Absolutely not recommended!! We just wanted to grab a quick pizza in the evening after a long day and we were full Paid €11.90 for a pizza margarita. The pizza tastes worse than a frozen pizza from the supermarket. This one is clearly frozen and only tastes of tomato paste and molded cheese. No spices and really not remotely tasty. A disgrace for the price!

I don't understand the bad reviews because it's been really fabulous so far. We are staying at the Hotel Mukran and our dinner is served here. Every day we have the choice between 2 main courses, plus a starter and dessert. We finished all 3 courses after 1 hour at the latest. We hardly have any waiting times, neither for the drinks nor for the courses. Our dog is allowed, the staff is friendly, quick and accommodating. The food has always been plentiful and very tasty. We can only recommend the restaurant.

We booked half board at the Hotel Königslinie and had breakfast and dinner at Pizzaria Al Porto. The breakfast was rich and fresh. Dinner was delicious every day. Super nice staff

Wanted to give the restaurant a chance, despite the negative reviews here. We stayed overnight in the hotel and therefore it was a short walk. The outdoor area is positive with lots of nice seating options. Negative, the long waiting times. 20 minutes until they even brought us the menu, 10 minutes until we took the order for two drinks, an appetizer, and two pizzas. What followed was pure chaos. It probably took 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive, then another 15 for the starter. So our pizzas weren't there after another 30 minutes, so I asked first. (Were forgotten). Even when I asked for the bill they made us wait again, so I went in and paid at the counter. Conclusion: I won't eat there again, I'll happily stay there again.

Beware of the trap! 1. Food: Frozen food, also poorly thawed, i.e. no cooking is done here. 2. Drinks: stale and not chilled. 3. "Service": "I don't understand German & I'm not responsible" 4. Prices: like 6 classes higher --> Tourist rip-off ----> better avoid!!!!!!!

This is the second time we have been guests at the hotel, where breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were included, but we have also eaten dinner there separately several times and have the following feedback. The breakfast is nice, there is a bit of everything, although I don't find enough sliced, fresh fruit on offer. For dinner, which was included; I think it's a shame that there is such a small selection, but I can understand it when it's full, you're still in a spa resort. Unfortunately, I have to add what we had in addition to previous reviews, I also think that the kitchen is not fresh, but delivered. Of course, it tastes accordingly, although in my opinion the price is not justified. It doesn't taste bad, but it's not great either. However, I have to say for both breakfast and dinner that the staff was always very friendly and accommodating. We were always served quickly and always asked if everything was okay. I never had the feeling that anyone was in a bad mood or didn't want to work. All in all okay, but the price is a bit too much for the quality. Nice atmosphere, you have to say! Having breakfast or dinner in a beach chair and being less than 5 minutes from the sea is unbeatable for me.

About the ambience: In the outdoor area and in a kind of winter garden, definitely 4 stars. Outside there was seating in a kind of beach chair. The interior seemed more like a cafeteria to us due to the rather low ceiling. But, the restaurant is on the busy thoroughfare to Sassnitz. We can't rate the food because the service is simply not there. When asked where we could sit, we were directed to someone else. When he came, free choice, they could have told us that straight away. We saw 3 people in service (in a moderately full restaurant, with long walks outside), one was in charge behind the counter. After about 20 minutes, I noticed that there were two customers sitting there (just next to the walkway to the outside area) and a card arrived. Another 20 minutes later we left without ordering. The Service has no coordination in terms of expiry or division. Missed the chance!

We were there with 10 people. The food was really tasty but the service wasn't good. We were a bit louder, OK, the waiter wanted to push his way forward and appear to be something better and then reacted a bit strangely. Situation example You order food and forgot an appetizer "Quote this has to be said beforehand, my system can't record it in the wrong order" When he paid he simply sat on the bench. We wanted to have another card in between, two people asked us how we needed another card, nothing happened and we had to get one ourselves.

Very good food, whether soup, salad, pizza or other dishes! Since this restaurant is "well attended", there may be a short waiting time (if no reservation has been made in advance). But the staff made up for this with their friendliness! Great view of the Baltic Sea and Mukran harbor when you stand in front of the restaurant. We'd love to come back.

Ready-made products are not cooked here! It's neither an Italian nor a restaurant and they don't cook fresh here either. Pizza: ready-made dough from the factory, molded meat from the factory, analogue cheese from the factory. Vegetables from the factory bucket and frozen. Pizza not baked in a pizza oven. Pizza is limp and not crispy; no spice, no taste. Pasta: Ready-made products and poorly reheated. Sauces = cloudy water without any binding or consistency and without any taste. Tip: Stir factory sauces at least once before transferring them from the factory buckets to the plates! Desserts: frozen and also poorly thawed. Service: neither professional nor semi-trained: knows neither the menu nor different types of wine; also disinterested and listless. Prices: unreasonably high. Summary: Tourist rip-off!

Sehr freundliche und kompetente Bedienung. Es macht sehr viel Spaß dort essen zu gehen!!! Im Urlaub war ich jeden Abend dort essen. Gute Auswahl an Gerichten und sehr sehr lecker! Immer wieder gern.

Als Gast immer vorzüglich bedient, war etwas nicht gut wurde die Kritik vom Restaurantleiter gerne wohl wollend aufgenommen. Gut es gibt immer etwas auszusetzen, aber nicht vergessen wir sind auch nur Menschen. Vielen Dank Rene ich komme jederzeit wieder und genieße die Abende im Restaurant

Nach einem schönen Tag bei Galileo haben wir uns für ein Abendessen bei Pizzeria Al Porto entschieden. Das war die Kirsche auf der Sahnetorte! Von dem Pommes über Pizza bis Fischgerichte haben wir uns verwöhnen lassen (wir waren mit 8 Personen vertreten) und es schmeckte großartig. Nach kurzer Überlegung ging's mit Verwöhnung weiter. Tiramisu, Schoko Souffle und Eis mit Sahne und Obst wurde auserwählt. Keiner von uns hat die Auswahl bereut, denn es war richtig köstlich. Die Kinder haben 3 Kugeln Eis bekommen. Normalerweise bleibt mindestens eine nachher für den Papa, aber keine Chance, die waren einfach weg. Einmal zur Ambiente. Eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre bei gemütlichen da sein. Reichlich Abstand zwischen den Tischen, so das man sich im kleinen Familien Kreis gemütlich fühlt, ohne dass einer vom Nachbarstisch aus deinem Teller essen kann. Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam, nett und freundlich. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend. Fazit 5 von 5 verdienten Punkte

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Das.hat auch sehr mit dem guten Restaurant und dem sehr freundlichen Service sowie dem sehr guten Essen zu tun. Das trifft sowohl auf das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet sowie das Abendessen zu. Dem stets sehr freundlichen Kellner, Makram, und dem Koch gilt unserer besonderer Dank.

Vielleicht hätte ich ja nur Pech mit dem Service-Personal. Katastrophal war das.

Ein wirklich tolles Lokal mit einen noch besseren Essen. Wir haben draußen in einem der gemütlichen Strandkörbe gesessen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, die Getränke waren schnell am Tisch und die Vorspeisen sowie der Hauptgang ließen auch nicht lange auf sich warten. Den gebratenen Zander und die Ochsenbacke können wir nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen. Es war unser letzter Abend auf Rügen und dieser Besuch mit dem tollen Essen hat diesen Abend sehr abgerundet.

Wir waren in unserem Urlaub einmal dort zum Essen mussten über eine Stunde auf unsere Pizza warten nachdem wir mehrmals nach gefragt haben der Chef hat sich dann entschuldigt und selbst darum gekümmert 5 Minuten später bekamen wir dann unsere Pizza

Die Durstlöscher Mango - Minze und Apfel - Rhabarber waren sehr lecker.😋

Empfehlenswertes Restaurant, mit nettem Personal, gutem Essen. Das Getränk "AlPorto Durstlöscher Mango-Minze" ist sehr erfrischend und nicht zu süß.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und leckeres Essen, sowie leckere Durstlöscher! Nette Sitzmöglichkeiten in Strandkörben. Viele Parkplätze.

Das Hotel "Königslinie" kann man weiterempfehlen. Hier gibt es leckere Cocktails und man fühlt sich hier gut aufgehoben.

Etwas unruhig durch externe Bestellungen und Hotelgäste, Essen war gut, das Pizzabrot etwas zu teuer, auch für das Rügener Preisniveau. Leider war Kartenzahlung nicht möglich, kein Netz, auch nicht für das Handy-Internet.

Immer wieder gerne, kann man jeden weiter empfehlen, cocktails sind sehr Lecker und man muss sie einfach probieren wenn man hier ist, ein großes Lob an Makram Banoub für die tolle Beratung 👍🏻 und ein großes Lob für das tolle Team , alles war sehr zu unsere Zufriedenheit. Danke

Wir besuchten das Restaurant mehrere Tage aufgrund unserer Halbpension. Statt dem üblichen Abendbuffet gab es ein 3-Gängemenü. Jeden Abend aufs neue waren wir von den Speisen schwer begeistert. 4 Sterne statt 5 aufgrund längerer Wartezeit zwischen den Gängen. Sonst war der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ein leckeres Restaurant. Jedoch sollte man Zeit und Geduld mitbringen. Der Service war sehr freundlich, jedoch scheinte er mit der Menge an Gästen überfordert. Dennoch Pizza , Nudeln und Tiramisu waren sehr lecker

Maten och servicen här är 10/10 Pasta carbonara bland det bästa vi ätit. Personalen är otroligt trevliga. Rummet saknar AC men man kan öppna åt båda hållen.

Liegt etwas abseits vom Tourismus, aber direkt an der Ostsee. Essen sehr gut und Erdbeerbowle sehr lecker.

Es war in perfekter Urlaub, wir hatten immer guten Service mit unserem Kellner Makram und beste Getränke,Cocktails und Essen. vielen Dank 😊
