Ristorante Piazza Rossa in Berlin

I was here yesterday and today, and I haven't had such a good steak or such delicious lasagna in a long time. When I come back to Berlin, I'll definitely eat there again. The waiters are super friendly, and the food came very quickly.

We had a wonderful evening in Piazza Rossa! As soon as we entered we were warmly greeted and immediately felt welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, with loving details that exude real Italian flair. The food was simply excellent!!! The service was attentive, friendly and very competent - you can tell that people work here with passion. An all-round successful experience – we will definitely be back! If you love authentic Italian cuisine, this is the place for you.

It starts with the reception and the nice greeting outside and inside I'm simply at a loss for words because the best thing was the rump steak, which wasn't that expensive in terms of price-performance ratio and tasted great and after that I thought you couldn't top that and then you can also have the tiramisu and the pannacotta and I'll just say 3 words to you WOW Really recommended and my favorite restaurant until next time LG

Pleasant restaurant, decoration and atmosphere is good. Pleasant service. We asked to change tables to avoid a draft and this was not a problem. The pizzas were good and plentiful. Very good Italian wine. Tiramisu deserves just a little more amareto.

good atmosphere Excellent service. Very tasty food and large portions. They have cool cocktails - I ordered one without alcohol and it was very successful. The food price is similar to Israel, the cocktails are 30% cheaper than Israel.

Food came pretty quickly. Gnocci nice and airy, but a bit boring in taste. But a great amount!! Ravioli delicious and lots of them too. Appropriate amount of Parmesan. 4 stars. Ice cream isn't that great for a factory. Vanilla flavor could be more intense. Strawberry cup contains a maximum of 4-5 strawberries. Definitely not enough. Then maybe the ice cream parlor on the side if you feel like it ;-) Espresso and latte both very tasty and strong/intense. Service ok, typically Italian.

(Unfortunately) despite a reservation, we didn't get a really clean table (dirty tablecloths), the room was very warm and stuffy, and the large window was only opened after several requests. The service was, let's say, always attentive. For this location + service and unfortunately only mediocre food, far too expensive. Too bad

Very tasty pasta, we ordered carbonara, the portion was large, the price tag was reasonable for the city center. Definitely recommend!!!

The food was delicious, but unfortunately there were very long waiting times - both for the service and for the food. We even had to request the bill again after waiting about 10 minutes; would apparently be forgotten. Unfortunately, the card payment didn't work on the day of the visit. Unfortunately, this is a common experience in Berlin restaurants. I don't know whether that's basically the case here or, as claimed, it just didn't work that day. The fact is that it was not offered and I find that unfavorable from the customer's perspective. Attention: The nearest ATM charges horrendous fees (read reviews beforehand, it only has 1 out of 5 stars - luckily you've been warned). Location of the restaurant is nice. We sat outside and spontaneously got a seat at lunchtime.

I had the Penne Filletto di Manzo and I have never had such a delicious pasta dish. You could tell that the ingredients were of high quality. The staff was really friendly and gave us very good advice when choosing dishes. The carpaccio is also very delicious.

The atmosphere was nice, the food was so-so. We had a pizza and pasta carbonara. Definitely not the best we’ve had but just ok. The deck outside was annoying since you can feel the footsteps of the waiters moving around.

The view is nice, it is centrally located, we waited forever for everything, drinks, food, and numbers If you wanted something you had to actively go into the next room and look for someone, which was a shame. Then our order got lost. The food wasn't good but not bad either, well

I have never eaten such delicious pasta (arrabiata). Unfortunately, the smell of meat in the middle area is so disgusting that you want to walk again. If you get used to the smell, the food tastes really good.

We spontaneously stopped by this restaurant today. It was quite busy and yet the service was really great, the food came very quickly and tasted great! We particularly liked the service. We'd love to come back.

We wanted something to eat straight after bowling and were treated to a delicious tomato soup and pizza. The Pina Colada was also very tasty.

I've eaten there several times and enjoyed it. The pizza is generally very good and large. This time I had lasagna, which was also delicious. This time, I have to deduct something for the service. There was quite a bit of commotion; presumably, they were training new staff, and the stress level was higher due to larger groups in the back room. Therefore, the feel-good factor wasn't as high this time. The idea was that the guest should hear as little as possible, or even nothing at all, from reprimands from the staff.

Highly recommended! I was here with two friends, and the waitress was extremely friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Even without a reservation, we got a table, and the service was really fast. The prices were also very reasonable. Really, really good!

We bought tomato soup, foccacia bread, lasagna bolognese for our son, and spaghetti bolognese for our daughter. We also got buffalo caprese. All were great.

I thought the caprese was really tasty. Very ingenious together with the fresh, still warm bread. Cozy armchair bench in the back.

Good restaurant and very fresh food, the only flaw was the service was too cold, the girl seemed fed up while she was serving us, maybe she had an argument with my boyfriend, but a little smile doesn't make anything happen and "Free".

Pizza had very soggy crust and put me in the bathroom the rest of the evening. Overall atmosphere and service was postive.

Very good restaurant serving antipasto, pastas, and pizzas, at the base of the TV tower near Alexander Platz. Pretty large restaurant with semi-covered outdoor seating as well, but we visited in March and went inside. Service was quick and with a smile. We shared a fantastic 'antipasto' dish, an appetizer collection of lovely meat and vegetables, such as artichokes, beans, carrots, and olives. Our salmon fettuchine and seafood pizzas were also very good. For dessert we shared a light panna cotta with fruit. Large selection of wines and spirits. Highly recommended. We walked in on a Wednesday evening without reservations, around 18:30 and there were several tables available.

Unfortunately very unfriendly and annoyed staff. You won't find nice words or smiles here. Our neighboring table was harshly reprimanded. Food is OK, but was rather cold. However, I have to mention as a positive thing that we were able to get a table for a larger group at very short notice.

We were there spontaneously on Saturday evening yesterday and got a table without a reservation. The waiter was super friendly, had a great sense of humor and you could tell that he was passionate about his job, which is no longer a given today. The food was good. We had pizza salami, pizza tuna and a steak with potatoes and vegetables. There were three beers and everything tasted great. Of course you also pay for the location here, but we were aware of that beforehand. Overall, a really successful evening with good food, nice service and a relaxed atmosphere. It was just very warm there, which should certainly be adjusted.

Super lecker das Essen. Bestellung war innerhalb von nicht mal 10 min da. Portion war auch sehr ausreichend obwohl das bei mir persönlich immer sehr schwierig ist. Messer könnten bisschen schärfer sein aber sonst alles Tipp top.

Lovely restaurant. The waiter was so attentive and kind, we really appreciated him talking to us in English! The food is a little pricey but it is so worth it, it felt like value for money, it was absolutely delicious. Husband and I shared a spicy pizza which was gorgeous, son had Bolognese (I wish I hadn't been as full as I would have liked to have eaten his leftovers!), and our daughter had a 'children's sized pizza' which was as large as ours 😅 It had bunny ears which she liked. I would recommend this place. Also good for allergies, they have a system so you can read easily what allergens are in each dish, and the waiter helped us with that too.

A piece of Italy in the heart of Berlin! The Piazza Rossa is an absolute highlight for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine. The location on Alexanderplatz is perfect, and as soon as you enter you feel like you are in a cozy restaurant in Rome or Florence. The food is simply outstanding! The pasta is homemade, the pizza has a thin, crispy base, and the ingredients are fresh and high quality. Particularly recommended is the Parma pizza with fresh rocket and Parma ham – a delight! The seafood pizza with shrimp, mussels and squid was fresh and aromatic, and the combination with the spicy tomato sauce and the melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella was just perfect. The quality of the ingredients is particularly noteworthy. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, as if it came straight from the Mediterranean. Add a glass of well-chilled white wine – and the evening was perfect! The service is friendly, attentive and always good for a recommendation. Despite the central location, the prices are fair and the portions are generous. The ambience is stylish and cozy, ideal for a romantic dinner or a relaxed evening with friends. I can fully recommend Piazza Rossa and am already looking forward to my next visit!

My wife and I decided to enter Piazza Rossa, located in Alexanderplatz Square, completely by chance. While trying to order, with the help of my friendly and caring brother Erhan, who works at the bar of the restaurant, We ordered seafood pizza and Raviolli. The orders were ready when we went to the sink, washed our hands and left. Yes, the most delicious seafood pizza I have ever eaten in such a short time was served immediately with thin dough and grated parmesan cheese on Raviolli. Long story short, Piazza Rossa, which we came to by chance, is a place we would definitely recommend. We will come here more often and hopefully we will meet you too.

The food was heavenly. Really very tasty!!! The service still leaves something to be desired. (18 minutes waiting time) Great view of the Red Town Hall! Unfortunately the prices are very high!!!

I would not recommend this restaurant. Food is fine, but server is very rude just because I have not given any tip. It is not compulsory to give tip in germany but its a good gesture. He said, “ I should eat at Mcdonalds next time and not come here” this is beyond my understanding.

A very nice restaurant on Alexanderplatz. You can get here quickly on foot from the subway. The food was rich and very tasty! But the service was even better. We were a group of over 20 women and our waiter was very attentive, friendly and knew exactly which lady had ordered what. Top! The toilets are clean and well maintained! Very nice and recommended restaurant.

I have to say that I find it very rude when you are not allowed into the restaurant wearing normal clothes and are told that the restaurant is full even though you saw that almost everything was free. A person is a person no matter what kind of clothes they wear.

We don't go to Berlin often, but we're repeat visitors here 😋🍕 The pizzas are the size of a plate... Nice thin base... Tasty crust that isn't black. As before, our waitress was very nice (man with shaved hair and a small braid). Waiting time? Not worth mentioning. It goes very quickly, even though it was quite crowded at 3 p.m. We will definitely be there again next time we visit the capital. My recommendation!

We were going to go in for dinner, but we finally gave up due to the absolute terrible manners of the two people who served us.

Recibido por un caballero inteligente, amable y profesional que nos cuidó durante toda la comida. Pedimos una pizza cada uno, un salami y uno que no recuerdo el nombre exacto, pero tenía chiles! Eran de primera. Masivo y muy sabroso, no podía faltarles. Precios razonables para el centro si Berlín. Excelente todo el día, me sentí mal porque solo podía dejar una propina de unos euros ya que no nos quedaba dinero en efectivo. Gracias a la dirección, chefs y personal para una gran última comida en la ciudad.

Called in here on a Monday afternoon whilst waiting to go back to the airport and it was fantastic. Ignore the bad reviews! Greeted by a smart, friendly and professional gent who looked after us throughout the meal. We ordered a pizza each, a salami and one I can't remember the exact name but it had chillies on! They were top notch. Massive and very tasty, couldn't fault them. Reasonable prices for the centre if Berlin. Excellent all round, felt bad because I could only leave a few euro tip as we had no cash left. Thanks to management, chefs and staff for a great last meal in the city.
