We stayed here for a week for a conference. The staff was very friendly. The bar staff, in particular, were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. In my opinion, the selection of high-quality spirits should be expanded.

The two gentlemen at the bar are very nice and very attentive.

Went for a drink on 1st of november during our stay. We ordered 2 cocktails, very good frop taste but the price is less tasty anyway its a 4 star hotel so this is something you can expect in this kind of hotel. Further good service and friendly staff

Pricy food but it's convenient and decent quality. Ordered the schnitzel which had nice breading but the potatoes were a bit too salty. Additionally, our experience was not the best due to the server frequently forgetting our requests (we had to ask for bread, butter, and water multiple times).

The hotel restaurant was excellent, nothing to complain about, it was so good. The plates were empty. The waiter was friendly and even tried to speak French. I recommend this restaurant.

Excellent culinary experience in the Prime Restaurant Neuss! The excellent service, the kitchen team and the warm atmosphere made our visit unforgettable. The emphasis on fresh and quality ingredients in the dishes was clearly noticeable and beautifully enhanced the flavor of each dish. The diverse selection of dishes delighted both meat lovers and vegetarians. Particularly noteworthy is the exquisite wine selection, which perfectly rounded off the meal. Overall, our visit to Prime Restaurant was an absolutely worthwhile gastronomic experience. We can fully recommend this restaurant!

The experience was not good at all. Initially, the appointment booked at the end of the year was cancelled. The reason was that all employees were on vacation, and therefore, the appointment was changed to another day. The employee at the restaurant was also asked about the possibility of a discount for IHG card holders. Yes, a 30% discount is possible, but when we arrived at the hotel, we found only one person working at the bar. When we started placing orders, I asked him about the discount, and he replied that I must go to the reception, and at the reception, the employee informed us. The discount is only for hotel guests and not for Ihg Platinum Elite card holders. Then we decided to leave the restaurant, my family and I, and we did not want to stay. It is clear that we were treated based on our appearance and clothing. Because it was completely clear in the phone call that I could get the discount, and I told them that I would come with my family and that I was not a hotel guest, and I asked the hotel management to review the phone calls. But when they arrived, everything was different. This behaviour does not benefit from an international hotel... Note that I use the debit card in the Crowne Plaza Dubai restaurants frequently, and I am always welcomed, and no one has ever asked me before about whether I was a hotel guest. On the contrary, in many cases, the number of people was increased to include ten people in the discount... Therefore, I always invite my family and friends to the InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, or Holiday Inn restaurants... Unfortunately, the Crowne Plaza Nusse Dusseldorf experience was not good and completely unacceptable.

A nice restaurant, not just for hotel guests. A reservation is recommended as it is unfortunately not always open. Very friendly service and excellent cuisine at a reasonable price.

The view of this restaurant was great, by the side of the Reine, beautiful and with a light breeze, was just very relaxing. I ordered the grilled lamb, I didn’t expect the meat to be so tender, the flavor of the meat was rich and intense, it was just perfect!

If you need to dine it it's worth a visit.

Veranstaltung des Arbeitgebers wurde im Hotel durchgeführt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar sind schnell, professionell, freundlich, lächelten, haben uns gut unterhalten oder in Ruhe gelassen wenn es gewünscht wurde. Sie hatten Ahnung bin den Getränken und den Cocktails und bin Wein.... Immer wieder gerne... Werde wiederkommen

Das Restaurant befindet sich im Hotel. Das Essen war ok, aber sehr teuer. Wir hatten lange Wartezeiten bis das Essen kam.

Essen sehr gut, jedoch wirklich zu gehoben Preisen

Alles Bestens, die Vorspeisen ( Jakobsmuschel & Rote Beete Suppe ) waren super! Sehr nette Bedienungen und eine absolut entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hier handelt es sich um das zugehörige Restaurant zum bereits separat bewerteten Crown-Plaza-Hotel - deshalb gehe ich auf das äußere Erscheinungsbild nicht erneut ein. Die Speisenauswahl war eingeschränkt und preislich relativ gehoben aber sehr lecker.
