Das Essen ist qualitativ und top zubereitet. Das frisch zubereitetet Beef Tartar war ein Highlight. Wir haben rundum einen tollen Abend dort verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir wurden bereits bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich begrüßt – ein Detail, das sofort dafür sorgt, dass man sich willkommen und wohlfühlt. Das Restaurant liegt etwas verwinkelt und ist nicht auf Anhieb zu finden, was dem Besuch aber einen ganz besonderen, fast schon charmanten Charakter verleiht. Auch diesmal hat die Qualität der Speisen absolut überzeugt. Der Koch zeigt viel Kreativität, und die regelmäßig wechselnde Speisekarte sorgt immer wieder für neue, spannende Geschmackserlebnisse. Ein rundum gelungener Besuch – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen. Schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben, die Zutaten sind köstlich, der Service erstklassig, das Essen hervorragend und alles wird mit großer Sorgfalt zubereitet.

Uns wurde das Restaurant von unserm Sohn empfohlen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war hervorragend. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend in einem tollen Ambiente. Sollten wir mal wieder in Wolfsburg sein kommen wir gerne wieder.

Waren Vorort für ein Valentinstagsdinner. Menüauswahl hat überzeugt! Das Essen war sehr lecker und hatte eine sehr gute Qualität. Unsere eine Servicekraft wirkte ein wenig überfordert beim einschenken der Getränke. Ich persönlich fand diese unbeholfene Art niedlich. Ambiente sehr hübsch mit der Dunklen Strukturtapette und den goldenen Akzenten. Kommen gern wieder.

Sehr angenehmes Restaurant Die Speisekarte und die Weinkarte sind wohldurchdacht und sinnvoll straff sortiert. Die Crew ist aufmerksam und fachkundig. Beratung ist Service. Wunderbare Avocadocreme Sehr gute Tacos Fisch und Chips wunderbar interpretiert mit toller Fischauswahl.

War sehr lecker, super angerichtet und hat dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gut entsprochen. Das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. But there's the recommendation of the day. Very nice! Delicious tortillas and a great steak. Special requests are also responded to promptly and well. The fact that some of the dishes are vegan is certainly a plus for many guests. I would appreciate a clear indication of the individual dishes. A panna cotta based on vegan cream isn't bad, but the texture on the tongue does take some getting used to. That's complaining at a very high level, but as a veteran and master of the trade, I have a different relationship to the classics of culinary art. Nevertheless, FERDINAND'S is a wonderful and refreshing addition to the Wolfsburg gastronomy scene! Boys and girls, keep it up! We'll be back

We visited Ferdinands for the first time on August 2, 2025... It was outstandingly good. A small, stylishly decorated restaurant with occasional live music, although it wasn't on the menu that evening. The service staff was very friendly, attentive, professional, and concerned with the well-being of the guests. You could tell that both employees enjoyed their work. And what can we say about the food?... It was consistently excellent. A small menu, which I really like, with exquisite ingredients, refined flavors, and eye-pleasing presentation. Everything was absolutely delicious 😁 I don't eat out very often, but this restaurant won't be the last of me. I can say that for sure. Many thanks again to the entire team at Ferdinands for an evening that left a truly impressive feeling of well-being.😊

Beautiful and simple yet stylishly decorated restaurant with great service. I had a rum steak with grilled vegetables and potato wedges. The steak was grilled to perfection and very tasty. We would definitely come back for more. Can only recommend it.

We visited FERDINANDS for the second time today and were once again absolutely thrilled. A calm and relaxed atmosphere awaits you. The staff is very friendly and attentive in a relaxed way. We didn't have to wait long for either our drinks or our food. All the dishes were prepared with great attention to detail and were incredibly delicious. We were surprised that such a good restaurant could still be found tucked away in a residential area of ​​Wolfsburg. The ambiance is great, very tastefully decorated, and all in all, very stylish. Before making our reservation, we were informed by phone that there might be delays with our food, but we were happy to accept this. The food tasted very good and was very decoratively presented on the plates. The starters for two people were very tasty, even if the included Sierre tequila didn't match the quality of the food. Omitting the tequila would have been better here... or using a higher-quality one for an additional charge. It would have been doable, as the higher-quality one was also available on-site. (A sample was provided... thank you very much for that!) The main course (8 hours in the smoker) was outstanding, and the dessert (crème brûlée) was also excellent. The owner of the restaurant guided us perfectly through a very successful evening. Thank you very much for that too! We'll be back!

Favorite restaurant ❤️ I can't explain why I haven't written a review yet. Well, okay 😇 I was only here for the first time three years ago or so. From a Christmas party with colleagues to a relaxed bachelorette party to a romantic meal on a wine tour with my husband. FERDINANDS is always perfect! Absolutely fantastic food with perfect quality, topped off by a team that has made every visit a special experience with a smile and attentiveness since opening. And no constantly changing employees. It's nice when you're recognized and recognize everyone yourself. A constantly changing menu with constantly new ideas leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen crew always outdoes itself! Come by... experience... rave about it! You can thank me later 😅 PS: Lots of photos from many visits. Unfortunately, I can't remember everything. My wife and I went to Ferdinands for our first wedding anniversary. We were so impressed by the food and everything else that this is my first restaurant review ever. When you walk up to the restaurant you have absolutely no idea what a great restaurant you will find inside. We all agreed that it was the best restaurant we have ever eaten in. From the homemade bread with homemade aioli dip to the accompaniment from the kitchen to the main course, the food was consistently excellent. The drinks menu is also impressive with regard to wine and gin. The cozy atmosphere and the great service round off the experience. We are already thinking about driving all the way from Lehrte to Wolfsburg just to eat there.

Ferdinand's is highly recommended. A very pleasant ambiance, the staff is very friendly, competent, and accommodating. The menu impresses with a small selection of very high-quality dishes. The gin list is definitely worth a look. There are at least 30 excellent gins. Everyone should be able to find the perfect gin here. The Negroni is also very tasty. We spent an unforgettable evening at Ferdinand's with excellent food and drinks.

We were able to celebrate our 120th birthday at Ferdinands. Update 2: Website always with the current map. Service and food as always top! Online reservation works great! Update: the restaurant is still in the top 5 for us in Wolfsburg. What we think is a shame that after about a year there is still no decent website. Online reservation difficult, you can't see the available tables on Google. No current menu, so you'll be surprised when you visit a restaurant. In addition, we were never given a menu with long drinks and spirits. Only a wine list was available with the menu. No information about events, otherwise we would like to take part there. We wanted to eat our "favorite bowls" and were surprised that the restaurant had a completely different menu than before. Very nice atmosphere and a nice reception. After we were shown to our table, the order to drink was immediately placed. There was a small snack to shorten the waiting time and then a delicious greeting from the kitchen. All in all, I really liked and enjoyed it and would definitely like to come back.

We were there for dinner with three people on a Saturday evening. We had an aperitif, wine, three courses and ended up with €225. This was absolutely worth it: - the food was great! Everything was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. We had the asparagus salad, cream of asparagus soup and the cauliflower soup; the tuna, asparagus with veal schnitzel and asparagus with oyster mushrooms; Strawberry salad with ice cream, the Reblochon in filo dough and a line. Plus a bottle of Grüner Veltiner, which we were able to try beforehand and which went really well with the asparagus. - the service was great! We received a friendly welcome and were given attentive and competent advice and service throughout the evening. - the ambience is nice. The store is well furnished and the entire team is uniformly and tastefully dressed. We would like to thank you for the lovely evening and look forward to coming back!

Wonderful, somewhat upscale restaurant in a modern, contemporary atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly without seeming fake or intrusive. The food is really good and changes regularly and changes seasonally. The restaurant has its own smoker and always offers freshly prepared dishes such as smoked salmon or ribs.

Wow, honestly I didn't expect anything so great

It was our first time at Ferdinand's and we were thrilled. Very accommodating, friendly and attentive staff. There were two of us there and we each had three courses that were of a high standard. The meat was on point and the homemade croquettes were really great! There are also great non-alcoholic drinks on offer as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes. We'd love to come back!

Delicious food, very friendly service Very very solid food. Really friendly, vegan as a principle with possibly meat and or fish on the side. But a vegetarian doesn't just get side dishes, but really well thought-out, filling (!) food. Several little things, like maybe more caramelized onions, for an onion soup or a falafel that was a bit too dry, but that's complaining at a high level. Rooms on the noisy, reverberant side get tiring over time

All in all we were very satisfied. From the bread with dip served, to the greeting from the kitchen, to dessert. Comments on the main course were warmly received by the service and passed on. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, everything was clean and didn't smell unpleasant (toilets). Since there are both vegan and meat dishes, everyone gets their money's worth. One can argue about the price-performance ratio, but based on the value of the goods we found it to be a bit too high.

We were guests here on a warm summer evening and sat outside at a table that we had reserved in advance. The service wasn't as attentive as we expected, but the food was great. Unfortunately there are few dishes for vegetarians or vegans, which I found to be a shame. Not everything went smoothly with the bill either and it would be nice if the bill and the amount were a little more discreet, such as: B. would be presented in a folder and not spoken verbally across the entire terrace, as is the case with us. There's still room for improvement, because I expected more from a high-priced restaurant.

Thai curry unfortunately 2/3 filled with rice, for 12€ not much vegetables. Reusable bowls for a €5 deposit must be taken. The order board is behind the preparation and not where it would be appropriate, when ordering. The taste was good, pleasant spiciness. Friendly staff.

The food, service and ambience were really excellent. The staff worked with a lot of passion and dedication and seemed completely relaxed and relaxed despite the full house. Chapeau. As a vegetarian, I felt very comfortable and had a hard time deciding between the two vegetarian/vegan main courses. Ultimately it was the oyster mushroom burger and it was really delicious. The portion was so large that I unfortunately couldn't finish the fries that came with it. We'd love to come back. Tip: the espresso afterwards was by far the best espresso I've had in years!
