Stern Abzug...

Pommes megacross. Noch nie bei einem Lieferdienst erlebt. Cheeseburger ganz ok, Bacon war nicht cross. Zwiebelringe Mega. Fischburger eine Katastrophe. Qualität hier mau. Salat mit Hühnchenstreifen gut. Insgesamt durchwachsen. A) einfach zu teuer B) Niveau der Speisen sollte gleichwertig sein.

Delicious food and good prices. You can also get a glass or cup for €1.95 and choose something to drink: tea, coffee, water, etc. The apple pie is fantastic. I can only recommend it.

The food is healthier than in Mensa of Mannheim University and cheaper as well! The portions are usually big enough. It's the best option for my lunch time, and I appreciate it!

Visit on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. The evening before my visit, I called to request a table for lunch - this was recorded as such by the staff member. Initially, we wanted to reserve at 12 p.m., but the staff member asked if 12:30 p.m. was also possible - and I agreed. According to the restaurant's website, opening hours are from 11:30 a.m./12 p.m. for lunch after reservations... Generally, the restaurant is only open from 5 p.m. every day except Mondays, and this is updated by the company on Google. The website is currently being revised by the operator (according to their statement)... ***** We arrived at the restaurant at 12:15 p.m. - until 12:30 p.m. sharp. The entrance was locked with a gate. When the gate wasn't opened at 12:30 p.m. sharp, we decided to leave. In principle... the restaurant can handle its operations as it pleases, but it's very confusing for a guest to find themselves in front of a 'definitely' locked gate and not, as the operator argues, open at least 15 minutes before opening. A bell and mailbox are available/visible at the entrance, and I think this is a very good thing in principle - alternatively, you can also contact the restaurant by phone. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience, as we were confused by the on-site impression and therefore made our subsequent decision. Therefore, I am very sorry for the time you invested in us and for our misconduct - in the future, I will be happy to consider your suggestions and ring the bell or call. With that in mind, I hope my points are now understandable to you on the second attempt - stay healthy and have a good time. Best regards
