Ristorante Pizzeria B30 in Ravensburg

A very unpleasant experience. According to Google, the restaurant was open, and the doors were open. My daughter, who was the first to enter, was very rudely and loudly informed that it was closed. We definitely won't be coming back!

The pizzas are simply amazing 👌😋 Hospitality is still a top priority here. She dances, laughs, and transforms the pizzeria into a disco...it was a fantastic evening that will definitely be remembered 😍

They were too busy for their own good and were struggling on a busy Sunday with only one server, one chef and one person making pizzas. Greed over service consitancy and customer care. They could have handled it better (limit menu selection, limit max number of tables or simply hire more staff). The short Albanian lady in the kitchen was very upset. We won't return.

What a culinary delight!😍 I spontaneously went there with my family today and actually only read the reviews afterward. We were absolutely delighted with the food. I haven't had such a delicious pizza in ages, if ever. We received a very warm welcome, and our children visibly enjoyed themselves. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews, as we were served immediately, and the service, wait time, and food were more than adequate. Either we were just lucky, or you should try again; it was a pure delight - keep it up👋💕

We sat for a good 15 minutes. A lady came only once and said, "Duo minutes." Still, no one came. We then got up and left. Glasses at the tables next door were also empty. No one came to take new orders.

We didn't even get to eat. We were left standing at the entrance for almost 10 minutes without being greeted. The waiter even walked past us. Customers in the restaurant say they're bored and hungry. I think it's true that you have to wait a very long time for food here. Good or not. If I'm not even noticed at the entrance, it could be the best meal in the world.

We stood in the doorway for about 10 minutes and were ignored. When the waitress brought a pizza out onto the terrace, she almost ran us over – what a pity! We then left and got our food elsewhere.

The food is delicious, and the owner is exceptional. The meal is an experience, and it's simply unforgettable. It feels like you're part of the family and have been invited to dinner. Highly recommended.

Hier kann man wirklich sehr lecker essen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und auf zack. Die Pizzen sind mega groß und schmecken wirklich sensationell. Auch Pasta ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mussten auf das Essen nicht lange warten. Kommen gerne wieder.

We ordered by phone and it worked perfectly and arrived on time. The pizza was delicious with fresh arugula. Everything was perfect:)

The pizzas are not only huge, but also incredibly delicious – thin crusts, fresh ingredients, just the way you want them. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and you immediately feel welcome. The prices are also absolutely fair and reasonable for the quality you get. We particularly liked the large outdoor area – perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or family. And the Italian music in the background rounded it all off wonderfully. An authentic restaurant with heart – thank you for the great evening!

The food was very good. Despite the almost empty shop, we still had to wait 1.5 hours for four pizzas. When we asked how long it would take, we couldn't tell them. It's a shame, because the food is great, but everything else is a disaster.

Unfortunately, today was our last visit to Pizzeria B30. After waiting 1.5 hours for our food, and with four children getting impatient and even hungrier, the additional takeaway pizza we ordered was added to our bill, despite repeated requests to please finish it, but unfortunately it was never delivered. The pizza is good, but it's just not worth the wait... there are better places to go.

Very tasty pizza, in our opinion one of the best in southern Ravensburg. The restaurant is nicely decorated, the staff seems pleasant, and everyone was very friendly. We will visit the pizzeria again.

Can anyone say that restaurants are doing badly!!!!!!!! When you make a reservation 45 minutes before arriving at 7.45pm, and then get rudely told why you're there and there's no more food, even though the opening times on the internet and on the door say 11pm, then I don't understand why restaurants just moan when customers are treated like this!!! I think it's absolutely disgusting!!! I wish you all the best and try to see if you have success in another country, but not after I drove a 20km detour!!!!

We planned to go out for pizza, and the waitress who was there was very friendly and accommodating, even though she informed us that we would unfortunately have to wait 20-30 minutes for the pizza. The pizza and the garlic/chilli oil are really delicious. However, we also found that the manager yells a lot, and that's just not appropriate with children! I think the restaurant itself has a lot to offer, but is simply too busy. There was also only one waitress who did everything herself, which is questionable. 🙂

Restaurant B30 is having bad reviews removed from Google. The reason given is "defamation." However, a very bad experience at this restaurant, as described by several other guests (long wait times, no service, unfriendly treatment), is not defamation.

The pizzas are super large, taste very good, and are relatively inexpensive (beware of varying prices on the notice board/menu... and an extra 30 cents for aluminum foil), and are prepared in a wood-fired oven by the sometimes hectic manager herself. The current service staff is very friendly and attentive. The many flies in the garden restaurant are currently annoying.

It was terrible when we waited for an hour for our pizza. The boss was constantly scolding the employees and the service was very bad. The food wasn't fresh. I wouldn't recommend it.

We were there two weeks ago. Never again! I can't say anything about the food because we didn't get any. We waited over an hour after ordering. After two families canceled their meals because they had waited too long, I got up the courage to ask how long it would take for us. The really nice waitress referred me to the manager/chef. There was no apology or explanation. She immediately started shouting and cursing at me, and after asking again, I was thrown out on the street!!! I've never experienced anything like it!!!

The pizza is great, but that's about it. The rest is disastrous. These days, no matter when you call, you have no way to order. They even hang up on you, so the lady must be earning a fortune. I've had enough; this pizzeria is dead for me.

I'd love to give it 5 stars, but since we had to wait almost 2 hours for our food today because there was no kitchen staff, I can only give it 3 stars. The staff that was there were very friendly, though, and the food was delicious.

Restaurant was empty when we arrived. Still waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our food. Risotto was simply inedible. And honestly, how long does it take for a portion of fries 🙈🙈I wouldn't recommend eating here with the children. At least the fries could have been brought out to the children a little earlier. If you feel like waiting two hours for your pizza and then get the wrong pizza - this is the fourth time I've had that happen - I would never go there again

Even though we read the bad reviews beforehand, we decided to eat there. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was very friendly. Drinks and menu came quickly despite the large company. When we ordered our food we were kindly told we would wait, but we were also pleasantly surprised and the food was there after 30 minutes. Pizza was large and tasty, as was the pasta dish. Price-wise, completely okay. The boss was in a rush and had to do a lot of things at the same time. I think she has little staff, which is normal these days. At the beginning we also thought she was unfriendly, she has an Italian temperament, that's all. We'd love to go there again.

The food was very tasty. I have never eaten such delicious pizza. Price performance is right. The owner very friendly and hardworking. Restaurant very clean and well maintained. I'll definitely come back.

Unfortunately we can't say much positive things! The good reviews of the past are currently being ruined here. We had already been sitting for 30 minutes. From receiving the drinks to delivery 35 minutes! Then another 60 minutes until the food came. There was only pizza and salads from the entire menu. However, we were only told this after we had chosen various starters, pasta and other meat dishes. And at the end the boss/cook was also rude and rude to other guests. Service completely overwhelmed and incompetent. Sorry we won't be back, catastrophe!

I ate here today for the first and definitely last time. When I go to a restaurant I usually expect the things that are on the menu to be there, but here you only seem to get what is in the fridge. So just salad or pizza. I had to wait 45 minutes for my drinks, during which time I could have gone to the supermarket next door and gotten my drink. The food was okay but definitely not worth the wait. I then had to wait another 30 minutes to pay, so I didn't get up and just left, which was very surprising. This was definitely anything but worth the money and in addition the impudent Italian woman was shot down. Instead of hospitality, you get your plate dumped on the table after the restaurant brought you the wrong pizza and you complained about it. I recommend this pizzeria to pursue a new career.

The food was very good and so was the service, but waiting almost 2 hours for it was really impossible. The boss was very unfriendly to everyone, she spontaneously decided that we would get a salad instead of the bruscetta we ordered, without asking beforehand! At the table next to her, she slammed the pizza in front of the guests' faces! Not recommended despite good food!

The service is a disaster every time! We waited 20 minutes for our drinks... but then they were the wrong ones. According to the waitress, this was an exception because she was alone in the service... by the way, the restaurant was almost empty. We were told the pizza would be ready in 15-20 minutes, when we asked after 1 hour we were told the pizza was now in the oven. We got two pizzas even though we only ordered one... one was completely soggy because the seafood was probably just thrown on it frozen, the other was good. When we asked, we were kindly given two schnapps on the house... when we told the waitress at the end that one of the pizzas wasn't good, we only had to pay for the drinks. I've had similar experiences 4 or 5 times now, seems to be normal there. In any case, it was the last time we were there.

You get fantastic pizzas here. The dough is freshly prepared and very tasty. The size of the pizzas and the toppings are more than generous. There was no one who completed the portion. By the way, contrary to the navigation instructions from Maps, the through town is now passable again.

Only recommended! We regularly get pizza and pasta here. Large pizzas, absolutely fair price and super nice, funny staff. Also recommended: the lasagna B30 with salmon and spinach.

The best pizza in the surrounding area. Original wood-fired pizza (also gluten-free) and very good pasta dishes. Service is great, atmosphere like in Italy. And yes I mean like the real Italy. Sometimes it goes haywire, it's a bit like an event diner. Highly recommended. The food there is to die for.

Thank you, loving boss, we have been coming here for years. Despite circumstances such as the long-lasting major construction site and staff shortages, you are still there with strength and confidence and with love for the restaurant. The food is really excellent, the pizzas are unique, the drinks are particularly well chosen (no overpriced meckaatzii or Faaaarnnii or leibingiiii). Think carefully about what you write (long waiting times or the service is overwhelmed). The fact is, the cook is alone and still delivers top quality at the table and service. Greetings from family with two girls who were already standing at the pizza oven.

Because of the road construction there was little going on and so the food was cooked according to our wishes

The staff was hopelessly overwhelmed. Tables weren't cleared when we arrived. We then had a table in the blazing sun - no sun protection. We then sat for 15 minutes and the waiter didn't even come to take the drink. At the table next door, a family complained that they had been waiting for over an hour. It was a disaster, we had to wait far too long for the food. Pizzas were constantly sold on the street before they reached the guests' tables. My neighbor ordered an Aperol Sprizz which she received after an hour (without ice!!!) Then the landlady also had an argument with the waiter. Ich war schon zum zweiten Mal in der Pizzeria B30, und ich bin wieder begeistert von den Ambiente,von der riesigen,leckeren Pizza,von der Inhaberin, die trotz Stress immer freundlich ist und mit sehr viel Liebe die Pizza zubereitet. Auch die Lasagne, die ich beim ersten Besuch gegessen habe, war sehr sehr sehr lecker. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.👍👍👍

Yesterday was really the last time we were there. Last night was the last straw. When we arrived at 6 p.m. there were only 2 tables occupied and we assumed that this time we would get our pizzas relatively quickly. The service was lousy. The lady seemed completely helpless, was slow and friendly is really something else. At least we all got our drinks quickly. However, we waited until 7:30 p.m. for the pizzas. Pick-ups had priority and the restaurant was now packed. When the table next to us wanted to order, they said the kitchen was now closed. Only salads and pizza are served. The pizzas tasted great as always. Unfortunately, the extra onions were forgotten in one of them. After I complained, they were thrown on the pizza and it went back into the oven for another minute.....well. The additional garlic and chili oil I ordered was stolen by the service lady when I was less than halfway through my pizza and she wanted to bring it back later. I quickly organized another bowl for myself from the boss. Last but not least, we were asked to dictate what we drank and ate at the checkout because the service no longer had an overview. The boss is incredibly nice and very, very hard working and I understand that a shop like this cannot function with incompetent service staff. But as sorry as I am, I have to think of another concept!

The food is really delicious and I can only recommend it! However, you have to be prepared for longer waiting times when picking up. The suggested time can then be +30 minutes.

I really enjoy ordering here. Pizzas are super delicious. You have to ignore the waiting time. Pizza will only be made upon arrival. Yes, the boss is always stressed, but friendly.

The best pizza in the area, also very well priced. However, you have to bring time and the lady is visibly overwhelmed, but somehow it makes her likeable again.

Top price performance. The bruschetta and pizza were really great. One star deducted because the service and the kitchen were not on point. Waited 1 hour for the bruschetta. After 1.5 hours the first pizza arrived. 1 hour 40 minutes the second pizza for my wife. If you're hungry, that's not ideal. Next time I'll take a little more time and order more to drink, because I forgot to reorder the drink in the meantime. As well as ashtrays, cutlery, salt, pepper, oil…. You had to get everything yourself or ask several times. Service wise there is really room for improvement! Since I enjoyed the food very much, I will definitely give the restaurant another chance.

Diese Pizzeria ist sehr unorganisiert!! Wir mussten eine Stunde und 10 Minuten für 3 Pizzas die per Telefonanruf gemacht wurden abwarten. Am Telefon meinten sie man muss 15 Min warten. Mit einem Kind im Auto ist es nicht sehr toll wenn man auf dem nach Hauseweg noch eine Stunde warten muss für drei Pizzas! Ein nächstes Mal wird es hier nicht mehr geben, außer man hat lange Zeit!! ;)

Herrliche Pizzen: Dünner Boden, luftiger Rand und dick belegt auch mit teuren Zutaten. Auf Extrawünsche wird jederzeit freundlich eingegangen. Ein echtes italienisches Restaurant, in welchem italienisch miteinander gesprochen wird und auch das Treiben im Restaurant sehr italienisch ist. Wenn viel los ist, dann kann es durchaus zu Wartezeiten kommen, da alles frisch zubereitet wird. Aber dafür bekommt man nicht nur warmgehaltene Pasta wie in anderen Restaurants. Es gibt immer saisonale Gerichte, wir haben insbesondere schon tolle Steinpilze dort essen können. Es ist kein nobles Restaurant, aber die Qualität des Essens ist in der Region uneingeholt gut. Preis-Leistung für die Qualität ist sehr gut. Seit vielen Jahren unser Lieblingsitaliener!

Delicious and huge pizzas backed in wood fired oven. The antipasto was rich and well served. Service was efficient and the stuff particularly friendly.

Tolles leckeres Essen, zackig freundliche Bedienung, Chefin ist sehr aufmerksam und voll lieb gewesen. War ein ausgezeichneter gelungener Abend, sehr gut Besucht. Wir können es empfehlen den italienischen Abend dort zu gestalten.

Sehr lecker, sehr freundlich und Preise gut

Wir waren mit 7 Personen beim essen, darunter 1 Kind. Über eine Stunde haben wir gewartet und in der Zwischenzeit beobachtet wie andere Kunden die bestellten Pizzen abgeholt haben. Ich habe mich sehr gewundert das niemand im stande ist einem bescheid zu geben dass es länger dauert. Wenigstens die Pommes für das Kind hätte man zubereiten können. Auch bei der Bestellung der Getränke ging einiges schief, man hat uns 3 Biere gebracht die schon optisch nicht gut, total trübe Flüssigkeit, waren. Wir haben sie probiert und festgestellt daß die Biere kaputt waren. Danach haben wir aber 3 neue bekommen ohne dass jemand Wenigstens Entschuldigung gesagt hätte. Nach fast 1,5 Stunden und einem lautstarken protest von mir, haben wir dann stufenweise etwas zum Essen bekommen. Als der erste schon fertig war bekam gerade der letzte sein essen . Die Bedienung kann nichts dafür daß es in der Küche nicht klappt, sie war immer bemüht freundlich zu bleiben. Auch wenn die Speisen nicht schlecht waren, werde ich dieses Lokal niemandem empfehlen und es auch selbst nicht mehr betreten.

Pizza war sehr gut und groß, mussten aber sehr lange darauf warten.

Die Pizza war an sich gut, nur der Service ist leider eine absolute Katastrophe. Wir haben Pizza telefonisch vorbestellt und es wurde gesagt, dass es eine halbe Stunde dauert. Nach knapp einer Stunde Wartezeit habe ich nachgefragt, da wir dringend weiter mussten. Daraufhin wurde die Pizza dann erst gemacht, vermutlich hätten wir ohne Nachfrage noch länger gewartet. Zudem wurden wir noch angeschnauzt, dass man nie etwas von einer halben Stunde gesagt hätte und dass man doch keinen Stress machen soll. Total hektisch, unstrukturiert und unhöflich, schade!

Wirklich sehr gutes Essen. Wurde bisher noch nie dort enttäuscht, ganz egal ob Nudeln oder Pizza. Eine der besten italienischen Restaurants im Umkreis. Leider ist die Lage direkt an der Straße nicht besonders schön. Deshalb lieber das Essen zum Abholen bestellen.

Billig! Nach dem man über 1,5 Stunden endlich die Pizza bekommt wird man komplett enttäuscht. Die Zutaten schmecken nach nichts und der Käse scheint wohl auch kein echter zu seien (Imitat). Wer also Lust hat knap 13€ für ein Stück Pappe mit Tomatensauce zu bezahlen macht hier nichts falsch. Für jeden anderen der noch etwas Geschmacksnerven hat empfehle ich um dieses Laden einen großen Bogen zu machen. Die Pizza ist aber nicht das schlimmste an dieses Pappmascheladen. Die Chefin oder was auch immer das ist, geht mit der Bedienung unmenschlich um, schreit sie vor der gesamten Kundschaft an. Wer seinen eigenen Laden nicht führen kann, sollte sein eigenes Versagen nicht an den Bedingungen rauslassen.

Sonntag,18 Uhr, gutes Wetter. Wer schon sieht, dass die Terrasse voll mit Gästen ist, sollte sich genau überlegen ob er hier essen will. Eine einzige Servicekraft, die Chefin selbst am Pizzaofen. Völlige Überforderung! Wir haben statt den angegeben 40min. 90 Minuten gewartet!! Und das mit drei sehr hungrigen (kleinen) Kindern. Was wir sehr schade fanden, war, dass die Bedienung von der Chefin ziemlich angeschnauzt wurde, weil ein falsches Kürzel auf der Bestellung angegeben war und deshalb eine Pizza falsch gebacken würde. Sie war sehr flott und kam allein einfach nicht dem Ansturm hinterher. Resultat war jedenfalls eine verzweifelte, weinende Bedienung, keine Ahnung ob das wirklich zur schnelleren Arbeit beitrug. Auf unsere Frage ob das Trinkgeld, das wir ihr geben wollten, auch für sie ist, verneinte sie! Verständlich, wenn wir diese Bedienung künftig nicht mehr antreffen werden ... Pizza ist nach wie vor aber einfach super lecker. Vielleicht sollte mit den Mitarbeitern anders umgegangen werden, damit man auch künftig genügend Kräfte hat... Oder es geht so weiter, dann werden die Gäste weg bleiben und die eine Servicekraft reicht wiederum aus.

Pizza schmecken sehr gut. Aber eine Zumutung, daß wir 1 Stunde und 15 mn auf unsere Pizza warten mußten!! Bedienung freundlich, aber überfordert! Wenn sie die Pizzen selber aus dem Ofen rausholen muß! Als Entschädigung für die Wartezeit bekamen wir einen Salat!! Wir waren im Winter im Lokal drin, haben genauso lange gewartet!! Ich habe den Eindruck, daß die Selbstabholer besser behandelt werden! Obwohl ich andere Bewertungen gelesen habe, das die Abholzeit nicht eingehalten wurde! Für uns war es der letzte Besuch.
