Mittagstisch zu guten Konditionen. Lecker und gut angerichtet. Empfehlenswert. Nettes, freundliches Personal und guter Service. Man kann vor der Sonne geschützt angenehm draußen sitzen. Ristorante Roma war an diesem Freitag gut besucht. Salat und Pizza waren quantitativ und qualitativ gut. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder und empfehlen das Roma gerne weiter. Besten Dank geschätztes Team und wünschen weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Katastrophaler Service beim Bezahlen – Gutes Ambiente rettet die Bewertung ein wenig Ich hole hier ohnehin nur alle Schaltjahre mal etwas zu essen – und dieser Besuch hat mir wieder schmerzhaft vor Augen geführt, warum das so ist. Der Service beim Bezahlvorgang war eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Ich war in der Stadt unterwegs und hatte kein Portmonee dabei, sondern lediglich den Gutschein im Auto und meine Kreditkarten digital auf dem Handy. Den Differenzbetrag zum Gutschein wollte ich entsprechend kontaktlos per Kreditkarte begleichen. Als ich das ansprach, wurde ich sofort herablassend und extrem unhöflich behandelt. Der Senior-Chef hat mich regelrecht laut angeschnauzt und mir an den Kopf geworfen, dass man „doch immer 20 € in bar in der Tasche haben sollte“. Mag prinzipiell sogar stimmen, aber der Ton macht hier ganz gewaltig die Musik. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Der Junior-Chef schaltete sich dann zwar ein und bot mir letztlich die Kartenzahlung an – allerdings strikt nur via Girocard. Da diese aber nicht auf meinem Smartphone hinterlegt ist half mir das in der Situation überhaupt nicht weiter. Kreditkarten wurden strikt abgelehnt. Durch das ganze kundenunfreundliche Hin und Her und den erzwungenen Umweg, erst nach Hause zu fahren und echtes Bargeld zu holen, war das Essen am Ende leider nur noch lauwarm. Die Lust auf die Pizza war mir da eigentlich schon komplett vergangen. Positiv erwähnen muss man das Ambiente vor Ort: Das Restaurant ist modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Es war zum Zeitpunkt auch relativ gut besucht, was vielleicht den Stress der Besitzer erklärt. Direkt im Restaurant schmeckt es frisch serviert sicherlich auch besser. Fazit als Gedankenstütze für mich selbst: Wenn ich in fünf Jahren das aktuelle Erlebnis wieder vergessen haben sollte und hier doch noch mal etwas hole: Nur mit Bargeld. Weil das Ambiente stimmt und der Junior-Chef zumindest versucht hat einzulenken, gebe ich mit viel Wohlwollen noch 3 Sterne – der Umgang mit Gästen war an diesem Tag aber eine glatte Fünf.

Vielleicht mal scharfe Messer für die Pizza dazu geben. Mit den üblichen ist das schneiden kaum möglich, da der Rand der Pizza sehr trocken ist. Beim Salat riesige Blätter, Bluse und Hose waren schnell mit Dressing bekleckert. Alles in allem mittelmäßig

Eigentlich wollten wir nur etwas trinken, wurden dann aber positiv überrascht. Der Kellner war unglaublich sympathisch, gut gelaunt und hat sofort eine angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen, sodass man sich direkt willkommen gefühlt hat. Besonders begeistert hat uns, dass für die Getränke frische Minze aus dem eigenen Garten verwendet wurde – ein tolles Detail, das man nicht überall findet. Auch das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und offen. Man kann sich super mit ihnen unterhalten und fühlt sich rundum wohl. Ein Ort mit herzlichem Service und einer entspannten Atmosphäre – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren im Restaurant Roma in Lauterbach und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Restaurant ist sehr hell, modern eingerichtet und wirkt insgesamt ausgesprochen sauber und aufgeräumt – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Unser Essen wurde flott serviert und hat richtig lecker geschmeckt. Frische Zutaten, gute Portionen und alles schön angerichtet. Klare Empfehlung von uns – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We went there for dinner with my work colleagues, not for the first time. The seating is so comfortable, the ambiance is lovely, and of course, the food...we always have a wonderful evening there, and the staff are all very friendly and attentive...we always enjoy coming back.

The wait was too long, the pizza was sparsely topped, and the salad was carelessly made and flavorless... And no bread...

The food, in our case pizza, was delicious, albeit with some spartan toppings. But no matter, it was good. What wasn't good, and has always been just as bad, was the friendliness, which was completely lacking. The table was cleared in a rush, the menus thrown down on fire, without a word of greeting or any kind of friendliness. It was extremely loud at the bar; you could hardly hold a conversation, not to mention the loud Italian discussions in the kitchen. That sort of thing doesn't belong in the dining room. Reprimands from staff shouldn't take place in front of guests either.

We sat on the terrace in the evening when the weather was nice. It's highly recommended in every respect, even though a quiet road runs past it.

I've enjoyed coming here over the years - but after my last visit, that definitely won't happen again. The younger waiter with glasses appeared extremely arrogant and lacked any friendliness. When paying with my family I was treated downright rude and disrespectful. That's not how you treat guests! Really disappointing – NEVER AGAIN!

Overall, a great, great evening. The taste of the food was excellent and the fillet “medium rare” was cooked to perfection. The carpaccio as a starter was also very good. The service was sensational and you felt like you were in good hands throughout. Nothing was missing and you would get very good advice... What can I say, 5*. Thanks so much. I'd love to come back.

We visited as a group for the second time today. As was the case the first time, today's reception was warm and the atmosphere was fantastic. We were always served in a friendly manner and the food was fantastic. We enjoyed every bite and found this evening in particular to be particularly impressive. The young boss and his service employee were in a happy mood and you could treat yourself to a little small talk with them. Even though we will no longer be in the area, we will have positive memories of this restaurant in the long term. Many thanks to the entire team 🏆

I celebrated my birthday! This is my second time visiting this establishment. Pleasant atmosphere, attentive, helpful staff, and excellent food! I don't eat food junk, sugar, overcooked, gluten-containing foods, so I have a strong sense of cooking with quality ingredients. Pleasant aftertaste. I really liked the beef steak! We enjoyed our meal and time together! I recommend!!! The prices correspond to the quality! YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!💚

Friendly staff. Very nice outside terrace. Sorry, but I got the worst lasagna I've ever eaten. She was swimming in tomato sauce. You could look for the minced meat with a magnifying glass. There was nothing between the lasagna sheets except tomato paste. My partner's pizza was ok.

Unsere Stammpizzeria, die wir jeden empfehlen denn wir kennen. Wir bestellen in der Regel zum mitnehmen. Gut dass ihr kein Pizzataxi habt - ich wäre verloren und müsste mich im Fitnessstudio anmelden :-) Die Pizza ist sowas von lecker! Der Teig ist unfassbar gut. Da bin ich sehr sehr wählerisch und habe einen hohen Anspruch am verwendeten Mehl etc. Wer einmal einen Pizzaofen selbst gebaut hat und mit original italienischen Rezepten lange experimentiert hat, der weiß, das es unfassbar viele Unterschiede im Teig gibt. Und dieser Teig ist perfekt! Die Pizza in den Ofen schieben kann fast jeder - aber der Belag macht es aus. Ich kann es kaum ertragen, wenn Pizzerien mit Steinofen werben, einen tollen Teig machen, aber dann für den Belag den Einlaufswagen durch den Discounter schieben bzw. in der Metro den billigsten Formschinken und Monokäse kaufen. Hier bekommt man gute Lebensmittel, qualitativ hochwertig und lecker. Natürlich weiß ich nicht genau wo die Zutaten gekauft werden aber das kann kein Discounter sein - es schmeckt phantastisch. Im nun neu umgebauten bzw. renovierten Restaurant waren wir noch nicht - wir sind eher die Couch-Netflix-Rotwein-Pizza Genießer - mit Stil, Anspruch und Leidenschaft :-) Und Roma trifft bei uns ins schwarze! Grazie e continuate a lavorare bene! 👍

Das Essen konnte leider absolut nicht überzeugen und ich habe doch etwas mehr von einem Restaurant erwartet. Die Bolognese bekomme ich zu Hause besser hin. Die Portion war dafür angenehm üppig.
