Nice and good as always. Friendly and motivated service staff, and the chefs are in a good mood too. We were looking forward to the new menu being presented after the company holiday, as previously announced. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for most parts. But there's the recommendation of the day. Very nice! Delicious tortillas and a great steak. Special requests are also responded to promptly and well. The fact that some of the dishes are vegan is certainly a plus for many guests. I would appreciate a clear indication of the individual dishes. A panna cotta based on vegan cream isn't bad, but the texture on the tongue does take some getting used to. That's complaining at a very high level, but as a veteran and master of the trade, I have a different relationship to the classics of culinary art. Nevertheless, FERDINAND'S is a wonderful and refreshing addition to the Wolfsburg gastronomy scene! Boys and girls, keep it up! We'll be back

We visited Ferdinands for the first time on August 2, 2025... It was outstandingly good. A small, stylishly decorated restaurant with occasional live music, although it wasn't on the menu that evening. The service staff was very friendly, attentive, professional, and concerned with the well-being of the guests. You could tell that both employees enjoyed their work. And what can we say about the food?... It was consistently excellent. A small menu, which I really like, with exquisite ingredients, refined flavors, and eye-pleasing presentation. Everything was absolutely delicious 😁 I don't eat out very often, but this restaurant won't be the last of me. I can say that for sure. Many thanks again to the entire team at Ferdinands for an evening that left a truly impressive feeling of well-being.😊

A great restaurant with friendly service and great food.

Beautiful and simple yet stylishly decorated restaurant with great service. I had a rum steak with grilled vegetables and potato wedges. The steak was grilled to perfection and very tasty. We would definitely come back for more. Can only recommend it.

We visited FERDINANDS for the second time today and were once again absolutely thrilled. A calm and relaxed atmosphere awaits you. The staff is very friendly and attentive in a relaxed way. We didn't have to wait long for either our drinks or our food. All the dishes were prepared with great attention to detail and were incredibly delicious. We look forward to our next visit to FERDINANDS!

We were surprised that such a good restaurant could still be found tucked away in a residential area of ​​Wolfsburg. The ambiance is great, very tastefully decorated, and all in all, very stylish. Before making our reservation, we were informed by phone that there might be delays with our food, but we were happy to accept this. The food tasted very good and was very decoratively presented on the plates. The starters for two people were very tasty, even if the included Sierre tequila didn't match the quality of the food. Omitting the tequila would have been better here... or using a higher-quality one for an additional charge. It would have been doable, as the higher-quality one was also available on-site. (A sample was provided... thank you very much for that!) The main course (8 hours in the smoker) was outstanding, and the dessert (crème brûlée) was also excellent. The owner of the restaurant guided us perfectly through a very successful evening. Thank you very much for that too! We'll be back!

From a Christmas party with colleagues to a relaxed bachelorette party to a romantic meal on a wine tour with my husband. FERDINANDS is always perfect! Absolutely fantastic food with perfect quality, topped off by a team that has made every visit a special experience with a smile and attentiveness since opening. And no constantly changing employees. It's nice when you're recognized and recognize everyone yourself. A constantly changing menu with constantly new ideas leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen crew always outdoes itself! Come by... experience... rave about it! You can thank me later 😅 PS: Lots of photos from many visits. Unfortunately, I can't remember everything. The little mini bowls are always a welcome greeting from the kitchen. Which always finds its way to the table for free ❤️

My wife and I went to Ferdinands for our first wedding anniversary. We were so impressed by the food and everything else that this is my first restaurant review ever. When you walk up to the restaurant you have absolutely no idea what a great restaurant you will find inside. We all agreed that it was the best restaurant we have ever eaten in. From the homemade bread with homemade aioli dip to the accompaniment from the kitchen to the main course, the food was consistently excellent. The drinks menu is also impressive with regard to wine and gin. The cozy atmosphere and the great service round off the experience. We are already thinking about driving all the way from Lehrte to Wolfsburg just to eat there.

Ferdinand's is highly recommended. A very pleasant ambiance, the staff is very friendly, competent, and accommodating. The menu impresses with a small selection of very high-quality dishes. The gin list is definitely worth a look. There are at least 30 excellent gins. Everyone should be able to find the perfect gin here. The Negroni is also very tasty. We spent an unforgettable evening at Ferdinand's with excellent food and drinks.

We were able to celebrate our 120th birthday at Ferdinands. Update 2: Website always with the current map. Service and food as always top! Online reservation works great! Update: the restaurant is still in the top 5 for us in Wolfsburg. What we think is a shame that after about a year there is still no decent website. Online reservation difficult, you can't see the available tables on Google. No current menu, so you'll be surprised when you visit a restaurant. In addition, we were never given a menu with long drinks and spirits. Only a wine list was available with the menu. No information about events, otherwise we would like to take part there. We wanted to eat our "favorite bowls" and were surprised that the restaurant had a completely different menu than before. We were there for dinner with three people on a Saturday evening. We had an aperitif, wine, three courses and ended up with €225. This was absolutely worth it: - the food was great! Everything was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. We had the asparagus salad, cream of asparagus soup and the cauliflower soup; the tuna, asparagus with veal schnitzel and asparagus with oyster mushrooms; Strawberry salad with ice cream, the Reblochon in filo dough and a line. Plus a bottle of Grüner Veltiner, which we were able to try beforehand and which went really well with the asparagus. - the service was great! We received a friendly welcome and were given attentive and competent advice and service throughout the evening. - the ambience is nice. The store is well furnished and the entire team is uniformly and tastefully dressed. We would like to thank you for the lovely evening and look forward to coming back!

Very nice atmosphere and a nice reception. After we were shown to our table, the order to drink was immediately placed. There was a small snack to shorten the waiting time and then a delicious greeting from the kitchen. All in all, I really liked and enjoyed it and would definitely like to come back.

Wonderful, somewhat upscale restaurant in a modern, contemporary atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly without seeming fake or intrusive. The food is really good and changes regularly and changes seasonally. The restaurant has its own smoker and always offers freshly prepared dishes such as smoked salmon or ribs.

Wow, honestly I didn't expect anything so great

It was our first time at Ferdinand's and we were thrilled. Very accommodating, friendly and attentive staff. There were two of us there and we each had three courses that were of a high standard. The meat was on point and the homemade croquettes were really great! There are also great non-alcoholic drinks on offer as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes. We'd love to come back!

Delicious food, very friendly service Very very solid food. Really friendly, vegan as a principle with possibly meat and or fish on the side. But a vegetarian doesn't just get side dishes, but really well thought-out, filling (!) food. Several little things, like maybe more caramelized onions, for an onion soup or a falafel that was a bit too dry, but that's complaining at a high level. Rooms on the noisy, reverberant side get tiring over time

All in all we were very satisfied. From the bread with dip served, to the greeting from the kitchen, to dessert. Comments on the main course were warmly received by the service and passed on. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, everything was clean and didn't smell unpleasant (toilets). Since there are both vegan and meat dishes, everyone gets their money's worth. One can argue about the price-performance ratio, but based on the value of the goods we found it to be a bit too high.

We were guests here on a warm summer evening and sat outside at a table that we had reserved in advance. The service wasn't as attentive as we expected, but the food was great. Unfortunately there are few dishes for vegetarians or vegans, which I found to be a shame. Not everything went smoothly with the bill either and it would be nice if the bill and the amount were a little more discreet, such as: B. would be presented in a folder and not spoken verbally across the entire terrace, as is the case with us. There's still room for improvement, because I expected more from a high-priced restaurant.

I became aware of this restaurant through a recommendation from one of my wife's friends. Which means it's not that easy to find. There should be more advertising here :) The bowls are delicious, always fresh and the delivery time is also reasonable. The components of the individual dishes are very well coordinated and, at least to me, this composition is not something I have seen before in Wolfsburg. I've now finished all the bowls and order regularly! Only recommended.

Thai curry unfortunately 2/3 filled with rice, for 12€ not much vegetables. Reusable bowls for a €5 deposit must be taken. The order board is behind the preparation and not where it would be appropriate, when ordering. The taste was good, pleasant spiciness. Friendly staff.

We went to Ferdinand's for the first time yesterday. It was really great. Very nice atmosphere, very friendly service and the food was very good. The portions were sufficiently large. We've had enough. I admit that I didn't expect it that way. As a rule, you won't necessarily get full in better restaurants. It's different in Ferdinand's. The prices are reasonable and justified for what is on offer. As a small point of criticism, I would have liked the sauce separately because a Rösti with sauce on top doesn't stay crispy for too long. But that doesn't spoil the taste or overall impression. It was very nice, we'll be back.

Starting with the "greetings from the kitchen" through the starter and main course right up to the dessert, my wife is absolutely thrilled and will definitely come back. Good Morning. We had a very nice and pleasant evening at Ferdinand. From the welcome to the table, it was a great start. We were surprised with a greeting from the kitchen, served in small cups (beetroot coconut soup). The drinks were picked up quickly and brought to the table just as quickly! Two types of tartare would be served as a starter and spiced up with nitrogen. The main course with salmon in puff pastry and cordon blue was simply a unique experience. Finally, it was the Creme Bruele with pistachio ice cream that rounded off the evening. We can only recommend a visit to Ferdinand and wish everyone all the best. Be sure to reserve.

Geburtstagsfeier mit 32 Personen. Schon beim Termin zur Besprechung waren wir sehr begeistert. Freundlich, hilfreich und ganz bei uns und unseren Vorstellungen. Der Abend dann war perfekt! Schöne, stilvolle Deko, wunderbares Ambiente. Bei der Ankunft wurde den Gästen die Garderobe abgenommen, es gab an Stehtischen einen Aperitif. Das war schon ein sehr schöner Start. Ganz entspannt ging es dann vom Gruß aus der Küche bis zum Dessert in genau passenden Abständen. Ohne Hektik, freundliches geschultes Personal, daß Freude bei der Arbeit zeigte. Das Essen war geschmacklich wunderbar und kam so an die Tische, dass alle gemeinsam essen konnten. Die Preise empfanden wir als angemessen für das, was wir bekamen und es absolut nichts zu bemängeln gab. Ein durch und durch gelungener Abend.

Lange nicht mehr einen so guten und zuvorkommenden Service erlebt. Tolles Restaurant mit richtig gutem Essen. Haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt incl. unserer französischen Bulldogge

Wir haben am Grappa-Tasting teilgenommen und es hat uns mega gut gefallen! Gute Informationen und 12 verschiedene Grappasorten zum probieren, begleitet mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten! Zum Schluss gab es sogar noch 4 Liköre zum probieren! Das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen und der Service war mehr als gut! Wir haben diesen Abend sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Ein schönes und gemütliches Restaurant! Ich habe die Maronencremesuppe als Vorspeise bestellt und das war ein Traum! Dann hatte ich das Ragout vom Wild, auch sehr lecker. Nur der Service war langsamer, wir waren eine 14-köpfige Gruppe und hatten ganz oft leere Gläser auf dem Tisch. Dazu sollte in einem solchen Restaurant nicht kommen.

Ich habe das Restaurant gegoogelt und es ist mitten in einem mittelstöckigen Hochhausgebiet versteckt. Welch ein Glücksgriff. Ich habe die gefüllten Knödel auf Rosenkohl und Rotkohl bestellt. Ganz feines Essen. Und der Chef hat mir einen passenden Rotwein dazu empfohlen. Das Team ist total aufmerksam und liebevoll. Das Ambiente gefällt mir auch ausgesprochen gut. Heute waren wir das erste (aber sicher nicht das letzte) mal im Ferdinands. Eine kleine, feine Karte, entspanntes Ambiente, sehr leckeres und liebevoll angerichtetes Essen und ausgesprochen freundlicher Service - alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein echter Geheimtip. Wirkt von außen etwas unscheinbar, ist aber ein wirklich sehr gutes Restaurant. Eine überschaubare Auswahl an Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichten und Desserts, dafür stimmt hier die Qualität und der Geschmack. Gehobene Küche, preislich etwas mehr aber fair und gerechtfertigt. Sehr freundliches, lockeres aber höfliches und aufmerksames Personal. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Ein sehr schönes modernes Ambiente. Einzig wenn alle Tische belegt sind und mehrere Leute sich unterhalten wirkt es kurzzeitig etwas lauter, war aber eine kurze Empfindungen und man gewöhnte sich schnell daran. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Restaurant, leckeres Essen in ausreichender Menge, mit Wohlfühlgarantie. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Man sollte sich aber vorher einen Tisch reservieren.😉 Danke für den schönen Abend.

Positiv auf jeden Fall das Essen. Das ist schon sehr gut. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön. Aber ich habe auch Kritikpunkte. Problematisch die zu wenigen Parkplätze. Die Essensauswahl ist, sagen wir mal, sehr überschaubar. Tatsächlich wurden einigen Gästen auch noch andere Speisen, als die auf der Karte, angeboten. Uns leider nicht. Was ich aber am aller unangenehmsten empfand war die Lautstärke im Restaurant. Da war selbst eine Unterhaltung über einen kleinen Tisch kaum möglich.

Wow. Was für ein Erlebnis. Die aufmerksamste und zuvorkommendste Bedienung, die wir je erlebt haben. Herzlich und aufrichtig interessiert. Die Karte überzeugte uns und beginnend vom Gruß aus der Küche bis zur Empfehlung der Bar war alles Geschmacksexplosion und hat uns begeistert. War eine gute spontane Entscheidung. Gerne wieder 🥰
