Great atmosphere. Super-friendly service. Unfortunately, we didn't eat anything, but we did have a drink. We'd be happy to come back.

After the MTB tour on the Greentrails we had some light meals in a lovely atmosphere.

You come more for the atmosphere than the food. The food was okay, but not freshly prepared. The schnitzel tasted a bit tough. We found it particularly cheeky that you had to pay 70 cents for ketchup or mayo and didn't get much for it. A shame! The service was friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. If you're hiking in the area and want a waffle in the afternoon, this is the place for you, but the quality of the food doesn't justify the price!

Unfortunately we were not allowed to take the dogs inside, and with this hot weather you can't leave them in the car

Eisenberg-Hütte is a great place to relax – delicious cappuccino based on good coffee and schnitzel that tasted like home. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make you want to come back!

Stopped here for a break. The Green Trails start and end in the parking lot next door.

I could say that the place is good if it were open...unfortunately there is only someone there on weekends...but it's still beautiful here...take your food and enjoy...also great for families with the great playgrounds...why don't they do something like this every day!!??!!??so beautiful

It used to be worth a trip just to enjoy the Eisenberg schnitzel. Unfortunately, it's no longer available. The prices have risen significantly, and the schnitzel is tough and chewy. I didn't like the salad dressing. What a pity

Nice, well-kept excursion restaurant which is only open on the weekends!! Homemade cakes and a small selection of delicious dishes are offered!! There is a nice playground for children in front of the restaurant!! From here you can start your sightseeing tour to Eisenburg Castle and the visitor mine!! There is plenty of parking nearby!!

A very nice host couple have created a great place here for hikers and visitors to the castle ruins and the mine. The food was very tasty and also plentiful. The prices are very fair.

My place of peace and joy. Absolutely delicious and makes you feel so comfortable and cozy. I swear by the delicious cake that is homemade with love.

Steak, fried potatoes (with bacon) and salad in a separate bowl, tasted very good, super nice and attentive service. There is also a mine tour and 4 green trails for MTB. Eisenberg castle and tower. (And cake for €3 with a wonderful view.)

Always a nice hiking tour from Korbach via the Engagement Hut and the Lower Deep Valley Tunnel to the Eisenberg.

Rustic hut in the best (hiking) location with an absolutely wonderful flair and attention to detail. A must for holidaymakers in the region.

Visited the Green Trails and had something to eat and drink afterwards! We really liked it! The food was tasty even if the prices were a bit higher! The service was very nice and we felt comfortable! Happy to come back!

Simply cute, the landlord and the staff are extremely friendly, you have a really beautiful view of the Hochsauerland, just forget the Alps and stop by Torsten and his crew

We were there for dinner. An absolute must if you are in Korbach. Very nice service and the food is prepared on request. Gladly again!

The bratwurst wouldn't even be of chip shop quality... The fries were OK and the salad from the bag... 70 cents for mayonnaise from the bag is sporty... the gypsy sauce was also a ready-made product... Everything Overall not really recommended... It's actually a shame because the hut is a highlight in terms of the ambience and location on the new trail.

Ein sehr schöner Ort in der Natur. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Gerichte ist super und der Service sehr gut. Hierhin komme ich gerne zurück!

Midden in de natuur net aan de start van het bezoek aan de goudmijn. Net zo goed gebak als volwaardige maaltijd. Wel enkel op zaterdag en zondag open vanaf 12u

Ob beim schönen Wetter auf der Terrasse oder drin, super Atmosphäre, gutes Essen, sehr guter Service. Sehr Empfehlenswert.

Hallo dieses kleine uhrige holzhaus ist sehr schön und gemütlich ,der Service sehr freundlich und das essen schmeckt sehr gut ,es gibt nur ein kleinen Mangel das man die beilagen nicht ändern kann ,ich hatte ein paprika schnitzel mit pommes und salat .. hätte lieber Bratkartoffeln dazu genommen aber das machen die nicht .Das ist schade darum ziehe ich einen punkt ab . Mein mann war mit seinem steik auch sehr zu frieden .

Tolles Ambiente, netter Service und leckeres und gesundes Essen.

Sehr angenehmes Restaurant. Haben Kaffee und Waffeln gegessen. Preise und Leistung voll in Ordnung. Kommen gerne wieder. Ein Punkt: die Heizung hinter der Bank bräuchte vielleicht ein Schutz Gitter, damit Kinder da nicht rein fassen können. Ansonsten sehr toll und gemütlich.

War sehr schoen um nach eine lange Wanderung hier zu belanden. Bequeme atmosfeer und wir waren froh das es am 1ten Januari geoeffnet hat.

Wir waren zum Schnitzelessen hier. Die Schnitzel waren wirklich gut, nur leider weigert sich der Koch die Beilagen zu ändern. Ich durfte somit keine Bratkartoffeln zu meinem Schnitzel essen 😞

Ich hatte ein Paprikaschnitzel, meine Begleitung ein Stück Kuchen. Das Schnitzel hat den Anschein gemacht, aus der TK zu kommen und in der Fritteuse zubereitet worden zu sein. Die Paprikasauce schmeckte leider nach Fertigprodukt. Die Pommes waren super. Gastronomisch nichts besonderes. Der Kuchen war gut. Der Hundenapf könnte mal gereinigt werden. Location, Außenbereich und Bedienung super.

Leuke omgeving, ruime parkeer mogelijkheden, ziet er gezellig uit, niet binnen geweest.

Sehr interessanter ort, leider war die hütte zu.

War super kann man nur empfehlen die gute Frau Engels war wirklich sehr sehr nett

Wir waren leider nicht auf der Hütte selbst, da diese auf Grund der Besucher nur Sa und So auf hat. Wir waren in der Ferienzeit auf dem Eisenberg und haben und hier alles angeschaut. Es lohnt sich auf alle Fälle die Geocaches und den Adventure Cache mitzunehmen. Eine nette kleine Runde. Nicht mit dem Kinderwagen zum Besucherbergwerk. Das ist zu ungängig.

Schönes Ausflugsziel, mit Spielplatz, Wald, Trimm-Dich-Geräten, Wandern, Spaziergang oder Relaxen...

Top Lage, super freundlich, Preis/Leistung top, was will man(n)frau mehr.

Ein wirklich überraschender Geheimtipp

Sehr schön gele gen, Speisen lecker, Crew sehr freundlich, aussen und innenbereiche rustikal und bequem. Gut als Ausgangspunkt z. B.spl. für Wanderer oder Motorradgruppen.

We hebben hier een paar keer op vakantie gegeten. Heerlijk eten. Wel op tijd zijn, de keuken sluit om uiterlijk 18 uur. De bediening is ook prima, heel aardige mensen. In corona tijd kun je prima buiten eten. Toiletten zijn aanwezig in een apart gebouwtje.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Flair der Hütte ist mega. Preise erschwinglich. Kuchen war sehr lecker. Auf corona Vorschriften wird ordentlich geachtet.

Super schöner Ausblick ins weite Land. Herrlich wenn man draußen sitzt, drinnen ist es urgemütlich. Eben Hüttenfeeling.

Tolles Restaurant, alle bestellten Speisen waren selbst gemacht und sehr lecker, selbst Chicken Nuggets und Dessertwaffeln. Die Bedienung war passend dazu sehr freundlich.

Nach dem Aufstieg zur Burg und dem wahnsinns Ausblick, haben wir uns danach mit einem sehr leckeren Mittagessen belohnt. Sehr nette Kellnerinnen. Weiter so....2019 und 2020 sehr gut dort gegessen.

Wer auf einer Wanderung zum Georg Viktor Turm in Goldhausen hunger bekommt, sollte zur Eisenberg - Hütte einkehren. Die Hütte ist ein Lokal wie man sie aus den Alpen kennt, leckere Schmankerl mit einem schönem Bier.

Eigentlich gibt es gar nicht viel zu erzählen... alles war wie man es erwartet. Sehr schöne Hütte, wie man sie auch aus den Alpen kennt und ein super professionelles und freundliches Team. Mein Highlight war das Weißbier aus dem Fass. Sehr gut geeignet übrigens für Gruppenfeiern.

Allein für den Blick lohnt sich ein Ausflug in die Eisenberg Hütte, wenn man dann das Essen auf den Tisch bekommt, weiss man hier kann man zu Hause sein, gerne immer wieder!

Diese urige Hütte liegt wunderbar direkt an einem Wandergebiet. Man erreicht in nur 10min den Aussichtsturm und die Burgruine und hat einen schönen Spielplatz und Rasen-Fußballplatz in unmittelbarer Sichtweite ohne dass es stört. Info: Die Hütte hat meistens nur Sa/So geöffnet.
