Ristorante Firenze in Berlin

Scampi buffet. Actually for two. But my sister was very late. I was initially completely ignored by the service because I was supposed to be eating alone. No speech. No drinks. It was too loud and too warm in the restaurant for me. It was very crowded. The tables are close together. Next time we would try to get a table in the winter garden. The food was good average. The usual antipasti. Scampi only in 1 version. It could have been refilled quicker. After 9 p.m. there was hardly any choice. We definitely missed a fresh salad to complement it. Rocket or lamb's lettuce with a fresh dressing alongside the "heavy" marinated antipasti and the very tasty vitello tonnato.

We went to the Scamp ibuffet in Firenze. The scampies had died for the second time: they were fried to death, crumbly on the inside and tasteless. Later came noodles in a cream sauce with shrimps and they were ok. Unfortunately the sauce wasn't homemade. The starter buffet was delicious, vitello tonato, the ham and the antipasti were good. It was refilled and plenty of it. Unfortunately there were also canned mushrooms among them. The olive oil on the table was very good. The Aperol was pretty thin. The service left a lot to be desired, we sometimes took our plates away ourselves. We liked the atmosphere, the staff was nice. Still we won't be coming back.

Firenze is our absolute favorite restaurant! We have been regular guests for years and every time we feel like we are staying with good friends. The waiters anticipate your every wish - attentive, warm and always in a good mood. The food? Simply great! Authentic Italian cuisine that impresses every time. No matter whether it's pasta, pizza or fish - here you can taste the love and passion that goes into cooking. A special highlight: Anyone who has a birthday can look forward to a wonderful surprise - Gigi sings an Italian birthday song that makes the evening unforgettable. The owner is just as warm as his team. You can feel that everyone is putting their heart and soul into it. Firenze is not just a restaurant, it is a piece of Italy that we love - and will remain our favorite Italian restaurant for years to come. Grazie mille to the entire team – we look forward to many more visits!

Particularly recommended is the Parmesan pasta with truffles and optionally beef fillet.

Super Essen, tolle Bedienung und sehr gute Küche. Das Essen immer wieder sehr gut. Die ein Richtung lädt immer dazuein sitzen zu bleiben. Ein kleines Stück Italien.

Very friendly staff. Just Bella Italia. Pasta parmigiano - my absolute favorite. I have never had this dish better anywhere.

Disorganized-looking waiters who had no sense of whether they were needed or not. However, a really good meal (apart from the burnt creme brulee) and a nice atmosphere in the well-filled restaurant ultimately led to a lovely evening.

If I could, I would give -5 stars. The colleague brought the portion with the excuse that it was very small and that it was divided into two plates and that we could have a second helping, but then the other colleague didn't come didn't want to understand it, wanted to sell us a dessert instead because neither of us are full, not even my wife, who is usually always full, was full. We're going to eat somewhere else now, maybe we'll have better luck there, it was just a starter for 60 euros!!! We've never had this before where one waiter apologizes when bringing the food that the portion is too small and the other colleague then refuses a second helping...

Very nice restaurant without kitsch. Pleasant lighting, not acoustically overwhelming. James Brown instead of Eros Ramazzotti. Friendly and positively relaxed staff, good food at a reasonable price. I'd love to come back.

Very friendly and polite staff, very hard working. Food was okay, prices were okay, portions were okay to not enough. But the cleanliness in general could be better, unfortunately. Tableware and napkins were old school, i.e. made of fabric and ironed/starched.

It was simply fantastic, the buffet last night, all you can eat scampi, with friendly, attentive waiters. We'll definitely come back

By chance I read about your scampi buffet on the internet and luckily decided to try it. A huge compliment to the entire team and an extra compliment to the kitchen, we haven't eaten so well in a long time. Everything is just right with you. Thank you very much for this wonderful evening with our friends. We'll definitely be back. For this buffet we also have to look for a parking space because that is really difficult. Everything tip top. Super delicious food. Prices are totally reasonable. All the waiters were super friendly and in a good mood. The ambience is also very nice in a quiet location, so you can also sit outside. Always my pleasure.

Despite making a reservation in advance, we got a table half on the sidewalk, which was still dirty from the previous guests, our meal took 1 hour even though guests who came after us had already finished it long ago, the pasta was inedible and not seasoned at all, as was the cheese I had to pick myself up inside because there was no staff around. The food was only served after the meal. The panna cotta that was offered to us didn't make up for that. NEVER AGAIN!

We've been trying it again and again for 15 years, but the food is and remains tasteless, spices are hardly used, everything that can be saved with salt and pepper is saved if you season it yourself...some of the pasta isn't al dente, but just not at all. Service isn't good either, totally inattentive. Drinks came after the appetizer, ok, it was busy. But we asked for the menu again to choose another dessert, after we had it it took almost 20 minutes for the waiter to notice us so we could order. Even though the waiter was constantly near our table. Sorry, but we'd rather go to Rossini...the taste is much better and the service is attentive and familiar.

It's been a long time since I've been served so well in a restaurant. The food, the organization, the presentation, all in all a perfect experience at the Scampi Satt and Antipasti evening. The waiters are attentive. The only drawback is that the glasses are not noticed when they are empty and that they can be filled again, which would of course also increase sales. However, this can also be excused due to the large number of guests. A must for every visitor to Berlin to have been there. Definitely a clear place recommendation.

My favorite restaurant at the moment: the service is great, the waiters are all nice and take care of everything. the kitchen is great... I like everything. The pizzas are very good. Fish/meat are also great. Pastas are delicious. There are also children's meals and small surprises. Aperitifs like Aperol or limoncello Spritz are well made ;) I'll always come back :)

A solid Italian restaurant with reasonable prices. The food tastes quite good, but is not at the highest level of taste. It lacks a little spice and sophistication. The staff is attentive.

I usually avoid restaurants due to bad experiences. This restaurant wiped out all my bad experiences. From the first bite to the last there were fireworks in my mouth. This is definitely a place I would like to visit again. Staff 5 stars and food 5 stars.

Lunch was delicious and, including drinks, starters or dessert, was relatively inexpensive. You sit nicely, the service is courteous and you get decent quality.

The carbonara is bad, but I've eaten better here, hence 3 stars. Service ok, our corner didn't receive much attention. The ambience is nice.

I love these Italians. A piece of Italy in the middle of Pankow. The food is great, the service is even better and the ambience is wonderful too.. keep it up!

How well we ate here. In Pankow, NE Berlin. It is a restaurant with a huge menu. I ate that pasta that they serve you during cheese time. The waiter, a character, sang in Italian while serving. It fills up. I ate very well, with two glasses of wine, for 30 euros. Without waste !

Early 2020: Actually always very tasty, only recently we have the feeling that the quality is decreasing a bit despite the constantly increasing prices. The service is usually very good. When it gets crowded, things can get a bit chaotic. It varies from waiter to waiter. Update November 14, 2021: The food has (subjectively) gotten better again. One star deducted because neither proof of vaccination is checked (let alone checked conscientiously) nor proof of testing. That's why it's too unsafe for me to go there at the moment, especially since the restaurant is always very full in the evening. Update November 18, 2021: Thanks for the reply. Then I look forward to my next visit and am excited to see how it will be implemented... and my experience with my (subjective) sense of security on site :-) Update 2024: Firenze was able to return to its old quality - if not the best of all time. The staff is great, everyone is very accommodating, the food is really good and in my opinion better (consistently) than before.

Very appealing atmosphere, courteous service, I ate sole with asparagus - very tasty. There were 5 of us guests and everyone enjoyed it very much. I wanted a semi-dry/off-dry white wine. Unfortunately it doesn't exist here. Otherwise everything is very good.

Nice staff, special requests were also fulfilled (in our case a wine mix). The food tasted good, the offerings were normal for an Italian restaurant. We found the low prices remarkable. We sat in the glassed-in patio area, which was very pleasant.
