Great restaurant, the staff are all polite and attentive, we celebrated my mom's birthday here, the food was great and the little show was really great and I can only recommend it

My personal favorite among the restaurants - always a real highlight! Thank you for the great food from the extremely committed chef and the very attentive and competent service from a super mixed team of dynamic young to very experienced waiters, all in a feel-good atmosphere to enjoy at the bar (!)! Even the drive from the city center past the Botanical Garden to Obermenzing is worth it, we promise!

Our dishes of grilled scampi and a sea bream each with vegetables and potatoes and then a dolce variety plate were wonderful. The choice of wine was also very good. We were also very impressed with the service. Conclusion: We'll be back

Don't eat the pumpkin risotto. It tastes really terrible.

Heartburn for hours after pizza...it was similar to a ready-made pizza 😩

Anyone who calls themselves an “Italian” must also offer a real wood-fired pizza. However, when I get a pizza with a frozen crust for €15, I can only shake my head. The edge and base tasted like a Dr. Oetker from our own oven. Lasagna wasn't anything special either, as was the fish for just under €30. The best taste was the Vitello Tonnato. But your pizzas are ridiculous. You can see when the waiters come out of the kitchen with the pizza - it's a good way to hide the fact that it's not fresh. Was definitely the last visit here.

We made a reservation here to celebrate something with the family after our civil wedding When we arrived at lunchtime, a beautifully laid table was waiting for us without us asking and a very friendly waiter who welcomed and congratulated us. These small gestures alone are something that we were very happy about All I can really say is that we were completely satisfied from start to finish and were able to really enjoy the whole day The food was very good as was the service We can really only say thank you to the entire Menzingers team for accompanying us on this special day with food and drinks

Had our post-wedding meal there. Very tasty, staff courteous Update: After almost four years, a lot has happened - unfortunately for the worse. Pizza for €12 was ok. Homemade, good pizza, but still at a high price and a bit too small. But now the biggie: pizza for €17 (!) lukewarm, parma ham simply placed on top and baked, rocket and parmesan completely forgotten. You call and a box of arugula and parmesan is delivered 30 minutes after delivery. The pizza was long cold. I would have had them returned to the restaurant - we would definitely have expected fresh ones upon delivery. For 31€ (because delivery fee even though it was just 1km away) that was actually a disgrace. Everyone can forget something sometimes because there's a lot going on or whatever. But then you expect to be treated appropriately for this price if you make a mistake like that. I don't know if there's been a change in the last few months or years, but based on the reviews you can tell that the quality has definitely declined.

The pizza is nothing special. Not very big either. Unfortunately, the board with the daily specials was only brought to the regular guests and not. We're not coming anymore.

Decent Italian food, good portions, prices ok.

Location and beer garden: very nice Orders were not taken correctly and we were given to understand that we had ordered it that way. Cola instead of Spezi, two bottles of San Pellegrino instead of two glasses of water, large drink instead of small. We had to go in to order more drinks because the waiter consistently ignored us. (6-person table) 4 out of 4 pizzas were totally over salted whereas the lasagna desperately needed salt. Unfortunately there was none at the table. With 4 pieces of bruschetta for €12, the taste is surprisingly bland. In other words: nice ambience with significantly higher prices and at the same time poor service! Probably won't go there again.

Everything was beyond perfect. I want to say an extra thank you - mulțumesc to our waiters for taking such great care of us. We will come back

Unfortunately, the food is pretty average for the quality and the service, just like at the “sister restaurant” Corretto, is simply bad.

I love the pasta alla marinara, but the other dishes are fantastic too. Pizza didn't really impress me. But the main courses are varied and excellently seasoned. Some of the staff seem a bit snooty, but they are still friendly.

The pizzas were more of the quality of a ready-made pizza. The service wasn't particularly nice either. The pasta dishes were tasty, but not much.

Interest was sparked by the good reviews, but we were very disappointed with the pizzas. These correspond more to the quality of a simple delivery service and not to the quality of an Italian kitchen. Price performance FOR PIZZA not justified. The waiters' motivation left a lot to be desired.

I was back at Menzingers after a long time. And come back more often now! The food is wonderful - the pasta al dente and the sauces heavenly. Sitting in the garden is relaxing and the unobtrusive service is soothing.

We are regulars at Menzingers. Firstly because of the good food and secondly because of the friendly, relaxed service. The restaurant offers various lunch menus, a daily menu and a standard menu. Only the pizza doesn't suit my taste, but Menzingers doesn't want to be a pizzeria at all. The kitchen's strengths lie in fish, meat and pasta. There are also good wines. In summer it's wonderful to sit outside. Either under the generously sized awning, or if you like it sunny, take a seat in the back of the garden. Currently my favorite restaurant in the Rieder Group.

Food good to very good. Meat dishes are priced higher. The “savings menu” at €49.00 is reasonable. (unfortunately the duck breast was tough even though it was fried pink) Service 5 stars. We will try pizza and pasta next time.

I have visited this restaurant several times and can only give it top marks! The four-course menu, a ten-day event, was at its best: a feast for the taste buds and the eyes! The chef has it all! The waitresses are also very courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, the awning on the outside darkens the interior and the tables are a bit close together.

Da ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen auf tierische Produkte verzichten muss, habe ich eine Pizza mit Gemüse ohne Käse bestellt. Vorweg einen gemischten Salat mit italienischem Dressing. Der Kellner war sehr bemüht und der Salat war ok. Das Brot dazu war sehr gut und knusprig frisch. Aber als die Pizza kam war ich geschockt. Ein Fertigteig, offensichtlich in einer Form gebacken (nicht knusprig, sondern schlapprig weich, mit Tomatensosse und lieblosen, an einer Hand abzählbaren Stücken von Paprika, Zucchini und Aubergine belegt. Und diese „Pizza“ kostete 14.- Euro! Wir kommen aus der Schweiz, da sind wir hohe Preise gewohnt. Aber für einen solchen Preis, sollte man auch die entsprechende Qualität bieten. Mein Partner hatte noch ein Tiramisu als Nachtisch, die Portion war sehr gross und anscheinend ok. Mir war nach der Pizza nicht mehr nach einer weiteren kulinarischen Erfahrung.

I've been there once so far to pick up - great, cozy and clean place - and I had food delivered once - fast, friendly and the “gourmet” pizza was incredibly good. Finally a really spicy pizza and the eggplant is a great contrast. Thank you😄

Great ambience. Fantastic food. The service was very commendable. Sebastian and Guiseppe do a great job. Price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. We feel very comfortable here and are always happy to come back.

Very good, large menu including wine selection, upscale ambience. Our three-course meal with drinks and tip for two people: 2022: €100. In 2023 for three then €110. 2024: €125, but with a child, but two courses and cheaper dishes for me so that I can still pay for my wife. All without tips, of course. Always friendly waiters. Become rare. We'll be back, especially in summer. Very quiet location. My wife always wants to come. Not me. It's just expensive. PS: The chef can cook spicy dishes. For four stars it is still enough due to the larger portions (especially the boxed dessert) and the high wine prices and the price level in general. But rich people give five stars per se. One can assume that. I'm just an upstart, my criticisms are non-existent for the real money aristocracy.

Very good Italian restaurant in the upper category with very friendly staff

I was able to get to know this restaurant in the west of Munich for a spontaneous pre-Christmas dinner with friends. It was worth it. Excellent pizzas were served quickly and friendly. The ambience, pleasantly dark, cozy, with stylish decoration and quiet, contributed to a successful evening. Pleasant crowd, parking spaces in front of the house.

Für guten Qualität müssen wir überall Geld ausgeben, auch im Restaurant🤷‍♀️ Weiter so!! Einfach zum empfehlen! Top👍

Чудовий ресторан з смачною їжею та красивим садом. Проте, потрібно бути готовим до того, що ввечері з каштанів можуть злітати таргани… нехай вони не зіпсують ваш хороший настрій та приємну атмосферу яку створює персонал P.S. Доречі, як виявляється, літаючі таргани в Німеччині це норма, їх місцеві сприймають зовсім ок.

Vrlo dobar talijanski restoran hrana je bila dobra , usluga je bila odlična i na preporuku smo uzeli jela. Sve u svemu bilo dost dobro🙂.

Die Pizza war wirklich nicht gut. Vielleicht bin ich verwöhnt von den Pizzen in Südtirol, Sizilien usw. Aber diese war wie Gummi. Hier sollte nachgeschult werden.

Keine Beilagen. Instant Desserts. Bescheidene Weinkarte. Preis / Leistung ? Vermutlich besser nur für Pizza geeignet. Service aufmerksam. Ambiente cool modern. Schade, war im Sommer viel besser !

Vorab ist zu sagen, dass das Essen wirklich sehr gut war. Der Service ließ allerdings mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Erst einmal wurde unsere Reservierung nicht gefunden, die wir extra zwei Tage zuvor persönlich vor Ort vereinbart hatten. Es wurde zwar eine Lösung gefunden, aber die Reaktion des Personals war das Gegenteil von freundlich. Allgemein wirkte der Kellner eher genervt. Ein Lächeln hätte viel retten können. Die Rechnung wirde uns nach dem essen ungefragt auf den tisch gelegt. Eigentlich hätten wir gerne noch etwas bestellt. So leider nicht mehr. Bei einer doch sehr hohen Summe der Rechnung(wir waren 6 Leute) hätten wir uns über einen Espresso oder Schnaps aufs Haus sehr gefreut. So ist man dies zumindest von anderen Häusern gewohnt. Wie gesagt, gegen das Essen an sich ist nichts auszusetzen. Der Rest hat es geschafft dass wir da nicht mehr hin gehen werden

Das Ambiente schön, der Kellner überfordert und die Pizza hätte auch von Oetker sein können. Klein, Boden zu hart und geschmacklos. Schade!

Sehr schöner Biergarten. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Wir hatten das Mittagsmenü. Sehr schmackhaft und der Preis war absolut in Ordnung. Parkplätze sind auch direkt vor dem Lokal. Meine Tante und ich waren rundum zufrieden.

ITALIAN restaurant. Went for a couples night out. Aperitiv and starters were excellent (vitello tonnato, bresaola, salmon carpaccio). Also enjoyed the mains and desserts (risotto, pasta, tiramisu, panna cotta, pistachio tarte (recommend!!)) I had better pizza to be honest, but the rest is very good. Service was very good, too. Engaging waiter, jokes on the side and overall comfortable feeling. We were seated outside at the far end. Lighting at night was very nice.

Wir waren am Sonntag Abend den 6. 8. Dort. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön. Schön eingedeckte Tische. Das Personal die Ober waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr schnell bedient. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
