Unfortunately the reception was unfriendly. Due to a lack of alternatives, we went to this restaurant. Not all dishes on the menu were available. The composition of the individual components did not fit together well, which created an unpleasant taste. In addition, the food was too salty. The opening times stated were incorrect and we were basically thrown out without having finished eating or drinking because they now want to close, and we were not informed about it. At 9:20 p.m. we were escorted out. Very unfortunate. Unfortunately only 1 star due to this experience.

We were there and the food is to die for. A top price-performance ratio 🥇 we had a starter, main course, a few drinks and a heavenly dessert for around €70. The only drawback is that the conditions could have been a little friendlier and more motivated

This restaurant doesn't seem to want to make any money. We wanted to reserve a table for 11 people for the first week of January. That's why I called such a large group back in November. On the one hand, the gentleman was very unfriendly and said succinctly that they don't have a "book" (calendar) for next year yet, so we should ask again in December. Then he hung up straight away. Very unprofessional in my opinion. So we go to another restaurant.

We spontaneously went to eat here and ordered Insalata mista, Pizza Hawaii and Pizza funghi. Unfortunately, the service was unmotivated and took our order without greeting us. Food came quickly. Salad was tasty, fresh and plentiful. The pizzas were standard, crispy and tasted okay. Nothing overwhelming. After dinner we had to wait quite a long time as there wasn't much going on.

We always go to Da Vinci when we are in SPO. Fast and friendly service and delicious food!

The food is really good. The service, however, is subpar! We waited outside for a free table in the restaurant, but other guests without reservations were preferred to us. An absolute no go! The waiters have zero empathy. The boss only comes to collect money without a receipt!? They won't see us again.

Tried to reserve a table at lunchtime! Apparently that wasn't necessary! Even when we asked to reserve the table anyway, we were appeased. No free table in the evening! Great service!!! After waiting for five minutes, which ended up being a quarter of an hour, we got a table in the passage. Wasn't an option for us!

We went here for dinner with our daughter and grandchildren. The food was good, unfortunately the portions were very small and since when have pasta dishes been served on slate plates? Strangely, I didn't find any pictures here that showed anything like that.

A recommended ristorante with a good range of food, tasty and fresh, unfortunately the ambience seems to be a bit outdated. However, the crew is a bit overwhelmed when there is a lot of traffic - which is often the case.

Cramped, loud, service sometimes boring and unwelcoming. Pizzas taste good, pasta dishes haven't been tried. We wanted to make a reservation because we were traveling with a dog. That was rejected, we should just come over. We were then seated in the narrowest corner as the tables next door were reserved! Amazing, who gets the one table reserved? The couple next to us weren't allowed to make a reservation either, but they were traveling without a dog.

Despite reservations, we couldn't get a seat in the restaurant and were seated in the ice cream parlor area. The atmosphere there was not like any dinner. The door was open the whole time and there was a terrible draft. When asked about this, the waiter just shrugged his shoulders. We were harassed to finally order. The starters and the pasta were delicious, but the fried mushrooms were completely missing from the rather expensive salad. We were disappointed with the service and felt unwelcome. It's a shame, the food was okay

Very quick, very tasty, good service

We ate there on two evenings. On the first evening we were sent to the iced coffee shop next door, there was no more room in the restaurant. Unfortunately very uncomfortable for a cozy, delicious dinner. The pasta dish was very tasty and they forgot the salt on the fries. Unfortunately there were no pepper/salt shakers to be found in the iced coffee. On the second evening we were seated in the passageway, in front of the counter, where the staff constantly had to pass. Pure disappointment, the meat from the children's schnitzel was only 3 mm thick, more breading than meat, unbelievable. And the beef carpaccio was still frozen, also a disappointment. But this time there were least spices on the table.

Now it's been a week and I'm still annoyed about the way the service and food was. We were urged to order quickly! The spaghetti with shrimp - the shrimp was okay, the rest was forgettable. Our table neighbor felt the same way! The tuna pizza was ordered with lots of onions - came to the table without onions. We pointed this out, the pizza was spiced up with two handfuls of onions and put back into the pizza oven!!!!!! Accordingly, it was dry and hard, and the onions were still half raw!!!!! Four years ago you could eat really well here and the service was great. It's done, we found a great Italian replacement!!!!!!!

We were there with 8 people without a reservation. Even though the restaurant was full, we were still able to get seats. The service was attentive and quick. The food was tasty and sufficient. We would be happy to come back 😊

The restaurant, which is well located from the outside, is beautiful at first glance. The interior decoration is also very inviting. The portions are large and beautifully presented. However, they leave a lot to be desired in terms of quality. The service gives the impression that it is not welcome. The price is around €30 per person with a drink.

According to inquiries, the map and the homepage, the pizzaria is open until 10 p.m. At 9:10 p.m. I was laughed at when I wanted to order something to go. I find it cheeky.

A farce for Italian hospitality. Pizza Margherita without basil... When I asked, the junior chef told me that I had to ask if I wanted basil, that's normal here. If I have a ham pizza, should I also ask for the ham? A Margherita ONLY requires three ingredients, here apparently only two and costs €13?!! A rip-off that is second to none. This pizza can't be called Margherita, that's it. The Aperil Spritz was also served without ice or anything. No friendliness, no attention to the customer. The “junior chef” just stands around and collects while the others run and serve. Of course, the junior also gets a tip and I very much doubt whether he will pass it on. No wonder the employees all have long faces. Of course I pointed out to the junior that there was no basil there and gave him a zero cent tip afterwards, so of course he left the table without saying goodbye... The prices are already very high and the quality is not good, so he has already factored the tip into the prices himself. I recommend everyone to find another pizzeria and not support such hustle and bustle. Unfortunately, people's greed is immeasurable.

Service served us (couple 28, 29) only after a long wait (while standing around doing nothing). Pizza magharita was good, pizza funghi was mushy/too soft due to the water from the mushrooms. Prices are good.

The food was okay, but nothing more. The service was subpar. After we got our food, we were seemingly invisible. It took forever until someone came along to whom we could pay.

The food and service in the restaurant were really good and convincing. The central location in the heart of St. Peter-Ording Bad is particularly noteworthy as it makes the restaurant easily accessible and offers a pleasant starting point for further activities.

I make it better at home in 20 minutes Service wants to clear away even though people are still eating. No go. Just to probably collect a tip. Ordered another small beer, which came quickly. When we got there the store was just opening and there wasn't much going on. Aperol Spritz. It lacked the tanginess, the orange, completely watery. Rip off. That's just embarrassing for an Italian. Unbelievable. The waiters whispered that I was drinking the Aperol with a glass straw. It felt like the service was working against the store. Monosyllables and only out of necessity at the table, then quickly fleeing again. Payment: Payment under 50 euros only in cash. Now we know why. There was no invoice. Simply show the positions briefly on your cell phone and then probably cancel them later. Complete rubbish shop. Never again. I like being in SPO. But I'll never go there again. I paid 45 euros. Without an invoice, of course.

Greasy pizza with cheap toppings at exorbitant prices. Classic rip-off of tourists with rather mixed service. The order for the neighboring table was billed to us. Not a word of apology. Pizza salame so greasy that it was dripping and lukewarm Köstritzer.

The service staff are very dismissive and you could almost say they are unfriendly and can't even look you in the eyes. You get picked on because you stand at the front and wait because the sign says please wait until you are served. I was glad that I ate inside because the ambience was very nice outside. I found it very oppressive and very crowded with the seats. My suggestion would be less is more. When they asked if we could order another ice cream, that means we should do it look at the clock, after all, they'd been working at the ice cream parlor all day, so he couldn't say that, he asked. Nevertheless, the food was very good and I would come back for that alone.

I'm conflicted, it's an expensive place, so there was a certain expectation. The pizza was delicious, we had margherita and funghi. The dessert didn't convince us at all. The fruit that came with the tiramisu and tartufo Nero tasted as if it were a convenience product, in no way were they fresh. I've never eaten anything so strange. Only the strawberry wedge was real. I suspect that the tiramisu wasn't homemade either. But I thought that if tiramisu was at the Italian restaurant. In any case, I've eaten better ones (at the Italian restaurant). It's a shame for 8 euros per dessert, I found the plate expensive. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Super delicious food. However, there was a long wait when ordering and for the food to arrive. Very inattentive staff. After an hour we ordered another drink but it wasn't brought. Payment is only possible after asking twice. It's a shame because the food was really delicious and we would have liked to order another dessert, but didn't want to wait that long again.

The service is consistently friendly but nothing special. The food was rather mediocre. Entrecote with shrimp Quite tough and dry. The terrace is a bit special and very crowded. But normal in SPO in summer.

We had to wait forever for service. We asked a waiter three times if we could order and each time we were told that a colleague would be coming soon. When the "real" waiter finally came - we were about to leave - he didn't know the menu... They could hardly speak German either... Neither the crème brûlée for €8 nor the iced coffee for €6 were worth the money.

We went there for lunch earlier this week and sat outside. Unfortunately very cramped, the distance to the neighboring tables on the left and right is only about half a meter. We were craving spaghetti bolognese. However, it could only be found in the children's menu. So we decided on the tagliatelle al ragu, i.e. with minced meat sauce. The consistency of the noodles was good. The sauce, however, was more reminiscent of a jar product. Flat in taste. Unfortunately, it is miles away from a sauce that has been simmered for a long time with the right approach. It's a shame, that's what you should expect from an Italian restaurant.

We went there for a waffle. First I have to say that this tasted really good. Unfortunately the service was subpar. It took a long time until someone came and then you were treated unkindly. Unfortunately the order was placed incorrectly and I only accepted it out of goodwill. Only when it came time to pay and possibly give a tip could you suddenly be friendly. Really a shame. As I said, the food was great, but the service could do with some work.

Today we ordered pasta dishes to take away: pasta with salmon and spaghetti aglio e olio with shrimp. After a long wait we finally got the food and paid for it. However, at home we discovered that the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio was without prawns, even though they were charged for. Such a rip off! We will never order there again.

We ate two super delicious nut ice cream sundaes there today. Many types of nuts with warm sauce, cream and 4 biscuits. Price performance top 👍🏻

Price-performance ratio is not right. The good location is priced too high. The pasta portions could be larger. The service wasn't unfriendly, but it was lazy. No reference was made to my empty glass because it might make us sit longer.

We had pre-ordered for a week. Our waiter was very strange at the beginning, no real good evening or hello. No eye contact when placing an order. His colleague who brought the food was very friendly. Drinks arrived within five minutes. Appetizer about 10 minutes later. Main course again 10 minutes later. Everyone had pizza, it was very tasty, the edge was very crispy (if you like it) Our waiter then came to pay again and brought the children lollipops (free of charge). We thought that was very sweet of him. Would definitely recommend it.

We arrived there spontaneously for dinner after a walk on the beach. It was full but the waiter quickly and friendly arranged a place for the five of us. We were able to sit relaxed and order our food and drinks without any problem. The pizza and pasta were amazing Delicious, well prepared and great food for the kids too. At the end there was ice cream for those who managed the large portions and even that was a dream. Thank you for the lovely evening and we'll come back when we're there again.

The food was alright, enjoyed it. Unfortunately it seemed that the waiter really wanted us to pay in cash. However, we managed to pay by credit card. When I asked for the receipt I noticed they charged us 1 drink extra. I asked the waiter to pay me back that part, and he angrily smashed €2 on the table (we were supped to get €4) and walked away. Nevermind, we left. Good way to mess up a customer experience for a few euros…

Greed before family friendliness. Wanted to have dinner with my 2 year old daughter today. Despite there being enough free tables, we were not allowed to sit in the restaurant area and were instead supposed to sit in the much less cozy ice cream parlor next to it. No one could tell me why. We probably didn't seem lucrative enough for the evening business

We were there with seven people, aged between 3 and 40, and had a dog with us. Pizza was thin with a crispy edge and tasted rather bland. The Bolognese pasta tasted like nothing. The fish was good. The burger was good, the fries were super crispy. Drinks are only available in one size 0.3l. The service was short and direct. Prices like in any tourist place.

We ate there three times within a week, from Italian cuisine with Prosecco, fish or meat dishes and Italian wine to pizza and a beer. Every time we left the restaurant full and satisfied. I can recommend it with the best of my knowledge and belief.

We weren't asked if everything was ok, we weren't asked if we'd like anything else to drink. We had to ask three times for the bill... At all the Italian restaurants recently, we were always asked whether we would like a Ramazzoti or an Amaretto - of course not here. If it wasn't the only delicious Italian in SPO, it would go down with the service.

Delicious pizza, but not cheap... Very busy, resulting in a long wait for food and very busy. Card payment only EC and from 50 euros, i.e. bring cash if there are two of you and you only eat pizza. Overall, definitely recommended.

Unfortunately it has subsided. We enjoyed visiting this restaurant for years, a bit more expensive, but OK SPO, but the service has deteriorated significantly. A lively waiter...he was unfriendly and uninterested from start to finish...it's a shame, it spoils your stay there .

Recommended Italian restaurant, especially if you value sitting at a real table with chairs. My wife and I both had a pizza and it was really delicious. Even the edge had a very tasty taste. The only thing I have to complain about about the restaurant is that card payments are only possible for orders over €50. Nowadays you don't actually carry around that much money anymore.

The Italian is highly recommended! We had delicious, rich salads. The service is very great - Philippo in particular served us excellently. The espresso was particularly tasty.

Traditional Italian pizzeria where you can eat well and cheaply. I can recommend the pizza. For dessert there was spagetti ice cream, which comes from the ice cream shop next door, which is also part of the shop. The staff was friendly and service-oriented, and our dog was also welcome.

We sat outside on the terrace. The food was ok. Some spaghetti was stuck together in such a way that it had to be sorted out. Otherwise it was neither particularly good nor bad. Another time we got small pizzas to take away. They were ok too, but tasted a lot like fake cheese.

Speechless and not in a good way. We ordered schnitzel with croquettes instead of fries. A burnt schnitzel was brought hidden under fries. When I asked the self-proclaimed boss waiter about it, I received an apology and a new dish. This time a new schnitzel with croquettes that were still frozen inside. This time, quite annoyed, my uncut croquettes were taken away and thrown into the deep fryer again. I only got the three croquettes that I took with me and not one more. The waiter didn't like my reaction and took my food away. In the opinion that I apparently don't like croquettes with schnitzel in general, I should please eat something else. The way he conveyed this leaves me speechless. The rest of the table had now been eaten and I lost my appetite with such an annoyed waiter. Basically completely overpriced, location is great but the food is of poor quality. If you want to eat well and don't need condescending service, move on.

Light and shadow. It's best to make a reservation as there is always a lot going on. The staff tries hard. The food was perfect. The many flies were annoying because the entrance door was constantly open. There is an urgent need for action here.

We came in there yesterday by chance. We just wanted something to drink, but since our friends wanted something to eat, so did we. First of all, it was very full. I can't understand why. Water was ordered twice and was only brought after the third order .I ordered pizza prosciuto and was very burned. Since we didn't have that much time, I kept it. Which I normally shouldn't do. That's not possible. No one even apologized when I said that the pizza was totally black We also ordered ice cream for our daughter with the drinks because she didn't want to eat anything else. Ice cream wasn't even brought after an hour. And that after several questions about where our ice cream was. The only thing that went quickly was the cashier. So...a disaster. Spend your money somewhere else.

The waiters were all in a good mood and authentically Italian. Unfortunately, we sat a bit drafty under the air conditioning. Otherwise the furnishings were suitable. The antipasti were varied. The seasoning was a matter of taste. The sauce served here with the veal seemed to be a cocktail sauce, I would have liked a clear tuna sauce as usual with Vitello tonnato. The red pepper could have been used a little more sparingly. I would particularly like to mention the very fluffy white bread that was served with the antipasti, which came fresh from the oven. The pizza was very tasty. The pasta portion was a reasonable size, but could have used more Gorgonzola.

We ate at Da Vinci with our living group (7 children). I would like to give more than 5 stars for the service but unfortunately that's not possible here. The waiters were all super friendly and accommodating. Not only us adults, but also all the children were very enthusiastic. In addition to the sensational service, the food was also delicious! Gladly again and kind regards to Luca from the entire living group!

On a busy and sunny Saturday evening, we and our group of children were treated very courteously and warmly. Luca always took time to joke with the children between the takeaway and the ice cream parlor. The food itself was very good and truly Italian. A modern family business where you are treated personally even in the hectic high season. Bravo!

We ate at this lovely pizzeria with our children's and youth living group. The food was very tasty and you could tell that the chefs put their heart and soul into it. The restaurant and the staff are very child-friendly and everyone can have fun with the children. The children and we really enjoyed the stay and everyone was thrilled. Thank you for this great result. The children raved all evening. Many greetings to Luca from the residential group!

Pizza is very good, pasta dish way below average. Reacted impolite when they got feedback on the lack of spices and non-fresh ingredients they served us in a pasta dish and started to ignore us from that point. Didn't like that people smoked on the neighbor tables when we ate. If you need a quick fix, order a take away pizza and run, else simply find a better place.

The food tasted great. The prices for St. Peter Ording are moderate. Went there 3 times and were very satisfied. So for dessert we were able to order ice cream from next door, very tasty. We always pre-ordered for indoors because it was too cold outside. It's a bit cramped, but the service and delicious food make up for it. To say goodbye, we got Baileys on the house. Our full recommendation for everyone who can do without fancy.
