Ein wunderbares Lokal mit absoluter Kochkunst auf dem Teller. Wir kommen regelmäßig, sehr gerne dort hin und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl.

Soweit aufmerksamer Service und schönes Ambiente. Nur haben wir 2 Stunden auf den Hauptgang gewartet und das Essen hat unseren hohen Erwartungen nicht ganz entsprochen.

Dieses Restaurant war ein echtes Highlight. Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Tolle kleines italienisches Restaurant. Prima Gerichte. Vorzügliche Zubereitung. Karte überschaubar dafür von allem etwas dabei. Weine auch vorzüglich. Plätze begrenzt. Drinnen und draußen möglich

Service überfordert. Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Restaurant, einiges wäre jedoch einzuwenden: die Atmosphäre ist total angespannt, der Service ist total chaotisch. Man kann sich kaum unterhalten. Mit Bequemlichkeit hat es hier leider wenig zu tun. Die 5 Sterne würden wir nur dem älteren Herrn ( sehr wahrscheinlich der Hausherr) geben, da wirklich nur er sich im Service Mühe gibt. Und das Essen könnte auch etwas heisser sein. Ansonsten ok. Mit dieser Auszeichnung achtet bitte auf solche Feinheiten.

Ein außergewöhnliches Restaurant für einen besonderen Anlass

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend. Die Speisen waren erstklassig – frisch zubereitet, hervorragend abgeschmeckt und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und authentische italienische Küche gelegt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Gastgeber: äußerst gastfreundlich, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Die herzliche Atmosphäre hat den Besuch perfekt abgerundet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Restaurant absolut weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Restaurant Nördlicher der Potsdamer Innenstadt. Sehr leckere und gehobene Küche. Die Michelin Sterne kommen eben auch nicht eben mal so vorbei. Und ja die Preise passen zum Gesamtkonzept. Wir hatten dieses Restaurant im Netz auf Grund der Bewertung ausgewählt was vor Ort dann auch bestätigt wurde. Freundlichkeit und Gästewünsche stehen hier klar in der Unternehmensphilosophie. Eine Reservierung würde ich empfehlen da die Nachfrage hoch ist. Großartiges Essen! Der Oktopus war hervorragend, ebenso wie der Thunfisch und das Risotto.

Sehr toll, dass das Restaurant 1/2/3-Sterne-Bewertungen löscht. Sage mit Erfahrung. Probe n.5. Wir waren zu dritt dort und es war Mittwochabend. Wir waren eine Stunde lang allein, es war sehr ruhig, nur wir drei haben uns unterhalten. Die Temperatur im Raum war relativ kühl, draußen waren es auch -9 Grad, aber 3/4 Ärmel waren ein Fehler für diesen Abend. Das gesamte Ambiente war nett. Im Restaurant gibt es keine klassische Speisekarte, sie haben nur eine handgeschriebene Tafel. Die Handschrift macht es nicht einfach, aber mit Geduld ist alles lesbar. Der Kellner war nett und hilfsbereit, er hat sehr schnell gesprochen. Wir haben Lammrückenfilet mit Pistazienkruste und Pasta Linguine Scampi bestellt. Die Pasta hat gut geschmeckt, aber ehrlich gesagt nicht besonders. Leider können wir nichts zu den anderen Gerichten sagen. Das Filet war gut, aber der Rest der Gerichte hatte keine Harmonie. Die Pistazienkruste schmeckte wie süßliche Kekse. Essen ist immer Geschmackssache. Hier hat es mir nicht geschmeckt.

Leute... keine Worte nötig, wer die Welt bereist, muss diesem Ort alle Sterne geben... kein Kommentar... vielleicht wohnen hier viele Reiche, aber trotzdem – dieser Ort ist fabelhaft und Pino ist der Beste!!! 😍

Es war wirklich eine mega Erfahrung. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Gerichte zwar etwas teureres Preisniveau, aber jeden Cent wert. Perfekt für ein Date zu zweit, eine kleine Feier oder ein Geschäftsessen, wenn das nötige Kleingeld vorhanden ist. Von mir bekommt das absolute fünf von fünf Sternen. komplettes Geschmackserlebnis der Extraklasse.

Food and service was impeccable. I reserved a spot and called an hr before the time to move it forward and it was not a problem at all. The owner personally opened the door was me and my wife and bid us goodbye. It was a beautiful experience.

I rarely recommend a restaurant so wholeheartedly. The food is simply unique and exceptional in taste. This is clearly due to the excellent ingredients used. It's Michelin-star quality. The (female) service seemed a bit forced, but that's perhaps my overly critical and, of course, entirely subjective impression.

Great Italian food for a reasonable price. If you want the cook can make other things as the dishes on the menu but you can really trust the cook to make tasteful food in the proposed dishes. Service is helpfull with translating the menu if needed and super friendly. The restaurant is located a little bit away from the inner city but in a quiet street with nice trees which add to the atmosphere.

For me, this is THE culinary destination in Potsdam. Great ambiance, a beautiful terrace, and very attentive and personal service. And, of course, most importantly, the food is of the highest quality. Whether it's appetizers, pasta, fish, or meat, everything is of the highest quality, some even Michelin-starred. My discovery of the year!

A truly wonderful evening. Excellent food and service The carpaccio starter, the truffle ravioli, and the veal fillet were very good, both in terms of ingredients and preparation. Chardonnay from Umbria is really very good - recommended by the staff. Bottles: €125 / 6 pieces. The price is right at €68. Even the cappuccino and limoncello were above average. Reasonable price. Convincing performance from the kitchen and service. I would give this place 6 stars if possible. We would gladly come back.

The pasta was excellent but eat before you go because the service is slow and expect to eat after because the portions are well presented but minimalist.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right. We had been looking forward to the evening for a long time and were very disappointed. No "Greetings from the Kitchen," and the shrimp in the appetizer were just small shrimp and very bland in taste. The truffle ravioli was excellent. We shared it as a starter. But as a main course, five ravioli aren't enough to fill you up. We weren't satisfied with the cod and sole either. The portions are definitely too small. The taste was good, but nothing special. It wasn't appealing either. Service ranged from standard to poor for the price range. My plate was cleared away twice the moment I put down my cutlery. We refilled our wine ourselves, though. Conclusion: nice ambiance and okay food. But the price-performance ratio isn't right at all. There are many better alternatives in Potsdam.

Highly recommended!!! The Pino restaurant in Potsdam is a real insider tip. The food is not only incredibly delicious, but also beautifully presented – you really eat with your eyes. Actually a lovely restaurant on a quiet side street in the city center, especially in summer, where you can sit on the terrace. There's no set menu, just the daily specials, which are written on the blackboard. The food is very good and beautifully presented, but unfortunately, it takes far too long to arrive at the table, and this applies to both the starters and the pasta. This is also a problem for the restaurant itself, as we would have liked to order dessert, but decided against it because we didn't feel like waiting any longer. The portions are rather small to manageable. The wine list is very small, but you can find something there. The service is friendly, but not particularly fast. All in all, not good value for money in our opinion, especially given the long wait. We wouldn't necessarily go back again.

Ich habe mit Freunden und Familie meinen Geburtstag im Pino gefeiert! Wir waren 12 Personen und hatten einen wunderschönen Abend, den man sich nicht besser vorstellen kann! Wir hatten ein sieben Gänge Menü mit Austern, Jacobsmuscheln, Trüffelnudeln, Kabeljau, Rinderfilet und Gänseleber undundund! Dazu tolle Weine aus Magnumflaschen! Alles Gerichte kamen heiß auf den Tisch! Getränke wurden immer nachgefüllt obwohl das Restaurant komplett besetzt war! Insgesamt absolut perfekt und in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen! Die Gastgeber sind auch noch total nett!

We were there as a family and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a wonderful evening. The meal was a great experience and a delight. Excellent cuisine, where, finally, the courage to use balanced seasoning and flavors is evident! The crossover with Southeast European influences is incredibly beneficial to Italian cuisine! A bold, fresh, and very harmonious combination. The old dust is swept away. Bravo! The warmth with which we were welcomed and accompanied throughout the evening further enhanced the overall feel-good atmosphere for us. A little tip... be sure to ask for the Kosovar Chardonnay!! A truly great white wine from Kosovo, which provides a pleasant surprise outside the usual and suspect Italian wines and, in my opinion, is a modern step ahead! Fantastic! What a great evening at Pino! We absolutely loved the kitchen - every dish was a real pleasure and so lovingly prepared. The friendly waiter gave us great advice on the wine selection and we felt completely at home. The terrace with the beautiful exposed brickwork is really cozy and creates a typically Italian atmosphere. You can just tell that people cook and work here with a lot of heart. Definitely worth a visit - we'll be happy to come back!

We had dinner at Pino on a Saturday night. The restaurant was busy and noisy, creating a pleasant tavern atmosphere. The menu, written on a chalkboard, offered a selection of fish and meat dishes. We ordered both starters and mains, along with a bottle of delicious Italian white wine. While we waited, we were served olives, olive oil, and baguette. The olives and olive oil were tasty, but the baguette was neither crispy nor tasty. When the starters arrived, we really enjoyed them and felt they were a great start to the evening. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. The service was lacking; we waited a long time without seeing someone from the service. We ended up serving our own wine and water. Although the waitress noticed us a few times and took the bottle from our hands—implying she should be serving us—she still left us to fend for ourselves throughout the evening. After a very long wait, our main courses finally arrived—about an hour later—during which time we felt invisible to the service team. The main courses were just okay, not spectacular, and given the price, we expected more. Because everything took so long, we decided against dessert and asked for the bill, which took another 15-20 minutes to arrive. There was no apology or offer for a digestive or dessert. We paid and left, relieved to be done with our experience. This restaurant feels overpriced considering the quality of the service. We didn't feel welcome and will not return. I hope the owner can learn from our feedback, as there is potential given the ambiance and the chef's cooking skills. However, for now, the value for money is simply too poor.

Feedback about the review before me: Many people have a bad day/evening at some point in their life, but being ungrateful is the worst!!! Ingratitude usually results from self-dissatisfaction. “Pino” and his team always make the grateful guests happy and satisfied. The ungrateful ones just have to work on themselves. Unfortunately Pino can't help with this!!!

I've been looking forward to the evening at Pino for a long time. As expected, the food was phenomenal in terms of taste and appearance, but the service was so unempathetic that the evening was ultimately a disappointment. A bossy lady commanded the whole room, processing at top speed, you can hardly have a conversation and are constantly disturbed by questions about whether you have finally made a decision, wine glasses that are still full are being refilled so that the bottle is finally empty, etc. How to It's unclear to me that you should feel comfortable as a guest. You can get good food elsewhere in Potsdam in a much more pleasant atmosphere.

Wir hatten uns sehr auf einen schönen Abend im Pino anlässlich eines Kurztrips nach Potsdam gefreut. Pünktlich um 18:00 Uhr wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und platziert. Der Aperitif und die handgeschriebene Speisetafel wurden zügig gebracht. Die gewählten Vorspeisen waren geschmacklich gut, aber nur lauwarm. Beim abräumen der Teller baten wir um eine kurze Pause. 30 Sekunden später wurde uns das Hauptgericht- mit der Aussage, die Küche war zu schnell- hingestellt! Kurz darauf erschien der Chef um uns mitzuteilen, dass wir schon bei der Bestellung den Wunsch nach einer Pause zwischen den Gängen hätten mitteilen müssen. Aber schmecken würde es ja trotzdem. ( Auch die Hauptgerichte waren nicht heiß!) So kam es, dass der „schöne „ Abend um 18:45 Uhr, nachdem wir unsere Flasche Wein geleert hatten, beendet war und wir ziemlich angesäuert den Laden verließen! Da half auch der Grappa aufs Haus nicht mehr! Schade! Wenn ein Zeitfenster von 2 Stunden eingeräumt wird, erwarten wir auch, dieses nutzen zu können. So war der Abend leider enttäuschend.

Ein absolut perfekter Abend und ab jetzt ein Must have wenn wir in Potsdam sind. Perfekter freundlicher Service und tolles Essen, dezent gewürzt. Die Preise finden wir für die Qualität gerechtfertigt. Können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen, aber unbedingt rechtzeitig reservieren.

We were in Potsdam for a few days and visited this restaurant because of good reviews. The food was tasty, but the portions were tiny. Going home hungry after a starter, intermediate course and main course is saying something. The prices were very high, almost at star level. We like to spend money on good food, but the price-performance ratio here is not right at all. What bothered us even more was that the staff didn't wear masks and the chef himself and the waiters greeted the regulars by shaking hands and kissing them left and right. We find such behavior in these corona times extremely irresponsible. We find it grossly negligent that as a restaurateur you risk the freedom you have regained to operate your restaurant and that you apparently don't care at all about the health of your guests!!!

Das Pino liegt fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum. Ein nettes, kleines + gemütliches Restaurant mit einem sehr guten Service. Die Speisen sind sehr lecker und qualitativ sehr gut. Das gehobenen Preis- Leistungsverhältnis geht voll in Ordnung. Eine Empfehlung für Potsdam, wir kommen beim nächsten Aufenthalt gern wieder.

The cuisine alone would be reason enough to visit, but the Pino team is so family-friendly that it's hard to decide why you're coming back: because of their food or because of the team? In any case, we are looking forward to the next visit!

The classic restaurant for small portions and high prices. If you want to eat fancy, this is the place, but if you want to be full then you really have to dig deep into your pockets. Starters all around €20, main courses all around €30, we also had a wine for around €40. We paid around €260 for 4 people. The food itself: I had the veal - it was very tender and perfectly cooked. There were also a lot of vegetables, which were a bit too raw for me. We had the scallops as a starter, they were very tasty.

We discovered this gourmet restaurant, somewhat hidden in a residential area, by chance because other restaurants we already knew had already closed. The food tasted convincing and was also something to behold. Here we cook skilfully with quality and love. The wine recommendation, the professional and friendly service and the ambience were also very good. We sat on the terrace, listened to the reserved piano music and enjoyed a wonderful Italian evening in the middle of Potsdam - definitely again soon!

Durch eine glückliche Fügung entdeckten wir am ersten Abend unseres beruflichen Aufenthaltes in Potsdam dieses feine, idyllisch gelegene Restaurant. Es war in kulinarischer als auch atmosphärischer Hinsicht exzellent, so dass wir am zweiten Abend erneut einkehrten. Zu unserem Erstaunen war es möglich, unsere Erwartungen zu übertreffen. Morgen reisen wir ab, – der Tisch bei Pino ist für heute Abend schon reserviert…

Spaghetti carbonara. You can recognize the true Italian in this dish. This carbonara was really good. The pasta was al dente. I didn't taste any cream either. Everything was really to my satisfaction.

Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und einladend, der Service ist erstklassig und das Essen ist einfach köstlich. Jedes Gericht, das ich probiert habe, war frisch zubereitet und voller Geschmack. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und aufmerksam, und sie sorgen dafür, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Wenn Sie nach einem erstklassigen Restaurant suchen, das sowohl qualitativ hochwertige Speisen als auch ein tolles Ambiente bietet, dann ist das Restaurant Pino definitiv die richtige Wahl!

We had a lovely evening in the Ristorante. Service was very friendly, accommodating and not intrusive. The ristorante is small, it wasn't fully booked, so we didn't have the feeling that it was too cramped. The food (starter, main course and dessert) was extremely tasty and ultimately sufficient. The drinks (Rose's sparkling wine and grappa) were very tasty. A great evening that you certainly won't repeat every week, but that you'll enjoy on special occasions.

Es ist immer wieder ein Hochgenuss, den ich in diesem Restaurant erlebe. Etwa drei -vier mal pro Jahr erlebe ich einen fantastischen Abend. Eine wunderbares Menu, tolle Kreationen und Aromen, die hier auf den Tisch gebracht werden, vereint mit einem sehr angenehmen und unaufdringlichem Service! Grandios.

A Michelin rated restaurant in the middle of Potsdam Germany (outside of Berlin)- We stumbled upon it on our walk back to the hotel and made reservations for the following evening. The service, food, wine and overall warmth and welcome was the best we’ve experienced in US or Europe. Highly recommend!

If we had read the whole range of comments and those in other languages, we'd have understood the atmosphere that greeted us....two new faces, foreigners, vegetarians, not exactly welcomed with enthusiasm. In a restaurant which purports to be 'vegetarian friendly', we expected more than two options and a starter of salad. There was no anti-pasta offered, not even an olive or two, while we waited for our food and yet we noticed the 'regulars' being treated very differently. We understand the concept of small, cleverly arranged portions, but couldn't believe that just 5 small pieces of ravioli, stuffed with cheese and pear warranted a charge of 19.90 Euros and literally three spoonsful of spaghetti with a few shavings of truffle could be 27.50 Euros. No complaints about the taste of the food, there's not much one can do wrong with such basic ingredients, but the price and paucity of it coupled with the atmosphere of the place left us feeling we had been taken for complete fools. We have travelled all over the world, obviously Italy included and have rarely had such a disappointing experience. Potsdam has a much more authentic Italian restaurant with a very special atmosphere and reasonable prices; we suggest you find that one.

In der Weinbergstraße in Potsdam gibt es ein italienisches Kleinod zu entdecken. Wir kamen bereits etwas verspätet vorbei und fanden doch noch einen Platz für zwei. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, die Speisen ausgesucht und köstlich zubereitet. Die Weine sind zu empfehlen. Das Ambiente mit hohen Räumen und Backsteinmauern passt wunderbar - es ist fast wie in Italien. Alleine das Wetter hielt an diesem Abend nicht ganz was es noch morgens versprochen hatte. Aber dafür kann der Patron nun wirklich nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Ihnen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Das Pino ist eine ganz besondere Adresse. Hier bekommt man sehr gehobene italienische Küche in einem sehr angenehmen Ambiente. Die Speisen sind von hervorragender Qualität, schmecken fantastisch und sind optisch beeindruckend angerichtet. Die Größe der Portionen sind etwas kleiner, was uns nicht negativ aufgefallen ist. Solche Gerichte muss man einfach genießen und wir wurden von einer Vor- und Hauptspeise satt. Preislich empfinden wir das Pino als angemessen, man darf nicht vergessen, dass man hier nicht nur das Essen bezahlt. Der exzellente Service und die magischen Hände in der Küche möchten auch leistungsgerecht bezahlt werden. Wir können uns nicht über niedrige Löhne aufregen, im Gegenzug aber den Teller für 15 Euro voll haben wollen. Das Pino ist nichts für jede Woche, dann wäre es auch nichts besonderes mehr, aber wenn wir hier essen gehen, dann passt einfach alles. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team, dass wir sowas in Potsdam genießen können!

Ich habe 2 Wochen überlegt, was ich zu dem Besuch bei Pino schreiben soll. Hier das Ergebnis. Das Essen ist sehr gut und hat uns wirklich geschmeckt. Dafür gebe ich auch gern 5 Sterne. Das Personal war anfangs sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Als aber wohl Stammgäste des Hauses kamen, wurden wir nur wenig beachtet. So fragte man uns erst nach einer ganzen Weile, ob wir Nachtisch möchten und nach der Rechnung musste ich mehrmals fragen. Was das Thema "gehobene Küche angeht", kann ich nur sagen, dass die Preise zu hoch sind. Wie gesagt, es war sehr lecker. Allerdings waren die Sättigungsbeilagen eher Deko und haben nicht gesättigt. Dass man uns gleich empfiehl, einen Zwischengang mit Pasta zu bestellen, fand ich fast dreist, denn vom Preis her hätte ich nicht erwartet, dass man wirklich nicht satt wird. Wir haben also Nachtisch bestellt, der lies dann aber an Qualität zu wünschen übrig. Mein Fazit, am Anfang dachten wir, das wird unser Lieblingsitaliener in Potsdam. Am Ende haben wir beschlossen "nie wieder" . Schade

5 Gänge Menü,alles sehr lecker und empfehlenswert

Wir (4 Personen) waren keine 10 Minuten in dem Restaurant, als wir schon zum dritten (!) Mal gefragt wurden, ob wir denn schon ausgewählt hätten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir noch nicht einmal die Weinkarte erhalten. Die Bedienung wollte oder konnte anschließend nicht verstehen, dass ich weder eine Vorspeise noch einen Salat zu meiner Hauptspeise haben wollte, denn ich musste fast unhöflich werden, bis er dies akzeptierte. Die Speisen wurden dann quer über den Tisch gereicht, da der Restaurantraum sehr eng bestuhlt war. Die Hauptspeisen wurden nicht gemeinsam aufgetragen, sondern kamen mit einiger Verzögerung. Mein Essen (Linguine mit Großgarnelen) war keine Geschmacksexplosion, die Sauce war vielmehr ohne besonderen Geschmack. Vielleicht sollte die Note (!) der Linguine besonders herausgehoben werden. Meine Frau hatte eine Fischspeise (Skrei-Loins), die nicht mehr ausreichend heiß war und ebenfalls von einer Geschmacksexplosion weit entfernt war. Nach dem Dessert konnte die Bedienung nicht mehr auf uns aufmerksam gemacht werden. Vielmehr erhielten wir unaufgefordert die Rechnung auf den Tisch gelegt. Ein €€€€-Restaurant? Again? Never ever.

Sehr guter Italiener, bei dem die wichtigsten Eckpunkte top sind: Essen, Service und Ambiente sind tadellos. Preislich hat dies natürlich seine Folgen: die Rechnung bei drei Gängen mit Weinbegleitung kann sich sehen lassen, was aber angesichts des Gebotenen völlig in Ordnung geht. Schließlich ist diese Location kein klassischer (Deutsch-Italienischer) Pizza-Tempel sondern kulinarischer Verwöhn-Urlaub in Italien. Bravo!
