A wonderful place to be pampered on all levels. Service is very important here and is really lived by the employees. Extremely friendly and accommodating and not intrusive at all, but attentive to the point. The ambience is absolutely appropriate, very tastefully decorated and cozy, but at the same time very modern and stylish. The highlight of our stay was eating. Such perfectly prepared dishes, seasoned and seasoned to perfection, portions that are not too large, a real treat for all the senses! We'd love to come back. For us the visit was very spontaneous and we were still able to get a cozy place to spend an unforgettable evening for two! THANKS!!!

We were there for the first time. The welcome was very warm and the table was beautifully set. As a starter there was bruschetta which tasted very good. The various pasta dishes with beef strips or scampi and mussels were beautifully prepared and tasted excellent. The nice and friendly manner of the service staff rounded off a lovely evening in the “Ristorante Passion”.

This was my second time there and I was thrilled with both the food and the very friendly service

Great restaurant! A must for anyone who comes to Hildesheim spontaneously or planned. Very tasty and diverse range of Italian specialties. The service and the boss are incredibly friendly, polite and fast! The ambience simply makes you feel comfortable. You can hear pleasant Italian music, loud conversations from guests and your own conversations. It's just a nice restaurant feeling. I will always enjoy eating there and recommend it to everyone else! Small improvement idea: the prices can really be increased! Everyone is so friendly and open and the boss even got two ice creams for two children who didn't get any. So as already written: feel free to increase the pinch, it's far too underpriced for these great dishes! Thanks to all the waiters and the boss! We went there spontaneously and had a very good meal. The staff was extremely accommodating, with daily recommendations and friendly manners. You could tell that people enjoy working there. We'll definitely be back.

It was our first time eating there. I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere, super nice staff and a very friendly boss. The food tasted very good. We stayed for several hours. You felt like you were at home.

The starter, bruschetta, is excellent! We love it!! We ordered lasagna and risotto for dishes. We recommend the lasagna which was divine! For dessert we ate the tiramisu. Super friendly service! They offered limoncello to finish! We loved it and will do it again! ❤️❤️

Ambience and service was ok. Every now and then drinks were forgotten to be served. I had a beef fillet in red wine sauce. I immediately had the feeling that the sauce was sour. I actually threw up at home once. It could be that it came from somewhere else, but I felt a bit unwell after eating it. Had Vitello Tonato as a starter. But everyone was super nice. Maybe something like that just happens. But I would give the store a second chance.

A nice restaurant with very good food and courteous staff...when the bosses welcome you with their hand at the door, you already know. The boss mixes with his guests and talks and takes care of things and the head waiter is "La Bomba", he serves and entertains the guests with a rarely experienced passion🤌🏻Great. Whether pizza or steaks etc., everything tastes really good. The Calzone pizza is the best I've ever eaten🤤 and this version is only available there. I can only recommend the restaurant. If you stay overnight in Hildesheim, you have to eat here. Just don't forget to make a reservation, because the restaurant is constantly fully booked for a reason. Cheers 🙂

If you haven't eaten here yet, you've really missed something. Small restaurant with so much family flair. The service was simply amazing. We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday. The team even sang us a birthday serenade. The food was super tasty. You may have to dig a little deeper into your pocket per head, but you will be rewarded with great food and great service. Reservation is a must. The table reservation is limited in time, but we didn't feel under time pressure and were able to enjoy everything in peace, from the starter to the main course and dessert. Keep it up.

Restaurant with an Italian theme. We had pizza, lasagna and tomato soup for starters. Everything was super delicious. The pizzas were almost first class and the tomato soup was a ten point according to my wife. We drank beer and red wine. The service was very good. The waiter made the evening for the boys. 🇩🇪🍻🍕🇮🇹

Very friendly and courteous service. The seats outside are rather too noisy due to the traffic and therefore not so nice. It's cozy inside but also very cramped. The food is ok, but also very expensive.

Absolutely excellent Italian restaurant. Quite a bit more expensive, but worth every cent. The starter dishes, especially carpaccio, are to die for. We'll definitely be back - for us it's an absolute top restaurant and highly recommended!

My wife and I had a fantastic evening at this restaurant! The taste was simply great – every dish was a pleasure! The staff were incredibly dedicated and friendly, we felt welcome from the start. We would also like to particularly emphasize the warmth of the owner Giovanni, who creates a great atmosphere with his open and friendly manner. The restaurant is very cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening. The portions are generous and you will definitely go home full and satisfied. A big thank you to the entire team for this lovely evening. We would definitely like to come back!

Attentive people who cut the burrata on the delicious pasta and drizzle it with oil are simply phenomenal. Definitely try it out! During strawberry season, be sure to eat the delicious mascarpone cream with strawberries - after all, there's always tartufo!

Exceptionally good food, excellent service, sat outside on the terrace and ate. Everything excellent. I can only recommend.

A great Italian restaurant! The service is warm (sometimes a bit exaggerated, but definitely charming), the food is fresh and homemade - the portions are not that big, so definitely take advantage of the opportunity and pre-order an antipasti plate! Overall a bit more expensive but in my opinion absolutely reasonable. We'd love to come back.

We liked it here, the service was very nice and the food was delicious, we'll be back.

Unfortunately no photos were taken. I have never experienced such a child-friendly team (we were there with a cheeky 22-month-old child). And the calzone is one of the best I've ever had, that's probably because of the creme fraiche in there. Unfortunately we don't live in Hildesheim, but in Berlin. It's a shame, otherwise it would have become my new favorite restaurant :)

Grundsätzlich bin ich sehr kritisch bei oder nach einem Restaurantbesuch. Vielleicht weil ich selbst ganz gut kochen kann. - Sagt man jedenfalls. Wir haben beschwingt , glücklich und zufrieden das Lokal verlassen Das Essen, die Getränke und der Service, alles hat gepasst. Der Wareneinsatz frisch und bester Qualität bei dafür angemessenen Preisen. Das klingt fast wie Lobhudelei, aber alle waren an diesem Abend mehr als positiv überrascht. Beim nächsten Hildesheim Besuch klären wir dann, ob es nur ein einmaliger Ausreißer nach oben war. Also Daumen hoch von mir, aber bsser selber testen.

Really good Italian / Sicilian restaurant. We came across it through word of mouth and were there on April 30, 2024. We didn't have a reservation and were warmly welcomed (OK, limited time, 1 hour) but that's usually enough. Top food, top ambience & great service! Lovely again. Andi & Diana from Gladbeck

A top address for really good food in a relaxed atmosphere. We were registered for lunch with 10 people and received an individual table buffet with pasta and pizza in the new premises. We received very friendly and competent advice in advance. The service was friendly and attentive and the price was really cheap for the quality and selection! We'd love to come back!

gute, aromenreich und delikat sind die gerichte. frisch und ansprechend angerichtet. meine spaghetti waren al dente, die sauce gut abgeschmeckt. der gastgeber und sein team ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. hier wird gastlichkeit gelebt und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Restaurant mit tollem Service und leckerem Essen. Wir haben das Menü gegessen und waren total begeistert. Jedes Gericht hat super lecker geschmeckt und in kombination mit dem freundlichen Personal hat man sich einfach wohl gefühlt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Mein Risotto war wirklich sehr lecker. Der Service war super und die Stimmung gut. Das war ein gelungener Abend.

Wir haben unseren Mannschaftsabend im Ristorante Leidenschaft verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Schon an der Tür wird man sehr freundlich empfangen und an den Platz gebracht. Die nette Bewirtung, das Ambiente und das tolle Essen geben einem ein sehr heimisches Gefühl. Für das leibliche Wohl ist steht gesorgt. Die Verabschiedung hat ein wenig was von Familie, die man bald wieder besuchen möchte. Danke für den tollen Abend .

Das Essen war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Ich bin nur völlig von dieser Doppelbelegung abgenervt!!!! Man hat genau 2:15 Std Zeit um einen entspannten Abend mit Freunden zuverbringen. Wie sollen wir das schaffen? Wir trinken nicht nur 1 Flasche Wein, lassen immer viel Geld zurück, aber nicht unter diesen Umständen. Mich stresst das total... Bleib ich lieber woanders! Sorry

Wir sind ganz spontan zum Essen hingefahren, glücklicherweise haben wir noch einen Tisch bekommen (besser vorher reservieren). Der Service und das Ambiente waren spitzenmäßig. Das Essen war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis! Der ganze Abend war spontan aber so vollkommen toll, wozu das Restaurant Leidenschaft eine Menge beigetragen hat. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder, vielen Dank!

Bestemt ikke det bedste italienske jeg har fået, heller ikke i Tyskland. Pizza var lidt underbagt og Spaghetti Carbonara ved de vist ikke helt hvodan man laver. Herudover kun 4 rødvine på vinkortet heraf 3 primitivo (er ikke fan, men det kan de jo ikke gøre for) den rødvin vi valgte blev til gengæld serveret alt for varm. Betjening var ganske ok, men kommer nok ikke igen.

Ich finde es dort wunderschön das Essen schmeckt unbeschreiblich schön so als wäre es aus einem Traum der Service ist auch sehr gut und alles in einem ein 10/10

Ein kleines, sehr gemütliches Restaurant, schönes Ambiente mit Wohlfühlcharakter!

Wir wollten uns nach einer langen Autofahrt mit vielen Staus auf der A7 etwas Gutes gönnen. Wir bekamen zwar einen Platz im Freien und die Speisekarte. Das war‘s. Der Chef und die Mitarbeiter waren mit BussiBussi, Umarmungen und fröhlichem Geplauder mit Stammgästen beschäftigt. Nicht einmal nach einem Getränkewunsch wurde gefragt - nach einem Tag mit fast 30 Grad. Nach ca. 20 Minuten verließen wir das Lokal.

Super nette Bedienung. Mich hat das Essen nicht vom Hocker gehauen obwohl es gut geschmeckt hat. Es gibt deutlich bessere Italiener.
