The best pizza I've had in a long time. The toppings and base are simply fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.

Stopped here based on a recommendation from work colleagues. Super friendly service, special requests were no problem. Inquiries were answered without hesitation. The pizza was delicious. Handmade, not pre-formed, simply delicious. The crust was crispy and very thin, but the toppings were good. The pizza is cooked in a wood-fired oven, which you can taste. I don't think this was our last visit here. See you next time.

My favorite restaurant in Korbach. We come here regularly. Excellent pasta and pizza. We always start with the bruschetta, and if we have enough, we definitely have to have the tiramisu (super delicious!!).

We've eaten pizza there several times now and we have nothing to complain about. The pizza is great. Some pizzerias in Korbach can take a leaf out of it. The service is friendly and nice and we really like the atmosphere. We're happy to give it 5 stars and anyone who thinks that the price-performance ratio isn't right has no idea

Food and drinks are of good quality. Thanks to the great oven, pizza is absolutely not dripping with fat. Only recommended. Noodles were OK. I really recommend the tomato soup. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is a bit old. Some of the equipment still has the branding of its predecessor. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the “voucher book” was not accepted accordingly - this was made clear to us by the boss and without any possible reversal. In short… food, yes - but only to take away.

Schon lange suchen wir in Korbach ein Ristorante, welches in der Lage ist italienische Spezialitäten hochwertig herzustellen. Nun sind wir fündig geworden. Die von uns gewählten Pizzen waren ein Genuss. Der Belag, alles frisch. Die Krönung des Geschmacks entsteht durch den "echten" Holzofen. Das Timing nach dem Bestellanruf war perfekt. Weiter so, ich komme wieder.

In addition, the toilets are always clean and well maintained, which is a plus for me is an important criterion when visiting a restaurant. The entire atmosphere is inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxed dinner with friends or family. I'm already looking forward to the next visit! The Dolce Vita is a real home for all lovers of Italian cuisine! .

We have been looking for a ristorante in Korbach for a long time that is able to produce high-quality Italian specialties. Now we have found what we are looking for. The pizzas we chose were a delight. The toppings, everything is fresh. The crowning glory of the taste comes from the “real” wood-fired oven. The timing after the order call was perfect. Keep it up, I'll be back.

Dolce Vita is a lovely restaurant with a wide selection of Italian dishes. Pasta dishes can be made gluten-free upon request and for an additional fee. We noticed that the prices online didn't match the prices on the menus in the restaurant. The temperature in the restaurant was a bit low, and we had to wait quite a while for our food.

Food is average but priced high. Had 2 pizzas. One of them in the shape of a heart. It was nice, but I personally don't need something like that. The bruschetta was tasty but the bread was too small and partly burnt in some places. The menu doesn't correspond to the prices they charge. The maps are not up to date. Unfortunately there is nothing good to say about the staff. Unfriendly Italians. We also paid far too much than was stated on the card. We won't be visiting the store again, there are much better ones in Korbach.

Everything was wonderful: the pizza was very tasty, a spicy, crispy salami, I particularly liked the good pesto on it, large and with a delicious dough that was baked light, which I really appreciated. Also nice staff, who are in a good mood and sometimes exchange a word with the guest. I'll definitely come back!

Dear people, we were at Dolce Vita today and were welcomed as if we were family. The Salmone pizza and the lasagne were very tasty, and the boss also explained the stone oven to us, freshly prepared a salad and gave us the espresso on the house. Where else is that? Plus wonderful Italian music.... Mille Grazie... if we hadn't come from the Harz Mountains, this would certainly be our favorite Italian.... Keep it up

Truly a great restaurant. Just what you'd imagine a proper Italian pizza to be. Great service, all in one perfect.

We were at Dolce Vita today on New Year's Eve, and they had a buffet. The food was amazing, even though I'm always very skeptical about buffets. But the quality was superb. The whole thing was topped off by the incredibly friendly people. The service was amazing, and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much!

It's been a long time since I've enjoyed eating out again! Starters and main courses were very tasty! Unfortunately there was only 1 dessert out of a possible 5, a shame. BUT I would recommend it and would be happy to come back.

The pizza from the stone oven is terrific. We ate with the family and everyone was very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is also right. We would love to come back!

It was a good address for us. Friendly boss service, personal wishes shear filling. You can't just eat good pizza here. The boss can also conjure up wonderful steak options upon request. He has an extremely good feel for meat preparations, really great. We would like to make the journey there again from Siegen. Maybe there will be steak days in the next few months. L.G.😁

The food was good and deserved 4 stars. However, we had to wait far too long for the food (and drinks). Finally, a catastrophe was the service, which was completely overwhelmed in terms of expertise and then also became cheeky. That's not possible and you should actually be allowed to give zero stars for that. Addendum: We tried again (a voucher was to blame). A lot has changed now and we're sitting here again. Now we're giving it 4 stars and it's not out of the question that the Dolce Vita will also earn the 5th.

The atmosphere in Dolce Vita is nice, but that was the only positive thing. The food was just a disaster and had absolutely nothing to do with Italian cuisine. Instead of authentic ingredients, there are only cheap finished products here. For example, instead of real Italian prosciutto, the cheapest cooked ham is served. The pizza was more reminiscent of a frozen version from the supermarket. All in all a disappointment.

I found Insalata Capricciosa for €12 each a bit unloving. I had the impression that it was ready-made dressing. Very sweet...it could have also been ready-made salad from a bag...but I don't want to say anything wrong...2 eggs, 2 slices Mozzarella...some tuna and ham...Bread rolls could have been spelled but I found the couple for two salads a bit little. The staff was very friendly, it looked clean, the music was a bit loud. I wouldn't come back now for the salad.

We used to enjoy eating there, but now the staff seems overwhelmed. We were served the wrong pizza and although a new one was prepared, no apology was given. Something like that can happen, but it's still annoying.

Ok, the first few minutes were a bit confusing but soon settled in to a lovely lunch experience. On arrival, we asked for a table for two - probably about eight diners in there so plenty of choice. The waiter then showed me his mobile and was using online translation to apologise that he didn't speak any German and that the German speaking boss would be back in ten minutes and was this ok? Didn't have the heart to admit to him that my German is pretty awful! Anyway, I know about five phrases in Italian, enough to order wine, food and request the bill. So I gave it a go. There was a considerable wait for the wine and when it arrived, it was the wrong wine - not sure whether they mis-understood the order or if the wine was for another table. After this initial rough start, everything settled down, correct Pinot Grigio arrived together with a Spaghetti Bolognese and a Pizza Diavolo. My wife commented that the Spag Bol was delightful - fresh ingredients and tasted genuinely homemade. My pizza was probable one of the best I have tasted in a long time - very tasty toppings, perfectly cooked with a very thin crispy base. So, two main courses, three glasses of wine and one coffee came to 45 Euros. Bearing in mind the quality of the food, this restaurant is an absolute bargain. The staff are friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. Didn't get to see the roof terrace - torrential rain at the time. Oh, by the way the toilets are spotlessly clean! Will re-visit in a few weeks and will probably try some of the their main course pok dishes.

I can only recommend it. Every time we've been there the food has been excellent. The panna cotta in particular was really great. Regarding the service, I can say that the waitress and the boss are really very friendly and take great care of their guests. We will definitely come back.

We were at the restaurant yesterday (Thursday) at 5:30 p.m. The chef took us to the reserved table and was super friendly. The pizzas were great. The pasta dish as well. He also responds to special requests. A female waiter came later. Just as friendly. The dessert...panna cotta was also a dream. We'll definitely be back.

Went there for dinner with 4 people last week. Unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. There was no corn for a pizza. Rose wine was all. Martini was all. But the starter plate was good. The service was friendly but a bit awkward. There is room for improvement

We were impressed by the Dolce Vita restaurant in Korbach. The pizza was excellent - the dough was airy yet crispy, and the ingredients seemed very fresh. An absolute must for anyone who loves authentic and high quality Italian cuisine. We will certainly come back soon.

Super leckere Antipasti vorweg und dann noch die beste Pizza ever aus dem Holzofen. Zu meinem Geburtstag gab es dann noch leckeren Tiramisu vom Haus! Können wir nur empfehlen!

Heerlijk eten voor een uitstekende prijs… waar vind je dat nog? Tegenover de lelijke parkeergarage bevindt zich dit fijne restaurant. Laat je niet misleiden door de onaantrekkelijke buitenkant; hier is alles in orde. Vriendelijke en attente bediening. Ook een dakterras. Trap omhoog en lekker Italiaans eten. Prijs-kwaliteit meer dan goed!

Sehr leckeres Essen. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr gut bedient. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder vorbeikommen. Wartezeit war normal, da es auch sehr voll war.

Also Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort.. Wir haben 3 Vorspeisen bestellt aber nur eine erhalten, da sie dann schon mit der Hauptspeise kamen .. Und wir dann gesagt haben das wir die restlichen Vorspeisen nicht mehr nehmen weil sie ja die Pizzen schon fertig hatten.. Die Pizzen waren wirklich sehr lecker.. da gibt's echt nichts dran auszusetzen.. die Messer tum schneiden könnten etwas schärfer sein.. aber es geht..Als wir dann fertig mit Essen waren haben wir 4x Nachtisch bestellt .. nach ca 30 min warten kam sie dann nur mit einem Nachtisch... ich dachte erst noch sie holt die anderen aber dem war nicht so.. da ich dann aber keine Lust hatte nochmal 30 min zu warten . Hat die eine Person dann ihren Nachtisch gegessen und wir sind zum zahlen an die Kasse .. An der Kasse wurden wir dann gefragt ob es geschmeckt hat.. Da die Pizza ja wirklich lecker war antworteten wir mit Ja und haben dann erwähnt das wir ja die Hälfte unsere Bestellungen nicht erhalten haben.. wurde es einfach nur weg gelächelt.. nicht mal eine Entschuldigung.. das fand ich sehr schade.. Mein Fazit .. das Essen ist wirklich lecker zumindestens das was wir bekommen haben.. Aber am Service muss dringend gearbeitet werden.. Es war jetzt nicht wirklich voll und es waren 2 Kellnerinnen dort.. die teilweise mit den paar Leuten wirklich überfordert wirkten....

Ein Italiener wie man ihn sich wünscht. Das Ambiente lädt zum verweilen ein, der Service sowie der Chef immer höflich und zuvorkommend und der Koch weiß was er macht denn jede Speise die meine Frau und ich gegessen haben war ein Gaumengenuss.

Das Lokal ist hundefreundlich, aber das Essen hat leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Die Carbonara schmeckte wässrig und hatte null Gewürze. Die Pizza war in Ordnung. Das Personal war verpeilt und man musste ewig auf eine Bedienung geschweige denn aufs Essen warten.

Es war sehr kalt im Restaurant. Das Essen ist Geschmackssache. Der Service war sehr chaotisch, die Vorspeisen kamen sehr verzögert und 1 Hauptgericht wurde eine Viertel Stunde vor allen anderen serviert. Obwohl an diesem Mittag nicht sehr viel los war.

Ich bin etwas enttäuscht. Wir waren schon mal hier essen und sehr begeistert damals. Jetzt waren wir mit der ganzen Familie hier und irgendwie ging alles schief. Wir bekamen die Bestellung vom Nachbartisch, wodurch wir nicht zusammen essen konnten, der Nachbartisch ebenfalls nicht. Das Essen meiner Mutter hatte keine Beilagen und war versalzen als es ankam. Sehr, sehr schade …

Gehobenes italienisches Restaurant, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, guter Service. Leider ist der Gastraum nicht barrierefrei erreichbar.

Das Essen war einfach top, einzig die Bedienung war etwas verplant. Das Restaurant war wirklich nicht voll, sie nimmt eine Bestellung von Getränken auf und vergisst einfach die Hälfte. Wir haben dann einem anderen Kellner Bescheid gegeben, der sich umgehend darum gekümmert hat, daher trotzdem 5 Sterne denn auch Fehler können und dürfen mal passieren. Also als gesamt Fazit: Etwas Zeit mitbringen, man wartet gerne mal etwas länger was sich aber absolut lohnt. Wir kommen wieder.
