Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to give you my feedback on the dish "Spaghetti Parmigiano e Tartufo from the Parmesan wheel with two beef medallions" that I ordered from your restaurant on [date]. Unfortunately, the beef medallions were overcooked and tough, which was very disappointing. The spaghetti was al dente, but the taste of the dish was nothing special despite the truffle oil and the grated truffle pieces. The monotonous cheese taste of the cheese body (Grana Padano) predominated. Furthermore, when the dish came to the table, it was rather bland and I had to add a lot of seasoning. The starter was bruschetta, which tasted okay. It uses a lot of garlic and onions, which I personally really like. However, the bread was too crusty for me, so it was virtually impossible to eat the slices of bread with the cutlery. I hope you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary measures to improve the quality of your food. Best regards

The waiter cheated us - he charged us thermis, although we didn't order it. We only noticed it when we got home. And they brought us the bill after we had paid. And it's very cramped there. That's why we'll never go there again

Every year when we come to Berlin we stop there. Everyone was very, very friendly. The food is great and very filling. For me, this Italian restaurant is one of my favorites. No ifs or buts. Grazie, we will definitely be back next year.

The food and wine were delicious, but unfortunately the espresso was very bitter and only lukewarm. And if you order a large water you get a bottle of water. I don't know that. The service was also not really courteous or well trained. For example, at the beginning the waiter came to the table and wanted to take the order, even though we were obviously still deciding what we wanted to eat. That alone wasn't bad. But in addition, even though there were hardly any guests there, we sat for a long time in front of empty glasses and had to loudly draw attention to ourselves. My partner paid and the waiter said the amount out loud. You don't actually do that either, you just put the bill down or show the amount on the device. When he asked if everything was good, I replied: "Everything was great except for the service!" Either he didn't understand me or he didn't care, because he replied: "Very nice!" So it's all just small things, but overall not good service.

Servers were nice when they're there, they're dressed nice, and the ambiance was pretty nice. Service itself was very slow, it's a very slow restaurant, you'll sit here for hours. Food itself was good, decent, fresh, al dente pastas and piping hot. Glass of vino were poured fairly, and their merlot was on the tart side, not full bodied. Everything was just enough flavor... so, for me, not enough. Fresh pepper and fresh grated parmesan weren't offered with pastas. If you need something that's comforting, not too much flavor, that can settle the belly, this may be the place for you if you have at least 2-3 hours to sit down. It was nice to get olives and fresh, good bread after you sit down.

This could actually be a pretty good Italian restaurant, but the portion sizes, especially for the pasta, are extremely different - and this happens repeatedly. The waitresses deny this, even if a blind man with a cane sees that the portion of the same dish at the next table was easily half as generous. Once my companion had a lasagna that after 5(!) spoons only consisted of tomato sauce. At the next table there was a normal portion, easily twice as large. That doesn't work at all. And no, dear Nuovo Firenze team: I didn't have lunch at 7 p.m. while the dinner menu was being eaten next door. The answer is an absolute disgrace.

They were placed on the outer corner of the house and then unfortunately consistently ignored, even though there were very few customers in the early afternoon. We only noticed when we left after a long wait, unfortunately too late. I can't judge food. Regarding your answer: yes, that was exactly yours!

A beautiful place, fantastic service and very good food. The cuisine looks authentic and the pizza tasted very good.

The food was ok but not meeting the expectations of Italian kitchen. The bruschetta and mozarella tomato are quite large as appetizers but somehow need a bit more kick. The tiramisu did not have the amaretto taste. The service was very kind and good but my expectations were higher for an Italian restaurant at this location.

There were four of us in the restaurant, which is stylishly designed. From the daily menu I ordered pasta Parmigiano tartufo with beef fillet. The meat was very tender and the meal was a pleasure. The dessert affogato al caffè was also excellent.

Excellent staff! Good food but lack of space

Lively Italian restaurant in Berlin - Mitte on the bustling Invalidenstrasse. Although it's no longer authentically Italian like it was at the opening, it's still well done and motivated. The food is rich and delicious. The drinks come quickly. The white wine was good, but could have been a few degrees colder. The service is friendly and if necessary (surprise additional guests) the table is spontaneously expanded, cheerfully, easily and without bitching. Unfortunately, this is not a given in Germany. And all at a fair price. Thank you for a nice evening like in the south.

Good Italian Ristorante and probably the best pizza in Berlin.

Nice Italian restaurant on Invalidenstrasse with a lot of customer support, which reflects the quality of the restaurant. There is also an inexpensive lunch menu. A reservation is worth it.

Our group (9 people) ate their way across the map. All very convincing. The appetizer platters served with every antipasti imaginable are particularly impressive. Attentive and prompt service. Price/performance OK Clear recommendation, but not without reservation.

A really good restaurant with real Italian cuisine. The pizza base is typically Italian. The spagetti frutti di mare was very tasty. The ingredients are very fresh and the staff is extremely accommodating. Any time again, highly recommended.

Cozy place both outside and inside

We were there with the children. The food was super tasty and the service was really top. The kids also thought it was great because the waiter joked with them. At the end we had a limoncello and a grappa and a lollipop for the little ones 🍭. All in all a great relaxing evening.

We went for lunch, so it was not so full and we had a nice service. They were really quick and always ready to serve us. The food was really good! It was really good Italian food, Even the tiramisu was really tasty. We had pasta and meat, both delicious. The atmosphere is also nice, with the small lights on each tables making the table more cozy. I really appreciated the set up of the table with a proper tablecloth, making it feeling more like home

We chose the restaurant because of the ambience and location. What can I say :-) Employees are Albanians who speak Italian, but that's not atypical in Berlin. Food was ok, but if you get a non-carbonated drink that should contain carbon dioxide and you complain about it in a friendly way and they say that that's not true, that's not necessarily customer-friendly. We had tagiatelle al pollo and spaghetti carbonara. They tried to clear away my wife's food three times even though she was still eating. The food was too greasy and the bread tasted like nothing. The dessert was super delicious… luckily the selection is so big in Berlin that we can try other restaurants.

It was absolutely great. We certainly weren't the easiest guests. But even a change in order was accepted very casually and said "we'll make it clear, it's not an issue at all" So if you want a good Italian meal, go there!!!

There are no spoons for the spaghetti, please. I didn't have a napkin until the end of the meal. The waitress was busy with herself. The bruschetta was swimming in oil

Friendly service, classic Italian

Food looked very tasty. Unfortunately, my lasagne was cold in some places. I know how it can burn your mouth, unfortunately it wasn't such a shame. And very small., Salad was also delicious, but not enough for the price (7. 50€).You can also get bruschetta.It was something different.Pizza is very big from what I've seen. Otherwise it was great there. At first we were alone and by late evening it was full.

Brilliant place, nice Italian atmosphere, family style place. The food, homemade pasta, truffles, parmesan and beef, delicious. Gamberon world championship Delicious desserts. I recommend a mandatory visit

Good food and very cozy place for dinner. We ordered Pasta in cream sauce, Pizza vegetariana. Tiramisu could have been better but Vanilla ice cream with Amaretto was good. Overall a nice place for a cozy dinner in winter and of course the staff were very warm and friendly.

I had dinner at this Italian restaurant with my guests today and can only say it was super delicious. Everyone enjoyed it very much and I would highly recommend it. The tables have great white tablecloths and ornate napkins

Great restaurant with excellent food and service

We spontaneously got a place here on New Year's Eve without a reservation, there were two 3-course menus to choose from, we got a nice table, were greeted very friendly, the service was great and we liked the whole atmosphere, the food It tasted really good and we had a nice evening. I can fully recommend the restaurant and we would be happy to come back on our next visit.

You don't need to add a lot of leaves to flavor the dishes, two browned ones in butter are enough to flavor the dish When we talk about scallops, we mean a thin slice of veal floured and dipped in melted butter and then flavored to taste Good wine and excellent service, a big 10 to Carlo for his availability and professionalism Come on guys... improve to truly represent Italian cuisine. Dieses Restaurant ist kein Italiener. Wir wurden an ein Tisch gesetzt, direkt am Eingang, obwohl alles frei war. Es hieß es sei alles reserviert, aber es kam nicht ein Gast in 1.30h. Das essen war unterirdisch und jedes mal, wenn wir was bestellen wollten, kam ein dummer Kommentar zurück. Es wurde auf einer anderen Sprache gesprochen und offensichtlich, haben sie mehrere male dinge über uns gesagt und im Kollektiv gelacht. Dieser Ort ist eine absolute Katastrophe und ich war kurz davor, ein Ding draus zu machen. Wahrscheinlich hat das Restaurant auch einen anderen Hintergrund. Gutes Essen und gutes Service ist es auf jeden fall nicht. Schrecklich.

Sehr gutes Essen, nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Bei schönem Wetter kann man draußen sitzen - es ist dann nur ein wenig Geräuschkulisse von der Invalidenstraße in Kauf zu nehmen.

Wir waren kurz nach der Siesta im Restaurant. Die Bestellungen haben etwas gedauert, aber es hat sich gelohnt, alles ist liebevoll zubereitet und lecker. Drei Erwachsene und ein Kind haben sich für 80 Euro inklusive mehrerer alkoholischer Drinks (kleine B-Day-Feier) komplett satt gegessen. Passt!

Sehr nette und familiäre Atmosphäre, gutes Essen und sehr angemessene Preise. Mittlerweile gehört ein Besuch immer dazu, wenn wir vor Ort sind.

The Spagetti Carbonara is ok. It didn't have any salt or pepper and its not made with Guanciale just ham I think. The service was fine and the outside seating is comfortable. It wasn't very expensive, but I don't think I'd go back.

Anscheinend habe ich hier vor 6 Jahren die erste Rezension geschrieben und eigentlich kann ich mich nur wiederholen 😃👍 Im Laufe der Jahre öfter hier gewesen und immer sehr zufrieden, einfach empfehlenswert 👍

Seit dieses Restaurant eröffnet hat sind meine Familie und ich dort Stammkunden. Authentischer Familienbetrieb mit guter Küche und tollem Service. Mein Lieblingsgericht findet sich meist auf der Tageskarte, wo sich übrigens immer ein Blick darauf lohnt. Ich empfehle die Tagliatelle parmigiano mit Trüffel und Rindermedallions. Ein unschlagbar gutes Gericht, kommt dazu noch mit kleiner Showeinlage, wenn die Pasta im ganzen Parmesanleib geschwungen wird. Beeindruckte bisher alle, die uns hierher begleitet haben. Die Vorspeisen sind m.M.n einem Dessert vorzuziehen, trotzdem ist das Tiramisu auch empfehlenswert und wird von mir selten ausgelassen. Telefonisch sollte man lieber einen Tisch vorab reservieren und sich einfach mal Zeit nehmen. Genießen Sie den Service, die Weinauswahl, das Essen und ja, die Preise sind für den Wareneinsatz und deren Qualität durchaus berechtigt. Milo Grazie an ganze Team bzw. Schlechte Lebensmittelqualität, durchschnittliche Kochkunst. Vermutlich nett gemeint gab es einen Gruß aus der Küche vorweg. Leider war das, wir vermuten es soll Bruschetta gewesen sein, kalt labbrig und alles andere als erfrischend - vermutlich schon einige Zeit vorher für den Abend vorbereitet. Die bestellte Pizza war in Ordnung, nichts sonderlich besonderes, dem Preis angemessen. Als Tagesessen gab es unter anderem Auberginenauflauf. Dieser war, naja sagen wir mal so: eine mittlere Katastrophe. Es waren im Prinzip, ein paar Auberginenscheiben mit einer sauren Tomatensoße und verbranntem Parmesan. Die Portionsgrösse dieses Gerichtes war schlicht und ergreifend frech. Die Weinkarte war in Ordnung, in unseren Augen etwas zu hochpreisig und nicht mit dem Speisenangebot stimmig. Service hingegen war bei uns top. Leider zu eng bestuhlt, kleine Tische. Wer eine Standard Küche mit italienischem Flair sucht, ist hier sicher gut aufgehoben. Für eine kulinarische Reise nach Italien ist man hier sicher an der falschen Adresse.

The pizza was really really good, they even gave us a Bruschetta as an appetizer. The waiters are really nice and they try to incarnate the essence of Italian stereotypes. They will talk to you saying words in Italian or small sentences, but I'm not sure all the waiters are Italian since the accent was a bit too forced. I'm pretty sure that the chef and owner are italian though because the pizza and the place looks like the Italian traditional one

Grandioses Essen zu entsprechenden Preisen. Die Location ist semi gut gelegen direkt an der Hauptstraße, allerdings wird das beste daraus gemacht. Das Essen brauchte etwas länger. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat uns zur Überbrückung mit dem besten Brosciotto versorgt, das ich seid langem gegessen habe.

Schönes, klassisches Restaurant in einer doch sehr hippen Gegend. Solides Handwerk in der Küche und aufmerksame Kellner verbinden sich zu einem garantiert gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Went pretty early in the evening, had the argentinian steak. Good size, sides were great, the steak itself could have used more salt/been a bit more encrusted on the outside, but I am used to American ones. Price was surprisingly good. Also note that you can buy wine for takeout here!

so ein schönes Restaurant! Abseits der plattgetrampelten Touristenpfade… meine Empfehlung: die hausgemachte Lasagne (Vorsicht: Hohe Suchtgefahr 😉).

Top Essen und ein großartiger Service. Es gab sogar eine Scheibe Bruschetta vorweg aufs Haus sowie einen Espresso am Ende ❤️👍🏻. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Berlin sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder vorbei.

Ein tolles Restaurant mit vielen leckeren Speisen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hatten immer ein nettes Wort. Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert.

Wir waren zu viert und haben erstmal über halbe Stunde gewartet bis wie überhaupt die Karte bekommen haben Danach dürften wir nochmal ne halbe Stunde warten und keiner ist gekommen bis wir gesagt haben, dass wir gehen Ich der Zeit würden aber andere Gäste bedient Das Personal ist sehr unhöflich! Ich hatte das Gefühl wir würden nicht respektiert nur, weil wir deutlich jünger waren als andere Nicht zum empfehlen!
