Disorganized-looking waiters who had no sense of whether they were needed or not. However, a really good meal (apart from the burnt creme brulee) and a nice atmosphere in the well-filled restaurant ultimately led to a lovely evening.

If I could, I would give -5 stars. The colleague brought the portion with the excuse that it was very small and that it was divided into two plates and that we could have a second helping, but then the other colleague didn't come didn't want to understand it, wanted to sell us a dessert instead because neither of us are full, not even my wife, who is usually always full, was full. We're going to eat somewhere else now, maybe we'll have better luck there, it was just a starter for 60 euros!!! We've never had this before where one waiter apologizes when bringing the food that the portion is too small and the other colleague then refuses a second helping...

Very nice restaurant without kitsch. Pleasant lighting, not acoustically overwhelming. James Brown instead of Eros Ramazzotti. Friendly and positively relaxed staff, good food at a reasonable price. I'd love to come back.

Very friendly and polite staff, very hard working. Food was okay, prices were okay, portions were okay to not enough. But the cleanliness in general could be better, unfortunately. Tableware and napkins were old school, i.e. made of fabric and ironed/starched.

By chance I read about your scampi buffet on the internet and luckily decided to try it. A huge compliment to the entire team and an extra compliment to the kitchen, we haven't eaten so well in a long time. Everything is just right with you. Thank you very much for this wonderful evening with our friends. We'll definitely be back. For this buffet we also have to look for a parking space because that is really difficult. Stay healthy everyone and we look forward to seeing you again.

Everything tip top. Super delicious food. Prices are totally reasonable. All the waiters were super friendly and in a good mood. The ambience is also very nice in a quiet location, so you can also sit outside. Always my pleasure.

Despite making a reservation in advance, we got a table half on the sidewalk, which was still dirty from the previous guests, our meal took 1 hour even though guests who came after us had already finished it long ago, the pasta was inedible and not seasoned at all, as was the cheese I had to pick myself up inside because there was no staff around. The food was only served after the meal. The panna cotta that was offered to us didn't make up for that. NEVER AGAIN!

We've been trying it again and again for 15 years, but the food is and remains tasteless, spices are hardly used, everything that can be saved with salt and pepper is saved if you season it yourself...some of the pasta isn't al dente, but just not at all. Service isn't good either, totally inattentive. Drinks came after the appetizer, ok, it was busy. But we asked for the menu again to choose another dessert, after we had it it took almost 20 minutes for the waiter to notice us so we could order. Even though the waiter was constantly near our table. Sorry, but we'd rather go to Rossini...the taste is much better and the service is attentive and familiar.

It's been a long time since I've been served so well in a restaurant. The food, the organization, the presentation, all in all a perfect experience at the Scampi Satt and Antipasti evening. The waiters are attentive. The only drawback is that the glasses are not noticed when they are empty and that they can be filled again, which would of course also increase sales. However, this can also be excused due to the large number of guests. A must for every visitor to Berlin to have been there. Definitely a clear place recommendation.

We like to eat there often because everything is perfect. It's tasty, there's a large selection, it's cozy and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

My favorite restaurant at the moment: the service is great, the waiters are all nice and take care of everything. the kitchen is great... I like everything. The pizzas are very good. Fish/meat are also great. Pastas are delicious. There are also children's meals and small surprises. Aperitifs like Aperol or limoncello Spritz are well made ;) I'll always come back :)

Nice restaurant with garden seating, attentive, nice staff. The food was delicious from the starter soup to the dessert, and the recommended wine was delicious. We didn't look at the prices because we were invited by Heinz.

I usually avoid restaurants due to bad experiences. This restaurant wiped out all my bad experiences. From the first bite to the last there were fireworks in my mouth. This is definitely a place I would like to visit again. Staff 5 stars and food 5 stars.

Lunch was delicious and, including drinks, starters or dessert, was relatively inexpensive. You sit nicely, the service is courteous and you get decent quality.

The carbonara is bad, but I've eaten better here, hence 3 stars. Service ok, our corner didn't receive much attention. The ambience is nice.

I love these Italians. A piece of Italy in the middle of Pankow. The food is great, the service is even better and the ambience is wonderful too.. keep it up!

How well we ate here. In Pankow, NE Berlin. It is a restaurant with a huge menu. I ate that pasta that they serve you during cheese time. The waiter, a character, sang in Italian while serving. It fills up. I ate very well, with two glasses of wine, for 30 euros. Without waste !

Early 2020: Actually always very tasty, only recently we have the feeling that the quality is decreasing a bit despite the constantly increasing prices. The service is usually very good. When it gets crowded, things can get a bit chaotic. It varies from waiter to waiter. Update November 14, 2021: The food has (subjectively) gotten better again. One star deducted because neither proof of vaccination is checked (let alone checked conscientiously) nor proof of testing. That's why it's too unsafe for me to go there at the moment, especially since the restaurant is always very full in the evening. Update November 18, 2021: Thanks for the reply. Then I look forward to my next visit and am excited to see how it will be implemented... and my experience with my (subjective) sense of security on site :-) Update 2024: Firenze was able to return to its old quality - if not the best of all time. The staff is great, everyone is very accommodating, the food is really good and in my opinion better (consistently) than before.

Very appealing atmosphere, courteous service, I ate sole with asparagus - very tasty. There were 5 of us guests and everyone enjoyed it very much. I wanted a semi-dry/off-dry white wine. Unfortunately it doesn't exist here. Otherwise everything is very good.

Nice staff, special requests were also fulfilled (in our case a wine mix). The food tasted good, the offerings were normal for an Italian restaurant. We found the low prices remarkable. We sat in the glassed-in patio area, which was very pleasant.

Not an insider tip for a long time. Ristorante Firenze! Overall, my rating is 15 stars. There should even be 20 stars because the price/performance ratio also gets full marks. Even the reception is friendly and welcoming. A warm atmosphere makes you want to go on a trip to Italy straight away. The map is versatile without becoming confusing. There were three of us and we each had different starters and main courses. The quality and portion sizes were excellent. All in all, a successful visit that deserves 20 stars! A little tip: reservations in the evening are recommended.

I had never tasted carbonara with cream instead of egg, and cooked ham instead of bacon. And there was no misunderstanding, make fun of people who don't know Italian cuisine.

Our whole family's favorite place! Perhaps the only place I come with two small children is the feeling of being at home, knowing that the staff will treat us with great attention and care. The food is always 5 out of 5, the seasonal dishes and truffle dishes are particularly interesting. It's also, without exaggeration, the best Aperol in town! A big hello to our entire family team!

Friendly service, but the food has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. Spaghetti alio e olio, zero taste, fresh pasta from a parmesan wheel with truffle oil just as tasteless. The crowning glory, the waiter's perfume, makes your eyes water, your nasal mucous membranes swell and the fine wine from the Künstler winery disappear into nirvana. It's a shame, it should have been a nice evening.

A lot has been invested here in creating a stylish, feel-good atmosphere. In very good and tasty food as well. In addition to a varied menu, there is a business lunch and always delicious daily specials. Because the service is absolutely always right, I have been a regular here for many years. Friday evening, reserved, no reservation found, the waiter was a bit confused and always in a hurry, after we were at the table no one cared about us for a good half hour to at least get drinks, we were all very thirsty and then the order was taken in a hurry , I felt like I was at the checkout at Aldi, after an hour of bread in baskets, then at some point bruscetta, honestly they were so lovingly oversalted, despite pre-ordering antipasti nothing was ready, waiting again, after an hour and a half then the main course, I want it Don't make everything bad, but I didn't like my pizza, but that's a matter of opinion, we still had a pleasant evening and took it with humor, but people, or the owner of this beautiful restaurant, if it's soooooooo full where you are, then come get it Reinforce or move a few tables away, the service was really very friendly despite being overwhelmed, the focus should be on quality rather than quantity.
