We have been regular guests over the last few years and have celebrated four birthdays here. We were always served courteously and treated to culinary delights. Yesterday we were here for the first time this year after a long break. It was supposed to be a nice Italian evening for two on the occasion of a birthday. But unfortunately things turned out differently... A table reservation a few days in advance was rejected with the words "we no longer accept reservations for fewer than 8 people." That surprised us. When we arrived at the restaurant around 6 p.m., we were initially assigned a tiny table directly in the entrance area, which would have been too small as a dining table for one person. The remaining tables were unoccupied except for two! After some discussion, we were reluctantly given a larger table. We were immediately asked what kind of food and drinks we wanted without giving us the opportunity to study the menu, which was new to us. Also new for us: EC payment only from 50 €, credit card payment not possible at all. Requests for changes to the dishes are no longer possible. Here you eat what's on the table! We then ordered an aperitif, starter and main course. The aperitif was on the table after 2 minutes, the starter after 5 minutes. We hadn't finished the starter, let alone the aperitif, when the main course was already being served. A real fast food restaurant! Aperitif: This was the thinnest Aperol we were ever served. It was seltzer with a drop of Aperol. Antipasti: The meat from the vitello was tough, as was the carpaccio. Roast beef slices dry and with a 3 cm thick edge of fat, salmon tartare without taste. The rest was OK so far. Filetto di Manzo: The meat was really good, but the gorgonzola sauce contained everything - just no gorgonzola. Rosemary potatoes dry, floury and tasteless. Saltimbocca: Underground! Meat completely overcooked, dry and tough. The wine sauce was sour and, like the pasta, ice cold. The dish went back! After we complained to three different service staff, apart from unfriendly answers, NOTHING happened. By now the shop was packed and after about 15 minutes a young employee cleared our table and rudely asked what we wanted. There was no apology! We then said that we would not continue our meal and that a glass of wine on the house would probably be the least we could apologize for. There was actually ONE glass of Lambrusco - not two. In order not to ruin the birthday evening any further, we decided not to have any further discussions and left the inhospitable place as quickly as possible. This used to be a very good restaurant. Today it's just mass feeding and tourist rip-offs. What happened here? New owner with new business policy who wants to get rich by force? No idea - but definitely without us in the future!

Great restaurant in a nice atmosphere with outdoor seating. Delicious food and great service.

Very good pizza and quite cozy. Only the music is a bit too loud. But all in all recommended and we would come again. One year is over and we are back in SPO for vacation. Of course I went to see Da Vinci again. All I can say is that we were very satisfied and I can absolutely recommend Da Vinci. We will come back 👌🏽

Sunny break with pizza and pasta in SPO We spontaneously went to the Ristorante Da Vinci in Sankt Peter-Ording in the afternoon and – as on previous visits – we were not disappointed. The food came quickly and was really delicious! We particularly liked the bruschetta, the carpaccio, the pizzas and the pasta - everything was freshly prepared and tasted great. Extra bread was also served. The only thing my daughter didn't really like was the carbonara and the sausage. Prices are at the expected level for this location near the beach and promenade. Sitting outside in the sun and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere was just perfect. The service was friendly and attentive. Our dog was at the table, which was no problem at all. We have already visited a few Italians, but if you want to spend a good time here with your family near the beach, you definitely can't go wrong.

Even though we hadn't made a reservation, the two of us got a table. Nevertheless, I recommend making a reservation because the place is buzzing. Great food, nice service, typically Italian. Absolute recommendation

2 out of 4 pizzas delivered incorrectly. The real pizzas arrived when the other people had already eaten. Prices for pizzas high. E.g. Children's Margherita €10. Waiters speak very little, emotionless. Pizza to go from €4.50. The better price/performance ratio. Better not to sit down.

If you value good food and friendly service you should stay away from this restaurant. We went there for dinner with the family and were more than disappointed. The service was pure mass processing, patience is clearly not a strength, when you said you were looking, you could still hear a clear eye roll and a snort. Ordered a drink in Zero, and unfortunately only got it with Zero carbonation. When asked, the answer was "yes, yes, Zero" Questions about the court were answered uncertainly/ignorantly. When the dishes were brought to the table, the answers to the previously asked questions turned out to be wrong. In terms of taste, every dish was absolutely not good. From dry turkey meat that was as thin as the coaster for the glass to watery asparagus. The Caesar salad on offer had nothing in common with a Caesar salad, so the balsamic cream decoration on the edge of the plate and the salad doesn't save anything. In this day and age, you have to manage to disappoint a child with a simple salami pizza. So for us who regularly eat in SPO, absolutely disappointing.

Asparagus was delicious, cooked to perfection. Everything is very fresh.

We went to Da Vinci yesterday evening (April 22nd, 2025) without a reservation and got a table straight away. We ordered a pizza and thin yellow tagliatelle with langoustines and wine. As soon as we ordered, the food arrived. Good thing we didn't have an appetizer. The pizza was ok and the pasta dish was subpar. The langoustines were completely overcooked and not enjoyable. The noodles were absolutely tasteless and could only be saved with salt. We honestly answered the waiter's question about how it tasted. Other than a grin from the chef (which you can see from the seat), there was no reaction. We won't be back and can't recommend the restaurant either.

The good first. The pizza was sensational. The pasta (3 different ones) was medium to bad. The service is underground. 20 minutes until first contact. The first two pastas came with the entrees. The pizza for the child 15 minutes later after asking twice, the third pasta 10 minutes later after asking again.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right. The pasta was very tasty, but unfortunately the portion didn't fill you up and you saved a lot by using more expensive ingredients such as beef strips or parmesan. At a hefty price of €22, that's unfortunately not enough... My girlfriend's pizza was okay

The menu offers a good selection of Italian classics and the food appears freshly prepared. Unfortunately, the grill plate didn't quite meet our expectations: the portion was quite small, especially considering the amount of meat, and we found the price to be a bit too high. Everything was okay in terms of taste, but the price-performance ratio could have been better. Still a nice place to visit - maybe next time you'll prefer pasta or pizza.

Reserved a table by phone a week in advance, but no reservation was found on site. We stood in the entrance area and waited, 5 employees walked past us several times and frantically tried to bring dishes to the right table, which then came back the next moment because somehow there was just chaos! No "Good evening, just a moment please, I'll be with you in a moment...", we were ignored! Then I spoke to a waitress and said "Good evening", this was replied but continued to be left without comment! Eventually there was a table for us. Guests who arrived far after us were served far before us! When a waitress finally wanted to take our order and we commented on it in a friendly manner, we were told: "I can't remember who showed up here first!" Yes, that's exactly what I expect from attentive staff! She: "please, I'm a sick woman, I don't want any stress now..." aha'... While we were waiting for the food, we observed hectic waiters bringing drinks to the wrong tables several times... The second beer I ordered wasn't brought until I paid for it 35 minutes later, but it wasn't charged either. Conclusion: friendly, attentive gastronomy that invites you to linger can be done differently! Never again!!!!

Went here to eat with a dog cart, weren't allowed to eat inside because there was no room for the cart, ordered pizza that wasn't even pre-cut and therefore quickly got cold. Ask what do the parents do with the stroller, will they also go outside in the cold because it wasn't nice today. But the pizza was tasty. But once and not again

I was recently in this restaurant and had a pizza there - a so-called “Diavolo”. Unfortunately, she was anything but diabolical. The spiciness was completely missing, the peppers came from a jar and had no bite or character. For €18 I expect more now - a real stone oven would certainly work wonders here and give the dough at least a little soul. The pizza was okay in terms of taste, but definitely not something you'll remember. The ambience itself was fine, but the atmosphere was greatly marred by loud children. I understand that children are part of it - I'm a father myself - but I think a certain level of consideration in public spaces like a restaurant shouldn't be lost even with an anti-authoritarian upbringing. If I want to feel like I'm eating in a daycare center, then I consciously go to such a place. Overall, not a place I would return to. Price-performance doesn't match, quality seems interchangeable and the overall experience remains rather modest

Had dinner here today. Highly recommended. Great food. Super nice and friendly staff. I liked the tiramisu best. You definitely have to try it. Always my pleasure.

Nice Italian restaurant in SPO. Very authentic. The food was delivered quickly and was delicious. The homemade pasta is highly recommended. A reservation is recommended, as it was very busy. Paying took a while, but the service was friendly. We would definitely go back.

Upon arrival, it was unclear who knew who had free tables. Seating was assigned in the drafty entrance area. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The food was average. Doable for a quick pizza. The staff were always obviously checking how long you were eating and when seats would finally become available for new guests. Plates were cleared away while you were still on the last bite. Sorry, but unfortunately not recommended.

Simply the best pizzeria in SPO!

We waited 15 minutes without anyone from the service showing up. We then went and had a great meal opposite - the island - with super nice and very attentive service. We then noticed that other people in the pizzeria were doing the same as us. Waited 20 minutes for the menu, after 30 minutes there was still no service. Very arrogant employees, cannot be recommended.

Great restaurant. Delicious food and really nice service. When we ordered, we overlooked the fact that there were shrimp in the pasta. The team would have liked to have prepared something different for us, even though it was our mistake. But it wasn't necessary because we like shrimp 😂 Da Vinci is absolutely recommended!

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars... Starting with a missing greeting, cards were slammed onto the table in annoyance. That was it. Despite waiting for half an hour, no waiter came to take the order. After getting up and provocatively returning the cards, there was a seemingly serious 'thank you', as if they were happy about the workload in the empty restaurant. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! - Tip instead: Pizzeria Alfredo, very cozy and super tasty ;)

Service lackluster, My wife's food was not ok and was returned. Nobody came after that. My food was also below average and lukewarm.

We ate there twice. Everything was great the first time. Unfortunately, the second time, my stir-fry vegetables were a mushy lump. When I pointed this out, there was no apology or anything.

15 minutes wait despite reservation. Got a table for 4 people that only fits 2. After the starter we were assigned a larger table. 2 people got food, the other two then had to wait another 10 minutes for their food. Plates were cleared even though one person was still eating. It tasted good, but the service left a lot to be desired.

We were very impressed by the first impression of this Italian restaurant and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Next we were asked for drinks: a beer and a shandy please. Two half liters were served which tasted as if the beer had been sitting on the warm terrace since Sunday. Now, after this bitter disappointment (in the truest sense of the word), we ordered an appetizer in the form of “lobster bisque”. For a whopping €10, a “shrimp skewer” should be included. The soup tasted good but for 10 euros it was too “Aldi Fertigtütenmäsig”. In addition, we didn't receive a "shrimp skewer" but only ONE shrimp on a cheap wooden skewer. When the main courses were ordered, we decided on the Tortellinie alla Panna and the Spaghetti Gamberetti. The tortellini resembled a “cream soup” and the spaghetti was served in a watery soup, which was unconvincing given the Italian ambience. If you want to eat pizza here, you probably won't be disappointed, but this establishment has little to do with a traditional Italian restaurant.

Despite having a reservation, we didn't get a table in the restaurant on the evening of the Biikebrenning. After a very long wait in the obviously overbooked restaurant, we were supposed to sit down at a mini table in the ice cream parlor next door. But you wouldn't have been able to have a relaxed meal there due to space constraints. We were probably not the only guests who had to leave without success despite having a reservation. More than annoying, because: finding an alternative table in another restaurant is of course hopeless on the evening of the Biike... but the boss there obviously didn't care at all. Therefore NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

We ate there very often two years ago because it was very tasty. Unfortunately, that has changed. We both had tagliatelle with ragout...the tagliatelle stuck together and you had to look for the ragout on one portion. Unfortunately, the mussels lacked any seasoning and tasted pretty bland. It's a shame, because the restaurant is very cozy and in summer you can sit outside.

Coronavirus seems to be a foreign word here...the staff also ignores any rules about it...the corresponding knowledge about the meaning and purpose of hygienic actions lies deep....very, very deeply hidden....creepy....but the main thing is that sales are right....it should actually be closed immediately... Typical....rip-off Italians....nothing like acquiring money...submissive, hypocritical....zero decency...these guys have a huge share in the second, third...wave lockdown...While correctly working people in this country are now fighting for survival...the lire is ringing somewhere in the EU permanently subsidized lemon country...er...Euros....and the family....are you happy about these oh-so-stupid German tourists who are diligently eating away on cheap chairs in sloppy places shovel in a well-kept ambience... don't want to know where and from which discount store the ingredients come from and especially when and how hands and the rest are washed...

Rating for the Da Vinci in Sankt Peter-Ording ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can only warmly recommend the Da Vinci in Sankt Peter-Ording! Our visit was simply fantastic. I was particularly impressed by the large selection of vegan dishes that the restaurant offers. As someone who eats consciously, I was very happy about this. I had the eggplant lasagne and it was an absolute dream! I was thrilled by the combination of flavors and the perfect preparation. My wife ordered the pizza, which was also incredibly delicious. Both dishes were not only visually appealing, but also delicious in terms of taste! The atmosphere at Da Vinci is welcoming and cozy, and the team were extremely friendly and attentive. You can clearly feel that passion and creativity flow into every dish here. We can't wait to come back and try more delicacies. Kudos to the entire team – it’s definitely worth coming back for Da Vinci! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Unfortunately it has become rare, but everything was perfect for us here. The food was really well prepared, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. The service also works really well and it's fun to watch the team at work. Price and performance are right. So good that we ate there every day.

I recently ended up here spontaneously with a great desire for a delicious pizza. The shop was hardly busy and the staff seemed a bit bored, but were still friendly. The "gourmet pizza Mona Lisa" for €21 was not what I was hoping for. You almost had to look for the salmon tartare because the few pieces of salmon were lost on the pizza. The avocado cream was from a jar and tasted like everything but avocado. The price was definitely too high for that, even if the size of the pizza was really ok. was. The Primitivo was surprisingly sweet instead of dry and not worth the price of 8.90 for the glass. Card payments are only possible here from €50 (...). It's a shame, more would be possible.

1.1.25 Vacation in St.-Peter Ording. In the evening we decided to eat pizza and salad. Call the restaurant to ask if it will be delivered or if we need to pick it up. Delivery service was denied so pick it up yourself... no problem. 6 pizzas and 2 salads were ordered and it should be ready in 20 minutes. When I asked whether it was really that quick or whether it would take a little longer, the answer was no. Unfortunately, nothing was ready at the scheduled time, on the contrary, when asked about the order, the tip was "if we want to go quickly, we should go to McDonalds." In short, our order hadn't even started yet, that's what the pizzas looked like, the ingredients were clear and thrown on top. Taste was ok. The salads were the better choice. We probably won't repeat it.

Anyone vacationing in SPO on New Year's Eve should expect that the catering industry will be working at its limits everywhere. This was also noticeable during our New Year's visit to Da Vinci, but the team really worked hard and always remained friendly. Customers who order large quantities away from home and then ask them to label all the pizzas when the restaurant is full because otherwise they wouldn't know which one is not helping at all. The food offers a typical Italian selection and variety, we were served with a short wait and said goodbye with a delicious nightcap on the house.

We ate a chocolate strawberry cup and a strawberry spaghetti ice cream here. It was good, value for money is okay. The service was quick and friendly. The outside tables are quite crowded.

Unfortunately the reception was unfriendly. Due to a lack of alternatives, we went to this restaurant. Not all dishes on the menu were available. The composition of the individual components did not fit together well, which created an unpleasant taste. In addition, the food was too salty. The opening times stated were incorrect and we were basically thrown out without having finished eating or drinking because they now want to close, and we were not informed about it. At 9:20 p.m. we were escorted out. Very unfortunate. Unfortunately only 1 star due to this experience.

This restaurant doesn't seem to want to make any money. We wanted to reserve a table for 11 people for the first week of January. That's why I called such a large group back in November. On the one hand, the gentleman was very unfriendly and said succinctly that they don't have a "book" (calendar) for next year yet, so we should ask again in December. Then he hung up straight away. Very unprofessional in my opinion. So we go to another restaurant.

We spontaneously went to eat here and ordered Insalata mista, Pizza Hawaii and Pizza funghi. Unfortunately, the service was unmotivated and took our order without greeting us. Food came quickly. Salad was tasty, fresh and plentiful. The pizzas were standard, crispy and tasted okay. Nothing overwhelming. After dinner we had to wait quite a long time as there wasn't much going on.

The food is really good. The service, however, is subpar! We waited outside for a free table in the restaurant, but other guests without reservations were preferred to us. An absolute no go! The waiters have zero empathy. The boss only comes to collect money without a receipt!? They won't see us again.

Tried to reserve a table at lunchtime! Apparently that wasn't necessary! Even when we asked to reserve the table anyway, we were appeased. No free table in the evening! Great service!!! After waiting for five minutes, which ended up being a quarter of an hour, we got a table in the passage. Wasn't an option for us!

We went here for dinner with our daughter and grandchildren. The food was good, unfortunately the portions were very small and since when have pasta dishes been served on slate plates? Strangely, I didn't find any pictures here that showed anything like that.

Cramped, loud, service sometimes boring and unwelcoming. Pizzas taste good, pasta dishes haven't been tried. We wanted to make a reservation because we were traveling with a dog. That was rejected, we should just come over. We were then seated in the narrowest corner as the tables next door were reserved! Amazing, who gets the one table reserved? The couple next to us weren't allowed to make a reservation either, but they were traveling without a dog.

Despite reservations, we couldn't get a seat in the restaurant and were seated in the ice cream parlor area. The atmosphere there was not like any dinner. The door was open the whole time and there was a terrible draft. When asked about this, the waiter just shrugged his shoulders. We were harassed to finally order. The starters and the pasta were delicious, but the fried mushrooms were completely missing from the rather expensive salad. We were disappointed with the service and felt unwelcome. It's a shame, the food was okay

Very quick, very tasty, good service

We ate there on two evenings. On the first evening we were sent to the iced coffee shop next door, there was no more room in the restaurant. Unfortunately very uncomfortable for a cozy, delicious dinner. The pasta dish was very tasty and they forgot the salt on the fries. Unfortunately there were no pepper/salt shakers to be found in the iced coffee. On the second evening we were seated in the passageway, in front of the counter, where the staff constantly had to pass. Pure disappointment, the meat from the children's schnitzel was only 3 mm thick, more breading than meat, unbelievable. And the beef carpaccio was still frozen, also a disappointment. But this time there were least spices on the table.

Now it's been a week and I'm still annoyed about the way the service and food was. We were urged to order quickly! The spaghetti with shrimp - the shrimp was okay, the rest was forgettable. Our table neighbor felt the same way! The tuna pizza was ordered with lots of onions - came to the table without onions. We pointed this out, the pizza was spiced up with two handfuls of onions and put back into the pizza oven!!!!!! Accordingly, it was dry and hard, and the onions were still half raw!!!!! Four years ago you could eat really well here and the service was great. It's done, we found a great Italian replacement!!!!!!!

We were there with 8 people without a reservation. Even though the restaurant was full, we were still able to get seats. The service was attentive and quick. The food was tasty and sufficient. We would be happy to come back 😊

The restaurant, which is well located from the outside, is beautiful at first glance. The interior decoration is also very inviting. The portions are large and beautifully presented. However, they leave a lot to be desired in terms of quality. The service gives the impression that it is not welcome. The price is around €30 per person with a drink.

According to inquiries, the map and the homepage, the pizzaria is open until 10 p.m. At 9:10 p.m. I was laughed at when I wanted to order something to go. I find it cheeky.

A farce for Italian hospitality. Pizza Margherita without basil... When I asked, the junior chef told me that I had to ask if I wanted basil, that's normal here. If I have a ham pizza, should I also ask for the ham? A Margherita ONLY requires three ingredients, here apparently only two and costs €13?!! A rip-off that is second to none. This pizza can't be called Margherita, that's it. The Aperil Spritz was also served without ice or anything. No friendliness, no attention to the customer. The “junior chef” just stands around and collects while the others run and serve. Of course, the junior also gets a tip and I very much doubt whether he will pass it on. No wonder the employees all have long faces. Of course I pointed out to the junior that there was no basil there and gave him a zero cent tip afterwards, so of course he left the table without saying goodbye... The prices are already very high and the quality is not good, so he has already factored the tip into the prices himself. I recommend everyone to find another pizzeria and not support such hustle and bustle. Unfortunately, people's greed is immeasurable.

The food was very tasty but the service was anything but friendly.

Service served us (couple 28, 29) only after a long wait (while standing around doing nothing). Pizza magharita was good, pizza funghi was mushy/too soft due to the water from the mushrooms. Prices are good.
