Absolut herausragendes Erlebnis! Der Service war Weltklasse – unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und mit viel Herz bei der Sache. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Die SteinpilzRavioli waren ohne Übertreibung die besten, die ich je gegessen habe: perfekt zubereitet, voller Geschmack und einfach ein Genuss. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe und hoher Qualität gearbeitet wird. Für mich eine ganz klare 100%ige Weiterempfehlung! Ich komme definitiv wieder und freue mich schon jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch.

We happened to be in Bielefeld, and the reviews led us to Ristorante Vella. It was a Friday, around 6 p.m., and both the interior and the beer garden were well-filled—a good sign. After studying the menu, we opted for antipasti misto, tagliatelle with fillet tips in a cream sauce, and, based on the recommendation of the experienced waitress, grilled salmon with spaghetti, chanterelle mushrooms, and a side salad. A great choice! The team is consistently well-organized, warm, and professional! Authentic Italian cuisine with heart, just as you would expect. The pizzas at the other tables also looked very good… We can recommend Ristorante Vella with a clear conscience!

A thoroughly enjoyable evening! The Italian restaurant boasts a cozy atmosphere and a lovely beer garden, ideal for balmy summer evenings. The extremely attentive and friendly service is particularly noteworthy – you immediately feel welcome. The food was fresh, lovingly prepared, and delicious. The only minor drawback: parking is somewhat limited. If you're aware of this, it's best to arrive on foot or by bike. Nevertheless, we highly recommend it – we'd be happy to come back! The restrooms were clean, and toiletries were readily available.

Great original restaurant. Super romantic outdoor area that still provides sunshine even in the evening hours. The service is extremely attentive and friendly... very well trained. All wishes were implemented immediately. The prices for food can be classified as higher and are 100% justified. Fresh produce comes to the table here. We had an onion soup, a tomato salad and an anti pasti plate as a starter. The main course was gnocchi and a beef fillet. In our opinion, the drinks prices are set very low. A large cola for 3.8 euros... in the city center you can get a small water for that ;))). We were so full that dessert had to wait until the next visit. We'd love to come back. Absolute recommendation.

Last week I had dinner at Vella for the 5th or 6th time. What can I say, as always I received a very warm welcome. After I was able to enjoy the really excellent pizza (Tonno e Cipolla) or the ciabatta several times, I ordered tortellini a la panna. I got to know tortellini when I was about 10 years old in a restaurant in Strasbourg and have never had them the same since then, except now at Vella. There it is, the taste of childhood again 😉. The food here scores with high-quality ingredients and is freshly and very skilfully prepared. The ambience also exudes coziness, small but nice. It is definitely advisable to make a reservation as the restaurant is a bit smaller and always very busy. Even if it takes a little longer, it's definitely worth it. For me, Vella is one of the best that Bielefeld has to offer when it comes to Italian cuisine.

It has been the first address for us for years and our absolute favorite restaurant. The food is still great, there's nothing wrong with it. Unfortunately, it's probably been praised and touted too much, so it's now too crowded, too loud, too narrow. The fact that the guests hang their jackets and coats over the back of their chairs instead of taking them to the cloakroom gives the whole thing a snack feel. Unfortunately, a cozy meal with a nice atmosphere and Italian music is now out of the question. Very unfortunate. The pick-ups who wait at the counter are extremely annoying and disturb the guests sitting in the front area while they are eating. As a result, the ambience suffered greatly. A pity. But maybe that will change again. The food is excellent, as is the service, every wish is fulfilled no matter how unusual it is.

Yesterday evening I came to this restaurant with my daughter based on the reviews, we wanted to get pizza to go for 3 people because we had just come back from vacation on the motorway. Parking is poor, we had to park 2 streets away. The reception from A young lady serving as a waitress was very friendly, everything went quite well and we made our selection, but then I was told that hopefully they had enough time with them, because it would take at least 45 minutes, but since there was no more room to wait, we stood there there, but then it started, the next waiter came in and said very loudly: "Go somewhere else", very nice and the cashier laughed. Of course we will never enter such a baseless atmosphere again. Disrespectful, and unfriendly. We went out and looked for another pizzeria, where the customer was warmly welcomed and had our pizzas in about 10 minutes. But this restaurant "Vella" is not recommended at all, the complete opposite.

We have been to Vella many times. We liked it every time. Great food, attentive service and a great ambience. Only today on Saturday it was simply unbearable. (the food was great again) But you couldn't stand it anymore because of the unbelievable volume. We were happy when we were outside again! Wir lieben dieses kleine Restaurant, die Mitarbeiter immer sehr freundlich egal wie voll es ist und das Essen schmeckt auch immer gut. Ein kleines, aber sehr feines Restaurant, wo der Kunde noch Kunde ist. Man bekommt auch wirklich passende Empfehlungen von einem super freundlichen Personal. Es ist fast ein wenig familiär und lädt wirklich dazu ein, öfters dort zu verweilen und etwas zu essen. Das Essen selbst ist wirklich sehr, sehr schmackhaft und immer frisch.
