Every time I visit Einbeck, I go here for pizza or pasta. Guests receive a very warm welcome as soon as they enter. The service is very friendly, and I didn't have to wait too long for drinks and food (starter, main course, and dessert), even though the restaurant was very busy. It was so delicious and filling! Good food, friendly service, but a bit cramped.

We visited twice with a family group of 11 people. Very friendly and attentive staff. A wide selection of food was served simultaneously for the entire group. No one had any complaints, and we were very satisfied. The chef's special was also delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Reservations are essential on weekends.

That's what an Italian restaurant should be like. If you're lucky, the staff will argue or talk in Italian (you wouldn't know, but at least it wasn't quiet), the dog will bark and the children will play and cry loudly. I really enjoyed it.

The restaurant has a rustic and cozy decor, and the service was very friendly. We received a small gift from the kitchen – a great start. The selection of dishes is extensive. We had a calzone and the Pizza Forza Cagliari. Both pizzas were very well topped and tasted excellent. The calzone was even a bit too meaty. Overall, a fantastic experience – we'd love to come back and highly recommend the restaurant!

Absolutely. The food is delicious. There's always a welcome from the kitchen and a small drink of your choice to finish. There's pizza and pasta, but there are also little Italian gems on the menu. Enjoy! It's worth it.

The "total package" is simply perfect here. The pizza is, for us, the BEST in the area – absolutely perfect. The service is very attentive and friendly. There are no long waits. The value for money is excellent. One of the few restaurants that has kept its prices down to earth...😉 And at the end, there's always a nightcap on the house...that's not something you can take for granted everywhere these days. We always enjoy coming back to Italia 😊

Our plates were cleared away while we were still eating, and the food tasted like pre-made junk. The only thing that was truly amazing was the starter. The cutlery was the only thing that was clean. I wouldn't go there again.

Cozy Italian restaurant with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff was friendly and competent. The food was excellent, the ingredients fresh, and the prices reasonable. Unfortunately, there are steps everywhere, so the restaurant is not particularly suitable for people with walking aids or wheelchairs.

The food and service are truly top-notch! I highly recommend the pizza to everyone. The only star deducted for the ambiance is the limited space. I understand that they want to make the most of the space given the large number of customers, but they could definitely use a bit more space. Otherwise, everything is top-notch!

Good food, rich lunch menu at a great price-performance ratio. There was a mixed salad, spaghetti in tomato sauce with beef fillet tips and finally a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

The food was delicious, the service excellent, and everything else was just as good. Since our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, they packed up the rest for us. If we're ever back in Einbeck, we'll be happy to go there again.

First of all I have to say that this one star is already one star too many for me... Now one of the worst restaurants in Einbeck. It happened again and again that we ordered a table with several people (6 people) and were unfortunately turned away again. A drink was offered, but we politely declined. We will definitely not visit this location again. At some point it just has to be good. Now one of 3 couples will receive a voucher. In my opinion, that's the bottom of the barrel. I definitely won't step over the threshold to the restaurant again. That was it definitely and finally for me and my family.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars...you reserve a table a while in advance and then it's suddenly taken. This isn't the first time something like this has happened and it's not an isolated case. That doesn't work at all.

I have always been very satisfied in the past. Unfortunately not anymore at all. Table reserved for six people...but unfortunately our table was given to someone else because the restaurant was completely overcrowded. Unfortunately this has happened for the second time now. And a wait of half an hour + free drink until a table becomes available is not acceptable to me when making a reservation!

It's a shame, we wanted to spend a nice evening there with several people, we had booked a table several days in advance and we got there on time and then we didn't even get our seat because everything was occupied and we left the restaurant! It's a shame that this place has gone down a lot lately!

The food has been consistently good here for many years, the service is quick and always very friendly. The atmosphere is very nice, but the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. Even though it was very cold in the restaurant last time, we will always be happy to come back, as it has been for the last 30 years. For us the best restaurant far and wide.

Were there in a small group. I have to honestly say that I'm disappointed that I waited 1 1/2 hours for food, the place was packed, pizza was ok. The atmosphere is cool and the toilets are also very cold. Service was good. I probably won't go there again, it's a shame.

An absolutely great, REAL Italian, food was super tasty, top service and very fair prices. A must when you are in Einbeck. We'd love to come back... For your information, there were 9 of us there and we all got our food at the same time, which is not always a given.

We spent the evening in "Italia", an Italian restaurant that exudes a bit of the charm of the Italian restaurants from the eighties in West Germany. The service was friendly and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. As a greeting from the kitchen there were toasted slices of bread with a garlic and herb cream - very tasty. I started with a cream of mushroom soup (6 euros), which was wonderfully creamy and flavorful. I then chose the "Pasta alla Chef": pasta cooked three times al dente, served with three different sauces. One was a kind of bolognese with peas, the second a cream sauce with broccoli and ham, and the third a tomato sauce with vegetables. Nothing was fancy, but everything was very tasty and unbeatable for the price. Mr. P's pizza was also delicious old school, topped with lots of cheese. At the end there was a limoncello, grappa or espresso on the house - a nice touch. A top shop for everyone who likes “old school” Italian cuisine and wants to eat cheaply. Four out of five penne!

Telephoning in public spaces via video telephony with loud speech and counter-speech has become a nuisance of indiscretion and noise pollution, which, if it is caused by the employees of a restaurant, is obviously not allowed to be defended against, because at Italia we were not too late long time ago because of this complaint, after 30 years of being a regular customer, I was referred to the hotel by the manager's wife. The torrent of words with which she bombarded us expressed that she had apparently long been offended by the fact that we had often asked for better protection for non-smokers. Unfortunately, this is still handled very laxly in this place today. As a rule, doors to rooms where people smoke are left open and the smoke drifts into the cloakroom and the guest tables. So far, this has not affected our loyalty to the house; as I said, we have only asked for the relevant doors to be closed in such cases. When we said goodbye, our favorite waiter had tears in his eyes. We have now heard from various quarters that complaints about the lady are increasing. For us, Italia is history. Luckily, there is once again the small, fine Italian restaurant at Möncheplatz whose pizzas are absolutely outstanding.

As always, the food was okay, but we were very disappointed with the service. It was a Saturday evening and very crowded but if you go to a restaurant you should still feel welcome. This was absolutely not the case and you were just processed quickly and hectically. Unfortunately, an on-site visit is no longer possible.

It's always nice to come home and meet a well-rehearsed team

So far I'm very happy, only when it's very crowded is the noise level very high for me. But I feel that way for myself, but it doesn't have to be that way for the general public.

We ate here last Saturday on the recommendation of a friend who comes from Einbeck. We came here spontaneously and didn't have a reservation. It was quite crowded. Nevertheless, there was room for us. Overall, my personal impression of the staff was “wanted, but not able”. In several situations, whether talking to customers right next to us or bringing food/drink to the table, it was noticed that the employees wanted to do everything correctly, but in 90% of the cases they didn't manage to do it. For example, a customer was either rudely interrupted by three different employees, was not allowed to finish, or was disinterested. I come from a service background and something like that doesn't work. These were all situations that could have been resolved in a friendly and polite manner. Even when we were brought “a greeting from the kitchen” (at least I assume that was what it was) the plates were simply slapped onto our table without a comment. No sound was said. When I wanted to ask, the employee had already turned around and disappeared. The appetizer that followed came very quickly and also impressed us with its taste. We were very satisfied and excited about the main course. This also came relatively quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised considering the store was so full. The positive didn't last long. When my pasta plate arrived, it was only lukewarm, almost cold. The sauce and the pasta in general also tasted more like canned pasta from the supermarket. Which in itself isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I expect something different in a restaurant. My husband had a calzone that was very well filled. Which isn't necessarily a positive thing here either, because there was almost only one of the ingredients in it and it looks more like meat salad inside the filled pizza. The cost factor was appropriate for the performance. We paid around €38 for a starter, two main courses, a large water and a juice. But we won't be coming back.

We had pizza and pasta. The pizza was basically okay, but the toppings were careless. In the case of the carbonara, the egg had curdled. The service was great! Fast and friendly.

The ambience of the restaurant is unfortunately left in the 80s and could use some refreshing. However, the food was really good and what you would expect from an Italian restaurant. The menu is very extensive and leaves little to be desired. The service was great and actually consisted exclusively of real Italians. Price performance level is very good. We also received a small greeting from the kitchen and plenty of side bread, a pizza bread without toppings. The bread was really very good - warm, freshly baked. Delicious! Recommendation from me!

Cozy Italian restaurant in the city of Einbeck. We were there on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was busy. Already a good sign. We were warmly greeted in Italian (by all the staff) as we should be. Very nice...you immediately feel welcome and like you're on vacation in Italy. ;) The service was very good, friendly and very quick, with well-organized processes. On the one hand it's good...on the other hand it went almost a little too quickly for us if you want to spend a slightly longer evening. Plate away, new plate in...perhaps you could ask if the next course should be started immediately, as a small hint. The table next to us said "please wait a little longer before the main course", they probably already knew that. But that's complaining at a high level. ;) We ordered the Vino della Casa once Bianco, once Rosso and a bottle of San Pellegrino. Both wines are dry and very good for a house wine. STARTERS: We shared the No. 4 "Tris di Antipasti" a mixed starter plate and were not disappointed! We were given the platter and each of us a separate plate on which a bruschetta was already decorated for each of us. Top! Vegetables, capaccio and vitello tonnato tasted very good, the buchetta was one of the best I've had so far! Worth mentioning is the really delicious bread made from pizza dough!! If I can make a wish...please put it in advance with a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and fresh basil. That would be a dream! :))) MAIN COURSES: We both decided on a rump steak, once No. 123 "Bistecca alla Jörgi" and once No. 120 "Bistecca Contadina". Side dishes and vegetables were very tasty and the meat was medium rare. However, we were not asked beforehand how we would like the meat. So if you like English or more, you should mention that yourself. ;) We decided not to have dessert because of the strong feeling of fullness, but that would have been great too. ;) At the end there was a generous Marsala on the house. Bottom up! CONCLUSION: We will definitely come back!
