Very poor, inattentive, and irritated service, with staff more preoccupied with themselves and their constantly coming and going acquaintances than with the guests. The pizza was extremely thin and sparsely topped (likely with cheap imitation cheese). The pasta was greasy and salty and almost cold by the time we reached the table. The second person's pizza arrived late, just as the first person had finished their pasta. The ambiance is okay, but everything is a bit dusty and the furniture is uncomfortable. Definitely not recommended.

Very large and good pizza, good value for money too.

I used to go there often. It was usually okay, but this time I was so disappointed. The service was abysmal and obviously unprofessional. Even if you offer well-intentioned criticism, you get insulted. To scan a Groupon voucher, your phone (with your mobile wallet) is taken to the counter and you don't come back. That requires a fair amount of trust. When you get the bill and want to pay in cash, you wait because it's more important to reset the empty table, even though there are no new guests waiting. They did notice that the water glass hadn't been washed properly, and they took it away. But you have to wait a hell of a long time for a new glass, even after repeated requests. I'm sure the owner has to defend himself, but the decision to visit the restaurant again is a very difficult one.

I thought I'd already experienced Mannheim's worst pizzeria, but yesterday I discovered this restaurant, and what can I say? It was insane. I waited 2.5 hours for food. The pizza was cold. Not lukewarm, COLD. The salads were awful. No dressing.

Pizza was okay, pasta was overcooked, service was slow. There are too many better Italian restaurants to go back to.

Terrible rude service, felt like they could not be bothered, menus thrown on the table , pizza just ok, nothing special. No signs anywhere saying that they are cash only, ate here last year and paid by card and the staff were actually sort of friendly. Won’t be going back. All in all a bad experience.

I left this restaurant about 16 minutes ago and was told they don't accept cards, only cash. I paid the €16 bill with a €50 bill and received €20 in change. I left because I don't argue, but I will never go back to this restaurant that just robbed me.

I was there today and just wanted a delicious meal after a long drive. After three minutes, the food arrived: tagliatelle with salmon. In my entire life, I've never been served such reheated mush. Never again, simply horrible.

Absolutely terrible pizza. I had to leave it after two slices. It was soggy, had no fresh vegetables on it, and was way overseasoned. The salami didn't taste fresh. It was burnt in many places. Overall, I'd say it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. The staff was relatively unfriendly and unmotivated from the start. And as expected, I got a stomach ache when I got home, and then a trip to the bathroom was unavoidable. I don't want to say anything more. We'll never be back.

DO NOT GO HERE! Food was terrible and your clothes will absolutely stink after you’re done because of the open kitchen. They point out after you’ve eaten that they don’t take credit card but after some persistency from my side, they took credit card anyway?? In the middle of the restaurant you will find a very dirty bookshelf with 20+ year books and dvds which probably haven’t been cleaned ever. Go somewhere else

Absolute rip-off! Ordered four "party pizzas." We got four pizzas that were just a bit larger than the regular pizzas and paid €134 for them!!! One margarita cost €32. Outrageous.

The food arrived two hours late, all the pizzas were cold. The fries were soggy and cold. The schnitzel was a disgrace. Our order was forgotten, and the drinks were missing from the delivery. None of the six people enjoyed it. Definitely not recommended.

Absolutely not a place to order! We're hungry students who were really hungry after a long day of studying. After waiting for about two hours, we called about our food. As an apology, we were supposed to get drinks. Guess who forgot the drinks after another hour. The food was cold and too little for the price, which is ridiculous. The food was cold and burnt. The dessert, ice cream with hot raspberries, was simply disgusting. The raspberries were just a nondescript sugar cone with coloring.

I ordered through Lieferando for 2 p.m. The address where it needs to be delivered is less than 10 minutes away. I've been waiting for 30 minutes now, and the only explanation is, traffic jam? What traffic jam? Didn't I see a traffic jam at all? I understand it might take a little longer, but you should tell the customer, not let them ask. I'm extremely disappointed with Milano. We were happy to order, but unfortunately, this is the last time.

I can highly recommend this restaurant. I was hungry there yesterday after my 42 km Mammutmarsch hike, and everything came very quickly. The beer shandy had more beer than lemon in it. The pizza was incredibly delicious. The crust was very thin, and the medium was larger than the plate. The salami was a bit spicy, so I skipped it. The price was also reasonable. Beer pizza €15.

So, the pizzeria is definitely recommended; it's open from the stone. And not as dry as at f... or v... I was there on Saturday with my boyfriend, and it was incredibly delicious. The dark-haired waitress was also incredibly attentive. She was very nice to us, and everything came quickly with the drinks and food.

Ordering online through their website is a disaster. After an hour, I called to ask where the food was, but it turned out my order had been overlooked. They promised to process and deliver it immediately. Another hour later, it still hadn't been delivered... 2 hours without a response, and now I'm neither hungry nor in the mood. 😡

Pizza was tasty. The “smallest” size is 33cm, which is why I liked that it was baked so thin. What I didn't like was that card payment isn't possible. It says on the door that all cards are accepted. It was said that card payments are currently not possible (then they hang a sign on the door). Strangely enough, the table next door was able to pay by card. The impression arose that they did not want to accept card payments due to high fees. Then you should give a note that this payment method is only available from e.g. B. 20 euros is possible.

We noticed that the waitress returned the food to the counter and delivered it to the correct customer shortly after. I have to note that I did poke around in the food a bit and tried things. That's really unacceptable. After we got the correct food, however, we waited in vain for a fork. We couldn't find any napkins either. The food was OK - but now I have a stomach ache. I'd like to give it negative stars.

The pizza was very thin and comparable to a tarte flambée or a lahmacun. At first the waitress seemed friendly and professional, however this changed as the orders arrived. She didn't find her mistake in taking the orders incorrectly. When she tried to look for her receipt to show us what she recorded, it was “not found.” The pizza had sour pepper pieces. After I asked the waitress about it, she took the pizza away. After a short while she came back and said that no one on staff had noticed a sour taste and that my sense of taste might be to blame. I was then offered and brought a medium pizza. While we were eating, I noticed that the pizza maker was secretly replacing the pepper container with new fresh peppers, even though the restaurant was empty and it was only 1:45 p.m. The bill ended up listing three large pizzas even though we only had two medium and one large pizza.

I ordered something there. The food was very tasty but unfortunately very cold, as it took two hours to arrive.

Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The waitress was overwhelmed by two tables, even though she seemed uninterested in her work. We had ordered Coca-Cola, but they served us cheap Lidl Coke, and charging €4 for it is simply unreasonable. She said you could only pay in cash or with PayPal. EC cards wouldn't work. When it was finally necessary, they suddenly offered to pay with a regular EC card. The pizzas were okay, but they could have used a little less flour. At times, I felt like I was chewing on flour more than the pizza itself. The ambiance is also unpalatable. Books on the floor and scattered everywhere, a complete mess. You sink into the leather furniture, and on top of that, you can't eat at eye level with friends because the stool is simply too high and the leather couch is far too low and uncomfortable. You have to look up at the person across from you to have a conversation (warning: neck pain risk). The table was still dirty from the previous occupant, and so was the cutlery. Eating the pizza with a fork and butter knife was a challenge. Hence only two stars; unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Unfortunately, a less than satisfactory visit to this pizzeria. I ate here for the first time and was unfortunately negatively surprised. The tables were not properly set and some were not clean. The cutlery was simply "slammed" onto the table. Unfortunately the seating was very uncomfortable. we sat on two sofas/leather couches and both were already seated and not upholstered. you either sat in a hole or on a support beam. Unfortunately, the decorations were distributed very messily. Books were flying around on the shelves and there were antiques all over the window sills. However, this is complaining at a high level and only aimed at people who can't handle an uneasy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the pizza was so floury that you were constantly thirsty. I ordered a cola. Offered under Coca-Cola on the menu, all I got for €4 for 0.5 liters was a cheap cola that tasted more like water than cola. The service was very friendly, which I would clearly like to emphasize as a positive aspect, but she seemed to show little interest in what was happening in the restaurant. She retreated into a corner with her colleagues and only came to our table when we signaled again so that we could pay. At the beginning of our visit, the young lady told us that card payments were currently not possible and that I could pay with Paypal instead. At the end of the stay, however, without saying a word, she put a card reader on the table and asked, surprised, why I would try to pay with my cell phone, since it didn't work at that moment. All in all, I left this restaurant upset and probably won't eat there again. I can still recommend the delivery service if you order the regular pizzas (e.g. salami pizza, funghi, ...).

Horrible experience. Avoid and go to the Italian 3 minutes around the corner. Raw prawns in the salad. Wet pizza with dirt covered mushrooms. Un eatable steak, which my brother left almost untouched. The fries tasted or old burnt oil. When pressed with the problems they refused to remove the dish with raw prawns from the bill. Rude, argumentative staff.

Delivered less than we paid for, the quality of the food was just below acceptable and the delivery time was very long. All in all, a decent hit in the toilet. Unfortunately I ordered there last night because I didn't look at the reviews beforehand. We once ordered the rigatoni Bolognese, the combinazione, a bottle of Fanta and a bottle of Sprite. The sprite was "forgotten" by the driver. He said he'd get her, then he ran away. When I called him he said he would be there in 10 minutes with the sprite. After half an hour I called him several more times and he then ignored all the calls. Afterwards I called the store's landline number and a young lady told me she would send a colleague out straight away and that he somehow didn't understand anything because of the language barrier. Well, the colleague hasn't arrived yet. I also regret that I tipped there in advance to be able to pay for these "service" things that I then didn't get.

It's still okay, but somehow it tasted better before. The pizza back then just had a bit more flavor and the ingredients were fresher. It's okay now, but not as special as it used to be. It's fine for a quick pizza, but there are definitely better options in the area.

Unfortunately, our visit to Ristorante Pizzeria Piccola Milano was a big disappointment. We had specially ordered a three-course menu, but the main course in particular was a disaster. The steak was tiny, tasteless and consisted almost entirely of fat. There was no sign of medium rare, instead it was completely cooked and tough, so you had to chew for ages. There was also a plate full of fries, which were more reminiscent of a children's portion. The ratio of side dish to meat was simply incomprehensible. The service also left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the service was anything but friendly, which further worsened the overall impression. I was really looking forward to the restaurant, but this experience was just a shame. I would give zero points for the food. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant.

Had a great evening on Valentine's Day today! As a vegetarian, I had the Rigatoni Vegetaria, very tasty and recommended for anyone who likes to eat vegetarian or vegan :) My friend was also happy with the rump steak. The wine was also tasty. The staff was great and the restaurant was decorated with balloons for Valentine's Day. Candles on the table and pleasant lighting created the right mood. We even received a rose. All in all a very nice visit, will definitely come back.

Milano has had the best pizzas from Mannheim for years. I always enjoy going there with my friends and family. The pizzas are huge and the service is always friendly. I can always recommend it, it tastes really delicious The restaurant looks great inside with lots of beautiful pictures and there are lots of books to borrow. Delivery is quick and the food always comes warm. They are child-friendly, my little brother loves the pizzas and pastas from pizzaria Milano At the end you always have vodka melon and it tastes great.

The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was good too. In the corner is a kebab shop-like bar/kitchen. This detracts from the elegance of the room when it comes to ambience. My blackheads' pizzas were really big and great prices. My spaghetti was swollen and tasted very much like it came from a can. The Bolognese was not very tasty. It's worth a visit if you want pizza, but I can't recommend pasta.

Unfortunately, the quality of the topping has deteriorated significantly compared to 4 months ago in terms of quantity and taste. The dough is only crispy on the edges. Thin and mushy in the middle.

I have been visiting this restaurant off and on for about 6 years. Unfortunately I have to say that the pizzas used to taste much better, so that's 6/10. I was wondering why the overall rating here is 3.8. Now I know... Ambiance and staff 8/10. I'll try my luck here again soon.

In my opinion, the pizza here is simply the best in all of Mannheim! Super thin, but very large and the tomato sauce tastes great! The other dishes have always been delicious and have a good price-performance ratio. The service is not always very nice and very bold but always tried and attentive. Personally, I think that the ambience is not that nicely decorated and feels relatively oppressive.

If I'm in Mannheim for a long time, I like to come here. I have eaten various pizzas and pasta dishes several times and have always been satisfied. The prices are not cheap, but fair. You probably won't find similarly good food near the train station for this price.

There were two of us there and we wanted to have a nice evening. Staff was nice. Therefore definitely suitable for a drink. However, we had to wait an extremely long time for the food, and then came the worst piece of meat I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The icing on the cake was a piece of plastic that the chef didn't notice was on top. All in all not recommended. The question is what the chef does full-time...

Overall, the food was decent, the pizzas were very large. Unfortunately, the positive impression was greatly marred by the service. The waitress was rude and didn't seem really qualified. The bill was simply placed on the table, even though we had only just put down our cutlery and were therefore not finished yet. We were basically thrown out even though the place wasn't full and we were only there for 40 minutes. Since we still wanted another drink, we decided to go back to the hotel. It's a shame, because the food was really okay, but the service unfortunately disappointed the visit!

Discovered by chance during our visit to Mannheim yesterday. Excellent food, the interior decorated with great attention to detail. But especially the medium pizza is stated as 35cm...it's easily a few cm larger in diameter. So a clear recommendation for a visit :-)

Went there spontaneously on a recommendation, but we had also been to the restaurant a few years ago. Everything was a little better there... service today was rather so-so, out of three drinks one was wrong... the first meal wasn't correct either, one ingredient was completely missing. With the pasta you had problems finding the broccoli....and somehow it would have been nice to be asked if you were satisfied or enjoyed it. Summary: okay if you're hungry and don't have high expectations of the quality of the dishes. Since we don't live here, it doesn't bother us and we won't be coming back.

The authentic and inviting Italian atmosphere stuck out as a sore thumb. Quick service. Great prices and food. Candles and bookshelves for some privacy also add a lot. I heavily recommend this restaurant.

7 of us ate here. Unfortunately, the drinks and the various foods came to the table very differently. We asked several times when the last drink, a glass of wine, would arrive. It just came after everyone had eaten. In addition, the employee seemed very annoyed and was also unfriendly to us. If the store had been full, I might have been able to understand it. But when we arrived there were only four tables occupied. Pizza was okay, but nothing more. The size was very large for a normal pizza. So you can't earn a tip. I will not visit the store again

Unfortunately it wasn't a nice experience. There were 7 of us there. When we arrived the cards were put on the table and then we were ignored for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes we were finally allowed to order, so in addition to the drinks, we also ordered the food. Of course, after 20 minutes we found something. Afterwards, 6 out of 7 people got their drinks. After another 15 minutes, one person had already received their dish while one person continued to wait for their drink. Even after repeated requests, the drink didn't come, just a curt answer that it would come. 10 minutes later, 5 people got their pizza, while the one without a drink sat there without food. The waitress who served us had the pizza in one hand and a cell phone in the other and barely paid us any attention, which I find very rude. When the last missing drink finally arrived, the food was still missing. I asked if the pizza would take as long as the drink, and the waitress responded with annoyance: "It only takes 2 minutes". After 10 minutes everyone finally received their food. We asked for the bill straight away to pass the time and it suddenly worked out quickly. Pizza was okay but nothing special. We won't come here again, as annoyed as the waitress was.

Milano is more of a pizza delivery service. We ate in the restaurant. The ambience is quite nice, prices are okay too, but the food is rather bland and nothing special. The salad was completely unseasoned, no dressing, nothing, the noodles were somewhat okay. Service could try a little harder. You can go, but you don't have to.

Best pizza in town with reasonable price. Pasta OK. Salad is better and cheaper almost everywhere. Staff very nice, but sometimes overwhelmed. Nicely remodeled facility. The delivery service takes far too long and twice as long as stated!

We were there as part of a Christmas party with our company and unfortunately the evening was a big disappointment. Right from the start we had to wait a full 20 minutes for anyone to take our order - even though we didn't even have drinks yet. The quality of the food was also very disappointing. Some of us ordered Jägerschnitzel, but were given a dry piece of beef instead - on the grounds that no pork was available. This could have been told to us beforehand! Unfortunately, the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio wasn't what you expected either: instead of the classic preparation with garlic, there was spaghetti with vegetable broth - that has nothing to do with "Aglio e Olio". Overall, the service was inattentive, the food was far below expectations and the evening was anything but successful. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Mediocre food, poor service but a nice place

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was anything but satisfactory. The salad was disappointing in taste and had no seasoning whatsoever - just very boring. The pizza and the pasta were also not convincing, as there were hardly any toppings and, above all, they tasted very strongly of tomatoes and oregano. There was a lack of variety and taste. The service was a disaster. The waitress didn't seem to be properly informed about what she was serving us, and the drinks only came in plastic glasses after the meal - that's just not acceptable. What was particularly annoying was that one person in our group was completely forgotten and their food didn't come until much later. The location was also uninviting: it was extremely dark and the chairs were very uncomfortable. There were twenty-five of us, and the room simply wasn't suitable for such a large group. Overall, a disappointing lunch that I unfortunately cannot recommend.

I ordered from the pizzeria via Uber Eats. The food was delivered within the delivery time. The pizza was very tasty and still warm. I would say it's a little more expensive but it was still worth it. I would recommend a visit to Piccola Milano.

The pizza is large and filling. It lacks a bit of pizzazz and the topping is probably from a large can. The large tables are an advantage if you are traveling as a larger group.

It was very nice and tasted good

Although we have been to this restaurant many times, our gourmet block was unfortunately not recognized. The pad was on the table, but shortly after ordering I said again that we were here to eat with the self-service. We were coldly told that the block would not be accepted. After consulting with the waitress, the boss wanted to make an exception. However, she then collected the full price without the gourmet block. We will most likely not come back and are very disappointed as customers. We can therefore no longer recommend the restaurant to our best friends. very very unfortunate!!!

We ordered the combinatione with a variety of pasta in one dish. It was good. The waiter is friendly nice chatty Italian fellow. The restaurant is fairly quiet although it's near the main station. If you want good Italian food go to this restaurant.

Great atmosphere, great pizza, service could be a bit better

I'm used to an Italian restaurant not doing a steak or something like that well, ok for free. This restaurant managed to kill the animal twice. The meat was tough, dry and visually like the sole of a shoe, including the taste - unbelievable. But this restaurant took the cake with the mozzarella. Which was able to significantly undercut Lidl's in terms of quality. Rubber, dry and very very firm in consistency. Not to mention the tomatoes, which were tasteless and a few days old (wrinkled skin and corresponding consistency). How can you as an Italian place so little value on your culture? I think the restaurant would be much better if they didn't skimp on the quality of the products. The pizzas looked decent.
