We went to the restaurant on two evenings because we liked it so much the first time. We decided on the Auntie’s Soulfood Journey and were surprised with really excellent food. At this point we would particularly like to highlight the strikingly friendly and committed Sina, who contributed to the perfect stay. On the second visit we decided again on the Auntie’s Soulfood Journey and pointed out which dish we had already had before. We then received great dishes again, although they didn't come close to the quality of the first visit. The service was also not quite as attentive and friendly as on the first visit. We weren't asked every now and then whether everything was okay and whether we liked it or offered a schnapps as a farewell - Sina seemed to have had the evening off...

So first of all, I didn't actually want to come here.😬 But it turned out to be 7 great overnight stays. The rooms are super comfortable and practically equipped, the restaurant is a must, delicious is an understatement. The breakfast buffet is also really good. The staff from reception to waitress are professionals and very friendly. I would like to highlight the “intern”. Celine, competent and customer-friendly, every employer can be happy to have someone like that on their team. The wonderful wellness area is also recommended: here you can expect a relaxed, super beautiful atmosphere with a unique view. In the “tower” opposite is the bar with a viewing terrace, a view of the salt marshes and the sea, which invites you to linger until 10 p.m. We will definitely come back and say to EVERYONE who works in urban nature: Thank you for this successful and relaxing holiday!

As guests of Urban Nature, we really wanted to try out the restaurant. We weren't disappointed! Friendly, courteous service and great food. The dip session as a starter was very rich, so the main course just fit in: the super delicious Tasty Butter Chicken. Unfortunately there was no more room for dessert. Another reason to come back.

A culinary experience in a class of its own! Each dish was a work of art for the palate and the eye. The drinks menu offered a great selection for every taste. The atmosphere was so cozy and inviting that you immediately felt at home. The service was attentive and friendly. I can only warmly recommend it!

Very courteous staff, pleasant atmosphere and overall good food. We shared the baked mussels (really delicious) as a starter and then had the lamb on hummus (excellent) and the trout as the main course. The trout with butter-roasted almond flakes and parsley was generally delicious, although the only side dish was a rather sour cabbage salad, which unfortunately consisted mostly of quite large, albeit thinly sliced, cabbage STRIPS (I personally remove this part at home when preparing the salad). . On the one hand, it was really difficult to eat and didn't suit my taste at all with the very fine, delicate taste of trout. I really would have liked a different, more suitable side dish. If that had been on the menu as a side dish, I wouldn't have ordered it either. But since the rest was really tasty, we gave it four stars for the food.

The food at Auntie Clara is super delicious, regardless of whether you have vegan, veggie or normal eating habits. If you're eating at Auntie for the first time, we recommend the menu, which offers something to try from a selection of all the current dishes on the menu: super tasty, diverse and international - but also regional - soul food, which is conjured up in the show kitchen. The meal is rounded off by the cool, mega-friendly and attentive service. We've already vacationed at Urban Nature a few times, so we really like the atmosphere - little ChiChi, but great taste on the plate (also at breakfast). THANKS! We'll be back :)

Wir haben hier einen wirklich tollen Abend genossen! Zu Viert haben wir uns für 3 Vorspeisen und 3 Hauptgerichte entschieden, die Menge war perfekt. Zusammen mit einer Flasche Rosé und reichlich Wasser haben wir gut 45€ pro Person bezahlt und alles sehr genossen. Auch das Personal war super - freundlich und kannte sich mit Speis & Trank prima aus. Sollten wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, würden wir jederzeit wieder hier essen!

A sentence with "X"... Very nice and attentive service staff, seasoned with a good portion of confusion. Unfortunately, after a good starter and multiple requests for the drinks we ordered, we didn't get to the main course. This one was probably simply forgotten. After 1.5 hours, somewhat frustrated, we moved my wife's birthday to another location. It should be mentioned that we were NOT charged and everything eaten up to that point was on the house. Thank you for that! A kindly meant tip to the restaurant management - the mostly, apparently very young service employees seem to be trying hard and very friendly, but there is somehow a lack of leadership and role models. I also didn't really understand why tables are worked on by several people, so perhaps the confusion is a bit inevitable. Anyway, I believe in your concept and your cuisine, so now it just needs to be a little more structured.

Schönes und einfaches Konzept: Einfach nur qualitativ hochwertige Grundzutaten verwenden, mit geschicktem Handwerk verfeinern und ohne Schnörkel servieren. Nachfragen nach Unverträglichkeiten wurden kompetent abgearbeitet, Änderung der Beilagen war kein Problem. Die Tellersprache wird dies Lokal, gelegen in einem mondänen Hotel, nicht zu einem Stern führen, aber einen BigGourmet hat das Team alle mal verdient.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und wirklich überraschend in Zubereitung und Präsentation. Die Weinkarte hat sehr gute Qualität und auch biodynamische und spontanvergorene Weine. Das gibt ein großes Extra Lob. Der Service war freundlich aber Aufmerksamkeit und Verbundenheit mit dem Gast ist ausbaufähig. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Empfehlung und wir kommen wieder.

We live in St. Peter and really enjoy coming to Urban Nature and Auntie Clara because we simply feel at home there. The dishes are all delicious and the drinks are high quality. The service is professional & fun. Afterwards there is usually a concert in the backstage area or a DJ in the magnificent rooftop bar. The atmosphere is relaxed and the guest is always the focus... Special requests are not seen as a nuisance, but as a challenge and are happy to be fulfilled. ... the wedding celebration of our daughter and daughter-in-law will remain unforgettable forever

Fantastic! Very courteous service with the highest level of customer orientation. Furnishings, dishes, bowls, pots, napkins, ... the eye finds aesthetics and sustainability aspects everywhere. The dishes on the menu are beautifully presented, surprising, flattering in aroma and prepared with maximum care for the ingredients. Our tops: Starters: The risotto ball, the veggie party, shrimp Dessert: Carrot cake with turmeric ice cream - a revelation!, strawberry cream crumb delight. Nice restaurant, we ate here on Thursday evening and reserved in advance. Overall, there was relatively little going on, about 10 tables were occupied, so it would certainly have been possible without a reservation. You can park your bikes on the promenade, the hotel/restaurant itself does not have bike racks. The atmosphere is modern and very appealing. The kitchen is more modern with a focus on dishes that are meant to be shared with the table. We have and for the menu p.p. 49€ decided. The starter was pita with 3 dips and a colorful salad with pine nuts. The main course was butternut chicken with Y-cut fish. A dessert was also included in the menu. The quality was great and everything tasted great! Will definitely come back!

I am a guest at the hotel and have been to the restaurant for dinner twice. It was ok the first time, I would have liked it spicier. I expected more from the baked mussels, they weren't seasoned enough for me, but it's just a matter of taste. I had the roast veal, which was in the oven for too long and totally dry! It's a shame I was expecting more, the best thing was the glazed carrots. What the lettuce leaves were supposed to be on the meal, I have no idea. For me the food wasn't worth the money.

Unfortunately we were unlucky, the service and food that evening left a lot of room for improvement. Table reservation due to a special occasion at 7.30 p.m., arrival at 7.35 p.m., first contact with the service person at the table at 7.55 p.m., immediate order as previously informed on the internet. In the meantime salted butter and 3 thin slices of baguette, when asked to receive bread again, it had to be freshly baked first, 10 minutes later baked gray bread with a hard, charred crust (an older lady at the next table was unable to break this bread) . Menu for 49€ per person, selection of starters (cold) after 40! minutes. Each choice of 3 starters and 3 main courses, trying to bring the taste of the Middle East to the table. Anyone who knows authentic Lebanese or North African food will be disappointed. Plus a €6 wine on the menu for an impressive €39, which is nothing more than a simple country wine! No ! To put it briefly, IT CAN BE BETTER, also in Eiderstedt. Remarkable effort, but I can't agree with the positive reviews. Giving away the water and coffee for free doesn't help either. NOT recommended, especially not for a special occasion. Best regards

Since we were guests at Urban Nature, we enjoyed the fantastic breakfast every morning. We ate dinner here two of the three evenings (it's a shame we didn't come up with the idea on the first evening - then we wouldn't have gone anywhere else in the first place!) and were pleasantly surprised both times. The Soul Food Journey was an absolute hit! The next day we try the rump steak - one of the best I've ever eaten. Absolute recommendation and an enrichment for SPO!

Outstanding service, great ambience. Luckily we had a table at the edge; if we had sat in the middle it would have been too loud for us. The food was good, we had "Aunties Clara's Dip Trio" + pide bread as a starter. There was hummus there, as the main course I had lamb and that again had a lot of hummus, which I wasn't expecting. In the end it was too much hummus and not enough lamb for me. Nevertheless we would come again.

Beautiful urban restaurant with an open, visible kitchen. The dishes are placed on the table to be shared. So you can try a lot of different things - and it's worth it with the different dishes from all over the world. We had a menu with a lot of variety, every single dish was top! Soul food journey experience was interesting, they served starters and small bites that weren’t on the menu. Service was good and the ambient was relaxing. The meat dish we had was alright, the seasoning could be a bit stronger (note: not saltier, but with more spices), the rest were good. Drinks were standard, wines (house wine and Riesling, both described to be dry wines) tasted a little watery… Would come back and probably order some a la carte items so I know what to be expected.

Positiv war definitiv das sehr aufmerksame, freundlich Personal. Das Ambiente ist doch eher ein moderner Speisesaal. Junges Konzept. Die Speisekarte ist sehr international, vielfältig. Das Lamm war geschmacklich gut gewürzt, aber wurde leider in dünnen Tranchen durchgebraten. Sehr ungewöhnlich und daher hier ein Stern Abzug. Die Vorspeisen und das Hühnchen waren sehr gut und lecker. Eine schöne Gastronomie Alternative in SPO.

It's almost a wave of attention and culinary surprises that greet you when you sit down at Auntie Clara. We did that at the weekend and were extremely well pampered. It's important to be open to an adventure of taste impressions that might not be available in your local pub. It is precisely here that Auntie Clara develops her greatest strength. It's fun to indulge in small and large regional and international delicacies. Not for quick hunger in everyday life or on the go, but perfect for an evening of pampering. And the restaurant also exudes coziness, although you have the impression that you are sitting on retro chairs from your own school days. But that also fits perfectly into the concept of Auntie Clara. And yes, whenever we visit northern Germany again, we take a seat at the table of 1000 and enjoy the smells and tastes. Well done and keep it up!

Was such a great experience. Excellent concept of well tasting international food, great atmosphere w open kitchen and super friendly staff. Staff was super busy this Saturday night but kept their cool. We were some tables waiting for starters for quite some time while another table, arriving later, got food before us. Must have been a mistake. Some missing service on the table and long waiting time for some stuff, but the staff did what they could. Prices are fair for the quality. A bit noisy place, but not too much. A very cool lounge and bar area just next to the restaurant, as part of the hotel, where a free concert took place. A must visit in SPO.

Leider war es sehr laut, was eine Unterhaltung mühsam machte. Das Essen war gut, leider bekamen wir im Rahmen der "soul-food- journey" (vegetarische Variante) im Hauptgang die gleiche Speise (Falafel) wie schon im Vorspeisenbereich, das war unglücklich. Da wir das auch bemängelten, hieß es, der Kaffee ginge als Entschuldingung aufs Haus, das wurde allerdings nicht mit dem Servicepersonal kommuniziert. Die Nachspeise war absolut Geschmackssache, irgendetwas fehlte, leider konnten wir die MA auch nach Nachfrage nicht verstehen (Lautstärke), sodass wir nicht wissen, was dieser Sanddornkreation noch fehlte. Auf die Rechnung haben wir sehr lange gewartet, erst bei der dritten Aufforderung kam eine MA. Die Speisen, die gereicht wurden, waren sehr gut, aber das Gesamterleben war leider etwas gestört.

For a birthday meal that was meant to be special, we chose Auntie Clara. We came with expectations that were probably a little too high because of the good reviews we had previously read on Google, but a number of small errors and inaccuracies made the evening a disappointment. The restaurant is very nice, a spacious place with an elegant atmosphere, but unfortunately it started with two dirty plates from the dishwasher waiting for us at our table. Not a big deal since they were exchanged, but the service we otherwise received was incomplete and somewhat unmotivated. We were served an incomplete starter and the bottle of water we ordered never arrived at our table. We mentioned the thing about the starter, but we weren't offered an alternative and continuing to complain was becoming uncomfortable for us. Unfortunately, we didn't feel like having any more drinks and dessert and decided to leave.

I don't usually expect much from hotel restaurants, especially in tourist hotspots. Here, as with our two visits as a couple, we were extremely positively surprised. It's loud (the music could actually be a little quieter) and busy, but at the same time very comfortable. Great lighting concept. As soon as we entered, the smell from the open kitchen was so good that we worked up an appetite. Service worker Lena, who greeted us in a friendly manner and took us to our table, was fortunately responsible for us on both evenings: extremely attentive, friendly and familiar with every ingredient and even the preparation steps for the individual dishes. Top grade! All the other employees were also extremely friendly and on the ball. Good wine advice and wines that, following an unfortunately increasingly widespread bad habit, are served in the glass as 0.15l. But the price for bottles is ok. The food is original, internationally inspired and very intensely flavored. If you like strong flavors, this is the right place for you. We had two wonderful evenings and will definitely come back.

Von Hotelrestaurants, vor allem an touristischen Hotspots, erwarte ich normalerweise nicht viel. Hier wurden wie bei unseren beiden Besuchen zu zweit jedoch extrem positiv überrascht. Es ist laut (die Musik dürfte tatsächlich gerne etwas leiser sein) und wuselig, aber gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich. Tolles Beleuchtungskonzept. Schon beim Betreten duftete es so gut aus der offenen Küche, dass wir Appetit bekamen. Servicekraft Lena, die uns freundlich begrüßte und uns an unseren Tisch brachte, war zum Glück an beiden Abenden für uns zuständig: extrem aufmerksam, freundlich und mit jeder Zutat und sogar den Zubereitungsschritten der einzelnen Gerichte vertraut. Bestnote! Alle anderen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter ebenfalls ausgesprochen freundlich und auf Zack. Gute Weinberatung und Weine, die, einer leider immer weiter um sich greifenden Unsitte folgend, im Glas als 0,15l ausgeschenkt werden. Die Preis für Flaschen ist aber ok. Das Essen originell, international inspiriert und sehr intensiv abgeschmeckt. Wer auf kräftige Aromen steht, ist hier richtig. Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Abende und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Hatten uns für die Soul Food Journey entschieden. Vorspeisen, Hauptgänge, Desserts...sehr lecker und kreativ präsentiert. War völlig geflasht, was man aus einem eher schlichten Kopfsalat zaubern kann. Mega. Und ich hatte das Rezept dazu aus dem SPO Magazin nicht aufgehoben. Ich hab mir ein neues Exemplar bei der TZ geholt und koche jetzt nach. War ein super schöner Abend und immer gerne wieder.

I want to leave a hip impression, but the food isn't sophisticated. I had a curry that tasted quite boring. It was also served in a pot that you were supposed to eat out of. In this pot you also had to cut the food, which was extremely complicated and cumbersome. All in all, the restaurant didn't convince me. I will not come back nor recommend it. Service staff was very nice.

Auntie Clara's food is really very good - with really interesting variations. The white house wine was also great and explained excellently by the waitress. Unfortunately, unfortunately, the room is extremely densely packed with tables - if you try to walk through there, you'll literally be stuck in the food of other guests. It's also really loud because of the narrow space. It has more of the charm of a canteen. Really a shame and not appropriate for the price level that matches the food.

A unique experience and in my opinion the best cuisine in St. Peter! We were lucky enough to have a personal conversation with the chef, and for me his idea reflects modern cuisine - without any chicness. Of course there are other restaurants in St. Peter, but here the price, ambience and, for me, the type of food are the same. Everything is put on the table and everyone helps themselves - that's the idea. For those who don't like it, there are also completely classic options. The staff is very friendly, knows the dishes and is always there when you need them. I am always thrilled and the reservation for the next vacation has already been made. I won't forget the meal, the best hummus of my (so far) life. Even something so simple becomes special here. Thanks!

Well...the concept of the two languages in one sentence is actually a bit off the mark. But that's how brochures and various things were printed there. It seems like attempted coolness, which was created in a sentence with partly German and then again English words, juvenilely spoiled. I have no idea who would find something like that successful, we found it a bit strange. Here, like in a youth center or hostel, you are immediately on your first name. Of course not everyone is into that, but you can overlook that if you consider everything else that is advantageous there. You can easily reach the parking level of the underground car park using the lifts, as well as the wellness area on the 3rd floor and the dining room with an integrated bar if you have checked in here at the "Urban Nature". The restaurant, Auntie Clara, captivates and seduces with magical dishes and the ambience is very nice. You will be looked after and advised by friendly service and everything here is somehow a culinary delight. You should try it once.

We celebrated a company anniversary here. There was a menu that was really delicious. Great starters were served, the main meal was simply great, and the desserts were also fantastic. The menu included great organic white and red wines. The service staff had everything under control - top in today's times. I can definitely recommend a visit. Would love to come back.

It offers a wide range of wines that go perfectly with the dishes. The staff's recommended wine pairings were always excellent and helped to complete the dining experience. Finally, I would like to emphasize that this is not just a restaurant, but a place where you immediately feel at home. It is a place where you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and let yourself be pampered by the hospitality. The five-star rating is more than deserved. It's a place you'll want to visit again and again. Whether for special occasions, romantic dinners or simply to unwind.

I came here because of the good reviews. Went there on time at 4:30 p.m. when it opened and got a table for one person, with the notice only for an hour. No problem, it will be enough. The food (Hafertaler) was really tasty and not the usual in SPO. The ambience was also good, even if I wasn't allowed to sit directly by the window. Because I thought I had to leave after an hour, I didn't order dessert. It turned out that I could have done it easily. Since there was no guest who was intended for this table even until 6 p.m. Unfortunately, after eating I ended up stranded at some point. Unfortunately, the service didn't ask me if I wanted anything else, even though I was sitting within sight of the bar and was served at the next table. After waiting for half an hour, I had enough and paid. By the way, I had to do it at the counter because I couldn't get to the table. I have to say that since it opens at 4:30 p.m. and some guests were sent away at the beginning, there were plenty of tables unoccupied until 6 p.m. And my hour was easily exceeded. Overall, still very nice and tasty and I'll be back despite the criticism.

Food very good. However, I would avoid exotic ingredients, then the concept would be even more coherent. Blueberries or similar instead of rehydrated berries. Unfortunately, the tables are a bit crowded and there are still some language barriers among the staff.
