Nice Italian. Large, varied map. The taste is okay, the food comes to the table hot. Some of the waitresses may be a bit rude... But that got better over the course of the visit... Addendum 2025: charging an additional 1 euro for a paper bag and wrapping the rest of a pizza is cheeky... Customer service could/should definitely be worked on. Therefore 1 point devaluation compared to the last visit. Unfortunately.

With all due respect. The food is perfect, and this taste is not easy to find in this area. Great work and great respect for the chef, who we also know personally. However, the service is marginal. The service at the table is definitely respectful, but instead of teaching his employees better after work, the boss just complains about them and insults them in public. Immature behavior... The older and younger waiters nevertheless remained professional and carried out their work well, as we actually know from the cello. On the whole, the restaurant is a clear recommendation due to the food and the general ambience as well as the selection on the menu, but it would be advisable if such little things were avoided in the future.

The pizza is very tasty, but also expensive. The ambience is good. If you ask when making your reservation whether you can bring several dogs with you, the answer will be of course. If you come with the dogs, some stupid sayings are made and you are then acted upon and somehow treated condescendingly! The staff tries to be nice, but is a lot of play! As mentioned, the food is expensive but delicious.

I ordered a salad to take away and asked not to use radicchio. The owner made a special note of it. When I got home, I realized that my wish had not been implemented. So I had to do the annoying little work of picking out what I couldn't tolerate. I was also disappointed by the huge amount of iceberg lettuce, which was obviously intended to hide the fact that hardly any other ingredients were used. I had two cocktail tomatoes, two thin slices of pepper, two slices of cucumber and lots of onions. Only chicken breast fillet was sufficient. Anyway! Totally neutral in taste. For €16 I would have expected better and have gotten better in the past.

We have been to this Turkish (supposedly Italian) restaurant four times. We were often served by a really great waiter and were very happy with him. When the so-called boss served in an arrogant and arrogant manner, it was the last time for us. He acted like a KING, as if the guests depended on him and as if the guests lived from him and not the other way around. Well, it continued somehow, BUT when the best and friendliest waiter was fired, it was final for us to never visit this unspeakable shop again!!! Good waiters are fired and the boss doesn't have any hospitable behavior. These people need to learn service and leave arrogant behavior at home!!!

First time at this restaurant... I'm not just disappointed, I'm shocked and will never go back. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. The big guy there, the boss or whoever he is, is a very unpleasant person. He was annoyed all the time and didn't know how to respect his customers. He quietly yelled at his staff because he offered us a table in the corner. I felt very bad and felt sorry for the employee. The food wasn't tasty either. The meat wasn't cooked through as well as we would have liked. But anyway, I went there once to try something different and realized that it was a shame to pay money for food there. I would describe this restaurant as disrespectful. The guy thinks he's someone he's not and doesn't know anything about food. Ncncnc.

Although we reserved a table on the terrace, we were very rudely directed inside. For the meal we were recommended a starter platter for 5 people. The record is a complete rip-off. For a price of 68.50 I can expect a little more 😡 My sister's schnitzel was raw and had to go back. When she got the schnitzel back, it was no longer breaded but just marinated in an egg and baked. We all had a main course, a drink and two tiramisu and four espressos for dessert. When the bill came I thought I wasn't hearing properly. I paid 261.50 😡 The price has no relation. This unfriendly manner from the waiters is also not acceptable. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. Unfortunately I can't recommend the pizzeria

Good food with a nice atmosphere. You can eat pizzas well there, but personally I think the pasta dishes are even better, as they are served very nicely. The service is charming and you are served quickly. At the end we got a schnapps on the house. Gladly again!

Es kommt anscheinend auf die Laune der Mitarbeiter an daher nicht zu empfehlen!!! Leider wird man bei einem fast leeren Restaurant, richtig frech darauf hingewiesen, dass bei einem ausgewählten Platz und eventuellen Wetterumständen, es absolut keine Möglichkeit besteht den Platz zu wechseln. Auf die Nachfrage wie das den gemeint ist und das dass Restaurant fast leer ist, bekommt man die Aussage (obwohl zweimal Kinder dabei sind) „wenn es regnen sollte, haben sie Pech“. Solche Aussagen kennt man nur von einem sehr Inkompetenten oder faulen Service, welche einfach zu faul sind um einen zusätzlichen Tisch abzuwischen.

Nice decor, comfortable seating and nice to look at from outside with a distance of 10 meters. An older waiter who was in charge of us was unfriendly and made a strange comment. Like, “The young lady can order herself or not?”, in an unfunny tone. (People with social anxiety will feel totally welcome here!) But there was a nice young waiter. He was nice (also nice to look at.)

Das Lokal ist zentral gelegen mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten, die Karte ist vielfältigauch für Vegetarier und die Qualität stimmt absolut. Prrosniveau ist fair . Wir kommen inzwischen regelmäßig und da das viel so sehen muss man immer besser reservieren......Das Personal ist super freundlich aber nicht zu professionell distanziert, so dass man sich kennt und sehr nett begrüßt wird. Cello immer wieder gerne.

Italian 💯🇮🇹 Absolutely. Everything is right. First we had bruschetta as a starter, then a sea bream on spaghetti Alio Olio, a dream, then a great cassata according to the house style. Finally a Fernet Branca and espresso doppio. The service was excellent and what came out of the kitchen was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious😜

Since we really like Italian cuisine and the Italian mentality, we give it 5 stars. We are happy about every Italian restaurant that we still have. Unfortunately, more and more other nationalities are being adopted, but unfortunately they cannot hold a candle to Italian cuisine. Everyone should stick to what they can actually do. I can understand why many people are no longer interested in our country. A lot is demanded in the catering industry and working in service is a very hard job. It has to be fun and that includes friendly and grateful guests. People have changed a lot for the worse. Only expectations, hardly any empathy, little appreciation and also little patience. Decency, standard and respect often leave a lot to be desired. I can understand if restaurateurs get tired, especially the older generation. For some you just notice it. For me, the Italians have been the best restaurateurs so far, especially when it comes to dealing with customers. Open, warm, spirited... The professions where human well-being is at stake have unfortunately become the most thankless professions. More and more performance and less earnings and that's the mood in our country these days. The atmosphere is very nice and the food was also very tasty, the salad was very fresh, the bruschetta and pizza were well seasoned and my pasta was also good. A service worker, a slightly older gentleman, exuded a bit grumpiness, but maybe... He is one of those people who are tired of society and also of our world events. Otherwise, the service was very nice and, despite the stress, there was time for a nice exchange. It was very busy, one table with a large group and therefore a bit more restless, louder and probably more stressful for the staff. When a service worker is stressed and has to look out for a dog and draw the guest's attention because the animal is in the middle of the path, you always ask yourself what is going on with this company and you can sometimes understand the discontent. Vorspeise , na ja vieles aus dem Glas--frische Garneelen - aber wie Gummi Hauptspeise - Hausgemachte Pasta - Super - Lende durchgegart. Mediterranes gebackenes Gemüse-Matsch Steinpilze genauso matschig Nachspeise- Zabaione mir Vanille-Eis--- SUUUUPER Bedienung: Leicht aufdringlich- Sprüche die man verstehen muss... Preis: Überteuert

Erste mal in dieser Restaurant...bin nicht nur entäuscht,bin schockiert. Schlechteste Service in meinen 48 Lebensjahren. Kelner kommt am Tisch und fragt meine Frau " was möchten sie trinken " ,meine Frau antwortet, dann fragte er mich " ...und was willst du ??"...Anschein war er mit mir in derselben Schule.... Für einen Vorspeise Platte 60€ ( Diebstahl). Am Ende woltten wir das übrige Essen mitnehmen, sogar die Pizza Kartons haben die uns in Rechnung gestellt 13€ (Diebstahl). Servicekraft, lächerlich, Hauptspeise kamm, nach 10 Minuten haben angefangen uns die Tellern schon aufzuräumen, wir waren noch am Essen und die fragten haupt wir schon fertig wären.... Rumpsteak Grad, Medium bestellt, Durch bekommen.... Keine Worte um zu beschreiben wie entäuscht wir uns fühlen. End Rechnung 500 €, noch nicht mal einen kleine Aufmerksamkeite ( Schnapps). Ich empfehle nicht!!!!

We visited Cello after a Volksmarch and were pleasantly surprised by the Food and Service! Without a reservation but we were seated right away. All 4 meals, the Bruschetta, and the desert were Delicious! We would definitely return for another meal!

Seit vielen Jahren (seit 2011!) kommen wir mit der Familie regelmäßig in das Ristorante Cello und wurden nie enttäuscht. Mittlerweile haben wir wohl alle Speisen auf der Karte - die auch immer mal wieder wechselnde , regionale und saisonale Angebote enthält - probiert und und waren immer sehr zufrieden! Auf Wunsch werden tolle Antipasti Vorspeisen Platten zusammengestellt, du bekommst Pizza und Pasta, Fisch- und Fleischgerichte und auch für Vegetarier oder gar Veganer gibt es gute Angebote. In der Muschelzeit kannst du auch Muscheln in Weißweinsoße bekommen. Immer ein Genuss! Vor dem Lokal gibt es einige wenige zugeordnete Parkplätze und auf dem großen Parkplatz sollte man eigentlich immer zusätzliche Parkplätze finden können. Wenn das Wetter schön ist gibt es auch ein paar Tische auf der Veranda unter der Markise.

Ein ganz herausragender Italiener! So viel Charme und guten Geschmack habe ich lange nicht mehr erlebt! Meine Frau hatte ganz hervorragende Nudeln mit Garnelen und ich dir Pizza des Hauses: schöner, dünner Teig, auf den Punkt gebacken. Kross im Rand, stabil und doch weich in der Mitte! Grazie mille!

Essen wie immer sehr gut und für die Qualität sind die Preise angemessen. Rotwein wird etwas zu warm serviert. Das Ambiente im Aussenbereich sollte, zumindest wenn man dort speist, mit einer Tischdecke und vernünftiger Serviette und Besteckvorlage ausgebessert werden. Die Preise sind ja auch die gleichen wie im Innenbereich. Wer nur trinken und rauchen möchte braucht diesen Service natürlich nicht.

Schönes Ambiente innen. Der Außenbereich ist überdacht und konnten bei strömenden Regen wunderbar draußen sitzen. Der Service ist prima und das Essen einfach phantastisch.

reichhaltige Speisekarte von Pizza über Pasta zu Fisch- und Fleischgerichten und einer Extra-Tageskarte, sehr, sehr gutes Essen, appetitlich angerichtet. sauberes Reastaurant und Toilette, nette Angestellte, angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Kalbsleber auf gemischtem Salat war super und der Nachtisch ein Schokoladensoufflé ein Gedicht.

Ein sehr angehnemes Resraurant mit fornemen Charakter, sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Kellnern , gut sortierten Speisekarte und hervorragender Küche. Ich nun schon zum zweiten Mal zu Gast und empfehle dieses Lokal gerne weiter.

Meine Frau bekam 2019 zu Ihrem runden Geburtstag einen 50 EUR Gutschein von diesem Restaurant von einer Freundin geschenkt. Durch Corona geriet der Gutschein in Vergessenheit. Offiziell/Gesetzlich ist ein Restaurantgutschein immer bis an das Ende vom 3. Jahr nach Ausstellung gültig - in diesem Falle also bis 31.12.2022. Wir fanden diese Woche den Gutschein in unserem Schrank und ja, es ist jetzt streng genommen 4 Monate nach dieser gesetzlichen Mindest-Frist. Heute waren wir nun dort zum Abendessen bzw. dem Versuch dazu - keinerlei Kulanz. Da ja seinerzeit jemand tatsächlich die 50 EUR dort bezahlt hatte für den Gutschein und aufgrund der Umstände mit Corona usw. hätten wir niemals erwartet, dass man uns im Restaurant belehrt als hätten wir etwas verbrochen und man den Gutschein nicht mehr akzeptiert kann, weil es "gesetzlich" so geregelt wäre und die Kasse den Gutschein nicht mehr annehmen würde usw. Die 50 Eur wurden ja tatsächlich bezahlt und aufgrund der Inflation hätten wir ja auch "weniger" heutzutage dafür von der Karte bekommen. Für das Restaurant wäre in keiner Weise irgendein Nachteil enstanden. Es gibt keinerlei rationalen Grund, warum man einen Gutschein auch nach 3 Jahren und 4 Monaten unter diesen Umständen und Kulanz nicht mehr akzeptiert. Das Gesetz regelt ja die MINDEST-Gültigkeitsdauer, mehr nicht. Man versuchte uns es mit dem Vergleich es zu erklären, dass Medikamente aus der Apotheke auch ein MHD hätten (die Logik dieses Vergleichs können wir nicht nachvollziehen). Auch kam der Hinweis, ein andere Kunde wäre kürzlich mit einme 6 Jahre "abgelaufenen" Gutschein gekommen - davon waren wir ja weit entfernt. Ebenfalls wurde argumentiert, wir hätten in der Corona-Zeit ja "Essen to go" holen können - nur wohnen wir 30km weit entfernt. Der Chef wurde lauter und lauter während wir auf Kulanz hofften und verwies uns schließlich aus dem Lokal.

Ich war schon in einer kleinen Runde als auch mit einer größeren Gesellschaft dort und es war jedes Mal ein tolles Erlebnis. Der Service ist nicht zu toppen, sehr zuvorkommend und stilvoll und trotzdem für Späße zu haben. Das Essen auch sehr lecker und authentisch italienisch. Ich würde jedes Mal wiederkommen. Für das was man geboten bekommt gebe ich auch gerne etwas mehr aus. Ein besonderer Tipp: der Fisch ist richtig gut!

Vor einer Familienfeier hatte ich extra angerufen, um abzusichern, ob ich mich vor Ort selbst testen darf. Das wurde mir ausdrücklich zugesagt. Als wir ankamen, wollten sie davon nichts wissen und ich musste draußen bleiben! Für einen Testtermin in der Stadt war es dann leider zu spät!

Das hochpreisige Ristorante wirbt auf der Karte mit "Lasagne original" Man bekommt aber etwas, das einfach nicht das Original ist: Oben drauf ist Mozzarella oder etwa ähnliches. Auf Nachfrage sind "3 Käsesorten" drin: Gouda, Mozzarella, und "Paldin". Das ist eine Käse-MARKE die es in jedem Gastro-Grossmarkt billig in grossen Blöcken zu kaufen gibt. Im Original gehört Parmesan rein und sonst nichts. Bei der Frage, ob die Lasagne auch mit Beschamel gemacht würde, vor Bestellung, wusste der Kellner nicht was das ist, kam aber mit der Antwort aus der Küche zurück: "Ja". Geschmacklich wars nicht übel, aber sorry, halt nicht original! Fakenews, alternative Wahrheiten... lassen grüssen ! PS.: Der Kommentator kennt Italien sehr gut, spricht diese Sprache seit 40 Jahren und hatte mal eine Kochschule.

Super essen, es gab nichts zu beanstanden! Ich muss einfach sagen, das beste Italienische Restaurant in Bad Kreuznach. Gute Qualität und sehr lecker. Egal ob vor Ort oder zum mitnehmen!

Wir sind hier durch Zufall gelandet und waren begeistert! Die Pizza war sehr gut belegt und hat fantastisch geschmeckt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 👍 Top!
