Wie immer klasse Küche und außergewöhnliche perfekte Service.

Bedienung war top. Das Essen war auch top. Die Lokation ist auch sehr gut, wir waren draußen auf ser Terrasse und es gab keine Mosquitoes.

Bella Vista ist für mich ein tolles Restaurant! Von der herzlichen Begrüßung zum erstklassigem Service und dem fantastischen Essen! Zum Tisch bekleidet und der Aufnahme der Getränke, spürt man die Freundlichkeit. Das Essen wird mit liebe angerichtet und serviert. Mit großer Aufmerksamkeit und immer zum Wohle des Gastes ist ein Kellner zur Stelle ohne Aufdrinklichkeit. Es ist einfach ein Vergnügen dort zu Speisen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen und würde sogar noch mehr Sterne vergeben.

Sehr schön gelegen am Ufer der Nahe im Kurpark. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Preise gehoben. Zwiespältigiger Eindruck beim Essen: der Rucola-Salat war Spitze, die Spaghettini mit Oktopusragout dagegen schwach gewürzt und relativ geschmacklos. Am Geschmack hätte ich nicht erkannt, dass es Oktopus war. Und unter Ragout verstehe ich nicht Fleisch oder Fisch, das wie Hackfleisch aussieht. Aber ansonsten durchaus zu empfehlen! Nachtrag 2026: Essen könnte teilweise immer noch besser gewürzt sein. Und schade ist, dass keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert werden, was nicht in die heutige Zeit passt....

Endlich habe ich ein Restaurant gefunden, wo die Pizza wie in Italien schmeckt! Das Essen ist einfach köstlich, frisch und duftend! Freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Lage direkt am Fluss! Guter Kaffee! 🥰❤️

Wir (Ehepaar) waren am 09.05.26 da. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit Blick auf den Fluss. Auch Innen ist es sehr schön. Gehobenes Ambiente. Das Essen (Pizza Carlzone und Nudeln mit Gemüse) war sehr gut. Der Ober Herr Selman war sehr professionell und freundlich. Wirklich empfehlenswert ! Reservierung ist sinnvoll. Aufgrund der Qualität, ist es immer voll. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Es war wunderbar! Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Essen war super lecker, der Service einwandfrei, super zuvorkommend und freundlich! Die Lage am Wasser ist perfekt und trägt zu einem tollen Ambiente bei.

Tolles Restaurant direkt an der Nahe. Hervorragender Service. Das Carpaccio vom Pulpo, die Pizzen und die Spaghetti mit Venusmuscheln waren super klasse.

Leider ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Beim Kaffeetrinken am Sonntag wurde uns eine falsche Bestellung gebracht. Als wir den richtigen Kaffee verlangten, wurde der falsche kurz abgeräumt – nur um ihn uns wenig später erneut hinzustellen. Der Fehler läge bei uns, wir sollten ihn einfach trinken. Erst eine zweite Bedienung löste das Problem unkompliziert. Beim Bezahlen kam uns der Preis zu hoch vor. Eine Rechnung wurde uns verweigert – auch nach Hinzuziehen der Besitzerin bestand diese darauf, dass wir den falschen Kaffee bezahlen sollen. Erst nach längerer Diskussion wurde uns der Betrag zurückgegeben. Eine Rechnung haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten. Schade – sowohl der Umgang mit dem Fehler als auch die fehlende Transparenz beim Bezahlen hinterlassen einen sehr schlechten Eindruck.

Unsere Erfahrung im Bella Vista war leider eher durchwachsen. Das Ambiente ist zwar schick und modern, jedoch ist das Restaurant aus unserer Sicht wenig kinderfreundlich: Es fehlen sowohl Wickelmöglichkeiten als auch Hochstühle, was einen Besuch mit kleinen Kindern schwierig macht. Zudem wirkte das Personal teilweise genervt und nicht besonders freundlich, was die Atmosphäre zusätzlich getrübt hat. Das Essen war zwar gut, konnte uns aber insgesamt nicht vollständig überzeugen – in Bad Kreuznach und Umgebung gibt es unserer Meinung nach bessere Alternativen. Insgesamt eher geeignet für einen Besuch ohne Kinder und mit entsprechend angepassten Erwartungen.

Absolute 1 für den Abend. Danke für Speis und Trank. Sehr gelungen und service ist außerordentlich gut.

Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es sofort tun! Das Bella Vista in Bad Kreuznach ist einfach herausragend. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und freundlich – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Getränke stets im Blick behalten und unaufdringlich nachgeschenkt werden. So einen Service erlebt man wirklich selten! Das Ambiente ist modern, stilvoll und gleichzeitig unglaublich gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und bleibt gerne länger sitzen, um den Abend in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Und das Essen? Einfach fantastisch! Alles wirkt frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die selbstgemachten Nudeln sind ein absolutes Highlight – geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau und perfekt abgestimmt.

Ich habe noch nie so guten Service in einem Restaurant gehabt wie an diesem Abend. Mir wurde automatisch mein Wasser im Glas aufgefüllt und mein Essen war in wenigen Minuten da. Es war sehr lecker. Sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr nette Bedienung. Man konnte leider nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlen, das wäre das einzige was noch geändert werden könnte.

Das Essen ist vorzüglich, gut gewürzt und geschmacklich fein abgestimmt. Das Personal / die Bedienung ist aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Eine Vorspeise ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Dessert ist sehr lecker und wechselt nach Saison. Dieses Lokal ist in jedem Fall eine sehr gute Empfehlung.

Sehr exklusives Resataurant mit sehr aufmerksamem und sehr nettem Servicepersonal! Das Essen war seeehr gut! Ein bisschen mehr auf dem Teller wäre toll, aber man merkt sofort, hier geht Qualität vor Quantität! Direkt zu Beginn gab es einen "Gruß aus der Küche". Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön, innen sowie außen auf der Terrasse, direkt an der Nahe. Echt toll. Wer mal sehr gut und außergewöhnlich Essen gehen will ist hier genau richtig!

I wanted to pick up a pizza I ordered today and was greeted with rude comments telling me to come earlier next time, even though it was still before closing time. Not recommended. The pizza was cold and uncut. The price/performance ratio was also poor.

I went to buy pizza yesterday and the pizza was brought out to me. Today I was there again and they didn't bring me the pizza like usual. I thought it would take a little longer. I went there 5 minutes later and waited 20 minutes and then they were rude and said that next time it wouldn't be good service.

We celebrated a wonderful birthday evening at Bella Vista. Delicious food, great wines, and simply outstanding service. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back! One of, if not the best, location right on the Nahe River, with a fantastic terrace, which we unfortunately couldn't use today due to the rain. Hopefully, we'll be back next time.

Unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations at all. The dishes were poorly presented, lukewarm, and disappointing in taste. For the price, I would have expected significantly better quality. The staff weren't particularly friendly and barely attentive. This makes you feel unwelcome as a guest. Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing. The restroom was dirty and unkempt, which is completely unacceptable in a restaurant. Cleanliness should be a top priority; there's an urgent need for improvement here.

The food itself was excellent; the pizza was delicious with a wonderfully light and airy crust. I would come again. Atmospheric music on the terrace is lacking, in our opinion. The service has a lot of room for improvement... When two people pay €120 for an evening, I expect the menu, food, and new cutlery to be passed from the right, not even across the entire table. Furthermore, the new cutlery was "thrown" in a very uninspired manner.

Wonderful terrace, right on the water, surrounded by greenery. The best seats are, of course, those directly by the balustrade. The interior, on the other hand, is somewhat unspectacular—a nice hotel restaurant, but not unpleasant! We had carpaccio as a starter, then saltimbocca and pizza; everything was great! We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Had a truly horrible time. I went for solo dinner. I was treated so terribly, my order was wrong and when I asked to change it I was told I had to pay ?! Furthermore, the food was then just terrible. The pizza was chewy and cold. I then couldn’t eat the mozzarella (which is what I ordered without) so so this disgusting mess was left on my plate. Would not recommend. Rudest staff and worst food.

Actually, a nice and good restaurant. However, this time we were unlucky with an extremely arrogant, young waiter who clearly hadn't been brought up properly. When we asked about the dessert menu, he claimed there weren't any; he listed three desserts, and we were supposed to choose. Another colleague apparently overheard this and brought us the menu unnoticed. Second bad luck: my food tasted off. In the end, I realized it was apparently due to a potato (the potatoes were in their skins), which also affected the flavor of the sauce. When I pointed this out while serving, there was no response. When we checked out, we were charged for two espressos. When we pointed this out, our arrogant waiter didn't express any regret, but asked if we had ordered twice, along the lines of "it's our own fault," which we declined. We've had a different experience at Bellavista before, but after this experience, we'll be looking elsewhere. What a shame, actually a very nice restaurant.

Despite having made a reservation by phone a week in advance, we were seated directly on the terrace upon arrival without much explanation – with the comment that there was only one table available outside. The staff's behavior throughout ranged from aloof to arrogant. Particularly striking: We were given the feeling that we didn't fit the desired guest profile – a shame, especially since three of us come from the restaurant industry and know exactly what service is all about. The low point was an employee who ostentatiously walked through the restaurant chewing gum, his nose almost sticking to the door frame. Conclusion: A very good restaurant with good value for money – unfortunately counteracted by the unpleasantly arrogant demeanor of the staff. More professional hospitality would be desirable here.

It was my first visit. The location and ambiance are very nice. The outdoor heaters are also really great. The staff are too hectic and somewhat disinterested for me. They run around like robots. It felt like mass processing to me. The pizza wasn't to our personal taste either. It was tasteless, too greasy, and I don't like that thick crust. I had specifically requested red onions and garlic. I couldn't find the onions and didn't taste the garlic. The best service in Bad Kreuznach is still at Auszeit.

Italian label fraud – unfortunately, a case of "Bella Vista, brutta verità" As an Italian who grew up in Germany and a long-time critic of Mediterranean cuisine, I was curious about "Bella Vista" in Bad Kreuznach – after all, the name, along with the menu and greetings ("Buona sera, signora!"), promise an Italian restaurant experience. But after just a few minutes, it became clear: This place is more about acting than cooking. The team – all of Turkish origin (including the owner, according to the imprint) – presents itself as Italian without actually being rooted in Italian cuisine. And it shows. It's not a problem if a restaurant is run by non-Italians – Italian cuisine is open and universal. But authenticity requires more than a few Italian words with an accent and store-bought decor. About the food: The cuisine is – objectively speaking – quite solid, but more reminiscent of upscale Turkish home cooking with a Mediterranean influence than true Italian cuisine. The pizza? A well-made "Pide all'italiana," if we're honest – delicious, but hardly pizza. The "mozzarella" on the Caprese or the pizza is obviously not Italian Fior di Latte or even buffalo mozzarella, but probably Turkish Dil Peyniri – completely different in consistency and flavor. Even more disappointing: The supposedly Italian air-dried country ham tastes and looks like a simple, packaged ham from the discount store shelf (I'm guessing Aldi, and not even the better one). Ambience and Service: The interior is chic, but the gap between expectations and reality is vast. The service recites Italian phrases without actually speaking Italian or understanding what Italian hospitality is really about – and that's more than just "bella figura." Anyone familiar with Italian culture won't feel welcome here, but rather "ripped off" – excuse the expression. Conclusion: Those seeking authentic Turkish-Mediterranean cuisine could be happy here – provided the prices were fairer. But those seeking a true Italian experience will be disappointed. The "Bella Vista" sells illusion instead of identity. And that, with all due respect, is a culinary scam. 2 out of 5 stars – for the effort and solid cuisine. But authenticity? None.

Because of the good reviews so far, we tried the restaurant and were there with guests. You can put it briefly. We were bitterly disappointed. The hospitality and professional treatment of the guests, as well as the taste of the food, were shocking. We had reserved a table in the restaurant, but were told to sit on the terrace. The waitress responded to my request to sit inside with an eye roll and a snarky comment. My pizza frutti di mare had no taste at all. The pizza was overloaded with tomato sauce, the rubbery seafood was the simplest frozen product. The ground was soggy due to the masses of tomato sauce. Unfortunately the edge was also burnt, so you couldn't even eat it. I was then asked personally by the boss what was going on with the pizza. I told him it wasn't to my taste. He then started discussing that his pizza was the best and that there were never any complaints. Since I didn't feel like arguing, I told him that it would definitely be up to me and that it would be OK. He then said he wouldn't charge for the pizza. That was the end of the matter for me. After a short while, however, he came back to the table and loudly said in front of our guests that he had eaten the pizza and that it was perfect. Well, if you like soggy pizza with no taste but with a burnt edge, it was certainly perfect. Our guests weren't impressed with their food either. The meat was tough, the pasta was too soft and the taste was rather bland. At the end I found the pizza on the bill and it was charged in full.

Arrogant and unhelpful boss. It's sad when you ask nicely and then get complimented because you obviously don't have the same nose as your boss. It's a shame, I would have liked to try the pizza. But it's not like there aren't any other pizzerias in Bad Kreuznach.

We were greeted very friendly. The food was very tasty, a bit much but it was okay. The food came very quickly, drinks too. That look very nice. A very large selection of food. Dessert was also very tasty😁 The toilets were also clean.

The Bella Vista is without a doubt the most beautiful restaurant in Bad Kreuznach. The terrace directly on the Nahe offers a fantastic view and invites you to linger - a real highlight, especially when the weather is nice! The restaurant is run by a family, which you can feel from the first moment: warm, personal and with great attention to detail. You immediately feel at home and welcome. A clear recommendation for everyone who appreciates good food and a special atmosphere!

Good Italian cuisine in a stylishly furnished restaurant with very nice staff. I've been eating here for years, sometimes alone, with customers or colleagues. It is advisable to make a reservation. In summer you can sit particularly well on the terrace. The food is expensive but well cooked and even special requests are happy to be fulfilled. The menu has something for every taste.
