Restaurant Goldstuben - Korbach in Korbach

Wir hatten zwei Tage vorher eine Tisch für 12:30 Uhr zum Mittagessen bestellt und diese Reservierung wurde uns auch schriftlich bestätigt. Als wir im Restaurant ankamen, war dieses jedoch dunkel. Die Dame an der Hotel-Rezeption schaute uns verwundert an, als wir von einer Tisch-Reservierung sprachen. Dann kam ein Herr aus dem Restaurantbereich und teilte uns mit, dass er die Reservierung doch storniert hätte, weil eine geschlossene Gesellschaft käme. Tut mir echt leid, dass ich nicht auf mein Handy schaue, wenn ich im Auto unterwegs bin. Um 10:30 Uhr habe ich eine Erinnerungsmail erhalten "Wir freuen uns schon auf Sie" und um 10:49 Uhr kam dann die Stornierung per Mail. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um. Zum Glück haben wir ganz in der Nähe ein Lokal gefunden, wo wir herzlich willkommen waren. Das Restaurant Goldstuben wird uns bestimmt nicht wiedersehen.

Unfortunately, I can't give a review of the food. We had a reservation for December 25, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. This reservation was confirmed. So we arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 p.m. Since we received a reminder email about our reservation at 4:30 p.m. beforehand, we had no concerns that something might go wrong. When we arrived, the seating areas were dark. After ringing the bell several times, but no one came, we heard voices from the kitchen. There, we called a man over who then told us that on Christmas Day, the buffet would only be available until 4 p.m., and that this was supposedly also stated on the website. We checked, and indeed, there was something there about the possibility of this offer. However, there was no mention of the restaurant being closed in the evenings. Instead, it stated that the restaurant was open until 10 p.m. We were very disappointed and, with little hope of getting a table on Christmas Day, went to the nearby pillory. Despite the immense demand, they gave us a table. We were more than lucky and had an excellent meal there. We will definitely recommend the Pranger address for future celebrations and meals. Not so much the Goldstuben. What a shame. I've attached the confirmation email to my photos.

Everything was perfect! It was very good. The food was delicious, it's beautifully decorated, and very clean. The entire staff is courteous and polite. You're doing a really great job! Bravo.

Very nice restaurant! The food was delicious and the portions were enough to fill you up! For dinner, we had the beef roulade and the schnitzel. For starters, we had a special treat: bread with goose sour cream. I definitely recommend it!

The best Chinese I've been to so far. There is absolutely nothing to complain about! I would recommend it at any time! We'll be back!

We were in the hotel as a group and ate in the Goldstuben on Saturday evening before going to the open-air stage. I'll keep it short: We had a great evening, the service was great, everything was beautifully laid out, the food was very good. We had different dishes, everyone enjoyed it, cooked very well, really. And the dessert was the highlight. Thank you for the lovely evening - start.

Unfortunately our reservation was forgotten, it can definitely happen, but an apology would still have been the minimum... the breakfast was very manageable, nothing out of the ordinary, the coffee machine didn't work at first, that can happen sometimes... the sausage didn't look inviting , rather very dry and the color was towards grey. It always took a while for more to be added.. that can happen sometimes, but the selection overall wasn't special, not what justifies the price of 18.90 euros per head, the location was Not particularly clean, lots of cobwebs and visible leaves on the dirty window pane. Personally, I missed pancakes, muffins and more selection of sausages and cheese and salmon, as well as smoothies or light mousse, au chocolat, home-baked waffles, or fresh vegetables. In any case, the birthday child was very disappointed and we definitely won't recommend this location, it's a shame...we were really looking forward to it.!!!

A nice restaurant with traditional, hearty cuisine. I can highly recommend the asparagus with hollandaise sauce and potatoes. The service was very friendly and attentive.

Very good food. Attentive service. The atmosphere could be a little more comfortable, at least in the large hall. But that is only incidental. Five stars for everything else!!!

Recommended restaurant in the center of Korbach. Very friendly service who can actually recommend suitable drinks. The kitchen is really well crafted! We were there with two dogs and they were also warmly welcomed and given water.

Amir, thank you and the team! We felt very comfortable. I have never ordered a roulade in a restaurant because disappointment was guaranteed. It was fantastic here. There was not a single complaint from 14 people, everyone was absolutely thrilled. The drinks and the advice on everything was also impeccable. The food was very well described, well presented and perfectly prepared and seasoned. We'd love to come back. PS: Riesling always works!

Best food, very friendly service and simply a great theme with the food enriched with "gold". We felt right at home here and I'll definitely come back here when I'm in the area again! The food was delicious, the photos speak volumes!

Wenn man exquisit in Korbach essen gehen möchte, ist das Restaurant Goldstuben die beste Wahl. Dies war schon in der Vergangenheit so und ist durch den neuen Küchenchef noch besser geworden. Sehr empfehlenswert!! Gruß Günter Pfingst aus Braunfels

Großes Lob an die Küche, wirklich lecker.Alle sind freundlich und nett,wir sind gerne hier zum essen und zum plaudern. Mann ist sofort per du und fühlt sich nicht fremd also wir können es nur empfehlen.

Ich kenne diesen Ort schon lange,da meine Schwester hier Lebt.

Wir hatten das Essen der Tageskarte -> Weltklasse! Der Kellner hat uns die ganze Zeit zum Lachen gebracht und uns blitzschnell bedient. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr gutes Essen. Frisch zubereitet, sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Service auch sehr nett. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Radausflug mit einem tollen Mittagstisch im Biergarten.

Das Essen war sehr gut, die Quarkknödel zum Nachtisch der Hammer, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und wir haben wunderschön draußen gesessen. Rundum gut!

Wir waren dort nur was trinken und man hat uns nicht versucht zum Essen zu überreden! Sehr freundliches Personal ! Man geht hier auf den ein. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt! Dieses Lokal ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung

Als wir hier vor ein paar Wochen an einem Freitagabend essen waren, waren wir enttäuscht. Obwohl wenige Gäste da waren, dauerte es lange, bevor uns jemand nach unseren Wünschen fragte. Das Essen bestand zu 100% aus Convenience-Produkten, aufgewärmt in der Mikrowelle. Uns ist unverständlich, wie es zu so vielen positiven Bewertungen kommt.

Haben hier unser Klassentreffen gehabt, sehr gute Küche, richtig lecker und freundliches Personal. Kann ich nur Empfehlen

Ein bisschen ungewöhnlich die 'dezente' goldfarbene Innendekoration. Darunter leidet aber weder der freundliche Service, noch die gute deutsche Hausmannskost.

Gezellig met een paar vrienden gegeten. Vriendelijk personeel. Eten was goed en ze waren flexibel in gerechten aanpassen. Danke Conny fur deine gutee zorgen!

Vor einer Woche haben wir unser Hochzeitsessen in der Goldstube gefeiert. Unser Hochzeitstisch bzw Raum war toll hergerichtet. Die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich und super aufmerksam. Das Essen hat allen geschmeckt. Mein Rinderfilet war auf den Punkt gegart. Die vorangegangene Kommunikation mit dem Chef war zwar ab und zu etwas stockend, aber immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Nur die Speisekarte sollte vor dem Rausschicken an den Kunden mal jemand auf Rechtschreibfehler prüfen, das würde einen noch besseren Eindruck machen. Wir und unsere Gäste haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Goldstube auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen. Danke für den schönen Mittag / Nachmittag.

Goede verzorgde maaltijden. Prima drankenkaart. Vriendelijke bedieneng. Wij hadden geboekt(HP) via het Goldflair hotel en hadden daarom iedere dag keuze uit 2 menu's.

Suchen in der Regel in Tripadvisor unsere Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Die Goldstuben haben noch keine Bewertung, was wir nicht verstehen konnten. Das äußere und beim Betreten das Innere hat uns überzeugt. Essen und Betreuung wirklich zu empfehlen. Den Teller noch anzuwärmen hätte sogar 5 Punkte vertragen
